Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气腕表,它包括具有模压成型的弹性体制成的主体的柔性腕带、包括安装在柔性印刷电路薄片上的部件的电气表运动机构,所述部件及所述柔性薄片通过上模压所述主体的弹性体而嵌在腕带主体中、由该手表运动机构控制的显示单元以及与手表运动机构相连的电源。本发明还涉及制造这种腕表的方法。
背景技术
法国专利申请2595480提供了这种类型的一种腕表,它包括液晶或类似的显示单元,显示单元受电池或另一种电源供电的电路控制。该电路的构成元件及显示单元本身都内装在腕带中,通过用柔性塑料或类似的材料上模压这些小厚度的平薄片形式的元件制成该腕带,显示屏位于腕带的中间部分。电池外壳布置在位于腕带一端的较厚部分处,该外壳带有与后者连接的一个紧固元件。在显示屏附近装有在腕带内与其成一整体的数个触感控制按钮,而这些控制按钮的上表面与腕带相对应的表面同样高。因为显示屏由于腕带的双重模压而在腕带内与其成一整体,显示屏的上表面必须与腕带的上表面同样高,以使所显示的内容可见,除非该腕带是用让显示可见的透明塑料模压而成的。
具有这种结构,就可以理解:用于上模压的塑料必须是较柔软的,以使得腕带具有足够的柔性。因此,嵌在这种材料中的部件不能很好地得到保护使其免受外界压力,并且当手表带在手腕上时,容易很快被损坏。这可以解释为什么这种类型的手表至今没有在商业上成功。
英国专利申请1574730公布了一种其外壳及腕带成型为一个单一模压件的腕表,例如由聚丙稀制成,这种腕带通过形成柔性铰接的薄的部件与表壳相连。该腕带包括装有控制按钮的外壳,这些按钮通过一个嵌在塑料中的印刷电路片与安装在表壳内的电气模块电气连接。制造这种表比较复杂,因为它需要将多个元件装在表壳中并要在腕带中装设外壳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种腕带,其中大部分或全部的电气部件都嵌在一个柔性的腕带中,但仍可以避免在手表的正常使用过程中由外界影响造成的损坏。另外,这种表的制造成本应该可以很低。
这样本发明涉及前面提到的这种类型的电气腕表,其特征为:它包括多个装在腕带主体上的外部元件,这些元件由腕带以柔性的方式相互连接,至少在这些外部元件中有某些布置成使其覆盖和保护手表的运动机构部件及显示单元。
这样,手表的易损坏的元件,即手表运动机构部件和显示单元经济地装在腕带中或腕带上,并由足够坚硬的外壳保护,这样既具有吸引人的外观,同时又是极其简单和便宜的。腕表可包括其他的外部元件,如具有与外壳外形相似并沿腕带的主体分布的装饰性的元件。
本发明也提供了制造这种腕带的一种有利的方法,包括如下步骤:表的运动机构部件装在柔性印刷电路薄片上,包括将其与显示单元及电源连接的电气连接装置;然后在柔性薄片和所述部件(除了连接装置以外)上上模压制成腕带的主体;而后将显示单元及电源与所述连接装置相连,将外部元件固定到腕带主体上。

具体实施方式
图1所示的腕带包括柔性腕带1,其上装有一排包括外壳2、3、4和装饰元件5的外部元件。这些外部元件互相连接地沿柔性腕带1分布,在其端部具有图中未示的常规紧固装置,如带舌片的卡子或叠合扣。外部元件2~5最好为相同大小并可为使腕带具有带连接件的手镯或其它好看的外观的形状。在本例中,和常规的手表不同,使用者看不到装有所有手表运动机构和显示装置的表壳,而只能看到装在外壳3上表面、使外壳内的显示单元可读的液晶屏6。
腕表的内部结构如图2和3所示。腕带1的主体用电绝缘的热塑料(如弹性体)中模压的一根条带形成,该主体包含有柔性印刷电路薄片10,在本例中,该薄片伸展到由三个外壳2、3、4覆盖的区域中,具体与这些外壳覆盖的手表元件电气连接。大部分的、最好是全部的手表运动机构部件装在表壳4覆盖的区域中的薄片10上,其中图2中可以看到例如石英谐振器11和集成电路12。要指出的是:在这个区域中,由图3中13表示的弹性体的上部在图2中被省略掉了,以示出部件11和12,但实际上它们是嵌在弹性体中的。
在由外壳2覆盖的区域中,空腔14布置在弹性体腕带的上部中,以装纳用作为手表电源的电池15的下部。柔性印刷电路薄片10在此区中包括两个接触条带16和17,它们显露在空腔14中,贴靠着对应的电池15的两极,并将后者与印刷电路相连。
在由外壳3覆盖的区域中,柔性薄片10包括装设有将印刷电路与显示单元20连接的导路19的连接舌片18,该显示单元最好为液晶显示元件。因为单元20没有内装在腕带1的弹性体中,连接舌片18从弹性体中显露出来,它最好被弯曲以例如用各向异性的粘合材料固定于承受元件控制接触的单元20的边缘上。在图中所示的例子中,舌片18从柔性薄片10横向伸出,但也可以纵向伸出。
外壳2和4在顶面和侧面完全闭合,而中间的外壳3具有上开口22,用密封垫圈23将液晶6装在开口中。另外,外壳3或其它两个外壳2和4中的一个装有按钮24通过舌片18的导路19控制各种表功能,特别是为时间的设定。
外壳2、3和4朝向底部开口,且成型为覆盖腕带1的主体,由于弹性体的可压缩特性使其可用作为密封垫圈,因此这些外壳是以密封方式紧靠着该主体。为了局部增加此可压缩性,腕带的主体在其上表面上及侧表面上具有表面凸缘26,该凸缘朝向并贴靠着外壳2~4的表面。外壳2~4都分别通过各自的底板27固定于腕带1,该底板上设有供螺丝28穿过的孔,螺丝28也穿过腕带上的孔30,啮合在外壳的侧壁中。这使得腕带1的主体可被夹紧在板和外壳之间以保证密封性。
装饰元件5与外壳2~4一样叠加在腕带1的主体上,同时也被各自的底板29夹紧在后者上固定。由于这种情况中没有考虑密封问题,板29不必非得用螺钉紧固在装饰元件5上,例如也可以采用粘合或用爪固定。装饰元件也可为环形滑套在腕带1的主体上。
外壳2~4及装饰元件5可全部由刚性或半刚性的材料制成,例如便宜的手表中采用模压成型或注塑成型的塑料部件。这些外壳可为矩形或其它形状,根据美观效果的需要而定,其大小可相同也可不同。可以看出,本发明使得手表所有的易损部件都能聚集在外壳2~4下面,这样保护其免受振动、压力或其它易使它们受损的外部影响。柔性薄片10没有完全被这些外壳保护,但因其嵌在腕带1的弹性材料中,使它在两个外壳之间得到了充分的保护。也可以看出,装有电池15的外壳2能很容易地拆开来更换电池。
具有上述的这种结构的腕表可通过便宜的方法制造。最好通过截取含有大量这种电路的条带来得到柔性集成电路薄片10。表的运动机构部件在截取条带之前或之后安装到该薄片上。接着将腕带1的弹性主体上模压到已装有电气部件的薄片10上,保护连接舌片18和接触条带16和17,使它们从弹性体中露出。如果需要可采用几个步骤来进行上模压,特别是为了便于柔性薄片在模压中的定位和/或便于装入如形成腕带内芯的线材或织物带这样的增强元件。模压的主体可包括用于固定显示单元和电池的凸起元件,例如通过用爪来固定。显示单元20可在上模压之前或之后与舌片18相连。然后只需将电池15放入空腔14中,将外壳2~4及装饰元件5装到腕带上,并将叠合扣(如果有的话)装在腕带上。很清楚,这种制造方式使腕表的生产可以尽可能地采用自动方式,成本也很低。
在本发明的范围内,上述的结构可有多种变型。显示单元可以是任何形式的,特别是带步进马达的模拟型。用做电源的电池可由其它任何适合的供电系统替代,例如太阳能电池或由佩带表的人的运动驱动的微发电机。保护手表运动机构部件、显示部件及电池的外壳的数目可多也可少。具体来说,如果手表包含各种附加的功能,可将数个显示部件分布在数个外壳中。也可装设几个控制按钮,这些按钮可以装设在这些外壳上,也可以装在腕带本身主体中,如嵌在弹性体中。当然装饰元件5在本发明的范围内并不是必不可少的。
Claims (10)
1.电气腕表,包括:
-柔性腕带(1),它具有弹性体模压制成的主体;
-电气的表运动机构,包括装在柔性印刷电路薄片(10)上的部件(11,12),所述的部件及所述柔性薄片通过所述主体的弹性体的上模压装在腕带的主体中。
-由表运动机构控制的显示单元(20);
-与所述表运动机构相连的电源;
所述的腕表,其特征为:它还包括多个装在腕带(1)主体上的外部元件(2-5),这些元件由腕带以柔性的方式相互连接,至少有几个所述外部元件为布置成覆盖并保护表运动机构部件(11,12)和显示单元(20)的外壳(2-4)。
2.根据权利要求1的腕表,其特征为,电源包括电池(15),而且外部元件中有一个为布置成覆盖所述电池的外壳(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2的腕表,其特征为,外壳(2-4)布置成以密封方式靠着腕带主体,该主体的弹性材料形成密封垫圈。
4.根据权利要求3的腕表,其特征为,腕带的主体包括:朝向各外壳的,用于以密封方式靠着外壳的表面凸缘(26)。
5.根据权利要求3的腕表,其特征为,每个外壳(2-4)布置成重叠在腕带的主体上,通过布置在所述主体下方的底板(27)将其夹紧固定在主体上。
6.根据权利要求1或2的腕表,其特征为,某些与所述外壳分离的外部元件为沿腕带主体分布的装饰元件(5),这些元件通过腕带以柔性方式互相连接。
7.根据权利要求6的腕表,其特征为,每个装饰元件(5)都布置成重叠在腕带的主体上,通过布置在所述主体下方的底板(29)夹紧固定在主体上。
8.根据权利要求1的腕表,其特征为,所述柔性印刷电路薄片(10)包括装有导路(19)将其与显示单元(20)连接的连接舌片(18),并且所述舌片显露在腕带主体外。
9.根据权利要求1的腕带,其特征为,所述柔性印刷电路薄片(10)包括两个将其与电源连接的接触条带(16,17),所述条带显露在腕带主体外。
10.制造根据前面权利要求中的任一条的腕表的方法包括如下步骤:
-手表运动机构部件(11,12)装在柔性印刷电路薄片(10)上,该薄片包括电气连接装置(16,17,18),用于将其与显示单元(20)及电源连接;
-用在所述柔性薄片和所述部件(除了所述连接装置以外)上上模压制得腕带(1)的主体;
-将显示单元和电源与所述连接装置连接,将所述外部元件(2-5)固定到腕带的主体上。
