本发明提供了一种防锈润滑油及其制备方法和应用,属于防锈润滑技术领域。本发明提供的防锈润滑油,不含钡元素,按质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:基础油79.0~93.7%;抗氧剂0.2~1.0%;金属钝化剂0.1~1.0%;防锈剂5.0~15.0%;成膜剂0.5~2.0%;渗透剂0.5~2.0%;所述防锈剂为三‑十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙,所述低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙的烷基碳原子个数为20~24,碱值为20~35。本发明提供的防锈润滑油不含钡元素,环保无害,在具有优异防腐蚀性能的同时还具有良好的润滑性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防锈润滑技术领域,尤其涉及一种防锈润滑油及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
金属制品极易与周围介质发生化学、电化学或物理溶解作用而被腐蚀,使金属制品以及相关机械设备的性能和商品价值受到极大损害,甚至会引起重大故障而使设备报废。
采用防锈油来保护金属材料是目前最常用的防护方法之一。防锈油主要由基础油、抗氧剂和防锈添加剂等组成,其中防锈添加剂是核心成分,常用的防锈添加剂有石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、二壬基萘磺酸钡、石油磺酸钙、中性二壬基萘磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸等,由于石油磺酸钡具有十分出色的防锈性能,90%以上防锈油产品均以石油磺酸钡为主防锈剂。然而,含钡元素的防锈油对环境和人体存在潜在的危害,随着环保法规日益严格,许多国家对防锈油明确提出了不得含钡的要求。此外,防锈油除了需要具有优异的抗腐蚀性能外,还需要具有较好的润滑性能,以减少金属制件如轴承等运行过程中引起的振动和噪音。为了提高防锈油的润滑性能,可以添加极压抗磨剂,如二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)、磷酸酯或磷酸酯胺盐。然而,防锈剂和极压抗磨剂大多都是极性化合物,在金属表面均通过物理或化学吸附而起作用,因此二者存在竞争吸附,很难实现防腐蚀性能与润滑性能的平衡统一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防锈润滑油及其制备方法和应用,本发明提供的防锈润滑油不含钡元素,环保无害,在具有优异防腐蚀性能的同时还具有良好的润滑性能。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种防锈润滑油,不含钡元素,按质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:基础油79.0~93.7%;抗氧剂0.2~1.0%;金属钝化剂0.1~1.0%;防锈剂5.0~15.0%;成膜剂0.5~2.0%;渗透剂0.5~2.0%;
所述防锈剂为三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙,所述低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙的烷基碳原子个数为20~24,碱值为20~35。
优选地,所述三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙的质量比为1.0~3.0:1.0~3.0:3.0~9.0。
优选地,所述基础油为工业白油,所述工业白油的40℃运动黏度为2~45mm2/s。
优选地,所述工业白油包括3号工业白油、5号工业白油、7号工业白油、10号工业白油、15号工业白油和32号工业白油中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚或烷基二苯胺。

本发明提供了上述技术方案所述防锈润滑油或上述技术方案所述制备方法制备得到的防锈润滑油在金属制件表面防锈润滑中的应用。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种防锈润滑油,不含钡元素,按质量百分含量计,包括以下组分:基础油79.0~93.7%;抗氧剂0.2~1.0%;金属钝化剂0.1~1.0%;防锈剂5.0~15.0%;成膜剂0.5~2.0%;渗透剂0.5~2.0%;
所述防锈剂为三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙,所述低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙的烷基碳原子个数为20~24,碱值为20~35。
在本发明中,若无特殊说明,所用制备原料均为本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品或采用本领域技术人员熟知的方法制备得到。
按质量百分含量计,本发明中所述防锈润滑油包括基础油79.0~93.7%,优选为81.0~90.0%,进一步优选为83.0~85.0%。在本发明中,所述基础油优选为工业白油,所述工业白油的40℃运动黏度优选为2~45mm2/s,更优选为5~35mm2/s,进一步优选为10~33mm2/s。在本发明中,所述工业白油优选包括3号工业白油、5号工业白油、7号工业白油、10号工业白油、15号工业白油和32号工业白油中的一种或几种,更优选为10号工业白油与32号工业白油的混合物;当所述工业白油为10号工业白油与32号工业白油的混合物时,所述10号工业白油与32号工业白油的质量比优选为27:52~66.7,更优选为27:55~58。在本发明的实施例中,所述10号工业白油的40℃运动黏度优选为10.35mm2/s,所述32号工业白油的40℃运动黏度优选为32.41mm2/s;所述10号工业白油与32号工业白油具体购自河北飞天石化集团有限公司。本发明优选采用上述种类的基础油,芳烃含量低,使用过程中不会有结胶物产生,且对其它各种添加剂具有较好的溶解性。
按质量百分含量计,本发明中所述防锈润滑油包括抗氧剂0.2~1.0%,优选为0.3~0.6%,更优选为0.4~0.5%。在本发明中,所述抗氧剂优选为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚或烷基二苯胺,更优选为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚。在本发明中,所述2,6-二叔丁基混合酚优选为湖北实兴化工有限公司的T502。本发明优选采用上述种类的抗氧剂,有利于提升防锈润滑油的抗氧化性能。
按质量百分含量计,本发明中所述防锈润滑油包括金属钝化剂0.1~1.0%,优选为0.3~0.5%。在本发明中,所述金属钝化剂优选为苯三唑衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物或噻二唑衍生物,更优选为苯三唑衍生物;所述苯三唑衍生物优选为N,N-二丁基氨甲基亚甲基苯三唑。在本发明中,所述N,N-二丁基氨甲基亚甲基苯三唑优选为长沙望城石油化工有限公司的T551。本发明优选采用上述种类的金属钝化剂,有利于提升防锈润滑油对有色金属制件的防腐蚀性能。
按质量百分含量计,本发明中所述防锈润滑油包括防锈剂5.0~15.0%,优选为5.5~13.0%,更优选为5.5~7.0%。在本发明中,所述防锈剂为三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙,所述烷基苯磺酸钙的烷基碳原子个数为20~24,碱值为20~35。在本发明中,所述三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙的质量比为1.0~3.0:1.0~3.0:3.0~9.0,优选为1.0~2.5:1.0~2.5:3.0~6.0。在本发明中,所述二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐优选为太原安润石油润滑油添加剂有限公司的ZR85;所述低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙优选为新乡瑞丰新材料有限公司的RF1104,烷基碳原子个数为20~24,碱值为20~35。本发明对所述三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体的来源没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的方法制备得到即可(Fan Mingjin,Yang Desuo,WangXiaoling,et al.DOSS-Based QAILs:As Both Neat Lubricants and LubricantAdditives with Excellent Tribological Properties and GoodDetergency.Industrial&Engineering Chemistry Research,2014,53(46):17952-17960)。本发明采用三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙作为防锈剂,各组分相互之间具有较好的正协同作用,能够使金属制件表面润湿,形成完整以及均匀的保护涂层,提升防锈润滑油的防锈能力,而且对金属制件有较好的亲和力,有利于排出金属制件表面的水,进一步提升防锈润滑油的防锈能力;同时由于三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体与二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐具有优异的摩擦学性能,能够提高防锈润滑油的润滑性,解决了传统防锈剂与极压抗磨剂之间存在的竞争吸附问题。与传统的石油磺酸盐或二壬基萘磺酸盐等防锈剂相比,本发明中上述化合物复配形成的防锈剂能够大幅提升防锈润滑油的防腐蚀性能,且兼具优异的润滑性能。
按质量百分含量计,本发明中所述防锈润滑油包括成膜剂0.5~2.0%,优选为0.7~1.5%,更优选为0.9~1.2%。在本发明中,所述成膜剂优选为羊毛脂镁皂、羊毛脂或氧化石蜡,更优选为羊毛脂镁皂。在本发明中,所述羊毛脂镁皂优选为苏州市繁荣生物技术有限公司的镁皂。本发明优选采用上述种类的成膜剂,具有良好的油溶性、成膜性以及耐酸碱性等性能,能够使防锈润滑油在金属制件表面形成保护涂层,阻碍腐蚀介质对金属制件的腐蚀行为,起到增强防锈性能的作用。
按质量百分含量计,本发明中所述防锈润滑油包括渗透剂0.5~2.0%,优选为0.7~1.5%,更优选为0.9~1.2%。在本发明中,所述渗透剂优选为二乙二醇单丁醚。在本发明中,所述二乙二醇单丁醚优选为Dow公司的Butyl Carbitol(TM)。本发明优选采用上述种类的渗透剂,具有良好的渗透作用,能够使防锈润滑油渗透扩散至金属制件某些微小孔道难以涂覆到的特殊结构位置,表面形成保护涂层,实现全面防锈保护。
本发明提供了上述技术方案所述防锈润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将基础油、抗氧剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、成膜剂与渗透剂混合,得到防锈润滑油。
本发明优选向60~80℃的所述基础油中依次加入抗氧剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、成膜剂与渗透剂,在60~80℃条件下搅拌3~5h,至所得混合物料均匀透明,冷却至室温后得到防锈润滑油。在本发明的实施例中,所述混合优选在带搅拌器的不锈钢调合釜内进行。
本发明提供了上述技术方案所述防锈润滑油或上述技术方案所述制备方法制备得到的防锈润滑油在金属制件表面防锈润滑中的应用。本发明对所述金属制件的材质没有特殊限定,具体可以为铁、锰、铬或铜,也可以为铁、锰、铬和铜中至少两种金属形成的合金,还可以为钢材。本发明对所述金属制件的种类没有特殊限定,具体可以为轴承、齿轮或钢片。本发明对所述防锈润滑油的使用方法没有特殊限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的方法即可。本发明优选将所述防锈润滑油涂覆在金属制件表面,在所述金属制件表面形成保护涂层。在本发明中,所述涂覆优选包括喷涂、浸涂或刷涂,根据实际需要选择即可;具体的,所述喷涂是利用高压喷气将所述防锈润滑油喷涂于金属制件表面,之后干燥形成保护涂层,该方法适合大面积的金属制件表面防锈润滑;所述浸涂是将金属制件浸入所述防锈润滑油中,在所述金属制件表面形成湿膜,取出沥干或烘干形成保护层,该方法适合大批量的金属制件表面防锈润滑;所述刷涂是利用刷子将所述防锈润滑油涂于金属制件表面,之后干燥形成保护涂层,该方法适合所有需要防锈的金属制品。本发明对所述防锈润滑油的用量没有特殊限定,根据实际需求完全涂覆金属制品表面即可。
下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

以下实施例以及对比例中防锈润滑油均在带搅拌器的不锈钢调合釜中制备。
实施例1
向27.0g的10号工业白油中加入52.0g的32号工业白油,升温至70±5℃并进行搅拌,再依次加入1.0g的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、1.0g的N,N-二丁基氨甲基亚甲基苯三唑、3.0g的三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、3.0g的二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐、9.0g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙、2.0g的羊毛脂镁皂和2.0g的二乙二醇单丁醚,在70±5℃条件下搅拌3h,所得混合物料均匀透明,冷却至室温(25℃)即得防锈润滑油。
实施例2
向27.0g的10号工业白油中加入58.0g的32号工业白油,升温至70±5℃并进行搅拌,再依次加入0.5g的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、0.5g的N,N-二丁基氨甲基亚甲基苯三唑、2.5g的三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、2.5g的二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐、6.0g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙、1.5g的羊毛脂镁皂和1.5g的二乙二醇单丁醚,在70±5℃条件下搅拌3h,所得混合物料均匀透明,冷却至室温(25℃)即得防锈润滑油。
实施例3
向27.0g的10号工业白油中加入66.7g的32号工业白油,升温至70±5℃并进行搅拌,再依次加入0.2g的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、0.1g的N,N-二丁基氨甲基亚甲基苯三唑、1.0g的三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、1.0g的二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐、3.0g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙、0.5g的羊毛脂镁皂和0.5g的二乙二醇单丁醚,在70±5℃条件下搅拌3h,所得混合物料均匀透明,冷却至室温(25℃)即得防锈润滑油。
对比例1
按照实施例3制备防锈润滑油,不同之处仅在于将1.0g的三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、1.0g的二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐和3.0g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙,替换成1.5g的二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐和3.5g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙。
对比例2
按照实施例3制备防锈润滑油,不同之处仅在于将1.0g的三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、1.0g的二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐和3.0g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙,替换成1.5g的三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体和3.5g的低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙。
对比例3
按照专利CN202010706855.1中实施例3制备防锈油,配方为:石蜡矿物油39.9g,芳香烃溶剂油51.0g,聚醚5.0g,胺类抗氧剂0.1g,石油磺酸盐2.0g,二壬基萘磺酸盐1.6g,二元酸0.4g。
测试例
对实施例以及对比例制备的防锈润滑油进行性能测试,具体包括石油产品水溶性酸及碱测定(GB/T 259)、防锈油脂除膜性试验(SH/T 0212)、石油产品铜片腐蚀试验(GB/T5096)、防锈油脂湿热试验(GB/T 2361)、防锈油脂盐雾试验(SH/T 0081)、防锈油脂腐蚀性试验(SH/T 0080)、润滑剂承载能力的测定(GB/T 3142)、润滑油抗磨损性能的测定(NB/SH/T 0189)和结胶性试验(GB/T 8597A.4),测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,本发明提供的防锈润滑油具有优异的抗盐雾、湿热条件下腐蚀性能和润滑性能。同时由实施例3以及对比例1~3可知,本发明提供的防锈润滑油中,三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体具有优异的抗腐蚀防锈性能和润滑性能,且将其与二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐以及低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙复配才能达到最好的效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述三-十二烷基甲基季铵盐多库酯离子液体、二辛基磷酸酯十八胺盐与低碱值长链线性烷基苯磺酸钙的质量比为1.0~3.0:1.0~3.0:3.0~9.0。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为工业白油,所述工业白油的40℃运动黏度为2~45mm2/s。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述工业白油包括3号工业白油、5号工业白油、7号工业白油、10号工业白油、15号工业白油和32号工业白油中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基混合酚、2,6-二叔丁基苯酚或烷基二苯胺。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物、咪唑啉衍生物或噻二唑衍生物。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为羊毛脂镁皂、羊毛脂或氧化石蜡。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为二乙二醇单丁醚。
9.权利要求1~8任一项所述防锈润滑油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将基础油、抗氧剂、金属钝化剂、防锈剂、成膜剂与渗透剂混合,得到防锈润滑油。
10.权利要求1~8任一项所述防锈润滑油或权利要求9所述制备方法制备得到的防锈润滑油在金属制件表面防锈润滑中的应用。
