现有技术公开号为CN218013690U的中国实用新型专利,名称为一种可自动调节上胶厚度的上胶机,该装置通过滑柱、弹簧、滑套使得胶辊受压时,能够根据弹簧来自动调整其上胶厚度,方便人员使用,同时通过螺母、小螺杆、横板结构,还能调整弹簧的压力,从而改变其自动上胶的厚度范围,使人员操作更为方便快捷;但在使用过程中,上胶的间隙调节不够精准,影响上胶装置的微调效果,不利于胶水的输送转移,上胶均匀性差,对两个卷材进行复合粘贴时不便,影响上胶装置的上胶使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有微调功能的上胶装置,解决了上胶的间隙调节不够精准,影响上胶装置的微调效果,不利于胶水的输送转移,上胶均匀性差,对两个卷材进行复合粘贴时不便,影响上胶装置的上胶使用的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有微调功能的上胶装置,包括支撑块,所述支撑块呈对称结构设有两个,两个所述支撑块之间转动连接有上胶辊,所述上胶辊下端设有存胶盒,所述存胶盒下方设有回收部件,所述上胶辊右端设有胶水转移辊,所述胶水转移辊上转动连接有微调组件,所述两个所述支撑块之间呈上下对称结构转动连接有两个花辊,所述花辊外壁摩擦接触有压辊,所述压辊前后两端均设有调距机构,两个所述支撑块之间右端设有压合部件;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
如图1和图2所示,一种具有微调功能的上胶装置,包括支撑块1,支撑块1呈对称结构设有两个,两个支撑块1之间转动连接有上胶辊2,上胶辊2下端设有存胶盒3,存胶盒3下方设有回收部件4,上胶辊2右端设有胶水转移辊5,胶水转移辊5上转动连接有微调组件10,两个支撑块1之间呈上下对称结构转动连接有两个花辊6,花辊6外壁摩擦接触有压辊7,压辊7前后两端均设有调距机构8,两个支撑块1之间右端设有压合部件9;
上胶辊2前端、胶水转移辊5前端、位于下端的花辊6前端均套接有第一带轮11,相邻的第一带轮11通过皮带12摩擦传动,皮带12左端摩擦传动有张紧机构13,位于后端的支撑块1后壁通过安装座安装有伺服电机14,伺服电机14的输出轴与上胶辊2同轴连接,位于下端的花辊6外壁和位于下端的压辊7外壁均输送有第一卷材15,位于上端的花辊6外壁和位于上端的压辊7外壁均输送有第二卷材16,支撑块1右壁固设有连接板17,两个连接板17之间转动连接有出料辊18,出料辊18外壁与第二卷材16外壁摩擦接触。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,存胶盒3内部设有刮刀301,刮刀301顶面与上胶辊2外壁滑动连接,刮刀301底面呈均匀排列结构开设有多个滑槽302,滑槽302内部滑动连接有固定杆303,固定杆303顶面固设有第一弹簧304,第一弹簧304位于滑槽302内部,第一弹簧304顶面与刮刀301连接固定,固定杆303底面与存胶盒3内壁连接固定;通过第一弹簧304的挤压使刮刀301与上胶辊2外壁摩擦接触,对上胶辊2上残留的胶水进行刮除,减少了胶水残留对输送的影响。
如图1、图2和图5所示,回收部件4包括回收导板401,回收导板401前后壁均与支撑块1内壁连接固定,回收导板401左端摩擦接触有回收盒402,回收盒402上呈对称结构开设有两个卡槽403,支撑块1外部左端固设有弹性卡头404,弹性卡头404与卡槽403卡接配合,回收盒402均与支撑块1插接配合;通过回收导板401将滴落的胶水滑落至回收盒402内部,通过弹性卡头404与回收盒402的卡槽403卡接,方便将回收盒402取下对收集的胶水进行回收。
如图1、图2和图6所示,微调组件10包括C型块1001,C型块1001下端与胶水转移辊5前后两端转动连接,C型块1001内壁均与两个支撑块1外壁滑动连接,两个支撑块1外壁左端开设有微调通槽1002,胶水转移辊5前后两端均与微调通槽1002滑动连接,C型块1001顶面通过安装座安装有气缸1003,气缸1003的活塞杆贯穿C型块1001延伸至下端,气缸1003的活塞杆底面固设有定位块1004,定位块1004底面均与支撑块1顶面连接固定,定位块1004顶面呈前后对称固设有两个滑杆1005,C型块1001均与滑杆1005滑动连接;推动气缸1003和C型块1001同步上下移动,C型块1001沿着支撑块1和滑杆1005滑动,带动胶水转移辊5沿着微调通槽1002同步滑动,将胶水转移辊5调节至与上胶辊2、位于上端的花辊6至合适的胶水输送间隙,对不同厚度的胶水进行输送。
本发明的工作原理:首先将需要上胶的第一卷材15和第二卷材16通过花辊6和压辊7进行输送,然后需要使用的胶水输送至存胶盒3内部,通过伺服电机14带动上胶辊2旋转,将胶水附着在上胶辊2外壁进行输送,输送时通过固定在定位块1004上的气缸1003活塞杆上下移动,推动气缸1003和C型块1001同步上下移动,C型块1001沿着支撑块1和滑杆1005滑动,带动胶水转移辊5沿着微调通槽1002同步滑动,将胶水转移辊5调节至与上胶辊2、位于上端的花辊6至合适的胶水输送间隙后,对不同厚度的胶水进行输送,旋转的上胶辊2通过第一带轮11带动胶水转移辊5和位于上端的花辊6同步转动,将上胶辊2上的胶水转移至胶水转移辊5外壁,将胶水转移辊5上的胶水均匀的涂抹在第二卷材16的其中一个外壁,通过压合部件9将第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行压合;
调节微调组件10时,皮带12的长度随之变化,通过张紧机构13进行调整,方便对胶水和第一卷材15、第二卷材16进行输送,通过调距机构8方便调节压辊7与花辊6的间隙,方便对不同厚度的第一卷材15和第二卷材16的输送;
当上胶辊2旋转输送胶水后,通过第一弹簧304的挤压使刮刀301与上胶辊2外壁摩擦接触,对上胶辊2上残留的胶水进行刮除,上胶辊2持续旋转对胶水进行均匀输送,减少了胶水残留对输送的影响,方便了上胶使用,通过回收导板401将滴落的胶水滑落至回收盒402内部,通过弹性卡头404与回收盒402的卡槽403卡接,方便将回收盒402取下对收集的胶水进行回收,减少了胶水浪费,节约了使用成本。
实施例二
如图1和图7所示,在实施例一的基础上,张紧机构13包括第二带轮1301,第二带轮1301外壁与皮带12摩擦传动,第二带轮1301中部转动连接有圆柱1302,位于前端的支撑块1前壁开设有限位槽1303,限位槽1303内部滑动连接有限位块1304,圆柱1302后壁与限位块1304外壁连接固定,圆柱1302上套设有调节手轮1305,调节手轮1305上端与圆柱1302转动连接,调节手轮1305中部螺纹连接有凸块1306,凸块1306后壁与位于前端的支撑块1外壁连接固定;通过旋转调节手轮1305沿着凸块1306转动,推动圆柱1302带动限位块1304沿着限位槽1303滑动,使第二带轮1301滑动至合适的使用位置,对皮带12进行张紧调节。
如图1、图8和图9所示,花辊6前端套接有蜗轮601,其中一个支撑块1外壁固设有安装块602,安装块602中部转动连接有转轴603,转轴603上呈对称结构固设有两个蜗杆604,蜗杆604左端与蜗轮601右端啮合连接;蜗杆604与蜗轮601相互啮合,推动上下两个花辊6同步旋转,对第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行输送。
如图1、图8和图10所示,调距机构8包括调距轮801,调距轮801底面固设有调距螺杆802,调距螺杆802上转动连接有支架803,支架803侧壁与支撑块1外壁连接固定,调距螺杆802上螺纹连接有推块804,推块804内壁与压辊7的中心轴连接固定,支撑块1外壁开设有调距孔805,压辊7的中心轴与调距孔805滑动连接;调距螺杆802带动压辊7的中心轴沿着调距孔805上下移动,调节压辊7与花辊6至合适的间隙,适应了不同厚度的第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行输送。
微调组件10调节胶水转移辊5时,带动其中一个第一带轮11移动,使皮带12的张紧进行变化,通过旋转调节手轮1305沿着凸块1306转动,推动圆柱1302带动限位块1304沿着限位槽1303滑动,使第二带轮1301滑动至合适的使用位置,对皮带12进行张紧调节,方便调节皮带12至合适的使用位置,方便了皮带12的传动使用;
对第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行输送前,旋转调距螺杆802沿着支架803转动,使调距螺杆802带动压辊7的中心轴沿着调距孔805上下移动,调节压辊7与花辊6至合适的间隙,适应了不同厚度的第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行输送;
皮带12进行传动的同时,带动位于下端的花辊6旋转,使其中一个蜗轮601同步转动,其中一个蜗轮601啮合传动至其中一个蜗杆604同步旋转,使转轴603沿着安装块602转动,带动另一个蜗杆604啮合传动至另一个蜗轮601转动,使位于上端的花辊6反向旋转,使第一卷材15和第二卷材16以相同的速度进行输送,方便了第一卷材15和第二卷材16的粘贴使用。
实施例三
如图1、图8和图11所示,在实施例二的基础上,压合部件9包括挤压轮901,支撑块1右端外壁开设有腰孔902,腰孔902内部滑动连接有滑块903,挤压轮901的中部转动连接有中轴904,中轴904前后两端均与滑块903滑动连接,中轴904贯穿滑块903延伸至外端,中轴904前后两端固设有第二弹簧905,第二弹簧905右端通过连接块906与支撑块1连接固定,挤压轮901外壁与位于上端的花辊6外壁摩擦接触,挤压轮901外壁与第一卷材15外壁摩擦接触;通过第二弹簧905的推力推动挤压轮901向位于上端的花辊6的位置推动,对第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行挤压粘合。
使用时,将涂抹胶水后的第一卷材15和第二卷材16输送至挤压轮901和位于上端的花辊6之间,通过第二弹簧905的推力,使中轴904带动滑块903沿着腰孔902滑动,使挤压轮901向位于上端的花辊6的位置推动,对第一卷材15和第二卷材16进行挤压粘合,方便了上胶后的第一卷材15和第二卷材16粘贴复合呈新的卷材,通过出料辊18对复合后新的卷材进行输送,方便了第一卷材15和第二卷材16的粘贴和输送使用。

1.一种具有微调功能的上胶装置,包括支撑块(1),其特征在于:所述支撑块(1)呈对称结构设有两个,两个所述支撑块(1)之间转动连接有上胶辊(2),所述上胶辊(2)下端设有存胶盒(3),所述存胶盒(3)下方设有回收部件(4),所述上胶辊(2)右端设有胶水转移辊(5),所述胶水转移辊(5)上转动连接有微调组件(10),所述两个所述支撑块(1)之间呈上下对称结构转动连接有两个花辊(6),所述花辊(6)外壁摩擦接触有压辊(7),所述压辊(7)前后两端均设有调距机构(8),两个所述支撑块(1)之间右端设有压合部件(9);
所述上胶辊(2)前端、胶水转移辊(5)前端、位于下端的花辊(6)前端均套接有第一带轮(11),相邻的所述第一带轮(11)通过皮带(12)摩擦传动,所述皮带(12)左端摩擦传动有张紧机构(13),位于后端的所述支撑块(1)后壁通过安装座安装有伺服电机(14),所述伺服电机(14)的输出轴与上胶辊(2)同轴连接,位于下端的所述花辊(6)外壁和位于下端的压辊(7)外壁均输送有第一卷材(15),位于上端的所述花辊(6)外壁和位于上端的压辊(7)外壁均输送有第二卷材(16),所述支撑块(1)右壁固设有连接板(17),两个所述连接板(17)之间转动连接有出料辊(18),所述出料辊(18)外壁与第二卷材(16)外壁摩擦接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述存胶盒(3)内部设有刮刀(301),所述刮刀(301)顶面与上胶辊(2)外壁滑动连接,所述刮刀(301)底面呈均匀排列结构开设有多个滑槽(302),所述滑槽(302)内部滑动连接有固定杆(303),所述固定杆(303)顶面固设有第一弹簧(304),所述第一弹簧(304)位于滑槽(302)内部,所述第一弹簧(304)顶面与刮刀(301)连接固定,所述固定杆(303)底面与存胶盒(3)内壁连接固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述回收部件(4)包括回收导板(401),所述回收导板(401)前后壁均与支撑块(1)内壁连接固定,所述回收导板(401)左端摩擦接触有回收盒(402),所述回收盒(402)上呈对称结构开设有两个卡槽(403),所述支撑块(1)外部左端固设有弹性卡头(404),所述弹性卡头(404)与卡槽(403)卡接配合,所述回收盒(402)均与支撑块(1)插接配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述微调组件(10)包括C型块(1001),所述C型块(1001)下端与胶水转移辊(5)前后两端转动连接,所述C型块(1001)内壁均与两个支撑块(1)外壁滑动连接,两个所述支撑块(1)外壁左端开设有微调通槽(1002),所述胶水转移辊(5)前后两端均与微调通槽(1002)滑动连接,所述C型块(1001)顶面通过安装座安装有气缸(1003),所述气缸(1003)的活塞杆贯穿C型块(1001)延伸至下端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述气缸(1003)的活塞杆底面固设有定位块(1004),所述定位块(1004)底面均与支撑块(1)顶面连接固定,所述定位块(1004)顶面呈前后对称固设有两个滑杆(1005),所述C型块(1001)均与滑杆(1005)滑动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述张紧机构(13)包括第二带轮(1301),所述第二带轮(1301)外壁与皮带(12)摩擦传动,所述第二带轮(1301)中部转动连接有圆柱(1302),位于前端的所述支撑块(1)前壁开设有限位槽(1303),所述限位槽(1303)内部滑动连接有限位块(1304),所述圆柱(1302)后壁与限位块(1304)外壁连接固定,所述圆柱(1302)上套设有调节手轮(1305),所述调节手轮(1305)上端与圆柱(1302)转动连接,所述调节手轮(1305)中部螺纹连接有凸块(1306),所述凸块(1306)后壁与位于前端的支撑块(1)外壁连接固定。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述花辊(6)前端套接有蜗轮(601),其中一个所述支撑块(1)外壁固设有安装块(602),所述安装块(602)中部转动连接有转轴(603),所述转轴(603)上呈对称结构固设有两个蜗杆(604),所述蜗杆(604)左端与蜗轮(601)右端啮合连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述调距机构(8)包括调距轮(801),所述调距轮(801)底面固设有调距螺杆(802),所述调距螺杆(802)上转动连接有支架(803),所述支架(803)侧壁与支撑块(1)外壁连接固定,所述调距螺杆(802)上螺纹连接有推块(804),所述推块(804)内壁与压辊(7)的中心轴连接固定,所述支撑块(1)外壁开设有调距孔(805),所述压辊(7)的中心轴与调距孔(805)滑动连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述压合部件(9)包括挤压轮(901),所述支撑块(1)右端外壁开设有腰孔(902),所述腰孔(902)内部滑动连接有滑块(903),所述挤压轮(901)的中部转动连接有中轴(904),所述中轴(904)前后两端均与滑块(903)滑动连接,所述中轴(904)贯穿滑块(903)延伸至外端。
10.根据权利要求9所述的具有微调功能的上胶装置,其特征在于:所述中轴(904)前后两端固设有第二弹簧(905),所述第二弹簧(905)右端通过连接块(906)与支撑块(1)连接固定,所述挤压轮(901)外壁与位于上端的花辊(6)外壁摩擦接触,所述挤压轮(901)外壁与第一卷材(15)外壁摩擦接触。
