本发明涉及压敏胶标签技术领域,具体涉及一种BOPP薄膜标签及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于BOPP(双向拉伸聚丙烯)薄膜具有质轻、强度高、印刷性能优良、尺寸稳定、耐水、抗化学品性突出以及不易老化等优点。使得采用BOPP薄膜作为印刷承载物的不干胶标签产品在食品饮料、日化、医药等领域得到广泛应用,在不干胶标签市场中占有较大的比例,且份额仍在不断扩大。面对终端新的应用领域不断涌现、印刷厂家对提升模切排废效率的需求日益增加以及贴标厂家对提升不良品返工效率的需求日益增加,使得对BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶的性能要求也不断提高。
目前,市场上的BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶质量普遍在普通到中档水平之间,普遍存在高温溢胶(降低模切排废效率)、短时可重贴性差(降低贴标不良品返工效率)、有雾状的暗影以及耐水汽差(潮湿环境中易脱胶)等问题。导致高档产品主要以溶剂型丙烯酸酯压敏胶为主,但是从生产成本和环境保护方面考虑,水性丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶是今后的发展趋势。
现有技术中:
CN 105504148 A,公布了一种水性压敏胶及其制备方法,通过添加多羟甲基化合物,并使其在成膜时与聚合物侧链上的羟甲基或羧基进行交联,增加了水性压敏胶的交联效果,内聚强度高,抗溢胶性能好,抗残胶性能优异,但是由于外加交联剂存在活化期问题,调配好后的压敏胶使用周期短,涂布生产操作复杂,使用范围受到限制。
综上所述,亟需一种BOPP薄膜标签,该薄膜标签需要兼顾的性能为粘结力强、抗溢胶性能好、短时可重贴性优异以及以及耐水不脱胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种BOPP薄膜标签及其制备方法。
该标签中的压敏胶能满足BOPP薄膜标签大部分应用场景,适用于网纹辊涂布设备使用。该压敏胶还具备制备工艺简单,贮存稳定,综合力学性能良好,抗溢胶性能好,短时可重贴无残胶以及耐水汽性优异的特点。

S3将胶膜转移至75um哑白BOPP薄膜面材电晕面,最后将面材带胶面贴合于61g/m2白格离型纸涂硅面。
作为本方案的进一步改进,S1中,涂胶量按19.0±1g/m2进行涂布。
与现有技术相比,本发明制得的BOPP薄膜标签具备下述有益效果:
(1)本发明采用非反应型乳化剂十二烷基硫酸钠和反应型乳化剂烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵作为阴离子乳化剂共同使用,一是非反应型乳化剂提供了良好的聚合稳定性;二是反应型乳化剂通过双键参与了自由基聚合反应,降低了乳化剂分子向胶膜界面的迁移能力,提高了丙烯酸酯乳胶的耐水汽性能,解决了制成保护中耐水汽不足造成的脱落现象。
(2)本发明采用的功能性单体,一是提供了含有羧基和羟基的极性基团,增强了与BOPP薄膜的结合力,降低了从被贴基材上剥离的残胶现象;二是通过酰肼自交联反应增加了聚合物链段的交联密度,提高了内聚强度,进一步增强了与BOPP薄膜的结合力,提升了短时可重贴性;三是在聚合物分子链段上引入有机硅分子,Si-O键的键能大于C-C键的键能,改善了胶膜的耐高温性能,避免高温模切出现溢胶现象。
(3)本发明制备过程中工艺简单,使用水而非有机溶剂做介质,低碳环保,节约成本。
(4)本发明的丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶贮存稳定,固含量高,粘度低,涂布速度快,适用于网纹辊涂布设备使用。

一种BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶,其组成原料以重量份计为:18.7份丙烯酸丁酯【软单体】、25.0份丙烯酸异辛酯【软单体】、5.1份甲基丙烯酸甲酯【硬单体】、0.5份丙烯酸【功能单体】、1.0份丙烯酸羟乙酯【功能单体】、0.6份双丙酮丙烯酰胺【功能单体】、0.3份己二酸二酰肼【功能单体】、0.3份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷【功能单体】、0.05份正十二烷基硫醇、0.8份十二烷基硫酸钠【乳化剂】、1.2份烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵【乳化剂】、0.05份碳酸氢钠、0.3份过硫酸铵、0.1份叔丁基过氧化氢、0.1份甲醛合次硫酸钠、0.4份氨水,0.5份磺基丁二酸二辛基钠盐和45.0份去离子水。

步骤A预乳化阶段
将0.8份十二烷基硫酸钠、1.2份烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、15.0份去离子水、18.7份丙烯酸丁酯、25.0份丙烯酸异辛酯、5.1份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、0.5份丙烯酸、1.0份丙烯酸羟乙酯、0.6份双丙酮丙烯酰胺,0.3份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷和0.05份正十二烷基硫醇依次加入到乳化釜中搅拌分散,制得预乳化液;
步骤B打底阶段
将25.0份去离子水、0.05份碳酸氢钠加入反应釜中,升温至50~70℃,加入3%的预乳化液,制得釜底液;
步骤C种子引发阶段
将釜底液继续升温至78~85℃,在搅拌条件下,将溶于1.0份去离子水的0.05份过硫酸铵投入到釜底液中,反应时间20~60min,制得种子乳液;
步骤D聚合阶段
在搅拌条件下,将溶于2.0份去离子水的0.25份过硫酸铵和剩余预乳化液匀速地滴加到种子乳液中,滴加时间控制在3~5h,滴加完保温1~2h;降温至60~75℃,将0.1份叔丁基过氧化氢和0.1份甲醛合次硫酸钠分别溶于1.0份的去离子水中,进行同步滴加,滴加时间控制在30~60min;
步骤E后添加阶段
将步骤D中的产物降温至40℃以下,添加0.4份氨水至pH值为7.0~8.0;加入0.3份己二酸二酰肼,均匀分散后降至室温,加入0.5份磺基丁二酸二辛基钠盐,分散完全后过滤制得丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶。

将实施例1~7和对比例1~4的试样涂布于61g/m2白格离型纸涂硅面,涂胶量按19.0±1g/m2进行涂布,放入80~90℃烘箱烘烤5min后取出,然后将胶膜转移至75um哑白BOPP薄膜面材电晕面,最后将面材带胶面贴合于61g/m2白格离型纸涂硅面,在标准环境下(温度23±2℃,湿度50±5%)平衡72h,待测试。
1.初粘力:按《环形初粘测试》FTM9测试。
2.剥离力:按《90°剥离力测试》FTM2测试。
3.持粘力:按《在标准面板上的持粘力测试》FTM8测试。
4.耐水汽性:将均匀涂有压敏胶的BOPP基材电晕面放入25℃的自来水中浸泡14天,观察脱胶情况。
5.短时重贴性:将均匀涂有压敏胶的BOPP基材电晕面贴覆于PET瓶48h,揭开观察残胶情况。
6.抗高温溢胶性:将涂有压敏胶的BOPP不干胶样卷(MD方向长度:200m;
CD方向长度:190mm)放入60℃高温条件下7天,然后取出模切,标签模切尺寸:2mm(MD方向)*3mm(CD方向),排废边宽度:1mm。
模切完后观察标签边缘溢胶情况。
表1.性能测试结果
由表1的数据可以看出,本发明所制备的BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶,通过整体配方组分相互配合,结合功能性单体丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、己二酸二酰肼,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,乳化剂烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵的使用,环形初粘力大于9N/25mm,剥离力大于7N/25mm,持粘力大于300h,具有良好的力学性能,内聚强度高,能够保证夏季高温模切不溢胶,模切排废效率高;在具有高表面能的PET材质上48h内不残胶,短时可重贴性优异;泡水14天不脱胶,耐水汽性优异,能够满足BOPP薄膜标签大部分应用场景。
由表1的数据可以看出,功能单体只加入丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺、己二酸二酰肼,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷中的任意一种时,持粘力受到影响,耐水汽性以及短时重贴性受影响,会有脱胶和残胶现象,夏季高温模切发生溢胶。

Claims (10)

1.一种BOPP薄膜标签,其特征在于,包括依次设置的
膜层一(11);
压敏胶层二(12);
膜层二(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP薄膜标签,其特征在于,膜层一(11)为白格离型纸,该白格离型纸的克重为61g/m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP薄膜标签,其特征在于,膜层二(13)为BOPP薄膜。
4.根据权利要求所述的BOPP薄膜标签,其特征在于,压敏胶层二(12)包括下述重量份的原料:40.0~55.0份软单体;3.0~10.0份硬单体;1.0~5.0份功能性单体;0.02~0.1份分子量调节剂;0.5~3.0份乳化剂;0.02~0.1份缓冲剂;0.2~0.6份热引发剂;0.03~0.2份氧化剂;0.03~0.2份还原剂;0.3~1.0份pH调节剂;0.3~1.0份润湿剂;40.0~50.0份去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶,其特征在于,所述软单体包括但不限于丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸十二酯中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶,其特征在于,所述硬单体包括但不限于甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求4所述的BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶,其特征在于,所述功能性单体为丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯、双丙酮丙烯酰胺,己二酸二酰肼和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP薄膜标签用丙烯酸酯乳胶压敏胶,其特征在于,所述乳化剂包括但不限于十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、烯丙氧基脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、乙烯基磺酸盐和磺基琥珀酸二异辛酯钠盐中的一种或多种。
9.一种权利要求1~8任一项所述的BOPP薄膜标签制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
S1将压敏胶涂布于61g/m2白格离型纸涂硅面;
S2放入80~90℃烘箱烘烤5min后取出;
S3将胶膜转移至75um哑白BOPP薄膜面材电晕面,最后将面材带胶面贴合于61g/m2白格离型纸涂硅面,制得BOPP薄膜标签。
10.根据权利要求9所述的BOPP薄膜标签制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,涂胶量按19.0±1g/m2进行涂布。
