技术领域
本发明涉及一种印刷、包装行业之平压模切制版中用于压痕模制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,印刷、包装制版压痕底模均采用人工手工制版,其劳动强度大、效率低、制出的底模准确性差,底模使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明其目的在于:提供一种模切制版压痕模制造工艺,可机械化生产,提高模切压痕制品质量,减少制版时间,提高底模使用寿命,可大大降低工人劳动强度。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种模切制版压痕模制造工艺,塑料板材用覆膜胶与电晕处理后的底胶片复合成底模板,底模板分切、开定位凹槽、修边成底模,塑料颗粒经挤出机成定位塑料条,其定位塑料条之凸台两侧涂压敏胶,烘干压敏胶水分,用底模与定位塑料条复合,复合时定位塑料条和底模之间用凸台与底模的定位凹槽定位复合,底模下层复合双面胶、切断、喷码、包装。

具体实施方式
本发明模切制版压痕模制造工艺如图1~8所示:一种模切制版压痕模制造工艺,塑料板材用覆膜胶与电晕处理后底胶片3复合成底模板,底模板分切、开定位凹槽、修边成底模;塑料颗粒经挤出机成定位塑料条涂胶与底模上层复合;底模下层复合双面胶4、切断、喷码、包装。其定位塑料条1与底模复合工序为定位塑料条1之凸台101两侧涂压敏胶102,烘干压敏胶102水分,用底模2与定位塑料条1复合,复合时定位塑料条1和底模2之间用凸台101与底模定位凹槽201定位复合。
实施例:一种模切制版压痕模制造工艺:如图1所示:
1.复合成底模板
将宽幅塑料板材和同样宽度经过电晕处理的底胶片3用覆膜胶在覆膜机上延压复合成宽幅底模。
板材幅宽计算为:L1(底模宽度)×n(每幅所切底模数量)。
2.底模板分切
将宽幅底模板用专用分切机分切成单条成品底模宽度L1,如图2所示。
3.开定位凹槽修边
将单条底模用铣刀加工中间定位凹槽201和两侧30度斜边202,如图3所示。
4.底模与定位塑料条复合
压痕模的定位塑料条1在塑料挤出机上用挤出成型方法制造,如图4所示,挤出成型的定位塑料条在凸台101两侧位置涂压敏胶102,如图5所示;烘干压敏胶102的水分后,用底模2与定位塑料条1复合,复合时定位塑料条1和底模2之间用定位塑料条凸台101宽度与底模定位凹槽201定位,如图6所示。
5.底模复合双面胶
将分切好的双面胶4与底胶片3复合,复合后压痕模整体成型,如图7所示。
6.切断
将压痕模切断成成品的规格长度L2为750mm,如图8所示。
7.产品喷码
在压痕模塑料定位条1侧面上,用喷码机喷出压痕模规格、型号。
8.包装
成品压痕模每10条为1个包装袋,用塑封包装,5个塑封代为一个纸盒包装,每盒计50条,每10盒为一个纸箱包装。
9.成品
包装完毕后,即为模切制版压痕模成品。
实践证明:本发明模切制版压痕模制造工艺,可机械化生产,模切制版压痕模提高了模切制版压痕模精度,从而提高模切压痕制品质量,减少制版时间1/3,底模使用寿命1/3。

1.一种模切制版压痕模制造工艺,其特征在于:塑料板材用覆膜胶与电晕处理后的底胶片(3)复合成底模板,底模板分切、开定位凹槽(201)、修边成底模(2);塑料颗粒经挤出机成定位塑料条(1);其定位塑料条(1)之凸台(101)两侧涂压敏胶(102),烘干压敏胶(102)水分,用底模(2)上层与定位塑料条(1)复合,复合时定位塑料条(1)和底模(2)之间用凸台(101)与底模的定位凹槽(201)定位复合,底模下层复合双面胶(4)、切断、喷码、包装。
