Abstract

一剑杆织机的带头,其内有一用所需材料预制的脊,在脊上有一系列的固定孔,所述的脊被照如下方式固定,即垂直于带头,沿着带头的纵轴线,用热塑性注塑材料包围脊的大部分并渗入到脊和带头的固定孔内。本发明还描述了一种结构带头的制造方法。

Description

改进的剑杆织机的带头及其制造方法
本发明涉及一种剑杆织机的带头,由于该带头包括一个由任何合适材料做成的脊,所说的材料包括非热塑性材料,使得该带头获得了最佳的耐磨性能,以便在使用特殊类型的纱线时也不至于将带头磨粗糙。
本发明还涉及一种简单而可靠的模注方法,用该方法可容易而精确的制造出所述的带头,而对其所需要的平面度却没有丝毫的危险,即使保护所需平面的措施都没有,带头的平面度也可随时间的推移不发生改变。
在剑杆织机中,每个夹线器都在传动带的带动下做往复运动,从而进入和走出经纱形成的梭口,传送带一般由层状塑料片制成,所说的夹线器是被固定在带头的一个支撑脊上,而支撑脊本身被固定在所述的带头上。
各种将所述的脊固定在所述传动带上的方法已经为现有技术所公开。
所述的现有的方法大体上包括铆接或用螺钉连接,将各部分连接为一体,然而这种固定方法有各种缺点,这些缺点除了损害带头所需要的平面度外,还不能确保牢固而可靠的将带头和脊固定或紧密的接合在一起,这能够引起摇晃,从而不利于夹线器的正确运动。
为了避免所述的缺点,现在已经考虑将脊直接浇铸在带头上从而改善其固定的方法。换句话说,在所述的带头上做了许多成形的固定通孔,经脊形的模里注入热塑性材料,浇在所述的固定通孔其上。通过这样就可以使脊与带头密切的接合在一起,且通过热塑性材料渗入到所述的带头上的成形的固定通孔之内而使脊与带头牢固的固定在一起。
然而,这后一种解决方法依然有缺点,其中主要的缺点是不可能自由选择脊的材料,因为脊必须具有最优的耐磨性能以便于在使用特殊类型纱线时不被其将脊磨粗糙,这就限定了材料只能是热塑材料。就此而言,如本领域专家所知,脊一定会被经纱磨损,这将会导致脊变粗糙乃至损坏,如果脊不断裂的话,那纱线将会受损,想获得更大的硬度而不采用热塑性材料是不可能的。
而且,在注塑过程中,必须考虑到热塑性材料在其凝固的过程中的收缩,这种收缩在特定情况之下将会导致脊与带的组合结构的变形,这将会改变带的平面度。就此而言,为了补偿这种收缩,在所述的注塑成形结构上使用了一种特殊的纵向弯曲的改进于模中,这导致了为获得收缩补偿而作的正确的曲率使得结构上变复杂,但还不能总是可靠的保证良好的带平面度。就此而言,所说的曲率总是不变的,而收缩的程度却是随实际情况有许多变化,已知的注塑方法因此也不具有可靠的再现性。
本发明的目的就是提供一种剑杆织机的带头,它能克服所述的缺点,该带头上的夹线器支撑脊能用任何所需材料制成,这不再被限制为热塑性材料。
这大体上可以通过如下的方法获得,即所述的热塑性材料不再用于做夹线器支撑脊而是被用来做事先制造好的脊与带头之间的粘结剂。
在此种方式下,夹线器的支撑脊将非常容易制造,并且其可以如带头一样由层压塑料片制成或者使用现行的热塑性材料,如碳纤维作填料的尼龙或其它具有所需特性的所需要的材料。这样的结构也带来了带头的高硬度,这已为本领域专家所公知,是某些工作条件下最基本的要求。
根据本发明的其中的一个特性,所述的预制的脊,在接近于其底部的地方沿纵向设置了一系列的固定通孔,并且在固定的过程中,为了能大体上沿着水平放在其下的带头的纵轴延伸,预制的脊在合上的模内保持竖直于带头,并且离开带头一定距离形成一个间隙;而且带头上在其纵轴线的两边,各有一排沿纵向延伸的喇叭口朝下的固定孔,在带头的所述的纵轴上与所述脊对应的纵向的两端各有一个直径稍大的喇叭孔。
照这样,注入模具的热塑性材料包围住大部分的所述预制脊,渗进固定孔,脊和带头之间的间隙,沿带头的外表面延伸,渗入喇叭孔,不但可以稳定而可靠地固定住脊,获得所需的稳定紧凑的结构,而且,因为该结构的良好的对称性及其热塑性材料面对两个刚性原件即脊和带头,夹在其之间的事实,导致在热塑性材料凝固的过程中的收缩不会导致组合件的变形,因而确保了带头的平面度随时间推移而保持不变。
因此,剑杆织机的带头,包括一个固定于带头上的夹线器支撑脊,为了达到这个目的,所述的带头上包括:喇叭口朝向带基的固定用的通孔,它们沿着带头纵轴方向的两侧各设有一排;两个位于所述的纵轴上接近所述脊的纵向的两头的,直径比前述的固定通孔大的喇叭孔,其特征在于,所述的夹线器支撑脊是由所需材料预先制造的,其上靠近其下端有一系列的固定通孔,所述的夹线器支撑脊是沿着平放的带头的纵轴,垂直于带头且离开其有一段间隙来设置的,所述的夹线器支撑脊在其整个或几乎整个长度上,由热塑性材料包围住脊的大部分,并且渗入到预制脊的固定孔中,渗入到脊和带头之间的间隙中,渗入到包括两个直径较大的轴线上的通孔在内的喇叭形固定孔中,沿着带头上表面间断或不间断的延伸,从而将夹线器支撑脊固定在所需的位置上。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,所述的预制夹线器支撑脊是层压塑料制件或热塑性材料诸如以碳纤维为填料的尼龙做成。最终,根据本发明的一个特性,如先前权利要求之一所述的带头的制造方法,在所述的带头上沿着其纵轴线两边各制造一排喇叭口朝带基的固定通孔,和两个位于所述纵轴上,接近夹线器支撑的两头的另外的直径经较前述固定通孔大的孔,并将所述的带头放在位于注模的下部或下半个模内的底座上;
其特征在于包括以下一些步骤:
—用所需材料制造所述的夹线器支撑脊并在其下部形成一系列的固定通孔;
—将所述的预制脊固定于适当的底座内,所述的底座位于所述的注模的上部或上半个模内,刚好沿着下边的带头的轴线延伸,其中有一个腔,做为注入热塑性材料的型腔,所述的脊在注模合上以后,脊的下边缘与其下部平放的带头离开有一定间隙,脊被如此固定在注模里;
—合上注模并通过相应的注入通道往其内注入热塑性材料,如碳纤维加强的尼龙,直到模内的孔隙即所述的型腔,所有的所述的固定孔和所述的间隙被填满为止;
—等所注入材料的凝固后,从上半个注模放开脊,并打开注模。
以下参照附图对本发明进行详细描述,以下描述了一个最佳实施例,但并不仅仅局限于该实施例,对其进行的技术上或结构上的改变均没有离开本发明的保护范围。例如,所述的位于夹线器支撑脊与带头之间的间隙可以省去,所述的脊因而直接位于所述带头之上。
在所述的图中:
图1是根据本发明带头的一个局部透视图;
图2是据图1中A-A线的剖视图;
图3和图4大略的说明了制造本发明带头的方法。
在图中,图标1所示的为带头,一般为层压塑料片制件,在其前端设置了一个衬套2用来固定夹线器,在图中可以清楚的看到,所述的带头在其纵轴线3的两边各有一纵排喇叭口朝向带基的固定孔4和5。带头1上还有两个孔,其直径比孔4和5大(在图1中孔6用虚线画出,而另外一孔在图中看不到),所述的两孔其位置在纵轴线3上,接近夹线器支撑脊7的两头。所述的支撑脊7,它也做为带头的加强肋,是由所需的材料,最好为层压塑料制件或热塑性材料制成,其上在接近其下端的部位有一纵排固定通孔8。夹线器支撑脊和带头加强肋7沿着所述的纵轴沿伸,垂直于其下平放的带头1,在其间有一间隙9,所述的脊7被热塑性注塑材料10如碳纤维加强尼龙固定在带头上,所述的热塑性注塑10包围住脊7的全部或几乎全部长度和其大部分的高度,填满了其上的固定孔8,所述的间隙9和带头固定孔4、5和6,沿着带头的上表面间断或不间断的延伸(图中仅表明了其不间断的情形)。
这种带头的制造方法及其简单,如图3和图4所示。
包括固定孔4、5和6的带头被放在下半个注模12内的底座11上,包括孔8的预制件脊7被固定系统13固定在位于上半个注模15内沿所述纵轴3沿伸的底座14里,在所述的上半个注模15还有腔16,做为热塑性材料的型腔,用来注入热塑性材料。两半个模12和15被合起来(如图4所示)。此时热塑性材料由相应的注入通道17注入,填满腔16包括间隙9和所有的孔。等注入材料凝固以后,卸下固定系统13,打开注模,本发明的带头就制造出来了。

Claims (5)

1一种剑杆织机的带头,包括:一个带头上的夹线器支撑脊,带头为此  在其上沿纵轴的两边各设置了一排沿着纵向的固定通孔,喇叭口朝向带基;还包括两个比所述孔直径大,位于纵轴线上的接近所述脊的纵向两端的喇叭形孔,其特征在于,所述的夹线器支撑脊为由所需的任何材料制成的预制件,在其上接近其下端的位置上有一系列固定通孔,所述的支撑脊的位置是沿着其下平放的带头的纵轴线,并垂直于带头,离开其有一段间隙,所述支撑脊是靠位于其整个或几乎整个长度上的热塑性注射成形材料保持就位,所述的热塑性注射成形材料包围了预制脊的大部分并且渗入的预制脊的固定孔中,渗入到脊与带头之间的间隙中,渗入到带头上包括两个较大的轴向孔在内的喇叭形固定通孔中,连续或不连续的沿带头的上表面延伸。
2如权利要求1所述的带头,其特征在于,所述的预制夹线器支撑脊为塑料层压制件。
3如权利要求1所述的带头,其特征在于,所述的预制夹线器支撑脊由热塑性材料制成。
4如权利要求3所述的带头,其特征在于,所述的预制夹线器支撑脊由碳纤维加强尼龙制成。
5一种制造前述权利要求之一所述的带头的方法,包括:在带头上沿带头的纵轴线两侧制造两排纵向的喇叭口朝向带基的固定通孔,和制造两个位于纵轴上大体接近夹线器支撑脊两头的,直径比前述固定通孔大的孔;将所述的带头放入到位于注模较低部分或下半个模内的底座里,其特征在于其还包括以下的步骤:
—用所需材料制造所述的夹线器支撑脊和在其下部形成一系列的固定通孔;
—将预制脊固定到适当的底座里,所述的底座位于所述注模的较高部分或上半个模内,沿着下部平放的带头的纵轴线延伸,其中有一个腔相当于热塑性材料的型腔,用来注入热塑性材料,所述的脊被以这样一种方式固定在模内,即当模合上以后,脊的下边与下部的带头之间保持有一定间隙;
—合上注模并通过相应注入通道注模内注入热塑性材料,例如碳纤维加强尼龙,直到所述模内的孔隙即所述的腔,所有的孔和所述的间隙都被填满;
—注入材料凝固以后,在上半个注模内释放脊,并打开注模。
