强化维生素C的桔子汽酒
本发明涉及一种强化维生素C果味汽酒,属于果酒配制领域。
现有的桔子汽酒中,没有专门加入维生素C调配以增加其特有酸味的。虽然桔汁中含有维生素C,但其含量是微克级的。因此,汽酒中维生素C所特有的酸味不足。
本发明的目的是提供一种能有效克服上述缺陷,维生素C特有酸味明显的强化维生素C的桔子汽酒。
本发明的技术方案为,一种强化维生素C的桔子汽酒,其特征在于:该汽酒是维生素C0.1%-0.8%、柠檬酸0.05%-0.15%、食用酒精2%-7%、砂糖5%-10%、桔汁1%-5%、苯甲酸钠0.01%-0.02%、桔子油0.015%-0.03%、柠檬黄0.001%-0.002%、水77%-90%、酯类香精0.05%-0.15%、二氧化碳摄氏20度0.4MP-0.8MP。
由于采用上述方案,不难得出如下结论:本发明构思巧妙,经维生素C调配后,汽酒的酸、酒、酯味明显,口感佳,具产业利用价值。
下面结合一具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
强化维生素C的桔子汽酒的配方取维生素C2克、柠檬酸0.93克、食用酒精45克、砂糖80克、桔汁16克、苯甲酸钠0.133克、桔子油0.2克、柠檬黄0.013克、水855.6克、酯类香精0.1克。经调配、过滤、冷冻、充二氧化碳气摄氏20度0.5MP,消毒和灌瓶压盖即可。

1、一种强化维生素C的桔子汽酒,其特征在于:该汽酒是由维生素C0.1%-0.8%、柠檬酸0.05%-0.15%、食用酒精2%-7%、砂糖5%-10%、桔汁1%-5%、苯甲酸钠0.01%-0.02%、桔子油0.015%-0.03%、柠檬黄0.001%-0.002%、水77%-90%、酯类香精0.05%-0.15%组成的成分经混合,并灌充20℃0.4MP-0.8MP二氧化碳制成的。
