技术领域
本发明涉及涂料组合物和被覆物品,更详细地说,涉及包含有机树脂和有机聚硅氧烷的涂料组合物、和具有由该涂料组合物构成的固化膜的被膜物品。
背景技术
以有机聚硅氧烷系树脂为主成分的涂料由于涂膜硬度、耐化学品性、耐热性、耐候性等优异,因此已在建筑、土木结构物的领域中通用。
该有机聚硅氧烷系涂料具有上述优点,相反也具有固化速度慢、而且得到的涂膜的耐开裂性差的缺点。
为了改善这些缺点,以往已知使用将有机聚硅氧烷、和醇酸树脂、聚酯树脂、丙烯酸系树脂、环氧树脂等有机树脂混合而成的组合物作为涂料的方法。作为这样的组合物,例如提出了包含含有甲硅烷基的乙烯基系聚合物、含有硅烷醇基的有机聚硅氧烷和含有烷氧基的有机聚硅氧烷的涂料用组合物(专利文献1)。
但是,该组合物虽然改善固化性、耐开裂性,但具有作为有机聚硅氧烷系树脂涂膜的特征的、涂膜硬度、耐化学品性、耐热性、耐候性等降低的问题。
另外,在专利文献2、3中公开了使有机树脂与有机硅烷或有机聚硅氧烷反应来进行复合化的方法,该方法需要用于将树脂复合化的合成设备,因此在通用性的方面具有问题。
因此,要求用于将有机聚硅氧烷与有机树脂这两者的特性发挥的简便的方法。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述实际情况而完成,目的在于提供能够简便地制造、形成具有优异的耐开裂性、涂膜硬度、耐化学品性、耐碱性、耐热性、耐候性的固化被膜的、包含有机树脂和有机聚硅氧烷的涂料组合物。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人为了实现上述目的,反复深入研究,结果发现:以规定比例将含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂和规定的有机聚硅氧烷混合而成的涂料组合物可在常温下固化,同时由该组合物得到的涂膜满足耐开裂性等上述特性,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供:
1.涂料组合物,其包含:
(A)含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂:100质量份,
(B)由下述平均单元式(I)表示的有机聚硅氧烷:5~50质量份,和
(C)固化催化剂:0.1~50质量份,

发明的效果
本发明的涂料组合物仅凭将含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂与特定的有机硅氧烷混合就能够制造,另外,相对于上述丙烯酸系树脂,以特定的比例包含特定的有机硅氧烷和/或其缩合物,因此形成涂膜硬度、耐化学品性、耐碱性、耐热性、耐候性优异的固化膜,因此适于各种被膜物品的制造。
具体实施方式
以下对于本发明具体地说明。
本发明的涂料组合物包含下述(A)~(C)成分。
(A)含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂

(1)(A)含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂
(A)成分的含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂是在空气中的湿气和(C)固化催化剂的存在下水解缩合的成分。
本发明中,“水解性甲硅烷基”是通过水解而生成硅烷醇基,该硅烷醇基脱水缩合而形成硅氧烷键的基团,只要是具有与硅原子直接键合的一价的水解性原子(通过与水反应而生成硅烷醇基的原子)和与硅原子直接键合的一价的水解性基团(通过与水反应而生成硅烷醇基的基团)的两者或一者的甲硅烷基,则并无特别限定。
作为上述水解性甲硅烷基的具体实例,可列举出氯甲硅烷基、溴甲硅烷基等卤代甲硅烷基;甲氧基甲硅烷基、乙氧基甲硅烷基、丙氧基甲硅烷基、丁氧基甲硅烷基等烷氧基甲硅烷基、和它们的任意的组合。
作为含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂,例如可列举出包含来源于含有水解性甲硅烷基的聚合性不饱和化合物的单体单元、和来源于含有(甲基)丙烯酰基的化合物(其中,不包括含有水解性甲硅烷基的聚合性不饱和化合物)的单体单元的聚合物。
在本发明中,从涂料组合物的贮存稳定性以及形成的涂膜的固化性和涂膜物性的观点出发,以含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂中的全部单体单元为基准,来源于含有水解性甲硅烷基的聚合性不饱和化合物的单体优选为1~50质量%,更优选为2~30质量%,来源于含有(甲基)丙烯酰基的化合物的单体单元优选为50~99质量%,更优选为70~98质量%。
就含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂而言,能够将含有水解性甲硅烷基的聚合性不饱和化合物和含有(甲基)丙烯酰基的化合物,例如采用以偶氮化合物、过氧化物等作为引发剂的公知的自由基聚合法等聚合而制造,另外,可使用市售品。
应予说明,本说明书中,(甲基)丙烯酰基是包含丙烯酰基和甲基丙烯酰基这两者的含义,(甲基)丙烯酰氧基是包含丙烯酰氧基和甲基丙烯酰氧基这两者的含义,(甲基)丙烯酸是包含丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸这两者的含义。
应予说明,作为含有水解性甲硅烷基的聚合性不饱和化合物的单体单元,可包括来源于具有水解性甲硅烷基和(甲基)丙烯酰基的聚合性不饱和化合物、例如(甲基)丙烯酰氧基烷氧基硅烷的单体单元。

对含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂的分子量并无特别限定,从固化性、耐候性和涂装性的观点出发,基于凝胶渗透色谱的聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量(Mw)优选为1000~100000,更优选为2000~80000。
应予说明,(A)成分可单独使用1种,也可将2种以上组合使用。
(2)(B)含有水解性甲硅烷基的有机聚硅氧烷
(B)成分为由下述平均式(I)表示的有机聚硅氧烷。

R1各自独立地表示取代或未取代的碳原子数1~12的一价烃基,R1中的至少一个表示取代或未取代的碳原子数6~12的芳基,R2表示氢原子或碳原子数1~6的烷基,a、b、c、d为满足0≤a<1、0<b<1、0<c≤0.5、0≤d<1、且a+b+c+d=1的数,e为满足0<e≤4的数。
R1的一价烃基可为直链、支链、环状的任一种,例如,可列举出碳原子数1~12、优选碳原子数1~8的烷基、碳原子数2~12、优选碳原子数2~8的烯基、碳原子数6~12、优选碳原子数6~10的芳基、碳原子数7~12、优选碳原子数7~10的芳烷基等。
作为碳原子数1~12的烷基的具体实例,可列举出甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、正己基、正庚基、正辛基等。
作为碳原子数2~12的烯基的具体实例,可列举出乙烯基、烯丙基等。
作为碳原子数6~12的芳基的具体实例,可列举出苯基、萘基等。
作为碳原子数7~12的芳烷基的具体实例,可列举出苄基、苯基乙基等。
另外,这些一价烃基的与碳原子键合的氢原子的一部分或全部可被氯、氟、溴等卤素原子、氰基等其他的取代基取代,作为它们的具体实例,可列举出氯甲基、溴乙基、三氟丙基、氯苯基、溴苯基等卤素取代烃基;氰基乙基等氰基取代烃基等。
这些中,作为R1,优选甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、苯基、苄基、乙烯基,更优选甲基、苯基。
应予说明,上述R1的至少一个、优选R1的总数中40%以上为碳原子数6~12的芳基,优选为可被卤素原子取代的碳原子数6~12的芳基。
另一方面,作为R2的碳原子数1~6的烷基的具体实例,可列举出甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正己基等,这些中,优选甲基、乙基。
另外,在本发明中,R2的总数中,碳原子数1~6的烷基的比例优选50%以上。
a为满足0≤a<1的数,从得到的固化物的开裂抑制效果的观点出发,优选0≤a≤0.3。
b为满足0<b<1的数,从得到的固化物的耐擦伤性的观点出发,优选0.2≤b≤1。
c为满足0<c≤0.5的数,从组合物的固化性和得到的固化物的硬度的观点出发,优选0<c≤0.4。
d为满足0≤d<1的数,从组合物的固化性和得到的固化物的硬度的观点出发,优选0≤d≤0.4。
e为满足0<e≤4的数,从有效地抑制缩合性官能团引起的缩合反应、得到的固化物的耐开裂性、耐水性和耐候性的观点出发,优选为满足0<e≤3的数。
应予说明,a+b+c+d=1。
(B)成分能够按照一般的有机聚硅氧烷的制造方法制造,例如,能够使具有水解性基团的硅烷化合物水解缩合而得到。
具有水解性基团的硅烷化合物只要是在硅原子上含有1~4个作为水解性基团的氯或烷氧基、具有满足上述条件的有机取代基的硅烷化合物,则并无特别限定。

应予说明,上述硅烷化合物可单独使用1种,也可将2种以上组合使用。
在实施水解时,可使用水解催化剂。作为水解催化剂,能够使用以往公知的催化剂,优选其水溶液显示出pH1~7的酸性的水解催化剂,特别优选酸性的卤化氢、磺酸、羧酸、酸性或弱酸性的无机盐、离子交换树脂等固体酸等。
作为酸性催化剂的具体实例,可列举出氟化氢、盐酸、硝酸、硫酸、甲磺酸、对甲苯磺酸、甲酸、乙酸、马来酸、苯甲酸、乳酸、磷酸、在表面具有磺酸或羧酸基的阳离子交换树脂等。
对水解催化剂的使用量并无特别限定,如果考虑使反应迅速地进行,同时考虑反应后的催化剂的除去的容易性,相对于水解性硅烷1摩尔,优选0.0002~0.5摩尔的范围。
对水解性硅烷与水解缩合反应所需的水的量比并无特别限定,如果考虑防止催化剂的失活、使反应充分地进行,同时考虑反应后的水的除去的容易性,相对于水解性硅烷1摩尔,优选水为0.1~10摩尔的比例。
对水解缩合时的反应温度并无特别限定,如果考虑提高反应率,同时考虑防止水解性硅烷具有的有机官能团的分解,优选-10~150℃。
应予说明,水解缩合时,可使用有机溶剂。作为能够使用的有机溶剂的具体实例,可列举出甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丙酮、甲基乙基酮、甲基异丁基酮、四氢呋喃、甲苯、二甲苯等。
另外,就(B)成分而言,优选不包括溶剂等的非挥发成分为90质量%以上。如果挥发成分增多,则有可能成为使组合物固化时的空隙产生引起的外观的恶化、机械性质的降低的原因。
对(B)成分的分子量并无特别限定,优选基于凝胶渗透色谱的聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量(Mw)为1000~10000。
对(B)成分的运动粘度并无特别限定,优选50~200mm2/s。应予说明,运动粘度为按照JIS-Z-8803、采用Cannon-Fenske粘度计的25℃下的测定值。
就(B)成分的配混量而言,相对于上述(A)成分100质量份,为5~50质量份,优选10~40质量份。如果(B)成分的量比上述范围少,则所形成的涂膜的耐候性、耐热性不充分,另一方面,如果过多,则耐溶剂性、耐碱性等变得不充分。
应予说明,(B)成分的有机聚硅氧烷可为单一的组成,也可以是组成不同的多个化合物的混合物。特别地,通过将平均组成不同的多个化合物混合,从而能够适宜地制造。
(3)固化催化剂(C)
作为(C)成分的固化催化剂,只要是有机硅氧烷系涂料中一般使用的固化催化剂,则并无特别限定,优选有机金属化合物,例如可列举出Ti、Al、Zr、Sn等的金属醇盐化合物、金属螯合物化合物、金属酯化合物等,优选包含有机锡化合物。
作为金属醇盐化合物的具体实例,可列举出三甲醇铝、三乙醇铝、三正丙醇铝、三异丙醇铝、三正丁醇铝、三异丁醇铝、三仲丁醇铝、三叔丁醇铝等铝醇盐;钛酸四甲酯、钛酸四乙酯、钛酸四正丙酯、钛酸四异丙酯、钛酸四正丁酯、钛酸四异丁酯、钛酸四叔丁酯、钛酸四正己酯、钛酸四异辛酯、钛酸四正月桂酯等钛醇盐;锆酸四乙酯、锆酸四正丙酯、锆酸四异丙酯、锆酸四正丁酯、锆酸四仲丁酯、锆酸四叔丁酯、锆酸四正戊酯、锆酸四叔戊酯、锆酸四叔己酯、锆酸四正庚酯、锆酸四正辛酯、锆酸四正硬脂基酯等锆醇盐;二丁基二丁醇锡等。

作为上述锡酯化合物,也能够使用市售品,例如可列举出Neostan U-100、U-130、U-200、U-220H、U-303、U-700、U-810、U-820、U-830(以上为日东化成(株)制造)、BT-120S(Kaneka(株)制造)等。
(C)成分的配混量只要是足以使组合物固化的量即可,通常,相对于(A)成分100质量份,为0.1~50质量份,优选为1~30质量份。
应予说明,(C)成分的固化催化剂可单独地使用,也可将2种以上组合使用。
(4)任选成分
本发明的涂料组合物在不阻碍本发明的效果的范围,可适当地含有任选的添加剂。
作为添加剂的具体实例,可列举出溶剂、非反应性硅油、反应性硅油、硅烷偶联剂等密合赋予剂、非反应性高分子树脂、填充剂、流平剂、流变性调节剂、反应性稀释剂、非反应性稀释剂、表面活性剂、分散剂、消泡剂、脱水剂、抗老化剂、抗氧化剂、抗静电剂、红外线吸收剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、荧光剂、染料、颜料、香料、研磨剂、防锈剂、触变性赋予剂等。这些可各自单独使用1种,也可将2种以上组合使用。
作为颜料,例如可列举出氧化钛、铁丹、花青系着色颜料、炭黑、锆石粉末等着色颜料;二氧化硅、氧化钡粉、沉淀性硫酸钡、碳酸钡、碳酸钙、石膏、粘土、白炭黑、硅藻土、滑石、碳酸镁、矾土白、光泽白、碳酸钙(タンカル)等体质颜料;磷酸锌、磷硅酸锌、磷酸铝锌、磷酸钙锌、磷酸钙、焦磷酸铝、焦磷酸钙、三聚磷酸二氢铝、偏磷酸铝、偏磷酸钙、氧化锌、磷钼酸锌、磷钼酸铝、锌、氧化锌、钼酸锌、钼酸钙、硼酸盐系、偏硼酸钡、氰胺锌钙、硅酸钙、偏硅酸钙;使钙、锌、钴、铅、锶、钡等的阳离子与多孔二氧化硅粒子结合而成的改性二氧化硅、通过采用离子交换使阳离子结合而得到的离子交换二氧化硅、焦磷酸铝、五氧化钒、钒酸钙、偏钒酸铵等钒系化合物等防锈颜料等,这些可单独使用,也可将2种以上组合使用。
在本发明的涂料组合物包含颜料的情况下,就其含量而言,从形成的涂膜的耐候性的观点出发,相对于(A)成分和(B)成分的合计固体成分100质量份,以固体成分质量计,优选5~100质量份,更优选30~90质量份。
(5)制造方法
就本发明的涂料组合物而言,能够将上述(A)成分、(B)成分、(C)成分和任选成分在常温下以任意的顺序混合、搅拌而得到。
对本发明的涂料组合物的粘度并无特别限定,如果考虑使成型或涂布处理性良好、抑制条纹不均等的产生,则采用旋转粘度计测定的25℃下的粘度优选100000mPa·s以下,更优选20000mPa·s以下。对粘度的下限并无特别限定,优选10mPa·s以上。
(6)涂料组合物的固化膜和被覆物品
通过将本发明的涂料组合物涂布于被涂物,使其固化,从而得到固化膜和被覆物品。
对涂布的方法并无限制,例如能够采用喷涂、辊涂、刷涂、流涂等公知的方法。
本发明的涂料组合物可在常温下固化,为了促进固化,根据需要可进行加热。
加热温度优选40~150℃,由此形成的固化涂膜能够发挥优异的耐候性、耐热性、耐碱性。
作为被涂物,可列举出玻璃、根据所需经基底处理的金属原料例如钢板、镀锌板、不锈钢、铝等、具有碱性的基材例如混凝土、砂浆、石板、石板瓦等、窑业系建材、塑料等、及在它们上形成有旧涂膜的产物。
作为本发明的涂料组合物的用途,并无特别限制,可列举出桥梁、送电铁塔、工厂、罐等钢制结构物的重防蚀涂装用途。
本发明的涂料组合物的长期的耐候性优异,在该组合物单独的情况下保护被涂物免受严酷的环境,形成维持美观的固化膜,但根据需要可设置采用公知的底涂和/或中涂的层。
作为上述底涂涂料,例如可列举出环氧树脂涂料、改性环氧树脂涂料、环氧树脂系玻璃片涂料、环氧树脂被覆材料、超厚膜形环氧树脂涂料、环氧树脂富锌涂漆、无机富锌涂漆、氯化橡胶树脂系涂料、邻苯二甲酸树脂系涂料、环氧酯树脂涂料等,作为中涂涂料的例子,可列举出环氧树脂系涂料、聚氨酯系涂料、环氧树脂MIO涂料、酚醛树脂系MIO涂料、氯化橡胶树脂系涂料、邻苯二甲酸树脂系涂料等。
实施例
以下列举出实施例和比较例,对本发明更具体地说明,但本发明并不限定于这些实施例。应予说明,重均分子量为使用GPC(凝胶渗透色谱、HLC-8220东曹(株)制造)、以四氢呋喃(THF)作为洗脱溶剂测定的值,非挥发成分为在铝皿上在105℃、3小时加热干燥后的采用加热残量法的测定值,运动粘度为使用Cannon-Fenske型粘度计在25℃下测定的值。另外,下述聚硅氧烷的平均单元式中的各硅氧烷单元的构成比由1H-NMR和29Si-NMR测定的结果算出。
[1]涂料组合物的制造
[实施例1-1~1-4,比较例1-1~1-8]
以表1所示的组成比将下述各成分混合,制造涂料组合物(i)~(xii)。
(A)成分
(A-1):含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂(Gemlac YC-5920、Kaneka(株)制造)
(A-2):含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂(Gemlac YC-3623、Kaneka(株)制造)
(B)成分
(B-1):构成单元比用(R1SiO3/2)0.60(R1 2SiO2/2)0.40(R2O1/2)0.24表示,R1为苯基(43%)、甲基(57%),R2为甲基(73%)、氢原子(27%),重均分子量1800,非挥发成分96质量%,运动粘度100mm2/s的有机聚硅氧烷
(B-2):构成单元比用(R1SiO3/2)1.00(R2O1/2)0.22表示,R1为甲基,R2为甲基(74%)、氢原子(26%),重均分子量1800,非挥发成分94质量%,运动粘度25mm2/s的有机聚硅氧烷
(B-3):构成单元比用(SiO4/2)1.00(R2O1/2)0.26表示,R2为甲基(90%)、氢原子(10%),重均分子量1000,非挥发成分87质量%,运动粘度5mm2/s的有机聚硅氧烷
(B-4):构成单元比用(R1SiO3/2)0.50(R1 2SiO2/2)0.50(R2O1/2)0.19表示,R1为甲基,R2为甲基(69%)、氢原子(31%),重均分子量4500,非挥发成分87质量%,运动粘度80mm2/s的有机聚硅氧烷(B-5):构成单元比用(R1SiO3/2)0.40(R1 2SiO2/2)0.60(R2O1/2)0.19表示,R1为苯基(38%)、甲基(62%),R2为甲基(12%)、氢原子(88%),重均分子量2500,非挥发成分50质量%,运动粘度5mm2/s的有机聚硅氧烷
(C)成分
有机锡化合物系固化催化剂(BT-120S、Kaneka(株)制造)
[溶剂]
乙酸乙酯/乙酸丁酯=1/1(质量比)的混合物

[2]被覆物品的制造和评价
[实施例2-1~2-4、比较例2-1~2-8]
将实施例1-1~1-4、比较例1-1~1-8中得到的涂料组合物(i)~(xii)分别采用流涂在金属基板上涂布以使干燥涂膜厚度成为30μm,在23℃、50%RH的条件下养护7天,得到被膜。
对于得到的被覆物品,进行涂膜外观、磨擦试验、铅笔硬度、耐碱试验、耐热试验、促进耐候性的评价。将结果示于表2。
(1)涂膜外观
通过目视,将涂膜表面均匀、没有形成凝聚物引起的凹凸、开裂的情形记为○,将涂膜表面不均匀、产生了开裂、凝聚物引起的凹凸、开裂的情形记为×。
(2)铅笔硬度
按照JIS K5600-5-4,采用750g载荷测定。
(3)磨擦试验
将Bemcot M-3II(旭化成(株)制造、面积4cm2)浸渍于丙酮中,用载荷500gf以往返次数30次涂擦表面,评价目视下的涂膜外观。将磨擦试验后与试验前的涂膜外观相比没有发现变化的情形记为○,将发现了涂膜的剥离、白化的情形记为×。
(4)耐碱试验
就耐碱性试验而言,按照JIS K5660-6-2,将试验片在23℃的条件下浸渍于氢氧化钙饱和溶液中7天。浸渍后,将试验片用流水轻轻地冲洗,干燥2小时,通过目视观察涂膜的膨胀、破裂、剥离、光泽的变化,用以下的3个等级评价。
○:与现状试验片相比,没有发现大的变化。
△:与现状试验片相比,稍有光泽暗淡。
×:与现状试验片相比,有显著的光泽暗淡、破裂、剥离。
(5)耐热试验
耐热试验使用200℃的干燥机进行。作为试验条件,用200℃的干燥机进行24小时加热后,在室温下空冷2小时。试验结束后,通过目视观察涂膜的膨胀、破裂、剥离、光泽的变化,用以下的3个等级评价。
○:与现状试验片相比,没有发现大的变化。
△:与现状试验片相比,稍有光泽暗淡。
×:与现状试验片相比,有显著的光泽暗淡、破裂、剥离。
(6)促进耐候性
促进耐候性试验使用超促进耐候试验机(岩崎电气(株)制造的Eye Super UV测试器)进行。另外,使用聚酯涂装钢板(0.8×70×60mm)作为试验片。作为试验条件,将4小时照射(紫外线照射度90mW、黑板温度63℃、70%RH)、4小时黑暗(黑板温度63℃、70%RH)、4小时结露(黑板温度30℃、90%RH)的12小时作为1个循环,进行50个循环的试验。试验结束后,通过目视观察涂膜的膨胀、破裂、剥离、光泽的变化,用以下的3个等级评价。
○:与现状试验片相比,没有发现大的变化。
△:与现状试验片相比,稍有光泽暗淡。
×:与现状试验片相比,有显著的光泽暗淡、破裂、剥离。

如表2所示,可知实施例2-1~2-4中得到的涂膜的耐开裂性、涂膜硬度、耐化学品性、耐碱性、耐热性、耐候性优异。
另一方面,可知使用了不含有机聚硅氧烷的组合物的比较例2-1、2-2的涂膜和使用了(B)成分的配混量不足的组合物的比较例2-3的涂膜的耐碱性、耐热性、耐候性不充分。另外,可知使用了过量包含(B)成分的组合物的比较例2-4的涂膜的涂膜硬度、耐化学品性、耐碱性差,使用了包含本发明的(B)成分以外的有机聚硅氧烷的组合物的比较例2-5~2-8的涂膜除了在磨擦试验中发现了剥离,而且各种涂膜性能差。
Claims (13)
1.涂料组合物,其包含:
(A)含有水解性甲硅烷基的丙烯酸系树脂:100质量份,
(B)由下述平均单元式(I)表示的有机聚硅氧烷:5~50质量份,和
(C)固化催化剂:0.1~50质量份,

式中,R1各自独立地表示取代或未取代的碳原子数1~12的一价烃基,R1中的至少一个为取代或未取代的碳原子数6~12的芳基,R2表示氢原子或碳原子数1~6的烷基,a、b、c、d为满足0≤a<1、0<b<1、0<c≤0.5、0≤d<1、且a+b+c+d=1的数,e为满足0<e≤4的数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,在R1的总数中,取代或未取代的碳原子数6~12的芳基所占的比例为40%以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,R1各自独立地为碳原子数1~8的烷基、碳原子数2~8的烯基、碳原子数6~10的芳基或碳原子数7~10的芳烷基。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,R1各自独立地为甲基或苯基。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,在R2的总数中,碳原子数1~6的烷基的比例为50%以上。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,b和c为满足0.6≤b+c≤1的数。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,a为0。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,在所述式(I)中,d为0。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,所述(B)有机聚硅氧烷的基于凝胶渗透色谱的聚苯乙烯换算的重均分子量(Mw)为1000~10000。
10.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,所述(B)有机聚硅氧烷的25℃下的运动粘度为50~200mm2/s。
11.根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中,所述(C)固化催化剂包含有机锡化合物。
12.由根据权利要求1~10中任一项所述的涂料组合物形成的固化膜。
13.被覆物品,其具有基材、和在该基材的至少一个面直接或经由1个以上的其他层形成的根据权利要求12所述的固化膜。
