Description

Piglet feed additive and preparation method and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a piglet feed additive and a preparation method and a use method thereof.
Background
The pig and the omnivorous mammal have fat bodies, short limbs, long noses and mouths, short fat bodies and limbs, warm and domesticated nature, strong adaptability, quick reproduction, black, white, reddish brown or blackish white and the like, and are one of five livestock. Domestic pigs, one of the first domesticated animals of humans, are one of the largest meat food sources worldwide. In modern large-scale animal husbandry feeding modes, production speed is improved, meanwhile, a plurality of problems are caused, the quality of animal products is reduced, livestock and poultry are easy to suffer from various diseases, at present, the most important way for preventing and treating the livestock diseases is to use antibiotics, the antibiotics can inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria to a certain extent, and the effects of treating and preventing the diseases are achieved, but serious consequences caused by abuse of the antibiotics, such as continuous increase of drug-resistant strains, long-lasting antibiotic residues and the like, seriously threaten the health of human beings, and attention is paid to the animals.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the problems, the piglet feed additive is not added with any antibiotic, has the double functions of nutrition and health care, is rich in nutrition, has the functions of clearing heat, detoxifying, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, tonifying liver and kidney, strengthening bones and muscles, strengthening spleen and stomach, expelling or killing parasites, is diversified in function, obviously enhances the constitution of piglets, improves the immunity, effectively promotes the growth and development of the piglets, improves the average weight gain of the piglets, reduces the morbidity of the piglets, further effectively improves the breeding benefit of the piglets, and is simple in preparation method and easy to operate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a piglet feed additive is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 23-25 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 23-25 parts of dysentery stopping grass, 20-22 parts of loranthus parasiticus, 20-22 parts of evening primrose, 15-18 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 15-18 parts of purple perilla, 14-16 parts of murraya paniculata, 11-13 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 7-9 parts of nutmeg, 7-9 parts of omphalia, 7-9 parts of carpesium, 6-8 parts of hairyvein agrimony, 4-5 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 3-4 parts of salvia officinalis, 4-5 parts of juniper and 4-5 parts of centella asiatica.
Preferably, the feed is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 24 parts of oldenlandia diffusa, 24 parts of dysentery stopping grass, 21 parts of parasitic loranthus, 21 parts of evening primrose, 16 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 16 parts of purple perilla, 15 parts of murraya paniculata, 12 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 8 parts of nutmeg, 8 parts of stone-like omphalia, 8 parts of common carpesium fruit, 7 parts of hairyvein agrimony, 4.5 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 3.5 parts of salvia officinalis, 4.5 parts of juniper and 4.5 parts of centella asiatica.
The piglet feed additive specifically comprises the following steps:

(2) uniformly mixing the crushed raw materials according to the parts by weight to obtain a Chinese herbal medicine mixture, pouring the Chinese herbal medicine mixture into a container, adding water which is 5-7 times of the total weight of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture, soaking for 10-20min, heating to 80-100 ℃, decocting for 1-2 hours, and filtering to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) adding 3-4 times of the total weight of the Chinese herbal medicine mixture into the residue filtered in the step 2, heating to 80-100 ℃, decocting for 1-1.5 hours, and filtering to obtain an extracting solution B;
(4) adding water in an amount which is 1-2 times of the total weight of the medicine into the medicine residue filtered in the step 3, heating to 80-100 ℃, decocting for 0.5-0.7 h, and filtering to obtain an extracting solution C;
(5) mixing the extract A, the extract B and the extract C, stirring uniformly, precipitating with alcohol for 15-20 hours, and filtering to obtain piglet feed additive filtrate;
(6) and carrying out spray drying treatment on the piglet feed additive filtrate to obtain the piglet feed additive.
(7) And packaging and warehousing the piglet feed additive.
Preferably, the temperature of the oven in the step (1) is 50-60 ℃, and the moisture of the dried raw material is less than 7%.
Preferably, the volume concentration of the alcohol in the step (5) is 70-80%.
The application method of the piglet feed additive comprises the step of mixing the piglet feed additive into a common piglet feed and feeding the mixture together, wherein the mass of the piglet feed additive is 5-10% of that of the common piglet feed.
