Abstract
The present invention relates to granular feed of parent shrimps, which comprises the following components by weight percentage: 3.0 to 28.0 wt % of squid visceral meal, 15.0 to 55.0 wt %of white fish meal, 1.0 to 10.0 wt % of shrimp bran powder, 10.0 to 25.0 wt % of flour, 10.0 to 45.0 wt % of additive especially used for granular feed of parent shrimps, 0.2 to 2.5 wt % of phospholipid, 2.0 to 8.0 wt % of fish oil, 0.5 to 3.0 wt % of vitamin mixture, 0.5 to 3.0 wt % of mineral salt mixture and 0.2 to 2.0 of calcium biphosphate. Chemotherapeutic agents, immune accelerant and hormone substancesn are added to the granular feed of parent shrimps, and the granular feed for parent shrimps is scientifically prepared. The granular feed of parent shrimps has the advantages of comprehensive nutrition, stable supply and convenient granule feeding. The granular feed of parent shrimps can enhance the reproductive capacity of parent shrimps, enhance the qualities of hatched larvae and overcome the disadvantages that the price of fresh bait is high, and fresh bait is easy to corrupt water qualities and can introduces pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, etc.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a parent shrimp pellet feed.
Technical Field
Shrimp culture is the mainstay industry of our country and even the world aquaculture industry. Especially, the introduction and popularization of high-quality varieties such as Penaeus vannamei (commonly called Penaeus vannamei) and Penaeus vannamei (L.stylirostris, commonly called Penaeus vannamei) in recent years lead the prawn breeding industry in China to be developed unprecedented. Among them, penaeus vannamei has become the most important breed in China, and the breeding scale of the penaeus vannamei still expands year by year. However, sufficient and high-quality offspring seeds become bottleneck factors restricting the healthy development of the prawn breeding industry, and healthy parent shrimps with good gonad development are the fundamental guarantee for producing high-quality offspring seeds. Because of complicated and expensive introduction procedures from abroad, the cultivation of fully artificial parent shrimps has become a key link for the cultivation of prawns (especially imported varieties of penaeus vannamei and the like).
The nutrition is a key factor in parent shrimp cultivation and determines the gonadal development and reproductive capacity of parent shrimps. During the gonadal development stage, the ovaries of parent shrimps need to accumulate sufficient nutrients (protein, fat, vitamins and the like), otherwise oocyte atrophy can occur and the development can be stopped. Therefore, the bait with improper nutrient components can not only reduce the reproductive capacity of the parent shrimps, but also even stop the reproductive activities. For species such as penaeus vannamei and penaeus gracilis which have open type seminal vesicles and have gonads mature for multiple times and lay eggs continuously, as the reproductive period of the species reaches 6 to 7 months, nutrient substances taken in by parent shrimps during the period directly determine the regrowth speed of the gonads and the accumulation of nutrient substances in eggs, and further determine the quality of hatched larvae. At present, domestic parent shrimp cultivation completely depends on fresh or frozen baits such as clamworms, oysters, squids and the like, and along with the deep nutrition research of the parent shrimps and the continuous development of the baits, the disadvantages of the fresh or frozen baits are more and more obvious: the price is high, and the seedling cultivation cost is greatly increased; easily spoil water quality, and introduce pathogens such as bacteria and viruses; the available quantity and quality fluctuate greatly with seasons, places of production and kinds, which brings great inconvenience to production.
Disclosure of the invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that fresh and live baits are expensive and easily deteriorate water quality, and pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and the like are introduced; the granulated feed for the parent shrimps has the advantages of great fluctuation of supply amount and quality along with seasons, production places and species, great inconvenience for production, addition of a chemotherapeutic agent, an immunity promoter and hormone substances, scientific preparation, comprehensive nutrition, reliable quality, stable supply, convenient feeding, capability of enhancing the reproductive capacity of the parent shrimps and improvement of the quality of hatched larvae.

The chemicals or drugs in the materials used above are of veterinary grade.
The parent shrimp pellet feed is produced according to the conventional production process of the shrimp feed. The processing method of the special feed additive for the parent shrimps comprises the steps of firstly taking fresh and alive clamworms and oyster shells, cleaning, quickly drying at a proper temperature, crushing, sieving by a 60-mesh sieve, storing at a low temperature in a sealing manner, then adding other raw materials, mixing uniformly, and storing at a low temperature in a sealing manner. The vitamin mixture is prepared by mixing the components and materials uniformly. The mineral salt mixture is prepared by oven drying the above materials, pulverizing, sieving with 60-80 mesh sieve, and mixing. The granule feed has a particle size of 1.8-3.0mm, and the produced feed is packaged in plastic bag under sealed condition and stored at low temperature.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that the chemotherapeutics, the immunity promoter and the hormone substance are added, the scientific blending is implemented, the nutrition is comprehensive, the supply is stable, the particle feeding is convenient, the reproductive capacity of the parent shrimps can be enhanced, the quality of the hatched larvae is improved, the defects that the price of the fresh and live baits is high, the water quality is easy to be spoiled, and pathogens such as bacteria, viruses and the like are introduced are overcome; the available quantity and quality greatly fluctuate with seasons, places of production and kinds, and bring inconvenience to production.

Weighing various mineral salts according to the content in the formula, crushing, uniformly mixing, sealing and storing.
The parent shrimp pellet feed is produced according to the following formula:
raw material weight (%) (raw material weight (%)
12.0 phospholipid 0.5 of squid viscera powder
White fish meal 38.0 fish oil 4.0
Shrimp bran powder 6.0 vitamin mixture 1.0
Flour 16.5 mineral salt mixture 1.0
Special feed additive for parent shrimps, 20.0 monocalcium phosphate 1.0
According to the formula, the parent shrimp pellet feed is produced by the conventional production process of the shrimp feed. The grain size of the feed is 2.5mm, the feed is packaged in a small plastic bag of 5 kg after being sealed and packaged, and the feed is packaged in an artificial feed packaging bag of a specific parent shrimp according to 20 kg per large bag, and all the feeds are stored at low temperature.
The granulated feed is used for feeding penaeus vannamei boone in reproduction, and a control group is used for feeding fresh and live baits (50% of clamworm/50% of oyster) used in production. After 35 days of breeding experiments, the experimental group (fed with the artificial pellet feed) of the penaeus vannamei can lay eggs for 0.0938 times per day on average per female shrimp; the average egg laying amount per time is 142,000; the average hatchability of the fertilized eggs is 65.8 percent; the survival rate of nauplii to flea I larval is 69.4%. The control group (fed with fresh live baits) of the vanna prawns lay eggs 0.0850 times per day on average per female shrimp; the average egg laying amount per time is 125,600 eggs; the average hatchability of fertilized eggs is 56.7 percent; the survival rate of nauplii to flea I larval is 42.8%.
The test result proves that: compared with fresh feed (50% clamworm/50% oyster), the parent prawn granular feed can increase the reproductive capacity of parent prawn and improve the larva quality.
