2. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing radix astragali, bupleuri radix, rhizoma Dioscoreae, folium Isatidis, caulis Lonicerae, herba Centellae, fructus Myricae Rubrae, hibisci, radix Ampelopsis into 300 mesh, adding into 890g water, and sterilizing to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture; adding phytase, xylanase and beta-glucanase into the traditional Chinese medicine mixture, carrying out enzymolysis for 4 hours at 37 ℃, and inactivating enzyme to obtain an enzymolysis product;

The total viable count is more than or equal to 10 9 CFU/g.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing radix astragali, bupleuri radix, rhizoma Dioscoreae, folium Isatidis, caulis Lonicerae, herba Centellae, fructus Myricae Rubrae, hibisci, and radix Ampelopsis into 300 mesh, adding 1120g water to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture;

1. The raw material components are as follows: 2g of phytase, 1g of xylanase, 1g of beta-glucanase, 10g of astragalus, 15g of bupleurum, 5g of Chinese yam, 20g of dyers woad leaf, 15g of honeysuckle stem, 12g of centella asiatica, 15g of salicyl plum, 10g of hibiscus and 10g of ampelopsis japonica.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing radix astragali, bupleuri radix, rhizoma Dioscoreae, folium Isatidis, caulis Lonicerae, herba Centellae, fructus Myricae Rubrae, hibisci, and radix Ampelopsis into 300 mesh, adding 1120g water, and sterilizing to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture; adding phytase, xylanase and beta-glucanase into the traditional Chinese medicine mixture, carrying out enzymolysis for 4 hours at 37 ℃, and inactivating enzyme to obtain an enzymolysis product;
(2) Placing the enzymolysis product at 35-37deg.C for 48 hr, and lyophilizing to obtain Chinese medicinal preparation.
In this comparative example, fermentation was performed using only the complex enzyme preparation as compared with example 3, and the rest was the same as in example 3.
Comparative example 3
Traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation for improving immunity of livestock and poultry
1. The raw material components are as follows: 10g of astragalus, 15g of radix bupleuri, 5g of Chinese yam, 20g of dyers woad leaf, 15g of honeysuckle stem, 12g of centella asiatica, 15g of prune, 10g of hibiscus and 10g of ampelopsis japonica.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
Pulverizing radix astragali, bupleuri radix, rhizoma Dioscoreae, folium Isatidis, caulis Lonicerae, herba Centellae, fructus Myricae Rubrae, hibisci, and radix Ampelopsis into 300 mesh, adding 1120g water to obtain a Chinese medicinal mixture, and drying to obtain Chinese medicinal biological preparation.
In this comparative example, the fermentation was performed without using the complex microbial agent and the complex enzyme preparation, compared with example 3, and the rest was the same as in example 3.
Experimental example 1

Selecting 140 mice of 18-20g of each male and female half, randomly dividing the mice into six treatment groups and a blank control group, and feeding the normal daily ration of the mice into the first treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the example 1; the second treatment group was fed normal daily ration of mice + the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in example 2; the third treatment group was fed normal daily ration of mice + the traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared in example 3; the fourth treatment group was fed normal daily ration of mice + the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in comparative example 1; the fifth treatment group fed normal daily ration of mice + the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in comparative example 2; the sixth treatment group fed normal daily ration of mice + the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in comparative example 3; the blank control group was fed normal daily diet only to mice. The normal daily ration of mice fed by each group is the same, and the amount of the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation is 5% of the normal daily ration of the mice. Feeding was continued for 7 days.
The mice are numbered and weighed in each treatment group, then the mice are sacrificed after neck breakage, the thymus and spleen of the immune organs are rapidly taken, blood stains are removed by sucking with filter paper, surrounding tissues, fat and the like are removed, and the wet weight is called. The immune organ index was calculated and the experimental results are shown in table 1. The formula is as follows:
Spleen index = spleen weight (mg)/mouse body weight (g) x 100%.
Thymus index = thymus weight (mg)/mice weight (g) x 100%.

The traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared by the invention can obviously improve the spleen index and thymus index of mice, can improve the immunity of the mice and can enhance the immunity performance of the mice.
Experimental example 2
The procedure in literature "study of the effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine on growth performance and immune function of beef calves" (Wang Ran. University of southwest, 2016.) was followed, as follows.
The experimental date is 2023, 3, 1, 5, 2, 7, and the formal experiment is carried out for 8 cycles, and the feeding cycle of each treatment group is 7 days, wherein the feeding is 5 days, and the stopping is 2 days. The basal diet is fed for 2 times per day, the feeding time is 8 am and 5 pm, and 3.5 kg/head per day. The house was cleaned daily and disinfected periodically.
Selecting 70 healthy and disease-free weaned calves about 4 months old, randomly dividing the weaned calves into six treatment groups and a blank control group, and adding the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the example 1 into basic ration of the first treatment group; adding the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the example 2 into the basic ration of the second treatment group; adding the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the example 3 into the basic ration of the third treatment group; adding the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the comparative example 1 into the basic ration of the fourth treatment group; adding the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the comparative example 2 into the basic ration of the fifth treatment group; adding the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared in the comparative example 3 into the basic ration of the sixth treatment group; the blank control group was fed only basal diet. The addition of the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation in each treatment group is the same and is 3% of the mass of the basic ration. The amount of basal diet fed to each treatment group was the same, and the basal diet composition is shown in table 2.

The premix is a compound premix feed for the beef cattle of the Ying Er Mei No. 1 series. The components are mass fractions.
And after the experiment is finished, calf venous blood is collected, a serum sample detection enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is carried out, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is carried out according to the steps of the instruction book of the kit, and the experimental result is shown in table 3.

The traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation prepared by the invention obviously improves the immunity of organisms, and the IgA, igG, igM content in serum is greatly improved compared with a blank control group, so that the immunity of organisms is greatly improved. The composite microbial inoculum and the composite enzyme preparation used by the invention have synergistic promotion effect in improving the immunity of organisms.

the traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation is prepared by the following method:
(1) Pulverizing radix astragali, bupleuri radix, rhizoma Dioscoreae, folium Isatidis, caulis Lonicerae, herba Centellae, fructus Myricae Rubrae, hibisci, and radix Ampelopsis, adding into water, and sterilizing to obtain Chinese medicinal mixture; adding phytase, xylanase and beta-glucanase into the traditional Chinese medicine mixture for enzymolysis, and inactivating enzyme to obtain an enzymolysis product;
(2) Adding Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp bulgaricus, bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus amylovorus into the enzymolysis product, performing anaerobic fermentation, and freeze-drying to obtain a traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation;
The Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus has a preservation number of CICC 20247, the bifidobacterium longum has a preservation number of CICC 6192, and the Lactobacillus amylovorus has a preservation number of CICC 6090.
