Description

聚合材料连续混合方法及带 部分相切、穿插旋转件的机器
本发明涉及连续混合聚合物材料的方法和具有平行的旋转件的相关的机器,该方法包括:利用所述旋转件的相切转动的对应轴向部分进行的至少一个预先混合阶段,以及利用所述旋转件的以相互穿插的方式转动的对应轴向部分进行的至少一个后续混合阶段。
在有关聚合物材料混合的技术方面,利用断续的或连续类型的生产周期进行所述混合操作的可能性是公知的。
从技术观点来看并考虑到设备结构,连续操作比断续操作具有许多优点。
从技术上来说,连续操作能在每一时刻监控最重要的操作参数,确保所生产的产品更稳定的质量,因而可减少不合规格次品的数目。
此外,在连续操作的情况下,可以完全地消除空载时间,而空载时间是断续操作的特征,特别是空载时间出现在原材料装料和混合物卸料期间,但也出现在操作期间,包括装料漏斗的清洗期间。
除上面所谈到的有关监控的优点外,连续操作还能更容易、无重大后果地校正监控的参数,因为这种校正具有直接的效果而与时间变量无关,然而时间变量在断续周期中却是极为重要的,在断续周期中具有应该加以考虑的逻辑和时间程序。
从装置结构的观点看,连续操作线具有许多优点,因为装机功率指标较低,这是由于实际的混合器和辅助设备(控制器、压缩机、计量表等)等机械具有较小的尺寸,因而较轻的缘故。
但是,橡胶的连续混合技术仍处于发展初期,要取得良好的质量效果会遇到许多困难,这关系到混合物成分的弥散和混合物本身的低卸料温度,而这是为了避免存在于混合物中的交联剂的过早作用所必须的,交联剂的过早作用会导致混合物的过早硫化,而过早硫化的混合物在以后的加工操作如挤压成形、模压等中就不能再被使用。
除上面所述问题之外,还有与材料的连续批量供应有关的问题,由于分批地供应材料,在利用重量计量装置进行计量期间,使大量空气进入混合室,导致混合物表观体积的增加,所以妨碍了向着其后设置的混合区的正常喂料。
为了寻找解决上述问题的方法,已经提供了安装有相切型的一对旋转件的连续操作的机器,所述旋转件特别适用于与供应区紧接的区段;但另一方面,在其后设置的机器区段中却效能有限,在这些区段中需要把填充剂混合到弹性基质里,同时保持有效地控制全部混合物的温度。
另外,已经提出装备有一对相互穿插型的旋转件的机器,根据所加工混合物的粘度,所供应原材料的物理性能和尺寸总可以选择一种机器。
现存的机器还包括在圆筒内旋转的单个的特殊形状的螺杆,圆筒壁设置有圆形塞或各种形状的固定部分,但它们的目的是在几个方向上分配材料流并提供切削作用。
后一种类的机器适用于能改变粘度的各种产品,但只有当材料的粘度低和材料具有完全热塑性能时才能有效地混合产品。
在材料具有高粘度的情况下,这些单个的螺杆只能对材料产生扩散和均匀的作用,但没有为良好的混合作用提供必需的高剪切力。
换言之,与聚合物材料连续加工有关的下述技术尚未被人公知,这种技术能够以单一机器实现完全的混合,它包括下述步骤:
-减小混合物各种成分的颗粒的平均直径以及将这种减小平均直径的掺入弹性基体(扩散混合);
-在混合物内部使颗粒匀速扩散和均匀化(分布混合);
-在所有的混合阶段期间,对混合物的温度保持最佳控制。
所以,所提出的技术问题就是,提供连续混合塑性材料的一种方法和设有一对旋转件的一种机器,其能够加工任何类型的混合物,而不管其粘度的大小。
此外,在所述技术问题的范围内,还要求所述机器设有的旋转件应该能够达到:
-在供应料斗之后紧接着设置的第一区段中高的输送容积;
-朝末端的漏孔方向输送材料的足够推力,导致材料涌出而没有脉动流动现象;
-利用对材料的可产生扩散混合和分布混合最佳效果的操作,使混合物的所有成分,固体和液体的都获得最佳混合;
-特别是在靠近卸料点为的机器最后区段中,对混合物温度的有效控制。
这些效果是通过本发明所获得的,本发明提供了连续混合聚合物材料的方法和具有平行旋转件的相关的混合机,该方法包括:利用所述旋转件的相切转动的对应轴向部分进行的至少一个预先混合阶段和利用所述旋转件的以相互穿插方式旋转的部分进行的至少一个后续混合阶段。

如附图所示,连续混合聚合物材料2的机器1包括一个壳体3,它由安置在地上的基座3a支撑,并设有一个利用环绕相关枢轴(未显示)转动打开的盖4。

由同轴电机8操作的一对混合旋转件安装在混合室5内,同轴电机安装在壳体3的一端,所述的每个旋转件7具有从所述供应区到用于排放混合物2的卸料5d轴向地延伸的外表面部分,并根据在相应的混合室部分上需要的不同的操作工序,形成不同的外表面部分。
更具体来说,相应于紧靠供应聚合物2的料斗6的混合室部分5a,以螺杆形式形成第一旋转件部分7a,用来将聚合物推向室5的下一个部分5b,在部分5b内,旋转件7具有一个带有外表面的部分7b,这样两个旋转件保持相切,从而保证高的输送材料能力以及高的混合能力,所以,在所述混合室部分5a内,在外界压力下获得各材料成分的有效的预先混合并控制好温度条件。这样,为了避免混合物的过早硫化,所述温度保持在80℃之下。
另一方面,在旋转件7轴向延伸的最后部分7c上具有使两旋转件相互穿插的外表面,所以有助于混合物的扩散混合和均匀化。
在末端操作区中,相应于旋转件7的较大尺寸,混合室5也具有轴向长度基本上相应于旋转件7的穿插部分7c的轴向长度的部分5c,但增大了横截面。
在所述端部5c中,混合室5尺寸的这种增大包含了混合物和室5的金属表面的接触面相应增大,在室5的腔内冷却液流动这样,在混合物从室5通过卸料5d卸出之前,有利于控制和降低混合物的温度。
混合物从机器卸出的所述卸料5d设置有调节卸料口的孔的装置,该装置基本上由可被驱动的闸阀9组成,以便利用本身已经公知的相关操作装置进行闸阀的平移,所以这里不再作详细说明。
利用混合物卸料孔的上述调整可以获得混合室不同程度的装料,因而获得向混合物自身传递的不同能量。
如图5a、5b和6a、6b所示,在一个优选的实施例中,带有穿插结构的旋转件部分5c具有从旋转件芯部径向地凸出的凸缘7d,并以相对于旋转件纵轴线大约成15°倾角以螺旋线形式配置。但是,所述倾角可以根据被混合的聚合物的不同特性在10°和25°之间构成。
在所说明书附图中,两旋转件5是反向旋转的,并相对于机器的纵轴线具有对称的形状。但是在装配期间,一个旋转件相对于另一个旋转件是通过一个适宜的角度偏置的,以避免穿插部分发生接触和损坏机器。
此外,螺旋线右旋或左旋的形状显然是与有关旋转件的转动方向相关的,以便保证材料从供应口到卸料口的正确输送。
图7和图8表示调节卸料口5d的装置的一个变型实施例。
在该实施例中,所述装置由圆柱形构件109组成,至少在圆柱形构件的适宜的纵向部分上,其内部是空的,在该纵向部分上,在圆柱形构件的侧面上形成孔109a。
相对于混合物卸料口5d横向地安装所述圆柱体,在圆柱体的一端安装旋转操作装置109c,其本身是公知的,所以在附图中只用示意图表示。
通过操作所述圆柱体,使其转动,以便使圆柱体109的孔109a变成全部/部分和混合室5的卸料口5d对准,从而全部地/部分地开启卸料口5d,使材料以受控制的方式流出。
如图7所示,卸料5d的卸料横截面是截锥形的,而其最宽的部分朝下,以便有利于材料的流出。

Claims (14)

1.利用连续混合机连续混合聚合物材料的方法,该机器包括:设有至少一个供应聚合物的口(4a,6a)和至少一个混合物的卸料口(5d)的混合室(5),并且在其内部设置一对相互平行的旋转件(7),所述方法包括以下步骤:
-通过所述供料口将供应的材料和添加剂供应到混合室(5);
-由所述的一对旋转件(7)接纳所供应的材料,以便将其混合并向所述卸料口(5d)输送;
其特征在于还包括:
-利用所述旋转件(7)的相切地转动的轴向部分(7b)进行的至少一个预先混合阶段;
-利用所述旋转件以相互穿插的方式转动的轴向部分(7c)进行的至少一个后续混合阶段。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:以低于80℃的温度进行所述的预先混合阶段。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:最好以低于50℃的温度进行所述的预先混合阶段。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:在大气压力下进行所述的预先混合阶段。
5.连续混合聚合物的机器,包括:设有至少一个供应聚合物的口(4a,6a)和至少一个混合物(2)的卸料口(5d)的混合室(5),并且在混合室内部设置一对相互平行的旋转件(7),其特征在于:所述旋转件(7)在其轴向长度上具有至少一个部分(7b),该部分形成的外表面使旋转件保持相切;以及至少一个部分(7c),该部分在材料的输送方向上在前述部分之后设置,所形成的外表面使所述旋转件保持相互穿插。

12.根据权利要求5和11所述的机器,其特征在于:所述调节混合物(2)卸料孔的装置基本由能被驱动的闸阀(9)组成,以便进行闸阀自身插入/抽出卸料口的平移。
13.根据权利要求5和11所述的机器,其特征在于:所述调节混合物(2)卸料的孔的装置基本由至少部分中空并相对于所述卸料口横向地设置的圆柱形构件(109)组成,在圆柱形构件(109)的侧面具有一个设计好的孔(109a),利用由相关的操作装置(109c)进行所述圆柱形构件的转动使孔与所述卸料口相对准。
14.根据权利要求5所述的机器,其特征在于:所述卸料口具有垂向的基本呈截锥形的截面,其较大的基面设置在较小基面之下。
