Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating oral ulcer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The oral ulcer is commonly called as canker sore, is a common ulcerative injury disease occurring in oral mucosa, and is mostly seen in the inner side of lips, tongue abdomen, buccal mucosa, vestibular sulcus, soft palate and other parts, the mucosa of the parts lacks of cutinization layer or is poor in keratinization, and the tongue ulcer refers to oral ulcer occurring in the tongue and tongue abdomen parts. The oral ulcer is mainly caused by trauma, diet, genetic factors and mental factors, such as tobacco and alcohol incoordination, damp-heat evil, internal heat invasion and fire transformation, emotional depression, long-term fire transformation, yin deficiency, yin impairment due to fever or sleep deficiency, irregular diet, acridity and coldness, and body weakness and immunity decline due to long-term fatigue. Severe pain during oral ulcer attack, obvious local pain, serious patients affecting diet and speaking, causing great inconvenience to daily life, and causing general symptoms such as halitosis, chronic pharyngitis, constipation, headache, dizziness, nausea, debilitation, dysphoria, fever, lymphadenectasis, etc.; and recurrent attacks, even long-term and non-recovery phenomena, may occur.
The clinical treatment of the disease is various, and the clinical treatment of the disease comprises antibiotics, hormones, analgesics, corrosive drugs, digestive system drugs, biological products, vitamin drugs, various traditional Chinese medicines, a large amount of folk prescriptions, secret prescriptions and the like. Although these drugs have a certain therapeutic effect, they all have many disadvantages. The long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and chemically synthesized antibacterial drugs also destroys the microbial balance of the oral cavity, the use time of hormone drugs should be controlled within 1 week as much as possible, the inhibition of hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis can be caused if the use time is too long, the recurrence caused by local immunity can be further reduced, the local irritation of corrosive drugs is strong, the vomiting reflex of patients can be inhibited, and the food and water are prevented from entering the respiratory tract by mistake during the eating, so the use is very inconvenient. Although biological products such as basic fibroblast growth factor preparations have definite curative effects on promoting ulcer healing and relieving pain, the biological products are the first choice medicines acknowledged by the oral medical field at present, but the biological products are expensive, need to be refrigerated at low temperature, and are inconvenient for patients to carry, use and store by themselves.
