Description

Bright white composition, bright white essence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a brightening composition, brightening essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Modern urban population often has irregular life due to work and the like, and air pollution ultraviolet irradiation and skin loss transparent feeling caused by radiation brought by an electronic screen appear dark, dull, color difference and other skin problems.
Skin color is determined by the combination of various components such as physiological surface state, blood flow, moisture, pigment, etc. of skin. At present, in a plurality of skin care products with the effect of brightening skin sold in the market, melanin is mainly aimed at, and a common path is to reduce melanin formation by inhibiting tyrosinase, prevent produced melanin from transferring to a epidermis layer, decompose and reduce the formed melanin, and directly accelerate the shedding of epidermis cells so as to achieve the effect of whitening. However, consumers often use the skin whitening composition for a long time, and cannot feel macroscopic skin color change, so that the consumer pursues a high-concentration component whitening product, and the consumer is not easy to irritate the skin due to improper use; however, the generation of melanin is a self-defense mode of organisms for resisting ultraviolet injury and protecting skin cells, and proper inhibition of melanin does not affect health, but excessive inhibition of melanin can possibly cause skin diseases. A unique whitening product against melanin is therefore also not desirable.
Modern researches show that the brightness of skin is related to the internal reflection light of skin, and the more the light rays are irradiated to the skin, the more the light rays reflected back through the stratum corneum are brought to the skin to be shinier. Dark skin, less internal reflection, bright and clean skin often has more internal reflection light, and the reflection light enters human eyes, so that bright and transparent feeling can be given to people visually. The skin is required to be bright and white, the skin is not sufficiently whitened by inhibiting melanin, and the permeability of the epidermis is also critical. The stratum corneum is the gate of the entry and reflection of external light into the skin, and the condition of the stratum corneum (keratinocytes) has a great influence on the smoothness/transparency of the skin, so that in addition to usual skin care, conditioning the surface state of the skin to increase its permeability is also important for visually improving the complexion.

Arbutin (arbutin n): the molecular formula: c (C) 12 H 16 O 7 The relative molecular weight is 272.25, also called arbutin and arbutin, which are found in Xiong Guogan leaves, are used in medicines at the earliest time, and have the functions of resisting bacteria and resisting inflammation for treating diseases such as urinary tract infection, cystitis, kidney stones and the like. The chemical name is 4-hydroxyphenyl-D-glucopyranoside, which is a derivative of hydroquinone (hydroquinone) and has the appearance of white needle-like crystal or powder, is easy to dissolve in hot water, ethanol, propylene glycol and glycerol, and slightly dissolves in cold water, and has the appearance of white needle-like crystal or powder. Arbutin is a glycoside substance derived from green plants and naturally occurring, and can be classified into alpha type and beta type according to the chemical structure, and the natural form is beta-arbutin. The alpha-arbutin is artificially synthesized by Japanese scientists in the fifth sixty of the last century, and has better stability, effect and safety than the beta-arbutin, so the alpha-arbutin is more widely used.
Arbutin is known as the safest and effective whitening raw material and the twenty-first-century ideal skin whitening and freckle removing component popular at present, can effectively inhibit tyrosinase activity under the condition of not affecting cell proliferation concentration, and can compete for the binding site of dopa through direct combination of the arbutin and tyrosinase, block the synthesis of dopa and dopa quinone, further interfere melanocytes and inhibit melanin generation. Meanwhile, it has the functions of lightening formed melanin, accelerating the decomposition and excretion of melanin, reducing skin pigmentation and eliminating spots and freckles. Besides whitening, arbutin has other functions: and (3) relieving and repairing: can reduce and alleviate skin and hair irritation caused by surfactants and hair dyes, promote skin cell growth and help heal wounds; antioxidation: can protect cells and resist oxidative damage caused by hydrogen peroxide, 4, has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, and is conventionally used for treating urinary tract infection, wherein arbutin is the main effective component.
The alpha-arbutin is selected in the invention, although the price of the alpha-arbutin is 8 times of that of the beta-arbutin, the alpha-arbutin has stronger inhibition effect on tyrosinase activity (the whitening effect is more than 15 times of that of the beta-arbutin), the stability is higher, the alpha-arbutin cannot be decomposed at a high temperature of 100 ℃, the alpha-arbutin has no photosensitivity, and the alpha-arbutin can be used as such in the daytime.
Nicotinamide (n iaci n amide or n icotinamide): molecular formula C 6 H 6 N 2 O, molecular weight 122.125, is an amide compound of niacin, also known as niacinamide or niacinamide, which is from the vitamin family, being the water-soluble and active form of vitamin B3 (niacin). The nicotinamide is white needle-like crystal or crystalline powder in appearance, has no or little odor, is slightly bitter in taste, is easily dissolved in water or ethanol, is dissolved in glycerol, and is stable under air, light and heat conditions. As a pharmaceutical ingredient, nicotinamide has high safety, is also a basic vitamin supplement in clinical dermatological treatment, and can be used for preventing and treating diseases such as pellagra, stomatitis, glossitis and the like.
A large number of clinical experiments prove that the nicotinamide has wide effect, is a famous and practical universal skin care ingredient, and has the effects of (1) moisturizing and repairing according to different addition concentrations of the nicotinamide: the nicotinamide is used as an important constituent factor of cell key coenzyme, can increase the generation of ceramide in skin, and can make intercellular lipid more, so that the thickness and the compactness of the stratum corneum are enhanced, and the nicotinamide has a certain repairing capability on the damaged stratum corneum and can help the skin to strengthen the resistance. There is literature comparing 2% niacinamide cream with white petrolatum applied topically to the skin of atopic dermatitis patients, the TEWL (trans-dermal water loss rate) of the niacinamide applied area is significantly reduced, while the petrolatum group is almost unchanged. (2) Oil control, inflammation relief: the nicotinamide has an inhibition effect on sebaceous gland secretion and has a certain oil control effect; can also inhibit various inflammatory factors and relieve inflammation, and researches show that: the effect of external 4% nicotinamide on treating acne vulgaris is almost the same as that of external 1% clindamycin gel (prescription drug for treating acne), and the irritation is much smaller than clindamycin. (3) Whitening: the maximum effect of the niacinamide in the skin care product is whitening, and is different from the common whitening mechanism for inhibiting tyrosinase, and nicotinamide is not directly aimed at melanin, but is used for inhibiting melanosomes from being transferred from melanocytes to keratinocytes, in other words, closing PAR-2 receptors on keratinocytes, cutting off transfer paths of melanin, preventing melanin from floating from a bottom layer, enabling the melanin to only descend, so that the melanophores can reduce the generation of melanin, and simultaneously, the lysosomes of the keratinocytes decompose and absorb redundant melanin through cytoautophagy, thereby effectively reducing melanin precipitation and achieving the whitening effect. (4) Anti-aging: studies have shown that if nicotinamide concentration exceeds 5%, collagen production of skin can be promoted, and facial wrinkles can be reduced to some extent; often match with anti-aging components such as vitamin A, peptide and the like, cooperate with the anti-aging components, enhance the skin barrier effect and also relieve the irritation caused by the vitamin A and the like.
The skin intolerance of high-concentration nicotinamide mainly comes from residual impurity nicotinic acid, and the poor nicotinamide can cause discomfort such as skin stinging, redness and the like due to high content of the nicotinic acid, so the purity of the nicotinamide is particularly important; the nicotinamide selected in the invention is from nicotinamide PC of Imperial Mamman group of the Netherlands, the content of residual nicotinic acid is extremely low (within 50 ppm), and the skin is not uncomfortable.
Chitosan amine (Acetyl glucosamine): the chemical formula is C 8 H 15 NO 6 Molecular weight 221.21, also known as N-acetyl-D-glucosamine, commonly referred to simply as NAG, is the product obtained from the partial deacetylation of chitin. The appearance is a white crystal powder, the pH is neutral and very soluble in water, the taste is mild, the sweet taste is slightly provided, and the stability to heat and pH is very high. The chitosan amine is a micromolecular polysaccharide, is a main component of mucopolysaccharide and hyaluronic acid in biological cells, and has a plurality of important physiological functions in organisms. The essence has the application effect: (1) moisturizing and water supplementing: the chitosan amine has small molecular weight, excellent transdermal absorbability, and capability of promoting the hydration capacity of skin, and is a high-efficiency humectant. Can effectively increase skin moisture, promote skin moisture degree, get rid of dry and tight skin, and create good water and air color. (2) Promote hyaluronic acid synthesis of skin cells: NAG is a precursor of natural skin moisturizing factor sodium hyaluronate (alternatively composed of disaccharide units composed of NAG and glucuronic acid), and is effective in enhancing activity of Hyaluronic Acid Synthase (HAS), promoting synthesis and secretion of hyaluronic acid by skin keratinocyte and fibroblast, and increasing hyaluronic acid content in skin cell. NAG complements the deficiencies of the exogenous application of traditional hyaluronic acid, and promotes the production of hyaluronic acid and other mucopolysaccharides from the endogenous source. (3) Whitening: inhibiting the glycosylation of tyrosinase, which is a necessary step to convert the tyrosinase precursor in an inactive state to tyrosinase in an active state, thereby inhibiting tyrosinase maturation and reducing melanin synthesis. The research shows that the synergistic effect of NAG and nicotinamide can reduce local pigmentation, lighten skin color spots and effectively homogenize skin color. (4) Natural cutin regulator: NAG can maintain normal metabolism of surface keratinocytes, and unhealthy keratinocytes metabolize surface glycoproteins to be entangled together, so that the surface glycoproteins are not easy to shrink into small dander and fall off; NAG can normalize glycoprotein metabolism on keratinocyte surface, and make horny layer pushed to outermost layer easily form tiny scale shape and naturally drop, thereby achieving the effects of removing horny layer and maintaining normal metabolism of superficial keratinocyte. Compared with fruit acid, it has mild actionHas no skin irritation. (5) Scavenging free radicals: reducing harm of free radicals to skin, resisting wrinkle, resisting aging, and enhancing repairing ability of skin tissue.
INOSITOL (INOSITOL) of formula C 6 H 12 O 6 Relative molecular mass 180.16, alias: cyclohexanol (structurally similar to glucose), commonly known as cardiomyopathy, is a water-soluble vitamin, belonging to one of the vitamin B families, which is found in muscle tissue. Inositol, a growth factor, contains myo-inositol in either free or bound form in almost all organisms and plays a role in intracellular transmission and nutrient supply. The appearance is white crystalline powder, odorless and slightly sweet (sweetness is about 50% of sucrose). Inositol has application efficacy in essence: (1) enhanced elasticity: the inositol has obvious growth promoting effect on PDGF-BB as the growth factor in dermal stem cells, and can maintain the stable number of dermal stem cells, promote the increase of collagen, hyaluronic acid and elastin and improve the elasticity of skin. (2) Regulating skin water-oil balance, namely using inositol as an organic permeation protective agent, regulating by cell osmotic pressure, enhancing the hydration of skin, strengthening the barrier function of epidermis and balancing skin water-oil. (3) Penetration promotion: inositol is a natural osmotic factor, has good percutaneous permeability, and is beneficial to the permeation of functional components. (4) Moisturizing: the moisturizing effect is obvious, the cells are instantly supplemented with water, and the instant brightening effect is brought-!
Extract of juniper berry: the fruit of a plant of genus Juniperus of family Cupressaceae is referred to as Juniperus. Conifer plants grown in cold regions of north america, europe, asia. The ancient European people use juniper to expel mongolian magic monuments, so the ancient European people are called as magic tree expelling, and are medicinal herbal plants with body and mind purifying function. The research shows that the juniper berry extract has the effect of promoting the activity of proteasome, can decompose oxidative denatured proteins due to aging and ultraviolet injury, and can inhibit the production of final lipofuscin. Lipofuscin is deposited in skin cells too much, and can block light penetration, resulting in rough, dull, wrinkled, colored spots, etc. skin. Such as: age spots-! By preventing lipofuscin generation and deposition, the preparation method can improve cell internal turbidity, increase skin internal permeability, and improve skin luster.
Citrus peel extract: the citrus peel is rich in flavonoid physiologically active ingredients, and the peel differentiation normalization promotes and smoothes the keratinocyte structure, so that the thickness of the horny layer (an entrance and exit of light) is uniform, the effect of flattening the surface (a mirror surface) of the skin is achieved, the light reflected by the inside of the skin is increased, the light mess reflection of the horny layer is reduced, the skin can be flattened and transparent visually, the transparent sense of the skin is enhanced, and the effect of improving the darkness of the skin is achieved.
According to the essence with the effect of brightening skin, components such as nicotinamide and arbutin are scientifically matched according to a specific proportion, so that the traditional multi-channel whitening thinking aiming at melanin is focused, the smoothness and transparency of the skin surface layer are improved, and the skin color is synergistically improved.
On the one hand: alpha-arbutin can inhibit tyrosinase activity from root source, and the matched nicotinamide can inhibit glycosylation of tyrosinase, can inhibit melanocytes from moving to keratinocytes, and the natural exfoliating agent, namely acetylchitosamine, gently exfoliates cutin, and has synergistic effect from inside to outside, so that pigmentation is effectively reduced, and skin color uniformity is improved;
on the other hand, the extract of the juniper berries from the plant source purifies the skin from the inside of cells and inhibits turbidity, so that the penetration of light in the cells is improved, and the matched extract of the citrus peel promotes the differentiation normalization of the epidermis, reduces the light scattering of the horny layer, improves the internal reflection quantity, increases the transparency feeling from inside to outside in the deep part of the skin, finally achieves the aim of improving the dark yellow and turbid surface layer of the skin and cooperatively enables the skin to be brighter.
Finally, considering that the stratum corneum is a more external hydrophobic substance, hydrophilic active substances are difficult to penetrate through skin to reach melanocytes due to lower percutaneous absorption, and the natural permeation factor inositol is matched in the invention, so that the transdermal permeability is good, and the permeation of other functional components can be promoted; meanwhile, the cells are protected, the osmotic pressure is balanced, and the endogenous skin is maintained and stabilized.
The components of the invention are mutually matched and synergistic, so that the skin irritation caused by the high-concentration use of a single component is reduced, the safety and stability are good, the penetration is good, the skin is not stimulated, the sensitive skin can be used, and the invention has wide market application prospect.

2 After use, the skin color spots become shallow or small 85.5
3 After use, the skin brightness is improved 77.8
In conclusion, the essence with the effect of brightening skin is provided by the invention, and the components such as nicotinamide, arbutin and the like are scientifically matched according to a specific proportion, so that the essence not only focuses on the traditional multi-channel whitening thought aiming at melanin, but also aims at improving the smoothness and transparency of the skin surface layer and synergistically improving the skin color.
On the one hand: alpha-arbutin can inhibit tyrosinase activity from root source, and the matched nicotinamide can inhibit glycosylation of tyrosinase, can inhibit melanocytes from moving to keratinocytes, and the natural exfoliating agent, namely acetylchitosamine, gently exfoliates cutin, and has synergistic effect from inside to outside, so that pigmentation is effectively reduced, and skin color uniformity is improved;
on the other hand, the extract of the juniper berries from the plant source purifies the skin from the inside of cells and inhibits turbidity, so that the penetration of light in the cells is improved, and the matched extract of the citrus peel promotes the differentiation normalization of the epidermis, reduces the light scattering of the horny layer, improves the internal reflection quantity, increases the transparency feeling from inside to outside in the deep part of the skin, finally achieves the aim of improving the dark yellow and turbid surface layer of the skin and cooperatively enables the skin to be brighter.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications and adaptations to those skilled in the art may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, which are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the present invention.
