一种轴承用防锈油及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承用防锈油及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前,轴承行业发展快速,轴承广泛应用于各类机械的标准件中,一般由套圈(内圈、外圈)滚动体(如钢球)、保持架和防尘盖组成。绝大多数轴承都是由金属材料(如钢、铸铁、铜)等制成的,金属材料易生锈则会影响轴承的精度等级和使用寿命,轴承用防锈油起着较为关键的作用。
传统的油溶性防锈剂以钡盐为主,钡为重金属,具有富集作用且难降解。现有技术中涉及关于轴承防锈油的发明专利。例如,专利CN106635343A公开了一种环保型轴承防锈油,由下述组分按重量百分比组成:基础油70%~88%、成膜剂5%~10%、防锈剂2%~5%、二壬基萘磺酸钙2%~5%、高碱值石油磺酸钙1%~3%、十二烷基琥珀酸酐及其衍生物2%~5%、抗氧剂0~1%、有机醇醚0~1%。CN104450095A介绍了一种环保型轴承防锈油组合物,由以下组分按重量百分比组成:石油磺酸钙2~8%、氧化石蜡钙皂0.5~8%、油酰肌氨酸牛脂胺盐0.1~3%、成膜剂1~4%、石蜡基础油余量。
上述两篇专利技术都介绍了环保型轴承防锈油组合物,都具有非常好的防锈性能,但是清洁度较差,且被清洗性较差,不能满足部分工况中清洁度要求较高的轴承生产加工工艺的要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种新的新的环保型轴承用防锈油。本发明的防锈油能适用于各种光亮、洁净金属制品(如轴承、钢球、传动轴)在室内仓储条件下的中、长期封存防锈。具有优良的抗湿热性和一定的抗盐雾性,对钢、铸铁、铜等金属能提供良好的防锈保护;较强的耐人汗腐蚀性和抗重叠性;污染度等级低,具有良好的减振性能,且其与低噪声润滑脂的匹配性佳,不影响润滑脂的减振效果;极佳的清洁度,不会对轴承产品涂油时所用自动循环喷涂设备造成堵塞。
本发明第一方面提供了一种轴承用防锈油,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)70~90份的基础油;
b)1~10份油溶性无钡防锈剂;
c)0.5~3份的有色金属缓蚀剂;

其中,所述油溶性无钡防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钠、中碱值合成磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钙、环烷酸锌、石油磺酸镁、羊毛脂、羊毛脂镁皂、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯中的至少两种。
根据本发明所述的防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)80~90份的基础油;
b)5~10份油溶性无钡防锈剂;
c)1~3份的有色金属缓蚀剂;
d)1~2份的极压抗磨剂;

根据本发明所述的防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述基础油选自MVI 75、MVI150、MVI 350、MVI 500、MVI 650、HVI 75、HVI 150、HVI 350、HVI 500、HVI 650、5#白油、7#白油、合成油烷基苯、合成酯中的至少一种。
根据本发明所述的防锈油的一些实施方式,优选地,所述油溶性无钡防锈剂包括主防锈剂和辅防锈剂,其中,所述主防锈剂选自低碱值石油磺酸钙(T101)、中碱值石油磺酸钙(T102)、中碱值合成磺酸钙(T105)、中性二壬基萘磺酸钙(NA-SUL 729)中的至少一种;所述辅防锈剂选自石油磺酸钠(T702)、环烷酸锌、石油磺酸镁、羊毛脂、羊毛脂镁皂、十二烯基丁二酸(T746)、烯基丁二酸酯(T747)中的至少一种。

本发明的防锈剂各组分间具有良好的协同作用和配伍性,使得本发明的防锈剂具有优良的抗湿热性和一定的抗盐雾性,对钢、铸铁、铜等金属能提供良好的防锈保护;较强的耐人汗腐蚀性和抗重叠性;污染度等级低,具有良好的减振性能,且其与低噪声润滑脂的匹配性佳,不影响润滑脂的减振效果;极佳的清洁度,不会对轴承产品涂油时所用自动循环喷涂设备造成堵塞。

为使本发明更加容易理解,下面将结合实施例来详细说明本发明,这些实施例仅起说明性作用,并不局限于本发明的应用范围。

按表1中的重量份数,将基础油55℃加热搅拌,再依次加入极压抗磨剂、油溶性无钡防锈剂、有色金属缓释剂、抗氧剂,55℃恒温高速搅拌3小时,经过5μm袋式过滤,即得轴承用防锈油。
【对比例1】
一种环保型轴承防锈油,以重量份为单位,低碱值石油磺酸钙2份、高碱值石油磺酸钙2份、氧化石蜡钙皂1份、油酰肌氨酸牛脂胺盐0.1份、乙丙胶1份、萜烯树脂1份、葵二酸二辛酯1份、10#机械油91.9份。
【对比例2~6】
按表1中的重量份数,将基础油55℃加热搅拌,再依次加入极压抗磨剂、油溶性无钡防锈剂、有色金属缓释剂、抗氧剂,55℃恒温高速搅拌3小时,经过5μm袋式过滤,即得轴承用防锈油。
由表2可知,本发明所提供的实施例1~7比对比例1的污染度等级显著降低,相比于对比例2~6能够看出,本发明的轴承用防锈油具有更优的清洗性能,所适应轴承加工工艺更广。

所述油溶性无钡防锈剂选自石油磺酸钙、石油磺酸钠、中碱值合成磺酸钙、二壬基萘磺酸钙、环烷酸锌、石油磺酸镁、羊毛脂、羊毛脂镁皂、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯中的至少两种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈油,其特征在于,以重量份数计,包括以下组份:
a)80~90份的基础油;
b)5~10份油溶性无钡防锈剂;
c)1~3份的有色金属缓蚀剂;
d)1~2份的极压抗磨剂;
e)0.5~3份的抗氧剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈油,其特征在于,所述基础油选自MVI 75、MVI 150、MVI 350、MVI 500、MVI 650、HVI 75、HVI 150、HVI 350、HVI 500、HVI 650、5#白油、7#白油、合成油烷基苯、合成酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的防锈油,其特征在于,所述油溶性无钡防锈剂包括主防锈剂和辅防锈剂,其中,所述主防锈剂选自低碱值石油磺酸钙、中碱值石油磺酸钙、中碱值合成磺酸钙、中性二壬基萘磺酸钙中的至少一种;所述辅防锈剂选自石油磺酸钠、环烷酸锌、石油磺酸镁、羊毛脂、羊毛脂镁皂、烯基丁二酸、烯基丁二酸酯中的至少一种;
优选地,主防锈剂与辅防锈剂的重量比为2~10:1。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的防锈油,其特征在于,所述有色金属缓蚀剂选自咪唑啉衍生物、苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物、苯并三氮唑中的至少一种;
优选地,所述咪唑啉衍生物选自十七烯基咪唑啉、2-十一烷基1-乙基-咪唑啉、咪唑啉硫醚中的至少一种;
优选地,所述苯三唑衍生物为N,N-二烷基亚甲基苯三唑;
优选地,所述噻二唑衍生物为苯骈三氮唑;
优选地,油溶性无钡防锈剂与有色金属缓蚀剂的重量比为5~10:1。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的防锈油,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂选自磷酸三甲酚酯、硫代磷酸三苯酯、亚磷酸二正丁酯、氯化石蜡、磷酸三丁酯、硫化棉籽油、硫化烯烃棉籽油中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的防锈油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自二酚基丙烷、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯、叔丁基对苯二酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚、二[3,5-二-(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基-]苯丙酸硫杂二甘醇酯中的至少一种。
8.一种权利要求1-7中任一项所述的轴承用防锈油的制备方法,包括:将基础油加热,并依次加入极压抗磨剂、油溶性无钡防锈剂、有色金属缓释剂、抗氧剂,恒温搅拌,并过滤。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述加热的温度为50~60℃;和/或,所述恒温的温度为50~60℃;和/或,所述搅拌的条件包括:时间为2~4小时;和/或,所述过滤为袋式过滤。
10.权利要求1-7中任一项所述的轴承用防锈油或权利要求8或9所述的制备方法在轴承的防锈中的应用。
