Description

光盘机光学头调整装置
本发明涉及的是一种用在光盘机上的光学头,特别是涉及一种光学头调整装置,该装置可对光学头的倾斜度进行微调以保证光学头保持在相对光盘水平的位置上。
在诸如CDP(Compact Disk Player)、LDP(Laser Disk Player)或DVDP(Digital Video Disk Player)等光盘机上,光学头应当保持在相对于光盘的水平位置上,从而可保证由光学头发出的激光束能够垂直地入射在光盘上。
图1表示了一个普通光盘机的光学头部分。如图所示,在底板4上安装有一个用于放置光盘(图中未示)的转台1和一对用于支撑光学头3的导向轴2。在光学头3的一侧设置有一个齿轮部分(图中未示)用于与一螺杆5啮合。螺杆5由一个驱动马达6驱动。
在具有上述结构的光盘机上,当驱动马达6驱动螺杆5转动时,螺杆5的转动使得光学头3沿着导向轴2滑动。因此,当光学头3沿着光盘的径向移动时,将记录在光盘上的信息读出。
在从光盘读取信息时,由光学头发射出的激光束应当垂直地射到光盘上所需的位置上。然而,光学头聚焦误差或光学头3的倾斜误差有时会导致读取误差。在激光束不能根据光盘与光学头3之间的距离准确地汇聚到光盘上时,会产生聚焦误差。在光学头3沿径向或切向相对于光盘倾斜时,会产生倾斜误差。上述误差可通过光学头3的聚焦及跟踪伺服机构来补偿,但由于支撑光学头3的导向轴2在装配工艺中是通过固定件7与底板4固定连接的,因而这种补偿也是很有限的。因此,完全消除这些误差是不可能的。在装配精度较低、公差较大的情况下,修正上述误差是不可能的。
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种光盘机光学头调整装置,该装置可精确地调整光学头相对于光盘的倾斜度,从而修正光学头沿光盘的径向的倾斜误差。
为实现上述目的,所提供的光盘机光学头倾斜度调整装置包括:一个具有一对用于支撑和导向其上的光学头的导向轴的底板,在底板上形成有成对的一个螺孔和一个闭锁孔;一个与螺孔配合的螺钉,它与导向轴上至少一端的底部相接触,使该导向轴的端部可随螺钉的转动而升降;一个一端固定地嵌入在闭锁孔中的弹性件,该弹性件的另一端与导向轴的上表面接触,从而使导向轴承受向下的弹性力。
通过参照附图对本发明的优选实施例的描述,本发明的上述目的及优点将更加清楚。

图2表示了一个具有本发明光学头调整装置的光盘机。在本图中,与图1相同的标号表示相同的部件。如图2所示,一对导向轴2的各端通过紧固件11和12固定在一个底板4上。在导向轴2的另一端设置有一个本发明的光学头调整装置。该光学头调整装置包括用于弹性地支撑导向轴2的弹性件13和14以及用于在导向轴2两侧支撑导向轴2的支撑件15a、15b、15c和15d。
如图3和4所示,导向轴2由支撑件15c和15d支撑,所述支撑件的一端置于底板4上形成的一个螺孔16中。螺钉17与螺孔16配合并与导向轴2的一端底部接触。在底板4上与螺孔16相邻处还形成有一个闭锁孔18,弹性件14插入该闭锁孔中。在弹性件一端形成的一个台阶部分14b嵌入到闭锁孔18中并钩在底板4上。在弹性件的另一端形成有一个拱形部分14a,该拱形部分与导向轴2的上表面接触,用于使导向轴2承受向下的弹性力。这里,弹性件13和14(见图2)最好是叶片弹簧。
以下参照图2至图4描述具有上述结构的光学头调整装置的工作过程。沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动螺钉17,使与螺钉17接触的导向轴2随之升降,由此调整光学头3的倾斜度。此时,弹性件13和14在支撑导向轴2的同时对螺钉17的转动产生一定的阻力。
如上所述,本发明光盘机的光学头调整装置可使光学头调整到与在转台上转动着的光盘相互平行的位置上。因此,本发明提高了聚焦和跟踪伺服机构的可靠性并改善了光盘机的信息重现效果。

Claims (2)

1、一种光盘机光学头调整装置,其中包括:
一个具有一对用于支撑和导向其上的光学头的导向轴的底板,在所述底板上形成有成对的一个螺孔和一个闭锁孔;
一个与所述螺孔配合并与导向轴上至少一端的底部相接触而使该导向轴的端部可随螺钉的转动而升降的螺钉;以及
一个弹性件,其一端固定地嵌入在闭锁孔中,其另一端与导向轴的上表面接触,而使导向轴承受向下的弹性力。
2、如权利要求1所述的光盘机光学头调整装置,其特征在于,它还包括安装在所述导向轴两侧用于支撑所述导向轴的支撑件。
