Abstract
本发明提供了一种含益生菌的组合物,按重量份,包括发酵组合物5‑10份、嗜酸乳杆菌1‑3份、乳双歧杆菌1‑2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌1‑2份、凝结芽孢杆菌1‑2份、水苏糖1‑2份、甘露糖醇1‑2份、低聚异麦芽糖1‑2份、诺丽果提取物3‑7份、蒸馏水30‑60份、茶油1‑2份,可显著抑制由高脂饮食诱导的体重增加,同时降低皮下脂肪和内脏脂肪重量;可显著增加机体的基础代谢率和能量消耗;可激活棕色脂肪的产热功能;可显著改善机体的葡萄糖耐受及增强外周器官的胰岛素敏感性;可显著提高棕色脂肪活性,并促进白色脂肪米色化。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含益生菌的组合物及其在制备减肥产品中的应用。
背景技术
中式烹调方法普遍存在油脂含量过多的情况,过多摄入川式火锅,过油菜肴,油淋菜肴,油炸食品等油脂含量超标的食品极易造成热量摄入超标,进而造成肥胖。同时,高糖、高蛋白、高脂肪的食物摄入还会造成肠道菌群失调,长期进食高脂食物引起肠道内正常的优势菌群减少甚至消失,特别是双歧杆菌的数量明显减少,相反,革兰氏阴性菌的数量却大大增加,这些细菌死亡后,其细胞壁中含有的脂多糖释放,通过受损的肠壁入血,引起炎症反应。最近的研究表明,高脂膳食还会使肠道内原本极少量的沃氏嗜胆菌大量繁殖,导致免疫系统过度反应而引起炎症性肠病。这种机体持续的慢性炎症状态进一步引起胰岛素抵抗,最终导致肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病的发生。
因此,用食过于油腻不仅导致热量摄入超标,更严重的是导致肠道菌群的恶化,这两种效应结合在一起,造成恶性循环,进一步导致更严重的肥胖以及各种并发症。因此,有必要开发出一种既可以减少脂肪吸收,又可以改善肠道菌群的益生菌减肥产品。大量研究表明肥胖与肠道微生物菌群也有着密切的联系。益生菌能够降低高脂饮食诱导的肥胖模型鼠血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,改善脂质代谢,减少体内脂肪堆积,降低体重,从而减少肥胖相关疾病患病风险。益生菌是通过定殖在人体内,改变宿主某一部位菌群组成的一类对宿主有益的活性微生物。益生菌通过调节宿主黏膜与系统免疫功能或通过调节肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养吸收保持肠道健康的作用,从而产生有利于健康作用的单微生物或组成明确的混合微生物。益生菌主要有酵母菌、益生芽孢菌、丁酸梭菌、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、放线菌等几种。益生菌可以通过影响人们的食欲以及新陈代谢从而控制体重达到减肥的目的,对身体的负担较小,不过益生菌的耐酸耐胆盐能力较弱,影响了实际吸收和减肥效果。
目前,市场上的益生菌减肥产品主要是基于筛选出来的具有胆盐水解酶活性的益生菌,配合一些其他辅料制成,不能直接减少多余热量和油脂摄入,减肥作用较差,有些植物提取物长期服用还有肾毒性或者肝毒性。还有些已有益生菌、益生元的产品,但是大多数只是简单组合,而没有益生菌生长所需的种类齐全的系统营养物的补充,或者益生菌种类不够丰富,导致应用效果不佳,对肠道菌群的调节不明显,耗时长且易反弹。同时作为食品未考虑风味口感及对于健康的影响。
因此,需要研制一种益生菌制剂,能够有效提高益生菌在胃肠道中消化后的活性,同时能够提高减肥减脂的效果。
发明内容
本发明的第一个方面提供了一种含益生菌的组合物,其具有可直接减少油脂摄入,同时促进肠道菌群健康,减轻体重,降低体脂率的优点。
一种含益生菌的组合物,按重量份,包括发酵组合物5-10份、嗜酸乳杆菌1-3份、乳双歧杆菌1-2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌1-2份、凝结芽孢杆菌1-2份、水苏糖1-2份、甘露糖醇1-2份、低聚异麦芽糖1-2份、诺丽果提取物3-7份、蒸馏水30-60份、茶油1-2份。
按重量份,所述发酵组合物包括啤酒酵母0.05-1份、功能性低聚糖3-22份、益生菌0.1-5份和药食同源食材0.01-10份;所述发酵组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)将功能性低聚糖、益生菌与乳酸菌混合均匀后进行挤出造丸,制成丸芯;
(2)将啤酒酵母、药食同源食材与醋酸杆菌混合均匀,制成软材物,备用;
(3)将制得的丸芯置于预先配制的包衣液中,进行包衣;
(4)对包衣处理后的包衣丸芯在步骤(2)的软材物中滚圆挤压,再进行干燥,即得丸状发酵组合物;其中,所述包衣液为由重量份数为0.4-10份的聚丙烯酸树脂L100-55、0.1-2份的邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素以及0.05-0.2份蓖麻油加入适量纯化水配制成的水分散体。
所述药食同源食材包括10-45份的左旋肉碱、8-40份的绿咖啡豆提取物、8-35份的茶多酚以及0.5-10份的绞股蓝、1-20份的荷叶、3-30份的茯苓、3-30份的决明子、5-20份的山楂、3-20份的香橼以及2-15份的菊花。
所述功能性低聚糖为魔芋葡甘露糖;
所述益生菌为益生菌粉剂,由如下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:双歧杆菌45-60份、鼠李糖乳杆菌50-60份、干酪乳杆菌22-30份、嗜酸乳杆菌18-26份以及植物乳杆菌23-30份,所述益生菌粉剂的活菌含量为2×106-2×1010cfu/g。
还包括低聚果糖20-40份、抗性糊精5-15份、白芸豆提取物2-15份、赤藓糖醇5-15份、大麦苗粉5-15份、荷叶提取物10-30份。
所述菌粉包括植物乳杆菌P9、干酪乳杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌B1398,所述植物乳杆菌P9的质量为益生菌组合物原料的7.5%,所述干酪乳杆菌的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5%,所述婴儿双歧杆菌B1398的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5%。
所述诺丽果提取物由以下步骤制成:将诺丽果果实洗净后烘干,粉碎、研磨后过80目筛得到诺丽果粉,将诺丽果粉加入提取溶剂中,加热至45℃后超声提取45-60分钟得到提取液,将提取液离心分离5-15分钟后得到上清液,将上清液旋转蒸干后加入甲醇,搅拌10-20分钟后得到混合液,将混合液过滤后得到滤液,将滤液真空烘干得到诺丽果提取物。
所述诺丽果提取物的制备步骤中,提取溶剂由(50-60)mL:50mL:3g的蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精组成,诺丽果粉、提取溶剂、甲醇的比例为1:(8-12)g/mL:10mL,离心分离的速度为5000转/分。
本发明的第二个方面提供了含益生菌的组合物在制备减肥产品中的应用,所述减肥作用产品为食品、饮料或药物制剂。所述药物制剂为含片、软胶囊剂、丸剂、微囊剂、颗粒剂、口服液、散剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供一种具有减肥功能的益生菌组合物,其以嗜酸乳杆菌、菌粉、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌为活性成分,减肥效果明显,降血脂效果好,同时具有增强免疫力的效果,嗜酸乳杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、凝结芽孢杆菌这几种益生菌能相互促进生长代谢,进而产生较好的减肥功效。
(2)诺丽果是巴戟天属植物,本发明将诺丽果的果实以蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精为提取溶剂通过提取得到诺丽果提取物,其含有黄酮、多酚等活性成分,对益生菌能起到很好的保护作用,能有效提高益生菌组合物的耐酸耐胆碱能力以及减肥功效。

(4)本发明提供的益生菌组合物,科学合理的将复合益生菌粉与植物活性成分进行配合使用,能够有效减少体内脂肪的生成,增加益生菌种类和数量、增加益生菌营养物质、抑制有害菌生长,从而达到对肠道菌群的选择性调节作用,提高益生菌组合物的益生性和减肥效果,减肥效果显著并且适宜人群广泛。

(6)本发明还包括含益生菌的组合物及其在制备减肥产品中的应用。所述的应用,是指组合物可通过降低体重来达到减肥的目的,或者通过降低全身脂肪重量来达到减肥的目的。

实施例1
一种含益生菌的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:发酵组合物5份、嗜酸乳杆菌3份、乳双歧杆菌2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌2份、凝结芽孢杆菌2份、水苏糖2份、甘露糖醇2份、低聚异麦芽糖2份、诺丽果提取物7份、蒸馏水60份、茶油2份、低聚果糖40份、抗性糊精15份、白芸豆提取物15份、赤藓糖醇15份、大麦苗粉15份、荷叶提取物30份。
所述发酵组合物包括啤酒酵母1份、功能性低聚糖22份、乳酸菌10份、益生菌5份和药食同源食材10份;所述发酵组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)将功能性低聚糖、益生菌与乳酸菌混合均匀后进行挤出造丸,制成丸芯;
(2)将啤酒酵母、药食同源食材与醋酸杆菌混合均匀,制成软材物,备用;
(3)将制得的丸芯置于预先配制的包衣液中,进行包衣;
(4)对包衣处理后的包衣丸芯在步骤(2)的软材物中滚圆挤压,再进行干燥,即得丸状发酵组合物;其中,所述包衣液为由重量份数为10份的聚丙烯酸树脂L100-55、2份的邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素以0.2份蓖麻油加入适量纯化水配制成的水分散体。
按重量份,所述药食同源食材包括45份的左旋肉碱、40份的绿咖啡豆提取物、35份的茶多酚以及10份的绞股蓝、20份的荷叶、30份的茯苓、30份的决明子、20份的山楂、20份的香橼以及15份的菊花。
所述功能性低聚糖为魔芋葡甘露糖;
所述益生菌为益生菌粉剂,由如下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:双歧杆菌60份、鼠李糖乳杆菌60份、干酪乳杆菌30份、嗜酸乳杆菌26份以及植物乳杆菌30份,所述益生菌粉剂的活菌含量为2×106-2×1010cfu/g。
所述菌粉包括植物乳杆菌P9、干酪乳杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌B1398,所述植物乳杆菌P9的质量为益生菌组合物原料的7.5wt%,所述干酪乳杆菌的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%,所述婴儿双歧杆菌B1398的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%。
诺丽果提取物由以下步骤制成:
将诺丽果果实洗净后烘干,粉碎、研磨后过80目筛得到诺丽果粉,将诺丽果粉加入由55mL:50mL:3g的蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精组成的提取溶剂中,加热至45℃后超声提取50分钟得到提取液,将提取液5000转/分速度下离心分离10分钟后得到上清液,将上清液旋转蒸干后加入甲醇,搅拌15分钟后得到混合液,将混合液过滤后得到滤液,将滤液真空烘干得到诺丽果提取物,诺丽果粉、提取溶剂、甲醇的比例为1:10g/mL:10mL。
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例2
一种含益生菌的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:发酵组合物5份、嗜酸乳杆菌1份、乳双歧杆菌1份、鼠李糖乳杆菌1份、凝结芽孢杆菌1份、水苏糖1份、甘露糖醇1份、低聚异麦芽糖1份、诺丽果提取物3份、蒸馏水30份、茶油1份、低聚果糖20份、抗性糊精5份、白芸豆提取物2份、赤藓糖醇5份、大麦苗粉5份、荷叶提取物10份。
所述发酵组合物包括啤酒酵母0.05份、功能性低聚糖3份、乳酸菌3份、益生菌0.1份和药食同源食材0.01份;所述发酵组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)将功能性低聚糖、益生菌与乳酸菌混合均匀后进行挤出造丸,制成丸芯;
(2)将啤酒酵母、药食同源食材与醋酸杆菌混合均匀,制成软材物,备用;
(3)将制得的丸芯置于预先配制的包衣液中,进行包衣;
(4)对包衣处理后的包衣丸芯在步骤(2)的软材物中滚圆挤压,再进行干燥,即得丸状发酵组合物;其中,所述包衣液为由重量份数为0.4份的聚丙烯酸树脂L100-55、0.1份的邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素以及0.05份蓖麻油加入适量纯化水配制成的水分散体。
按重量份,所述药食同源食材包括10份的左旋肉碱、8份的绿咖啡豆提取物、8份的茶多酚以及0.5份的绞股蓝、1份的荷叶、3份的茯苓、3份的决明子、5份的山楂、3份的香橼以及2份的菊花。
所述功能性低聚糖为魔芋葡甘露糖;
所述益生菌为益生菌粉剂,由如下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:双歧杆菌45份、鼠李糖乳杆菌50份、干酪乳杆菌22份、嗜酸乳杆菌18份以及植物乳杆菌23份,所述益生菌粉剂的活菌含量为2×106-2×1010cfu/g。

将诺丽果果实洗净后烘干,粉碎、研磨后过80目筛得到诺丽果粉,将诺丽果粉加入由50mL:50mL:3g的蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精组成的提取溶剂中,加热至45℃后超声提取45分钟得到提取液,将提取液5000转/分速度下离心分离5分钟后得到上清液,将上清液旋转蒸干后加入甲醇,搅拌10分钟后得到混合液,将混合液过滤后得到滤液,将滤液真空烘干得到诺丽果提取物,诺丽果粉、提取溶剂、甲醇的比例为1:12g/mL:10mL。

实施例3
一种含益生菌的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:发酵组合物6份、嗜酸乳杆菌2份、乳双歧杆菌2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌2份、凝结芽孢杆菌1份、水苏糖1份、甘露糖醇1份、低聚异麦芽糖2份、诺丽果提取物4份、蒸馏水50份、茶油1份、低聚果糖30份、抗性糊精8份、白芸豆提取物7份、赤藓糖醇8份、大麦苗粉10份、荷叶提取物20份。
所述发酵组合物包括啤酒酵母1份、功能性低聚糖15份、乳酸菌7份、益生菌3份和药食同源食材6份;所述发酵组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)将功能性低聚糖、益生菌与乳酸菌混合均匀后进行挤出造丸,制成丸芯;
(2)将啤酒酵母、药食同源食材与醋酸杆菌混合均匀,制成软材物,备用;
(3)将制得的丸芯置于预先配制的包衣液中,进行包衣;
(4)对包衣处理后的包衣丸芯在步骤(2)的软材物中滚圆挤压,再进行干燥,即得丸状发酵组合物;其中,所述包衣液为由重量份数为7份的聚丙烯酸树脂L100-55、1份的邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素以及0.1份蓖麻油加入适量纯化水配制成的水分散体。

所述益生菌为益生菌粉剂,由如下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:双歧杆菌50份、鼠李糖乳杆菌55份、干酪乳杆菌25份、嗜酸乳杆菌22份以及植物乳杆菌25份,所述益生菌粉剂的活菌含量为2×106-2×1010cfu/g。
所述菌粉包括植物乳杆菌P9、干酪乳杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌B1398,所述植物乳杆菌P9的质量为益生菌组合物原料的7.5wt%,所述干酪乳杆菌的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%,所述婴儿双歧杆菌B1398的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%。

将诺丽果果实洗净后烘干,粉碎、研磨后过80目筛得到诺丽果粉,将诺丽果粉加入由60mL:50mL:3g的蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精组成的提取溶剂中,加热至45℃后超声提取60分钟得到提取液,将提取液5000转/分速度下离心分离15分钟后得到上清液,将上清液旋转蒸干后加入甲醇,搅拌20分钟后得到混合液,将混合液过滤后得到滤液,将滤液真空烘干得到诺丽果提取物,诺丽果粉、提取溶剂、甲醇的比例为1:8g/mL:10mL。

实施例4
一种含益生菌的组合物,由以下重量份的原料制成:发酵组合物7份、嗜酸乳杆菌1份、乳双歧杆菌2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌1份、凝结芽孢杆菌1份、水苏糖2份、甘露糖醇1份、低聚异麦芽糖2份、诺丽果提取物5份、蒸馏水55份、茶油1份、低聚果糖35份、抗性糊精12份、白芸豆提取物13份、赤藓糖醇13份、大麦苗粉6份、荷叶提取物25份。
所述发酵组合物包括啤酒酵母1份、功能性低聚糖13份、乳酸菌7份、益生菌3份和药食同源食材8份;所述发酵组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)将功能性低聚糖、益生菌与乳酸菌混合均匀后进行挤出造丸,制成丸芯;
(2)将啤酒酵母、药食同源食材与醋酸杆菌混合均匀,制成软材物,备用;
(3)将制得的丸芯置于预先配制的包衣液中,进行包衣;
(4)对包衣处理后的包衣丸芯在步骤(2)的软材物中滚圆挤压,再进行干燥,即得丸状发酵组合物;其中,所述包衣液为由重量份数为2份的聚丙烯酸树脂L100-55、1份的邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素以及0.1份蓖麻油加入适量纯化水配制成的水分散体。
按重量份,所述药食同源食材包括33份的左旋肉碱、24份的绿咖啡豆提取物、30份的茶多酚以及6份的绞股蓝、16份的荷叶、27份的茯苓、30份的决明子、15份的山楂、15份的香橼以及10份的菊花。
所述功能性低聚糖为魔芋葡甘露糖;
所述益生菌为益生菌粉剂,由如下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:双歧杆菌55份、鼠李糖乳杆菌55份、干酪乳杆菌25份、嗜酸乳杆菌19份以及植物乳杆菌27份,所述益生菌粉剂的活菌含量为2×106-2×1010cfu/g。
所述菌粉包括植物乳杆菌P9、干酪乳杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌B1398,所述植物乳杆菌P9的质量为益生菌组合物原料的7.5wt%,所述干酪乳杆菌的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%,所述婴儿双歧杆菌B1398的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%。
诺丽果提取物由以下步骤制成:
将诺丽果果实洗净后烘干,粉碎、研磨后过80目筛得到诺丽果粉,将诺丽果粉加入由57mL:50mL:3g的蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精组成的提取溶剂中,加热至45℃后超声提取55分钟得到提取液,将提取液5000转/分速度下离心分离12分钟后得到上清液,将上清液旋转蒸干后加入甲醇,搅拌16分钟后得到混合液,将混合液过滤后得到滤液,将滤液真空烘干得到诺丽果提取物,诺丽果粉、提取溶剂、甲醇的比例为1:9g/mL:10mL。
本实施例的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1
本对比例和实施例1的区别在于,不含有诺丽果提取物。
对比例2
本对比例和实施例1的区别在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:发酵组合物5份、嗜酸乳杆菌3份、凝结芽孢杆菌2份、水苏糖2份、甘露糖醇2份、低聚异麦芽糖2份、诺丽果提取物7份、蒸馏水60份、茶油2份、低聚果糖40份、抗性糊精15份、白芸豆提取物15份、赤藓糖醇15份。
减肥功效测试
选取280名年龄为24-52岁、BMI为24-30、体脂率(男性23-30%,女性29-35%)的志愿者作为测试对象,测试对象排除妊娠期女性,有严重的心肝肾并发症或严重胃肠道疾病者,近三个月有糖尿病酮症者。将测试对象随机平均分为7组,每组40名,测试期间测试对象保持生活饮食习惯,不服用降糖、降脂药物。
分别给7组测试对象服用本发明实施例1-4、对比例1-2以及对比例,服用方法:2g/次,每天1次,用热水冲服,连续服用1个月后评价疗效。疗效评价指标:记录测试前后测试对象的体脂率变化,计算出体脂变化率,体脂变化率=(测试前体脂率-测试后体脂率)/测试前体脂率×100%。疗效评价标准:显效,体脂变化率≥5%;有效,1%≤体脂变化率<5%;无效,体脂变化率<1%;以显效+有效统计总有效率。
表1测试结果
由表1可看出,本发明实施例1-4的总有效率均明显高于对比例,表明本发明制得的益生菌组合物具有较好的减肥功效。对比例1、2的部分原料或制备步骤与实施例1不同,与实施例1相比,对比例1、2的总有效率均有所降低,说明本发明使用的诺丽果提取物以及在制备步骤(2)中对混合液通过微射流设备处理的操作均能有效提高益生菌组合物的减肥功效。
对比例2:耐酸耐胆碱能力测试
分别称取20g实施例1-4、对比例1、对比例2,分别加入180mL质量浓度为0.1%的蛋白胨水溶液中,40℃下混合20分钟后振荡均匀,取1mL溶液通过平板计数法测定活菌数记为A1。以3g/L的比例将胃蛋白酶加入无菌生理盐水中,调节pH值至3.0后混合均匀得到模拟胃液,然后分别称取4g实施例1-4、对比例1、对比例2分别加入300mL模拟胃液中,37℃下培养8小时后取1mL溶液按照前述方法测定活菌数记为A2,然后计算出活菌存活率:
活菌存活率=A2/A1×100%,活菌存活率越高表明益生菌组合物的耐酸耐胆碱能力越好。

以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份,包括发酵组合物5-10份、嗜酸乳杆菌1-3份、乳双歧杆菌1-2份、鼠李糖乳杆菌1-2份、凝结芽孢杆菌1-2份、水苏糖1-2份、甘露糖醇1-2份、低聚异麦芽糖1-2份、诺丽果提取物3-7份、蒸馏水30-60份、茶油1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份,所述发酵组合物包括啤酒酵母0.05-1份、功能性低聚糖3-22份、益生菌0.1-5份和药食同源食材0.01-10份;所述发酵组合物的制备方法包括:
(1)将功能性低聚糖、益生菌与乳酸菌混合均匀后进行挤出造丸,制成丸芯;
(2)将啤酒酵母、药食同源食材与醋酸杆菌混合均匀,制成软材物,备用;
(3)将制得的丸芯置于预先配制的包衣液中,进行包衣;
(4)对包衣处理后的包衣丸芯在步骤(2)的软材物中滚圆挤压,再进行干燥,即得丸状发酵组合物;其中,所述包衣液为由重量份数为0.4-10份的聚丙烯酸树脂L100-55、0.1-2份的邻苯二甲酸羟丙基甲基纤维素以及0.05-0.2份蓖麻油加入适量纯化水配制成的水分散体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,按重量份,所述药食同源食材包括10-45份的左旋肉碱、8-40份的绿咖啡豆提取物、8-35份的茶多酚以及0.5-10份的绞股蓝、1-20份的荷叶、3-30份的茯苓、3-30份的决明子、5-20份的山楂、3-20份的香橼以及2-15份的菊花。
4.根据权利要求2所述的含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,所述功能性低聚糖为魔芋葡甘露糖;
所述益生菌为益生菌粉剂,由如下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:双歧杆菌45-60份、鼠李糖乳杆菌50-60份、干酪乳杆菌22-30份、嗜酸乳杆菌18-26份以及植物乳杆菌23-30份,所述益生菌粉剂的活菌含量为2×106-2×1010cfu/g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,还包括低聚果糖20-40份、抗性糊精5-15份、白芸豆提取物2-15份、赤藓糖醇5-15份、大麦苗粉5-15份、荷叶提取物10-30份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,所述益生菌粉剂包括植物乳杆菌P9、干酪乳杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌B1398,所述植物乳杆菌P9的质量为益生菌组合物原料的7.5wt%,所述干酪乳杆菌的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%,所述婴儿双歧杆菌B1398的质量为益生菌组合物原料的2.5wt%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,所述诺丽果提取物由以下步骤制成:将诺丽果果实洗净后烘干,粉碎、研磨后过80目筛得到诺丽果粉,将诺丽果粉加入提取溶剂中,加热至45℃后超声提取45-60分钟得到提取液,将提取液离心分离5-15分钟后得到上清液,将上清液旋转蒸干后加入甲醇,搅拌10-20分钟后得到混合液,将混合液过滤后得到滤液,将滤液真空烘干得到诺丽果提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含益生菌的组合物,其特征在于,所述诺丽果提取物的制备步骤中,提取溶剂由(50-60)mL:50mL:3g的蒸馏水、乙醇、β-环糊精组成,诺丽果粉、提取溶剂、甲醇的比例为1:(8-12)g/mL:10mL,离心分离的速度为5000转/分。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的含益生菌的组合物在制备减肥产品中的应用,其特征在于,所述减肥产品为食品、饮料或药物制剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含益生菌的组合物在制备减肥产品中的应用,其特征在于,所述药物制剂为含片、软胶囊剂、丸剂、微囊剂、颗粒剂、口服液、散剂。
