Abstract

一种光盘播放机的拾取器倾斜度的调节装置,其包括:至少一对安装在一台板上的导轴,而且导轴在其至少一端有一个孔,该导轴用以支撑拾取器并对其起导向作用;一个调节螺栓插入每个孔中且通过螺纹与台板连接;一个弹簧安装在导轴与台板之间,以提供对调节螺栓转动的抗力并使导轴偏离台板,从而在台板与导轴之间保持一个合适的距离。

Description

光盘播放机的拾取器调节装置
本发明涉及一种光盘播放机的拾取器,更具体地说,涉及一种拾取器调节装置,这种拾取器调节装置能精确地调节拾取器的倾斜度,从而能使拾取器相对于光盘保持水平。
在光盘播放机中,比如CD盘播放机(CDP),激光光盘播放机(LDP),或者数字视频播放机(DVDP),必须保证拾取器相对于光盘水平对位,这样才能使拾取器发出的激光束垂直地投射在光盘上。
图1是一个典型的光盘播放机的拾取器部分。如图所示,一安放光盘(图中未示出)的转盘1和一支持拾取器3的一对引导轴2安装在一台板4上。在拾取器3的一侧,制有与一丝杠5相啮合的齿牙部分(图中没有显示)。丝杠5是由驱动马达6带动的。
在具有上述结构的光盘播放机中,当驱动马达6带动丝杠5转动时,丝杠5的转动使得拾取器3沿引导轴2滑动。因此,当拾取器3沿光盘的径向移动时,拾取器3就能读取记录在光盘上的信息。
从光盘上读取信息时,从拾取器3发出的激光束应垂直地投射到磁盘上某一所需要的位置。可是,有时会发生由于拾取器3的聚焦误差或倾斜误差而导致的拾取误差。当激光束不能根据光盘和拾取器之间的距离恰当地会聚在光盘上时,就会产生聚焦误差。当拾取器3相对光盘发生径向或切向倾斜时,会产生倾斜误差。这样的误差可由拾取器3的聚焦和导向伺服机制来补偿,但由于在安装过程中支撑拾取器3的导轴2是通过紧固部件固定地与台板4连接,因此这种补偿的程度是有限的。这样,完全补偿这一误差是不可能的。而且,在安装过程中精确度低且有大的间隙的情况下,上述误差的校正就不可能了。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的一个目的就是在光盘播放机中提供一种拾取器调节装置,它能精确地调节拾取器的倾斜度,来校正沿光盘径向的倾斜误差。
为达到上面的目的,本发明的光盘播放机提供了一种拾取器倾斜度的调节装置,它包括:至少一对安装在台板上的导轴,并且在其至少一端有一个孔,该导轴支撑拾取器并对其起导向作用;一个调节螺栓,其插入每个孔中并通过螺纹与台板连接;一弹簧,安装在导轴和台板之间,其对调节螺栓转动产生一抗力,并使导轴相对于台板向外偏置,这样就可以使台板和导轴之间保持一恰当的距离。
通过参考附图详细描述本发明的一优选实施例,本发明的目的及其优点就更清楚了。这些附图包括:

图2表示带有本发明所介绍的拾取器调节装置的光盘播放机的拾取器组件。图3和图4是这种拾取器调节装置的详图。
从这些图中可以看出,引导一拾取器600运动的一对导轴300安装在一台板100上,在每个导轴300的一端制有孔301。调节螺栓401和402插入孔301中,并与台板100上形成的螺纹孔101通过螺纹联接在一起,从而将导轴300连接在台板100上。
围绕调节螺栓401和402的弹簧201和202分别安装在台板100与导轴300之间。用以限制导轴300横向移动的多个支撑元件501、502、503和504安装在导轴300的两侧。
下面说明具有上述结构的拾取器调节装置的工作原理。当调节螺栓401按顺时针或反时针方向转动来调节拾取器600的倾斜度时,由于其与台板100中的螺纹孔101是螺纹联接,调节螺栓401会上下移动。此时,弹簧201对调节螺栓401的旋转形成抗力,并向导轴300施加偏压,因而在台板100与导轴300之间保持了恰当的距离。并且,当旋转调节螺栓401和402时,支撑元件501、502、503和504能防止导轴300由此产生横向运动。
这样,通过转动调节螺栓401和402适当的次数,由此调整每个导轴300的一端的高度,就可以调节拾取器600的径向倾斜度。
如上所述,本发明提供的光盘播放机的拾取器调节装置使得拾取器与在转盘上转动的光盘平行对位。因此,本发明提高了聚焦和导向伺服机构的可靠性及光盘播放机的重放效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种光盘播放机的拾取器调节装置,其包括:
至少一对安装在一台板上的导轴,导轴在其至少一端有一个孔,该导轴用于支撑拾取器并对其起导向作用;
一个调节螺栓,其插入到上述的每个孔中并与上述台板螺纹连接;
一个弹簧,其安装在上述导轴与上述的台板之间,其对上述调节螺栓的转动形成一抗力,并使上述导轴相对于上述的台板向外偏置,从而在上述台板与上述导轴之间保持一合适的距离。
2、如权利要求1所述的光盘播放机的拾取器调节装置,其还包括支撑元件,其贴紧地安装于上述每个导轴的两侧,以限制上述导轴的横向移动。
