Description

Composition for preventing and treating rumen acidosis of ruminant animals, oral preparation containing composition, preparation method and using method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of livestock feed additives, and particularly relates to a composition for preventing and treating rumen acidosis of ruminants, an oral preparation containing the composition, a preparation method and a use method.
Background
Rumen acidosis is caused by excessive ingestion of grains or rich in carbohydrate in a short time, so that rumen microbiota is changed, the number of gram positive bacteria (such as streptococcus bovis) is increased sharply, and the bacteria decompose to generate a large amount of lactic acid, so that the pH of the content is reduced, ciliates, cellulolytic bacteria and lactic acid utilizing bacteria die in a large amount, and the generated lactic acid exceeds the metabolic function of liver to cause metabolic acidosis;
in the breeding mode of the house, coarse fodder is in shortage or poor in quality, and due to production requirements, a high-precision fodder breeding mode is often adopted in the milk producing period of the dairy cows and the sheep fattening period, and the large-scale use of the concentrate can cause the severe decrease of the rumen pH, and excessive concentrate can not well promote ruminant, so that saliva secretion is insufficient, excessive gastric acid can not be neutralized, and more acute and subclinical rumen acidosis occurs. The prevention and the treatment are mainly to add sodium bicarbonate and magnesium oxide or to drench antibiotics to inhibit pathogenic bacteria; however, sodium bicarbonate enters rumen and can quickly release and neutralize acid, so that pH is quickly increased, fluctuation is large, gastrointestinal stress is large, appetite is easily reduced, nerves, urinary system and digestive system disorder are easily caused after long-term use, and alkali poisoning is easily caused by excessive use; antibiotics and the like are easy to generate drug resistance and residue, and have great harm to the environment, livestock products and human safety; at present, no alternative product which is stable and efficient, can be used for a long time, is natural, has no resistance, has no side effect and has no environmental stress exists;
therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problems of the art to provide a composition and an oral preparation for preventing and treating rumen acidosis of ruminants, which have simple preparation method and can be directly added into daily ration, and can be taken for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a composition for preventing and treating rumen acidosis of ruminant animals, which can regulate acidogenic bacteria, promote salivary secretion and rumination, neutralize gastric acid, protect gastrointestinal mucosa, balance rumen, and improve immunity, an oral preparation containing the same, a preparation method and a use method thereof. The prepared preparation product has no resistance and pollution, is safe and effective, can be used for a long time to improve the health of rumen and livestock, can be directly added into daily ration for feeding livestock and poultry, and has convenient use and good palatability. The preparation method is simple to operate and low in processing cost.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a composition for preventing and treating rumen acidosis of ruminants comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of red date powder, 10-30 parts of Chinese honeylocust fruit, 5-15 parts of cacumen biotae, 3-10 parts of rhizoma bletillae, 10-20 parts of magnolia officinalis, 10-20 parts of radish seed, 5-10 parts of chinaroot greenbrier rhizome, 5-10 parts of fructus aurantii, 5-15 parts of dried orange peel, 5-10 parts of clove, 5-10 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 5-10 parts of white paeony root, 10-20 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 5-15 parts of liquorice, 10-30 parts of active dry yeast, 5-10 parts of yeast extract and 5-10 parts of yeast cell wall.
The invention limits the functions of various components, wherein the yeast and the extracts and cell walls thereof can inhibit pathogenic bacteria, promote the growth of beneficial bacteria and improve the palatability of the traditional Chinese medicine; the natural plant contains various traditional Chinese medicine bioactive components, can regulate acidogenic bacteria, inhibit pathogenic bacteria, reduce lactic acid and toxin generation, regulate gastrointestinal bacteria balance, protect gastrointestinal mucosa and microecology, promote salivary secretion and rumination, neutralize gastric acid, enhance immunity and digestion capability, and can be used for balancing rumen and preventing and treating rumen acidosis.
