s3, distributing ceramic powder in a die cavity of a press, covering a soft material layer on the ceramic powder, contacting the surface, adhered with decorative particles, of the ceramic powder with the ceramic powder, and pressing the ceramic powder and the soft material layer together into a green brick through the press;
s4, demolding the green bricks and removing the soft material layer to obtain decorative green bricks with decorative particles embedded in the surfaces;
and S5, sintering the decorative green bricks at high temperature to obtain finished bricks.
In some embodiments, in step S1, the organic particles are obtained by physical cutting or grinding.
In some embodiments, in step S1, the inorganic nonmetallic material particles are stone particles or ceramic decorative particles.
In some embodiments, the ceramic decorative particles are obtained from ceramic raw materials by grinding, mixing, tabletting, crushing, and sieving.
In some embodiments, the colorant is added during the mixing process during the preparation of the ceramic decorative particles.
In some embodiments, in step S4, after the decorative green brick is obtained, the composite decoration is achieved by glaze spraying and ink spraying.
In some embodiments, the layer of soft material is kraft paper.
In some embodiments, in step S2, after the decorative particles are bonded to the glue, the glue is naturally dried or dried at a low temperature.
In some embodiments, in step S5, the firing temperature is 730 ℃ to 1230 ℃.
A ceramic tile is prepared by a ceramic tile surface decoration cloth forming process.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the ceramic tile surface decoration cloth forming process is characterized in that decorative particles are stuck on the ceramic tile surface decoration cloth forming process through kraft paper, the ceramic tile with different visual effects and handfeel can be produced in a small batch mode through the layout design of the decorative particles after firing, the ceramic tile surface decoration cloth forming process is particularly suitable for supporting large-scale equipment (such as a spray tower and other conventional granulation and cloth distribution equipment), only a press and a high-temperature furnace are needed, even if only one piece of ceramic tile is produced, the layout of the decorative particles can be quickly changed, when different products are transferred, only the kraft paper with the decorative particles with another effect is needed to be changed, and the customization of small orders is very convenient.

FIG. 4 is a diagram of the ceramic tile finished product obtained in example 4 of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution:
the ceramic tile surface decoration cloth forming process comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing decorative particles;
inorganic nonmetallic material particles are adopted as the decoration particles, specifically, ceramic decoration particles are adopted, different ceramic raw materials are adopted for grinding into powder, part of the powder is mixed with different color materials to obtain different colored powder, the colored powder and primary color powder are respectively pressed into slices, crushed and screened to obtain ceramic decoration particles with various colors and effects, and the different ceramic decoration particles can show the color of pigment or the primary color of ceramic or the self color of ceramic after sintering;
s2, according to the customized requirements and the design scheme, silk-screen printing glue is arranged on the surface of kraft paper according to the scheme, decorative particles are sprayed and scraped on one surface of the kraft paper silk-screen printing glue through a die of the corresponding scheme, so that the decorative particles are bonded with the glue, natural airing or low-temperature drying is carried out, and the decorative particles are firmly bonded with the glue;
s3, distributing ceramic powder in a press die cavity, covering kraft paper on the ceramic powder, enabling the surface, to which decorative particles are adhered, to contact the ceramic powder, pressing the ceramic powder and the kraft paper together into a green brick through a press, wherein the ceramic powder distributed in the press die cavity in the step is the same as a conventional pressed green brick, and the description is omitted herein;
s4, demolding the pressed green bricks, and tearing kraft paper, wherein at the moment, decorative particles and ceramic powder on the kraft paper are pressed into a green board due to extrusion by a press, the decorative particles are embedded on the surface, and the decorative particles are not taken away basically when the kraft paper is torn, so that the decorative green bricks with the decorative particles embedded on the surface are obtained;
s41, glazing and ink jetting can be carried out on the decorative green bricks, and various patterns of the ink jetting and decorative particles realize composite decoration, so that layering and achievable patterns are richer;
and S5, sintering the decorative brick blank at a high temperature of 1180 ℃ to obtain a finished brick.
As shown in fig. 1, the ceramic tile has a granular feel with various colors, and the surface has an uneven hand feeling, which is more similar to natural conglomerate stones.
Example 2
The difference between the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 1 is that the decoration particles adopted in the embodiment 2 are organic particles, and specifically wood particles are adopted, and glazing and ink spraying are not needed; the wood particles are burnt at high temperature, namely holes are formed at the positions where the wood particles are inlaid, the finished ceramic tile is in a travertine or volcanic stone pattern in the nature, the three-dimensional effect and the visual effect of the surface are very strong, and the touch feeling of hands is also rough simulation feeling.
Example 3
The difference between this example 3 and example 1 is that the ceramic powder used in this example 3 is black powder, and after pressing, a black green brick is formed, and the ceramic decorative particles are relatively large white particles, and are matched with ink or fine powder particles, so as to form a speckle effect. The finished ceramic tile after firing has strong visual effect, rough surface, strong third dimension and hand feeling.
Example 4
The difference between the present embodiment 4 and the embodiment 1 is that, on the basis of the embodiment 1, the decoration particles in the present embodiment 4 are black and gray ceramic decoration particles and wood particles, the decoration particles are locally distributed, holes are formed at the positions where the wood particles are distributed on the finished ceramic tile after firing, the positions where the ceramic decoration particles are distributed are colored particles, the overall visual effect is outstanding, and the concave-convex three-dimensional texture is strong.
The ceramic tile surface decoration cloth forming process is particularly suitable for small-batch production, custom design and convenient production replacement, and is particularly designed for ceramic plates such as simulated granite, marble, natural gravel and the like, and has strong visual effect, obvious handfeel and strong concave-convex third dimension.
Finally, it should be noted that: the foregoing is merely a preferred example of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, but it is to be understood that modifications and equivalents of some of the technical features described in the foregoing embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
