Abstract
一种与砂浆(50)组合支撑大量砖(42)以形成墙的支撑系统(40)。该支撑系统(40)包括一含有大量基本平行有横向间隔的肋(45)的薄板(43),该肋(45)进行塑性变形以形成大量有纵向间隔的顶点(50,51)。将砖或贴面砖(42)放入相对顶点(50,51)之间并使其固定在该位置直到灌入砂浆(50)。
Description
本发明涉及一种铺砖用的支撑或支架。砖的排列可以以砌在或贴在结构上为特征。
常用的砖支撑系统包括带有孔或翼片的镀层薄钢板,该孔或翼片用于提供与砖抹面层的砂浆进行力学咬合或固定处理。金属镀层钢如镀锌钢是最适于涂覆的,因为它既经济又具有强度,但是如果在薄板上积聚有湿气或薄板与湿气接触,或者如果薄板偶尔与湿气接触且有大量切口,都存在腐蚀的问题。为咬合而形成的孔或翼片就形成有大量所述切口,由此产生腐蚀问题。
本发明的目的是克服或大大改善上述缺点。
本发明提供一铺砖用的支撑,包括:
一用以支撑形成墙的大量砖或贴面的薄板,所述薄板具有大量基本平行的横向有间隔的肋,该肋具有横向偏移的放置砖或贴面砖的部分,肋之间的平面部分,其中设置相邻肋的横向偏移部分是为了安置贴在平面部分的砖或贴面砖。
金属薄板最好是带有保护镀层的薄钢板,具有金属镀层的薄钢板更好。薄板形成带肋的形状最好在辊压操作中成型。
在由肋分开的各平面边缘处,该肋或每个肋最好具有分别沿肋两侧延伸的凹口,从其横截面看,该肋在其两侧呈现为端部扩大的凹口。薄板的材料最好是在每个凹口周围和端部周围形成有光滑弯曲以围成一空腔,其开口位于与划分为平面和肋的面相对的薄板面。
该肋最好弯成横截面为榫的形状。
该肋的特点为包括一个或多个再成型区域以形成从凹口一侧或两侧排水的出口,从而防止在凹口的相邻区域积聚湿气。例如,该区域为沿肋纵向延伸部分的脆弱区。
每个平面最好形成有一个或多个突出部分和纵向延伸的凹槽或槽形部分,以便于抹匀平面上的砂浆基层。
肋成型的特点在于没有或几乎没有内部切口,也没有孔,裂缝或压出来的突起部分。该肋最好被分开为比一块砖的宽度稍大的间隔。
本发明还涉及到砖的排列,根据本发明砖通过砂浆固定在大量支撑上。
此处还公开了一种薄板成型的方法以支撑大量砖或贴面砖而形成墙,所述薄板为辊制而成,以形成大量基本平行的横向有间距的肋,该肋塑性变形以在沿肋纵向间隔处形成横向偏移部分。
本发明将通过实施例和附图作进一步描述,其中:
图1是两个相似叠交的金属镀层薄钢板的透视图,每个薄钢板都形成根据本发明实施例中的砖的支撑件。
图2和图3分别为在排水区和排水区间,位于砖的砂浆抹面层处的砖支撑件的局部竖直横截面图。
图4是另外两个相似叠交的金属镀层薄钢板的透视图,每个薄钢板都形成根据本发明另一个实施例中的砖的支撑件;和
图5和图6分别为图4中的砖和支撑件的局部竖直横截面图。
如图1至3所示,大量折叠的薄钢板12形成砖的砂浆抹面基层11的支撑系统10,采用符合标准规格和技术要求的可提供足够强度的镀锌和锌铝(zincalume)薄钢板是适合的。该薄板起初是扁平的但经冷辊压成为如图2横截面所示的形状。
在该辊压薄板12一侧形成有大量平行的沿纵向延伸的突出肋13,横截面为对称弯折的榫形。该肋13划分出单独的平面14,平面14本身又在辊压操作中形成连续突出的,与肋13平行延伸的凹槽15,其横截面为V形。
根据上述形状的性能,肋13划分出分别沿其两侧延伸的凹口14,15。该凹口位于平面14的边缘,并且通过薄钢板形成为带有肋的构形可以看出肋13成型的方式,即每个肋包围有一个内部空腔16,其开口位于与薄板上划分出平面14和肋13的表面相对的后表面17。
肋13的最宽处有一段间隔,该距离比系统所支撑的砖的平均宽度稍宽。为了形成砖的抹面层,薄板12应固定在垂直框架上(未示出),并且砖层18应铺在抹于平面14和肋13周围的砂浆基层上,如图2所示。这些薄板在图1的20处重叠。肋13弯成的横截面为榫形和凹口14,15的存在均利于支撑薄板12和砂浆基层19之间的坚固的力学咬合或固定处理。凹槽15为间隔开的槽以利于砂浆基层的均匀分布和随之产生的砖的抹面层与砂浆的强化结合。
从图2可知,每个肋13的上凹口14可阻挡砂浆中最初和其后存在的多余湿气。为保证不在凹口处积聚湿气,使挡住的湿气由砂浆基层排出,肋13预先在沿其纵向的长度上间隔地设有卷曲部位21,在此处榫形变平,而肋的每一侧也变平以形成超出薄板的部分22,它与各自的凹口基部连接。在卷曲部位中形成有自凹口处的排水口。卷曲部位之间的间距尽量作得足够小以防止在卷曲部位之间的中间部分积聚大量湿气。
由于薄板中无孔洞或裂缝,也没有翼片或其它从薄板上压出的突起,可知图示的实施例设有砂浆楔固体,间隔的凹槽和阻止湿气积聚的挡板,内部没有任何切口,如在薄板体内部的切口。
图4至6示出了一包括不连续砖或贴面砖的抹层层41的支撑系统40。例如,砖42可以仅仅是一块砖的面层部分。
该系统40包括具有交叠部分44的交叠辊压薄板43。每一薄板43都含有大量基本为水平延伸的肋45。每个肋45都包括端部为扩大部分47的柄杆46,每个肋46都是中空的,在形成薄板43的过程中,落在薄板43上的材料被弯成该肋46的中空形状。在相邻肋45间延伸有平面部分48,该平面部分48接收每一块砖或贴面砖42。每一平面48还形成有沿纵向延伸的凹槽49。
薄板43成型时,肋45是直的。但是,在形成支撑系统40的过程中,肋45产生横向偏移的塑性变形,从而产生一系列顶点50和51。当薄板43被竖向固定以形成建筑物墙体的一部分时,顶点50一般向下凹进而顶点51一般向上突出,见图5和图6。
相邻肋45中的顶点50和51的间距相同或者比砖或贴面砖42的宽度52略小,从而砖或贴面砖42可固定在由于肋46的塑性变形而产生的位置中,该变形促使肋46与砖或贴面砖42相接触,从而当砂浆曼延时,砖或贴面砖42被卡在该位置中,由此可保证砖或贴面砖42通过砂浆50与薄板43连接。
凹槽49可供用来校准砖或贴面砖42的位置并可用于形成均匀的砂浆层50,顶点50和51校准成直线也可校准砖或贴面砖42使其成行排列。
肋45的变形导致形成顶点50和51,形成从平面部分54排出湿气的突出部分53以改善任何有关腐蚀的问题。
由薄板43可知,普通扁平薄板材料经辊压而形成肋45。凹槽49最好与之同时形成。随后,肋45横向塑性变形以形成顶点50和51及扇形部分53。
Claims (11)
1、一种用于支撑大量砖或贴面砖以形成一面墙的薄板,所述薄板具有大量基本平行的有横向间隔的肋,该肋具有横向偏移的排列砖或贴面砖的部分,以及肋之间的平面部分,以及用于将砖或贴面砖贴到平面部分上的相邻肋的横向偏移部分。
2、如权利要求1的薄板,所述肋具有用以从平面部分排出湿气的突出部分。
3、如权利要求1的薄板,所述每个肋形成有一端部扩大的部分。
4、如权利要求1、2或3的薄板,在所述每个肋横向偏移部分中为顶点并且沿肋间隔处交替地横向偏移。
5、如权利要求3的薄板,在间隔处所述每个肋的扩大部分进行变形,以形成所述横向偏移部分。
6、如权利要求1或2的薄板,还包括设置在相邻肋之间的可延伸的凹槽并基本沿纵向延伸。
7、一种如权利要求1至6之一所述薄板构成的墙,大量砖或贴面砖固定在横向偏移部分间,在砖或贴面砖与薄板之间有砂浆,其中所述肋可进行弹性变形以利于上砂浆时使砖或贴面砖固定在其位置上与砖或贴面砖接触。
8、一种制造支撑大量砖或贴面砖以形成墙的薄板的方法,所述薄板辊压成大量基本平行的有横向间隔的肋,该肋产生弹性变形以在沿肋纵向间隔位置上形成横向偏移部分。
9、如权利要求8的方法,其中肋在纵向间隔位置是卷曲的,以形成横向偏移部分。
10、如权利要求8的方法,还包括肋的弹性变形的步骤,即横向偏移部分产生变形以在沿肋纵向间隔位置上形成顶点,该顶点交替地突出。
11、一种支撑大量砖或贴面砖的薄板,相当于如上述参照图1至3或图4至6的描述。
