杀菌物质作用是阻止产生狐臭的皮肤菌丛的发展,但缺点是对已存在的汗味没有活性。因而这些杀菌产品从长远基础上看效果是不大的,其中最广泛应用的是二氯苯氧氯酚(5-氯-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚)。
为了获得长效性,正在进行能产生吸味效力的除臭产品的探索,也就是说具有捕捉产生令人不快气味的分子并保留在其内部能力的产品(“化妆品科学与技术系列”1988,第七卷,第10-IIIC章中给出了此定义)。这些产品或多或少具有减少已存在的汗味的效力,没有在原先使用的除臭组合物中活性物质的缺点。
从这观点出发,已提出用某种锌盐作除臭产品。特别是已知有美国专利4 425 321描述的聚羧酸的锌盐,并且尤其是已被羟基化或未被羟基化的二聚酸和三聚酸的锌盐。
然而这些锌盐吸味剂仍不令人十分满意,这是由于其不溶于水,使之难以配制到水基组合物中去,尤其是在配制化妆品时经常是这种情况。
在针对这个问题进行了大量研究之后,申请者公司已经完全出乎意料且惊人地发现,水溶性锌盐也显示出吸收令人不快气味的性能,没有以前在除臭组合物中使用的活性物质的缺点,而具有在有利的比例下有水溶性的优点,这是易于配制的充分条件,尤其是在人体局部施用的水基化妆品组合物中。另外,这些组合物无毒且没有刺激性。
此发现奠定了本发明的基础。
本发明的主题是这样一种新的除臭组合物,包含至少一种水溶性锌盐作为吸味剂。本发明的另一个主题是一种除臭组合物,包括一种或多种水溶性锌盐作为唯一的吸味剂。本发明的又一个主题是上述组合物的使用或制造, 尤其是在用于人体局部施用的化妆品中。本发明的另一个主题是在一个除臭组合物中,特别是化妆用组合物中,使用至少一种水溶性锌盐作为(优选为唯一)吸味剂,或用这种锌盐制造除臭组合物。最后,本发明的一个主题是一种利用上述组合物进行除臭的方法,更具体地说是一种处理人体狐臭的方法,其包含将有效剂量的上述组合物施用在腋窝表面。
在本发明的含义范围内,水溶性锌盐被理解为指的是有机酸或无机酸的锌盐,其在水中的溶解能力,以锌离子重量百分比表示,大于或等于0.3。按照本发明特别优选的水溶性锌盐是吡咯烷酮羧酸锌(更通常地称为氧脯氨酸锌)、硫酸锌、氯化锌、乳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌和苯酚磺酸锌。在上述锌盐中,按本发明所述,优选者仍属使用吡咯烷酮羧酸锌。
在本发明所述的除臭组合物中,水溶性锌盐以占全部组合物的重量份数来表示,以锌离子的量计算,一般范围大约为0.01~10%,优选范围大约为0.1~5%,更优选的范围大约为0.1~2%。
按照本发明优选组合物的实施方案,组合物中不包括或基本上不包括除水溶性锌盐以外的其它吸味剂。
本发明所述的除臭组合物是按常规针对其应用而配制的。当其针对化妆品的使用时,更具体地说是配制在一种适合于化妆品用的媒介中,此媒介基本上是水,并且为了加速产品的挥发,可以含有C1-C4的单元醇,优选为乙醇,和/或含有作为皮肤增湿剂的C2-C6的多元醇,其优选自丙三醇、丙二醇或山梨醇,这些醇的重量份数范围约0~50%。这些组合物也可以被配制成油包水型或水包油型乳液或水包油包水三重乳液(此种乳液已被大家所知并已被描述过。例如,C.Fox在“化妆品与化妆”1986年11月,第101卷,第101~112页所述),在此情况下,水溶性锌盐存在于乳液的水相中。按本发明的优选实施方案,那些组合物被配制成聚硅氧烷包水型式的乳液,与包含等量的同样水溶性锌盐的水型配方相比,此种乳液配方可以按照本发明增强作为吸味剂的水溶性锌盐的效力。上述聚硅氧烷包水乳液于是包含:(i)分散的水相和(ii)连续的包含(a)挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷和(b)聚硅氧烷乳化剂的硅脂相。
(i)水相
这些乳液的水相,除了包含作为吸味剂的水溶性锌盐以外,还可以包含其它一些成分,诸如湿润剂如多元醇、稳定剂如柠檬酸或乳酸和任选C1-C4的单元醇如乙醇。
(ii)连续的油脂相
在这些乳液的连续硅脂相中,-(a)所述的挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷(沸点小于250℃)可以是线型的或环状的;其更特别地选自含有化学式单元为:(CH3)aSiO(4-a)/2的液态甲基硅氧烷,其中a表示在2和3范围内的一个近似值,并且包含的硅氧烷单元选自下述单元:(CH3)3SiO1/2、(CH3)2SiO2/2、CH3SiO3/2和SiO4/2。优选的挥发性液态甲基硅氧烷基本上包含二甲基硅氧烷单元和任选地包含三甲基硅氧烷单元。更特别优选的挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷是具有通式为[(CH3)2SiO]x的环状硅氧烷和具有通式为(CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]ySi(CH3)3的线型硅氧烷,以及它们的混合物,在其公式中x表示3~6范围内的整数,y表示0~4范围内的整数。线型的挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷25℃时粘度通常小于大约5厘沲,而那些环状的挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷25℃时粘度小于大约10厘沲。上述优选的二甲基聚硅氧烷的例子包括例如(非限定的名单):Rhoene-Poulenc公司出售的Slilbione 70 045 V2油和Dow Corning公司出售的DC244液;它们是环四二甲基硅氧烷;Dow Corning公司出售的DC245液,它们是环五二甲基硅氧烷;Wacker公司出售的Belsil DM 065,其为六甲基二硅氧烷。此挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷存在于聚硅氧烷包水的乳液中,按本发明所述,其相对于全部乳液的重量份数约为1~约25%,优选范围为约1~约15%。-(b)此聚硅氧烷乳化剂更特别地选自具有下述化学式(I)和(II)的聚二有机硅氧烷,这些组分本身可以被分散在一种挥发性的二甲基聚硅氧烷中,其中R表示基团:--CnH2n--(-OC2H4-)x--(-OC3H6-)y--O--R′,
R′表示一个氢原子或一个包含1~约12个碳原子的线型或支链的
烷基,
a和b分别表示1~约500的整数,
n是2~12的整数,
x和y分别表示0~约50的整数,且x+y的和大于或等于1。
此乳化的聚二有机硅氧烷优选为具有化学式(I)的聚合物,其中a是2~450的整数,b是2~40的整数,n是2~5的整数,x是1~30的整数,y是0~30的整数,并且x≥y。
按本发明所述,乳化的聚二有机硅氧烷被有利地作为在挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷中的分散体,此分散体包含例如按体积计,1~20%的聚二有机硅氧烷和80~99%的挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷。一种特别优选的分散体包含按体积计,在挥发性二甲基聚硅氧烷中含有10%的聚二有机硅氧烷。这样,按本发明所述的一种更特别优选的聚硅氧烷乳化剂是环甲基聚硅氧烷和二甲基聚硅氧烷共聚多元醇的混合物(C.T.F A.命名法,第四版,1991)其由Dow Corning公司以商品名聚硅氧烷DC3225C出售。
在本发明所述的优选的聚硅氧烷包水乳液中,具有化学式(I)或(II)的乳化的聚二有机硅氧烷一般含量为,按重量份计,占乳液总重量约0.1~约20%,优选范围为约0.5~约15%,水相相当于重量份占乳液总重的约15~约90%,并且连续的硅脂相占乳液总重的约10~约85%。
当水相的折光指数(ri)在连续的硅脂相折光指数范围内时,即Δri=ri硅脂相-ri水相<0.01,此时可获得这种类型的透明乳液。
当本发明所述的除臭组合物作化妆品用时,它们可以以洗液、膏状物或液体凝胶的形式被提供,其被分散作为气溶胶喷剂、泵作用喷剂、或滚涂剂,它们也可以以浓膏状物形式装入软管中和以粘胶形式被提供,并且就此方面而言,在不妨碍本发明中所描述的水溶性锌盐作用的条件下,其可以包含通常用于此类产品中的添加剂或及推进剂,这些添加剂及推进剂是本领域技术人员所熟知的。
本发明也可以在各种各样的除臭和清洁产品中(环境空气、纺织品、冰箱、垃圾道、垃圾箱、家畜栏圈和废弃物或建筑物通风道)找到有利的应用。
现将通过下列非限制性的实施例来阐述本发明。实施例1
用天然汗水进行吸味测试。通过证实一种含有杀菌剂如磷酸三氯烷的样品,对汗味没有吸收效果,来预先证实本项测试是真正的气味吸收测试。把一些蒸汽浴室中人的腋下汗水合并形成一个汗水样品。为了获得汗水特殊的使人恶心的气味,在加入活性物质之前,要对此汗样在37℃下进行14小时的培养。分别将1毫升培养好的汗样加入到装有要被测试的活性物质的烧瓶中和对照烧瓶中(没装有活性物质)。此活性物质为:以氧脯氨酸锌、氯化锌、葡萄糖酸锌、乳酸锌、羟基苯磺酸锌和硫酸锌等形式出现的锌离子,然后将含5.5毫克锌离子的活性物质加入到每个装要被测试的活性物质的烧瓶中。进而再次把这些烧瓶在37℃下培养24小时,第三次在室温下培养3天。然后八位评判员闻每个烧瓶(“嗅觉测试”),并且按从0到4级评出每个瓶中气味的强烈程度。0级为没味,4级为有强烈味道。
结果:没装有水溶性锌盐的对照烧瓶的等级分为4,而装有上述水溶性锌盐的烧瓶的等级分从1.25到1.68,用氧脯氨酸锌的效果最好。
这些结果证明,水溶性锌盐对天然汗水气味有非常有效的吸收能力。实施例2
制备下面两种配方(一种水洗液和一种聚硅氧烷包水乳液):水洗液:氧脯氨酸锌 3g,
无离子水加足至100g基量聚硅氧烷包水乳液:A/油脂相:
Silbione 70 045 V2油 6.6g
聚硅氧烷DC 3225C 9.4g
B/水相:
氧脯氨酸锌 3g
乙醇 11.1g
丙二醇 38.7g
无离子水加足至100g基量
在室温和缓慢机械搅拌下将B相缓慢地倒入A相。然后在逐渐增大搅拌转速的条件下进一步搅拌此混合物5分钟。然后对这两种含有相同量氧脯氨酸锌的配方在自然条件下进行除臭(吸收天然汗味)效果测试。
对预先决定的20个人(也就是说,一周内没有接受过杀菌除臭剂或防汗除臭剂应用的人),让一些人一边腋窝下使用上述水洗液,而让另一些人使用上述乳液,他们的另一边腋窝作为对照。然后裁判们进行“嗅觉测试”并按0到9级对其味道强烈程度评分。0级为无味,9级为极强烈的气味。结果以对照腋窝的平均级别值减去使用上述除臭剂的腋窝的平均级别值的差来表示,结果如下:水洗液的值为0.5,聚硅氧烷包水乳液的值为1.1。结果证明上述乳液配方比水洗液配方具有更好的吸收天然汗味的除臭效果。实施例3
制备具有下述成分的透明除臭凝胶:聚硅氧烷包水乳液: A/油脂相:
聚硅氧烷DC 244液 6.5g
聚硅氧烷DC 3225C 9.4g
B/水相:
硫酸锌(ZnSO4·7H2O)4.1g
甘油 37g
去离子水加足至100g基量
此凝胶化妆品对吸收人体弧臭很有效。
Claims (18)
1.除臭组合物,其特征在于,在一种适当的媒介物中,包含至少一种水溶性锌盐作为吸味剂。
2.按权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,除了水溶性锌盐外不含其它吸味剂。
3.按权利要求1和2所述的组合物,其特征在于,这种水溶性锌盐是一种有机酸或无机酸的锌盐,以锌离子表示,其溶解度至少在0.3%(重量)以上。
4.按权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,涉及一种吡咯烷酮羧酸锌。
5.按权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于,涉及硫酸锌、氯化锌、乳酸锌、葡萄糖酸锌或羟基苯磺酸锌。
6.按任意一个前述权利要求所述的组合物,其特征在于,水溶性锌盐用锌离子重量浓度表示,为其组合物总重量的0.01~10%。
7.按权利要求6所述的组合物,其特征在于,其水溶性锌盐用锌离子重量浓度表示,为其组合物总重量的0.1~5%,优选为0.1~2%。
8.按任意一个前述的权利要求所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述媒介物包括一种水溶液或一种乳液。
9.按权利要求8所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述乳液是一种聚硅氧烷包水乳液。
11.按权利要求10所述的组合物,其特征在于,聚硅氧烷乳化剂是一种环甲基聚硅氧烷和二甲基聚硅氧烷共聚多元醇的混合物。
12.按权利要求10或11所述的组合物,其特征在于,具有化学式为(I)和(1I)的乳化的聚二有机硅氧烷的重量浓度为组合物总量的0.1~20%,水相重量份为组合物总重量的15~90%,并且硅脂相的重量份为组合物总重量的10~85%。
13.任意一个按权利要求1~12所述的组合物,用于化妆品或用于制造针对于人体局部施用的化妆品,特别是除臭剂。
14.在除臭组合物,特别是化妆用组合物中,或制造这些组合物时,使用至少一种水溶性锌盐,作为吸味剂。
15.在除臭组合物,特别是化妆用组合物中,或制造这些组合物时,使用至少一种水溶性锌盐作为唯一的吸味剂。
16.在除臭组合物,特别是化妆用组合物中,或制造这些组合物时,使用吡咯烷酮羧酸锌作为吸味剂。
17.在除臭组合物,特别是化妆用组合物中,或制造这些组合物时,使用吡咯烷酮羧酸锌作为唯一的吸味剂。
18.处理人体狐臭的方法,其特征在于包含在人体腋窝表面施用有效剂量的任意一种按权利要求1~12所述的组合物。
