Abstract
本发明公开了面霜技术领域的一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法,包括如下重量份的组分:多元改性复配凝胶30‑40份、甘油10‑12份、透明质酸3‑5份、棕榈酸异丙酯1.8‑2.2份、烟酰胺0.6‑0.8份、泛酞醇0.15‑0.3份、棕榈酰五肽‑40.06‑0.08份、生育酚乙酸酯0.8‑1份、水100‑120份;多元改性复配凝胶是以牡丹花蕾‑马尾藻粉末提取多糖并进行硒化改性后与红藻粉末提取的藻胆蛋白复配制备的。本发明提出通过提取牡丹多糖、马尾藻多糖、红藻藻胆蛋白作为有效抗皱成分的方式,实现了避免不良添加剂和激素的使用,多糖硒化改性与藻胆蛋白制备凝胶,进而实现见效快保质期长的技术效果。

技术领域
本发明属于面霜技术领域,具体是指一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面霜是一种用于面部护理的化妆品,通常用于滋润、保湿和滋养皮肤,通常含有各种保湿成分、抗氧化剂、维生素和其他活性成分,以帮助保持皮肤的水分和健康状态,主要功能包括保湿、滋润滋养、修护、防护等;高分子多糖按其来源可分为植物多糖、动物多糖、微生物多糖和海藻多糖,其中植物多糖品种多、产品功能性复杂,马尾藻是一种常见的海藻,富含多种营养成分,其中包括多糖类物质,马尾藻多糖具有保湿滋润、抗氧化、抗炎、修复皮肤等功效;藻胆蛋白是一种来源于藻类的蛋白质,在藻类中起着类似于植物叶绿素的作用,可以帮助藻类进行光合作用,藻胆蛋白具有抗氧化、保护皮肤、保湿滋润、修复皮肤等多种作用,常常被用于面霜、乳液、面膜等化妆品或护肤品中,牡丹多糖是从牡丹花中提取得到的多糖类物质,具有抗氧化、保湿滋润、促进皮肤的修复和再生的作用,有助于改善皮肤质地和肤色。
目前现有技术主要存在以下问题:1.目前抗皱产品中的添加剂以及激素物质有安全隐患;2.天然植物来源的成分,存在见效慢,保质期短的问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供了一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法,为了解决抗皱产品的安全问题问题,本发明提出通过提取牡丹多糖、马尾藻多糖、红藻藻胆蛋白作为有效抗皱成分的方式,实现了避免不良添加剂和激素的使用,多糖硒化改性,增强抗氧化能力,并与藻胆蛋白制备凝胶,进而实现见效快保质期长的技术效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明提出了一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法,所述含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜包括如下重量份的组分:多元改性复配凝胶30-40份、甘油10-12份、透明质酸3-5份、棕榈酸异丙酯1.8-2.2份、烟酰胺0.6-0.8份、泛酞醇0.15-0.3份、棕榈酰五肽-40.06-0.08份、生育酚乙酸酯0.8-1份、水100-120份;所述多元改性复配凝胶是以牡丹花蕾-马尾藻粉末提取多糖并进行硒化改性后与红藻粉末提取的藻胆蛋白复配制备的。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶包括如下重量份的组分:牡丹花蕾35-40份、红藻粉末8-14份、马尾藻粉末23-28份、水10-15份。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、选取新鲜的牡丹花蕾清洗,冻干粉碎,过120目筛,加入马尾藻粉末混合均匀,得到复合粉末;
S2、将S1所得复合粉末加入去离子水中,调节pH为4-5,加入纤维素酶,加入果胶酶,酶解2-3h,真空抽滤得到酶解液,加入酶解液3倍体积的无水乙醇溶液,4℃条件下冷藏10h,以3000-3500rpm离心5-10min,过滤,无水乙醇洗涤3次,冷冻干燥得到牡丹-马尾藻多糖;
S3、将S2所得牡丹-马尾藻多糖加入到质量浓度为0.035-0.045%的硝酸溶液中,混合均匀得到混合液,将亚硒酸钠加入到混合液中,70-80℃水浴60-80min,冷却至室温调节pH为5-6,4000rpm离心5min,抽滤后以抗坏血酸为显色剂,去离子水透析至无红色,进行减压浓缩,冷冻干燥得到硒化复合多糖;
S4、将红藻粉末加入到去离子水中,浸泡4h,充分溶胀,冰浴条件下进行60-80w超声处理5s停止15s,进行10次循环,在4℃下6500-7000rpm离心10min,取上清液,将硫酸铵以1-1.2mg/mL的添加量加入上清液中,30-60rpm搅拌1h,降温至4℃以9000-10000rpm离心8-10min,过滤冷冻干燥得到红藻藻胆蛋白;
S5、将S3所得硒化复合多糖与S4所得红藻藻胆蛋白混合均匀,得到多糖-蛋白混合物,将多糖-蛋白混合物加入水中,100-120rpm速度70-85℃水浴搅拌5-6min,得到多元改性复配凝胶。
优选地,在S2中,所述复合粉末在去离子水中的添加量为0.12-0.15g/mL;
优选地,在S2中,所述纤维素酶的添加量为复合粉末质量分数的2-3%;
优选地,在S2中,所述果胶酶的添加量为复合粉末质量分数的1-2%;
优选地,在S3中,所述牡丹-马尾藻多糖在硝酸溶液中的添加量为8-12mg/mL;
优选地,在S3中,所述亚硒酸钠在混合液中的添加量为10-15mg/mL;
优选地,在S4中,所述红藻粉末在去离子水中的添加量为60-80mg/mL;
优选地,在S4中,所述硫酸铵在上清液中的添加量为1-1.2mg/mL。
本发明还提供了一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:将甘油、透明质酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、烟酰胺、泛酞醇、棕榈酰五肽-4、生育酚乙酸酯、加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入多元改性复配凝胶,冰浴条件下,1000-1200rpm搅拌5-8min,混合均匀得到含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜。
本发明取得的有益效果如下:本发明通过对牡丹花蕾和马尾藻粉末进行酶解提取,通过醇沉离心的方式得到具有高活性的牡丹-马尾藻多糖,使用亚硒酸钠对复合多糖进行改性,纯化后得到硒化复合多糖,使用溶胀和超声的技术手段提取红藻粉末中的藻胆蛋白,将硒化后的复合多糖与红藻藻胆蛋白交联制备得到多元改性复配凝胶;牡丹多糖由β-构型半乳吡喃糖为主的酸性多糖组成具有极高的抗氧化活性,并能通过调节超氧化物歧化酶的活性、肿瘤坏死因子-α等细胞因子的水平达到抗光损伤的效果,马尾藻多糖富含硫酸盐多糖具有如抗氧化、抗菌等多种药理活性,硒化改性强化了牡丹-马尾藻多糖吸附重金属离子的能力并提高其抗氧化活性,亚硒酸酯基团活泼的活泼性质有利于与自由基的氮原子中心孤对电子配对,硒化修饰可以增加复合多糖对自由基的清除效果,过氧化物酶在硒的作用下,催化过氧化氢的还原和降解,可清除人体内的其他自由基,同时对减少皮肤水分和胶原蛋白的流失具有协同增效的作用;红藻藻胆蛋白具有良好的抗氧化性和抗炎活性,复合多糖与红藻藻胆蛋白的复配共混,以氨基醛基等基团相互反应交联,且硒化改性大大提高了两者结合的稳定性以及结合后蛋白二级、三级结构稳定性,增强凝胶成膜性能保水能力和吸收效果。

实施例1
一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法,所述含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜包括如下重量份的组分:多元改性复配凝胶40份、甘油12份、透明质酸5份、棕榈酸异丙酯2.2份、烟酰胺0.8份、泛酞醇0.3份、棕榈酰五肽-40.08份、生育酚乙酸酯1份、水120份;所述多元改性复配凝胶是以牡丹花蕾-马尾藻粉末提取多糖并进行硒化改性后与红藻粉末提取的藻胆蛋白复配制备的。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶包括如下重量份的组分:牡丹花蕾40份、红藻粉末14份、马尾藻粉末28份、水15份。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、选取新鲜的牡丹花蕾清洗,冻干粉碎,过120目筛,加入马尾藻粉末混合均匀,得到复合粉末;
S2、将S1所得复合粉末以0.15g/mL的添加量加入去离子水中,调节pH为5,加入复合粉末质量分数3%的纤维素酶,加入复合粉末质量分数2%的果胶酶,酶解3h,真空抽滤得到酶解液,加入酶解液3倍体积的无水乙醇溶液,4℃条件下冷藏10h,以3500rpm离心10min,过滤,无水乙醇洗涤3次,冷冻干燥得到牡丹-马尾藻多糖;
S3、将S2所得牡丹-马尾藻多糖以12mg/mL的添加量加入到质量浓度为0.045%的硝酸溶液中,混合均匀得到混合液,将亚硒酸钠以15mg/mL的添加量加入到混合液中,80℃水浴80min,冷却至室温调节pH为6,4000rpm离心5min,抽滤后以抗坏血酸为显色剂,去离子水透析至无红色,进行减压浓缩,冷冻干燥得到硒化复合多糖;
S4、将红藻粉末以80mg/mL的添加量加入到去离子水中,浸泡4h,充分溶胀,冰浴条件下进行80w超声处理5s停止15s,进行10次循环,在4℃下7000rpm离心10min,取上清液,将硫酸铵以1.2mg/mL的添加量加入上清液中,60rpm搅拌1h,降温至4℃以10000rpm离心10min,过滤冷冻干燥得到红藻藻胆蛋白;
S5、将S3所得硒化复合多糖与S4所得红藻藻胆蛋白混合均匀,得到多糖-蛋白混合物,将多糖-蛋白混合物加入水中,120rpm速度85℃水浴搅拌6min,得到多元改性复配凝胶。
本发明还提供了一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:将甘油、透明质酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、烟酰胺、泛酞醇、棕榈酰五肽-4、生育酚乙酸酯、加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入多元改性复配凝胶,冰浴条件下,1200rpm搅拌8min,混合均匀得到含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜。
实施例2
一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法,所述含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜包括如下重量份的组分:多元改性复配凝胶30份、甘油10份、透明质酸3份、棕榈酸异丙酯1.8份、烟酰胺0.6份、泛酞醇0.15份、棕榈酰五肽-40.06份、生育酚乙酸酯0.8份、水100份;所述多元改性复配凝胶是以牡丹花蕾-马尾藻粉末提取多糖并进行硒化改性后与红藻粉末提取的藻胆蛋白复配制备的。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶包括如下重量份的组分:牡丹花蕾35份、红藻粉末8份、马尾藻粉末23份、水10份。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、选取新鲜的牡丹花蕾清洗,冻干粉碎,过120目筛,加入马尾藻粉末混合均匀,得到复合粉末;

S3、将S2所得牡丹-马尾藻多糖以8mg/mL的添加量加入到质量浓度为0.035%的硝酸溶液中,混合均匀得到混合液,将亚硒酸钠以10mg/mL的添加量加入到混合液中,70℃水浴60min,冷却至室温调节pH为5,4000rpm离心5min,抽滤后以抗坏血酸为显色剂,去离子水透析至无红色,进行减压浓缩,冷冻干燥得到硒化复合多糖;
S4、将红藻粉末以60mg/mL的添加量加入到去离子水中,浸泡4h,充分溶胀,冰浴条件下进行60w超声处理5s停止15s,进行10次循环,在4℃下6500rpm离心10min,取上清液,将硫酸铵以1mg/mL的添加量加入上清液中,30rpm搅拌1h,降温至4℃以9000rpm离心8min,过滤冷冻干燥得到红藻藻胆蛋白;
S5、将S3所得硒化复合多糖与S4所得红藻藻胆蛋白混合均匀,得到多糖-蛋白混合物,将多糖-蛋白混合物加入水中,100rpm速度70℃水浴搅拌5min,得到多元改性复配凝胶。
本发明还提供了一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:将甘油、透明质酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、烟酰胺、泛酞醇、棕榈酰五肽-4、生育酚乙酸酯、加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入多元改性复配凝胶,冰浴条件下,1000rpm搅拌5min,混合均匀得到含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜。
实施例3
一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜及其制备方法,所述含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜包括如下重量份的组分:多元改性复配凝胶35份、甘油11份、透明质酸4份、棕榈酸异丙酯2份、烟酰胺0.7份、泛酞醇0.2份、棕榈酰五肽-40.07份、生育酚乙酸酯0.9份、水110份;所述多元改性复配凝胶是以牡丹花蕾-马尾藻粉末提取多糖并进行硒化改性后与红藻粉末提取的藻胆蛋白复配制备的。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶包括如下重量份的组分:牡丹花蕾38份、红藻粉末10份、马尾藻粉末25份、水13份。
优选地,所述多元改性复配凝胶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、选取新鲜的牡丹花蕾清洗,冻干粉碎,过120目筛,加入马尾藻粉末混合均匀,得到复合粉末;
S2、将S1所得复合粉末以0.13g/mL的添加量加入去离子水中,调节pH为4.5,加入复合粉末质量分数2.5%的纤维素酶,加入复合粉末质量分数1.5%的果胶酶,酶解2.5h,真空抽滤得到酶解液,加入酶解液3倍体积的无水乙醇溶液,4℃条件下冷藏10h,以3200rpm离心7min,过滤,无水乙醇洗涤3次,冷冻干燥得到牡丹-马尾藻多糖;
S3、将S2所得牡丹-马尾藻多糖以10mg/mL的添加量加入到质量浓度为0.04%的硝酸溶液中,混合均匀得到混合液,将亚硒酸钠以13mg/mL的添加量加入到混合液中,75℃水浴70min,冷却至室温调节pH为5.5,4000rpm离心5min,抽滤后以抗坏血酸为显色剂,去离子水透析至无红色,进行减压浓缩,冷冻干燥得到硒化复合多糖;
S4、将红藻粉末以70mg/mL的添加量加入到去离子水中,浸泡4h,充分溶胀,冰浴条件下进行70w超声处理5s停止15s,进行10次循环,在4℃下6800rpm离心10min,取上清液,将硫酸铵以1.1mg/mL的添加量加入上清液中,50rpm搅拌1h,降温至4℃以9500rpm离心9min,过滤冷冻干燥得到红藻藻胆蛋白;
S5、将S3所得硒化复合多糖与S4所得红藻藻胆蛋白混合均匀,得到多糖-蛋白混合物,将多糖-蛋白混合物加入水中,110rpm速度80℃水浴搅拌5.5min,得到多元改性复配凝胶。
本发明还提供了一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:将甘油、透明质酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、烟酰胺、泛酞醇、棕榈酰五肽-4、生育酚乙酸酯、加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入多元改性复配凝胶,冰浴条件下,1100rpm搅拌6min,混合均匀得到含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜。
对比例1
本对比例提供一种面霜,其与实施例1的区别仅在于所有组分中牡丹-马尾藻多糖不进行改性,其余组分、组分含量与实施例1相同。
对比例2
本对比例提供一种面霜,其与实施例1的区别仅在于所有组分中硒化复合多糖不与蛋白反应复配,即无步骤S5中的水浴加热,其余组分、组分含量与实施例1相同。
实验例
1.DPPH自由基清除能力测试
实验组取实施例1-3、对比例1-2样品分别加入2mL的0.01%DPPH-乙醇溶液中,对照组取实施例1-3、对比例1-2样品分别加入2mL的无水乙醇中,空白组为2mL的0.01%DPPH-乙醇溶液中,摇匀在暗处反应30min,用紫外分光光度计测定517nm处的吸光值,以如下方法计算DPPH自由基清除率:
DPPH自由基清除率=[1-(实验组吸光值-对照组吸光值)/空白组吸光值]×100%。
图1为本发明实施例1-3、对比例1-2DPPH自由基清除能力测试的结果图;如图,实施例1-3、对比例1-2DPPH自由基清除率分别为83.2%、82.9%、85.1%、56.3%、78.5%;实施例1-3DPPH自由基清除率明显大于对比例1,说明牡丹-马尾藻多糖的改性提高了产品对DPPH自由基清除效果,实施例1-3DPPH自由基清除率明显大于对比例2,说明硒化复合多糖与蛋白反应复配提高了产品对DPPH自由基清除效果;亚硒酸酯基团活泼的活泼性质有利于与自由基的氮原子中心孤对电子配对,硒化修饰可以增加复合多糖对自由基的清除效果,复合多糖与红藻藻胆蛋白的复配共混,以氨基醛基等基团相互反应交联,且硒化改性大大提高了两者结合的稳定性保水能力和吸收效果得到提升。
2.ABTS自由基清除能力测试
将7mmol/LABTS母液与2.45mmol/L过硫酸钾混合,在室温下暗反应16h,用10mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(PH6.6)稀释,直至在734nm处的吸光度为0.70±0.02Abs,得到ABTS工作液,实验组取实施例1-3、对比例1-2样品分别加入2mLABTS工作液中,对照组取实施例1-3、对比例1-2样品分别加入2mL的水中,空白组为2mL的ABTS工作液,室温暗反应反应6min,用紫外分光光度仪在734nm处测定吸光度。ABTS自由基清除率计算方法如下:
ABTS自由基清除率=[1-(实验组吸光值-对照组吸光值)/空白组吸光值]×100%。
图2为本发明实施例1-3、对比例1-2ABTS自由基清除能力测试的结果图;如图,实施例1-3、对比例1-2ABTS自由基清除率分别为85.6%、83.8%、84.3%、59.4%、75.7%;实施例1-3ABTS自由基清除率明显大于对比例1,说明牡丹-马尾藻多糖的改性提高了产品对ABTS自由基清除效果,实施例1-3ABTS自由基清除率明显大于对比例2,说明硒化复合多糖与蛋白反应复配提高了产品对ABTS自由基清除效果。
3.皮肤含水量测试
在年龄40-45岁的女性志愿者中每组随机抽取10人,实验组分别使用实施例1-3和对比例1-2,对照组使用生理盐水,早晚各使用一次,六周后,使用皮肤水分测量仪对受试者测试部位进行皮肤含水量测定,取其平均值为皮肤含水量。
图3为本发明实施例1-3、对比例1-2和对照组皮肤含水量测试的结果图;如图,实施例1-3、对比例1-2和对照组皮肤含水量分别为82.8%、81.6%、82.3%、76.3%、78.1%、72.6%;实施例1-3皮肤含水量明显大于对比例1,且都大于对照组,说明牡丹-马尾藻多糖的改性提高了使用后皮肤含水量,实施例1-3皮肤含水量明显大于对比例2,且都大于对照组,说明硒化复合多糖与蛋白反应复配提高了使用后皮肤含水量。
4.皮肤鱼尾纹面积测试
使用面部图像分析仪采集面部皮肤图像并对鱼尾纹面积进行分析,以如下公式计算除皱率:除皱率=(0周鱼尾纹面积-6周鱼尾纹面积)/0周鱼尾纹面积×100%。
图4为本发明实施例1-3、对比例1-2和对照组皮肤鱼尾纹面积测试的结果图;如图,实施例1-3、对比例1-2除皱率分别为22.9%、24.1%、23.6%、10.2%、13.1%;实施例1-3除皱率明显大于对比例1,说明牡丹-马尾藻多糖的改性提高了除皱率,实施例1-3除皱率明显大于对比例2,且都大于对照组,说明硒化复合多糖与蛋白反应复配提高了除皱率。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的应用并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分:多元改性复配凝胶30-40份、甘油10-12份、透明质酸3-5份、棕榈酸异丙酯1.8-2.2份、烟酰胺0.6-0.8份、泛酞醇0.15-0.3份、棕榈酰五肽-40.06-0.08份、生育酚乙酸酯0.8-1份、水100-120份;所述多元改性复配凝胶是以牡丹花蕾-马尾藻粉末提取多糖并进行硒化改性后与红藻粉末提取的藻胆蛋白复配制备的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜,其特征在于:所述多元改性复配凝胶包括如下重量份的组分:牡丹花蕾35-40份、红藻粉末8-14份、马尾藻粉末23-28份、水10-15份。
3.一种根据权利要求2所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:将甘油、透明质酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、烟酰胺、泛酞醇、棕榈酰五肽-4、生育酚乙酸酯、加入水中,搅拌均匀,然后加入多元改性复配凝胶,冰浴条件下,1000-1200rpm搅拌5-8min,混合均匀得到含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述多元改性复配凝胶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、选取新鲜的牡丹花蕾清洗,冻干粉碎,过120目筛,加入马尾藻粉末混合均匀,得到复合粉末;
S2、将S1所得复合粉末加入去离子水中,调节pH为4-5,加入纤维素酶,加入果胶酶,酶解2-3h,真空抽滤得到酶解液,加入酶解液3倍体积的无水乙醇溶液,4℃条件下冷藏10h,以3000-3500rpm离心5-10min,过滤,无水乙醇洗涤3次,冷冻干燥得到牡丹-马尾藻多糖;
S3、将S2所得牡丹-马尾藻多糖加入到质量浓度为0.035-0.045%的硝酸溶液中,混合均匀得到混合液,将亚硒酸钠加入到混合液中,70-80℃水浴60-80min,冷却至室温调节pH为5-6,4000rpm离心5min,抽滤后以抗坏血酸为显色剂,去离子水透析至无红色,进行减压浓缩,冷冻干燥得到硒化复合多糖;
S4、将红藻粉末加入到去离子水中,浸泡4h,充分溶胀,冰浴条件下进行60-80w超声处理5s停止15s,进行10次循环,在4℃下6500-7000rpm离心10min,取上清液,将硫酸铵以1-1.2mg/mL的添加量加入上清液中,30-60rpm搅拌1h,降温至4℃以9000-10000rpm离心8-10min,过滤冷冻干燥得到红藻藻胆蛋白;
S5、将S3所得硒化复合多糖与S4所得红藻藻胆蛋白混合均匀,得到多糖-蛋白混合物,将多糖-蛋白混合物加入水中,100-120rpm速度70-85℃水浴搅拌5-6min,得到多元改性复配凝胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:在S2中,所述复合粉末在去离子水中的添加量为0.12-0.15g/mL。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:在S2中,所述纤维素酶的添加量为复合粉末质量分数的2-3%;果胶酶的添加量为复合粉末质量分数的1-2%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:在S3中,所述牡丹-马尾藻多糖在硝酸溶液中的添加量为8-12mg/mL。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:在S3中,所述亚硒酸钠在混合液中的添加量为10-15mg/mL。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:在S4中,所述红藻粉末在去离子水中的添加量为60-80mg/mL。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含牡丹提取物的润肤抗皱面霜的制备方法,其特征在于:在S4中,所述硫酸铵在上清液中的添加量为1-1.2mg/mL。
