The "eutectic mixture" can greatly lower the melting point and boiling point of each constituent drug). The liquefaction generated when the borneol and the mint extract are mixed does not affect the curative effect of the medicine at all, but can greatly reduce the melting point (8-10 ℃) and boiling point (90 ℃) of the mixture and greatly improve the uniformity of the mixture.
The borneol and the mint extract are transdermal absorption promoters in the traditional Chinese medicine preparation, the borneol and the mint extract are firstly mixed to generate liquefaction, the melting point (8-10 ℃) and the boiling point of the mixture are reduced, the uniformity of the mixture is improved, the targeting enhancement effect of the mixture of the borneol and the mint extract is increased, and then the targeting positioning treatment is utilized to effectively and directly reach focus by matching with the use of bear gall powder and other traditional Chinese medicines, so that the lesion tissue of the oral cavity is quickly penetrated, the lesion tissue cells are repaired, the immunocompetence of autologous cells is activated, the respiratory immune system function is improved, and the purposes of quick and long-acting treatment, simultaneous treatment of both symptoms and root causes and health care of the respiratory system are achieved.

Clinically, the nasal obstruction and nasal discharge of different degrees are manifested as emergent headache and night snoring of partial children. Sinus level or sinus CT reveals a high density shadow within the sinus. All infants had a large amount of mucopurulent secretions in the nasal cavities, 107 cases of obvious turbinate enlargement (51%), 63 cases of moderate adenoid hypertrophy (30%) and 24 cases of exudative otitis media (11%).
1.2 treatment 210 infants were randomized into A, B, C groups of 70.
Conventional treatment group (a): all children patients adopt oral nasosinusitis oral liquid; carrying out nasal cavity negative pressure suction treatment on the infant with more nasal secretion, wherein the nasal cavity negative pressure suction treatment is carried out 1 time a day; for the infant suffering from exudative otitis media, on the basis of nasal cavity negative pressure suction, eustachian tube inflation treatment is selected according to the condition of the infant, 1 time/d, and 2 weeks.
Adjuvant Shu Liang treatment group (B): on the basis of group A, auxiliary Shu Liang is added to spray nose for 2 times/d, and each time of spraying is carried out for 2 weeks.
Seven-orifice rhinitis-relieving spray treatment group (C): on the basis of group A, spraying nasal spray with QIQIAOTONGBIYAN spray for 1mL each time, spraying from nasal cavity by compression pump (PARI SINUS, bairui company, germany) for 2 times/d, spraying for 5min each time, and continuously treating for 2 weeks.

3. Discussion of the invention
The current and more consistent views are: the pediatric sinusitis should be treated conservatively, and endoscopic surgical treatment should be considered only if systemic medication is ineffective. Even if surgical treatment is selected, the sinus mucosa is reserved as much as possible in the operation, and the surgical range is controlled as much as possible. Mucosal edema caused by infection and allergy is a main cause of nasosinusitis, and can cause rapid blockage of a narrow sinus orifice and a drainage channel, partial tissue hypoxia and cilia activity weakening, so that a good basic environment is provided for pathogen colonisation, and malignant circulation of mucosal inflammation is promoted. Therefore, anti-inflammatory and anti-edema has become a key link for treating the sinusitis of children. The study shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has certain curative effect on the sinusitis of children, the total effective rate of the group A is 48%, the total effective rate of the group B is 61%, the total effective rate of the group A is improved compared with that of the group A, the total effective rate of the group C is 84%, and the group C is treated by adding the seven-orifice rhinitis-relieving spray on the basis of the group A. The Chinese medicinal component bear gall contained in the spray for treating rhinitis for seven orifices has the pharmacological functions of clearing heat and detoxicating, inhibiting bacteria and resisting inflammation, dispelling wind and dredging orifices, resisting allergy and the like, so that the spray can relieve inflammatory reaction, congestion and edema of mucous membrane in the rhinitis and nasosinusitis process. The compressed aerosol inhalation machine special for nasosinusitis treatment is selected, and the pulse shock pressure wave is utilized to enable the medicine particles of the nasosinusitis-dredging spray to be more easily diffused to the deep part and the fissure of the nasal cavity, so that the nasosinusitis-dredging spray has wide anti-inflammatory and detumescence effects. The Chinese medicinal spray has effects of hot compress, moistening, mechanical vibration, fine massage and drug comprehensive treatment, and can promote local blood circulation, sterilize and effectively inhibit virus propagation. The results show that the cure rate of the chronic nasosinusitis of the group C children is obviously improved compared with the prior drug treatment, the curative effect is obviously better than that of the two A, B groups, and the results show thatThe use of the seven-orifice rhinitis-relieving spray is an effective method for treating the chronic nasosinusitis of children, thus, the invention can The technical effects of the invention and the technical problems which can be solved are achieved.
