Description

热塑性树脂制粒机的切刀及其制造方法
本发明涉及用于热塑性树脂制粒的热塑性树脂制粒机上装的切刀以及制造所述的切刀的方法。
为了方便运输,减少以后加工的成本及其它原因,热塑性树脂通常制造成颗粒状并以粒状发送,这些颗粒小且是近似米粒状的颗粒。这些颗粒在工业上用化工装置用的捏炼-制粒(挤出)机制造。在这种制粒机中用的制粒装置类型的实例包括热切断型及水下切断型。还有用于这一目的的多种刀片;固定刀片的典型实例是一个模板,而图8示出的切刀1是活动刀片的实例。现时,由于陶瓷合金有很好的耐磨性及切断树脂的能力,它们广泛的用作切刀1的材料。
但是,用作切刀材料的陶瓷合金有许多问题;不仅贵且难以得到,并且由于对横向负荷的抗力低它们易成碎块或断裂,也就是说与最典型的刀片材料-钢相比,它们更脆。虽然陶瓷合金要求根本的对策来解决上述问题,但现在还没有足够有效的对策。另外,陶瓷合金难以用机械加工,这意味着加工陶瓷合金成本较高。因此,使用本身是比较贵的材料的陶瓷合金来制造切刀实际上增加了成本。
为了解决普通切刀的上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种用陶瓷合金作为切刀材料制造的热塑性树脂制粒机的切刀及其制造方法,其中尽管用陶瓷合金作原材料但没有断裂的危险及成本低并且易于制造所述的切刀。
按照本发明的一方面,提供了一种装在用于热塑性树脂制粒的热塑性树脂制粒机上的切刀,其中所述的切刀的主体由钢制成,而刀刃是由陶瓷合金制成的,与所述的主体成整体。
按照本发明的另一方面,提供了一种制造热塑性树脂制粒机的切刀的方法,包括在矩形的钢的主体的角部形成一槽,该槽沿具有适当的厚度的所述的主体的纵向延伸;把陶瓷合金板插入所述的槽中,并用扩散粘接把所述的陶瓷合金粘到主体上;并把材料切成专门的形状。
按照本发明的又一方面,提供了一种制造热塑性树脂制粒机的切刀的方法,包括制成一钢块,从侧面看具有台阶形;用扩散粘接把一块陶瓷合金板粘到所述的钢块的下台阶上表面上;以专门的间隔斜角切割所述的钢块;把各切块切成专门的形状。
下面通过附图及实施例详细说明本发明,附图中:
图1是本发明切刀的透视图;
图2是在切割加工前所述的切刀的透视图;
图3是解释加工本发明的切刀的另一个方法的透视图,示出了用扩散粘接把陶瓷合金板粘上的状态;
图4是图3同样的透视图,示出了一个切块;

图6是示出热塑性树脂制粒机和切刀之间的关系的示意的侧视图;

下面参照附图详细说明本发明。
标号11表示用作热塑性树脂制粒机20的活动刀片的切刀。切刀11包括钢制的主体12,及由陶瓷合金制的与主体12成整体的刀刃13。
虽然用于本实施例的陶瓷合金是碳化钛(TiC)型的合金,应明白可用于本发明的陶瓷合金不限于TiC合金。第一实施例
在主体12的角部开有一槽14,其沿主体12的纵向延伸,并朝着主体12的中部凸入,主体12由钢制成并呈有适当厚度的矩形,构成刀刃13的陶恣合金板插入槽14并用扩散粘接粘在槽14中(见图2)。随后,用本专业技术人员已知的方法把材料切成专门的形状形成切刀1(见图1)。第二实施例
用于主体12的钢块成形为从侧面看有台阶,随后把构成刀刃13的陶瓷合金板用扩散粘接粘到下台阶上后,以专门的间距进行斜角切割(图3,4)。随后用本专业技术人员已知的切割方法,把材料切成专门的形状,这样与第一实施例一样,制成了切刀11(图5)。
如上所述,本发明通过把分别由钢及陶瓷合金制的主体和切刀的刀刃制成整体而改进了用于装在热塑性树脂制粒的热塑性树脂制粒机上的切刀的抗断裂性。另外本发明通过由钢制成主体而降低成本,并且由于简化了它们的制造方法而显著地降低了切刀的制造成本。

Claims (3)

1.一种装在用于热塑性树脂制粒的热塑性树脂制粒机上的切刀,其中所述的切刀的主体由钢制成,而刀刃是由陶瓷合金制成的与所述的主体成整体。
2.一种制造热塑性树脂制粒机的切刀的方法,包括在矩形的钢的主体的角部形成一槽,该槽沿具有适当的厚度的所述的主体的纵向延伸;把陶瓷合金板插入所述的槽中,并用扩散粘接把所述的陶瓷合金粘到主体上;并把材料切成专门的形状。
3.一种制造热塑性树脂制粒机的切刀的方法,包括制成一钢块,从侧面看具有台阶形;用扩散粘接把一块陶瓷合金板粘到所述的钢块的下台阶上表面上;以专门的间隔斜角切割所述的钢块;把各切块切成专门的形状。
