Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物及其制备方法,属于中药技术领域。所述中药组合物由黄芩10‑30份、番泻叶10‑30份、芦荟10‑30份、桑叶10‑30份、茯苓5‑20份、金荞麦5‑20份、玉米须5‑20份、干姜5‑20份、苦参5‑20份、冰片1‑10份、珍珠粉1‑10份和茶叶1‑10份组成,所述组合物对肥胖大鼠的体重、脂肪指数以及血清生化指标等均具有明显的降低作用,具有显著的减肥作用。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域,具体涉及一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,肥胖症的发病率逐年上升,该问题已经成为全世界范围内最为中药的公共健康问题之一。肥胖有可能会引起高血压、高血脂、脂肪肝等多种问题,会对自身健康造成严重影响。目前对肥胖的治疗方法有多种,包括手术减肥、节食减肥和药物减肥等方法。手术减肥虽然见效快,但是存在伤害身体且不持久等缺点;药物减肥一般是通过服用激素类药物增加身体的代谢进而增加能量的消耗,会刺激中枢神经系统,且服药不当会造成对肝脏的伤害;节食减肥是通过不进食或少量进食的方式达到减肥目的,该方法不仅难以实现减肥目的,同时会对身体造成严重的伤害。
中药减肥也被称为天然药物减肥,因其毒副作用小和天然健康被广泛推广,现有研究表明中医药疗法治疗肥胖毒副作用小,通过调理脏腑,使患者减轻体重,提高生活质量,己逐渐成为临床上治疗肥胖症的常用疗法。因此,寻求一种方便、安全、有效、适合长期使用的中药减肥具有重要现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物、中药膏剂及其制备方法和应用。
为达到此发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物,由以下原料组成:黄芩10-30份、番泻叶10-30份、芦荟10-30份、桑叶10-30份、茯苓5-20份、金荞麦5-20份、玉米须5-20份、干姜5-20份、苦参5-20份、冰片1-10份、珍珠粉1-10份和茶叶1-10份。
优选地,由以下原料组成:黄芩15-25份、番泻叶15-25份、芦荟15-25份、桑叶15-25份、茯苓10-15份、金荞麦10-15份、玉米须10-15份、干姜10-15份、苦参10-15份、冰片3-7份、珍珠粉3-7份和茶叶3-7份。
更优选地,由以下原料组成:黄芩20份、番泻叶20份、芦荟18份、桑叶18份、茯苓12份、金荞麦12份、玉米须10份、干姜10份、苦参10份、冰片5份、珍珠粉5份和茶叶5份。
本发明还提供一种具有减肥作用的中药膏剂,由本发明所述的中药组合物与药学上可接受的载体一起按照制剂学的常规技术制成膏剂。
本发明还提供一种所述的中药膏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量份称取洗净烘干后的黄芩、茯苓、金荞麦、干姜、苦参、番泻叶、芦荟、玉米须、桑叶和茶叶,加入2-8倍水煎煮0.5-3h,过滤后药渣加入2-6倍水继续煎煮1-2h,过滤,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩30-70 min,浓缩至膏状,备用;
S2.按重量份称取冰片和珍珠粉,加入1-5倍70%乙醇溶液,浸泡2-6h,每隔0.5h搅拌一次,过滤,滤液浓缩至50-500 ml,备用;
S3.将S2中得到的浓缩液体按比例加入至S1中得到的膏状物中,加入赤藓糖醇1-10g,搅拌均匀,装瓶、灭菌后,即得所述中药膏。
优选地,步骤S1中第一次加水量为6倍,煎煮时间为3h,第二次加水量为4倍,煎煮时间为2h,减压浓缩60 min;步骤S2中乙醇用量为3倍,浸泡4h。
优选地,步骤S3中浓缩液体与膏状物的比例为每200g膏状物加入5ml浓缩液体。
本发明还提供一种本发明所述的中药组合物或中药膏剂在制备减肥药物中的应用。
其中,黄芩为唇形科植物黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi的干燥根。有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血、安胎等功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄疸、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。
其中,番泻叶为豆科植物狭叶番泻或尖叶番泻Senna alexandrina Milll的干燥小叶。有泻热行滞,通便,利水等功效。常用于热结积滞,便秘腹痛,水肿胀满。
其中,芦荟为百合科植物库拉索芦荟Aloe barbadensis Miller、好望角芦荟Aloe ferox Miller或其他同属近缘植物叶的汁液浓缩干燥物。具有泻热导滞,消疳杀虫,清热凉肝的作用,为泻肝火、消疳积之常用品。
其中,桑叶为桑科植物桑Morus alba L. 的干燥叶。具有散风清热、清肺润燥、凉血明目等功效。常用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。
其中,茯苓为多孔菌科真菌茯苓Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf 的干燥菌核。具有利水渗湿,健脾,宁心等功效。常用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
其中,金荞麦为蓼科植物金荞麦Fagopyrum dibotrys(D.Don)Hara的干燥根茎。有清热解毒、活血化瘀、祛风湿的功效。常用于用于肺脓疡,麻疹肺炎,扁桃体周围脓肿。
其中,玉米须为禾本科玉蜀黍属植物玉米Zea mays L.的花柱和花头。具有利尿消肿、清肝利胆等功效。常用与水肿,小便淋沥,黄疸,胆囊炎,胆结石,高血压,糖尿病,乳汁不通。
其中,干姜为姜科植物姜Zingiber oj-jicinale Rosc.的干燥根茎。具有温中散寒,回阳通脉,温肺化饮等功效。常用于脘腹冷痛,呕吐泄泻,肢冷脉微,寒饮喘咳。
其中,苦参为豆科植物苦参Sophora flavescens Ait.的干燥根。具有清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿等功效。常用于热痢,便血,黄疸尿闭,赤白带下,阴肿阴痒,湿疹,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒,疥癣麻风;外治滴虫性阴道炎。
其中,冰片为无色透明或白色半透明的片状松脆结晶,为龙脑香科植物龙脑香树脂的加工品,或为樟脑、松节油等用化学方法合成的加工制成品。具有通诸窍,散郁火,去翳明目,消肿止痛等功效。常用于中风口噤,热病神昏,惊痫痰迷,气闭耳聋,喉痹,口疮,中耳炎,痈肿,痔疮,目亦翳膜,蛲虫病。
其中,珍珠粉为珍珠贝科动物马氏珍珠贝Pteria martensii (Dunker)、蚌科动物三角帆蚌Hyriopsis cumingii (Lea)或褶纹冠蚌Cristaria plicata (Leach)等双壳类动物受刺激形成的珍珠磨成粉。具有安神定惊,明目消翳,解毒生肌风功效。常用于惊悸失眠,惊风癫痫,目生云翳,疮疡不敛。
其中,茶叶为山茶科植物茶的芽叶。具有清头目,除烦渴,化痰,消食,利尿,解毒等高跟鞋。常用于治头痛,目昏,多睡善寐,心烦口渴,食积痰滞,疟,痢。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所涉及的中药组合物中,黄芩、番泻叶、芦荟、桑叶为君药,清热形滞、泻火解毒、凉血明目;茯苓、金荞麦、玉米须为臣药,利水消肿;干姜、苦参、冰片、珍珠粉、茶叶为佐使药,温中散寒、除烦消渴。诸药合用,共凑清热泻火解毒、利水消肿之效,各中药成分相辅相成,相互协同增效,可以降低大鼠体重、脂肪指数等,同时降低血清中血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等含量,在减肥方面具有非常显著的功效,且制备方法简单,使用安全简便,是一种有效的具有减肥作用的中药组方。
具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物,由以下原料组成:黄芩10份、番泻叶10份、芦荟10份、桑叶10份、茯苓5份、金荞麦5份、玉米须5份、干姜5份、苦参5份、冰片3份、珍珠粉3份和茶叶3份。
实施例2:一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物,由以下原料组成:黄芩30份、番泻叶30份、芦荟30份、桑叶30份、茯苓20份、金荞麦20份、玉米须20份、干姜20份、苦参20份、冰片10份、珍珠粉10份和茶叶10份。
实施例3:一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物,由以下原料组成:黄芩22份、番泻叶22份、芦荟20份、桑叶20份、茯苓12份、金荞麦12份、玉米须12份、干姜14份、苦参15份、冰片6份、珍珠粉5份和茶叶4份。
实施例4:一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物,由以下原料组成:黄芩20份、番泻叶20份、芦荟18份、桑叶18份、茯苓12份、金荞麦12份、玉米须10份、干姜10份、苦参10份、冰片5份、珍珠粉5份和茶叶5份。
实施例5:一种具有减肥作用的中药膏剂,取实施例4中的中药原料制备而成。具体制备方法为:
S1.按重量份称取洗净烘干后的黄芩、茯苓、金荞麦、干姜、苦参、番泻叶、芦荟、玉米须、桑叶和茶叶,加入6倍水煎煮3h,过滤后药渣加入4倍水继续煎煮2h,过滤,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩60 min,浓缩至膏状,备用;
S2.按重量份称取冰片和珍珠粉,加入4倍70%乙醇溶液,浸泡4h,每隔0.5h搅拌一次,过滤,滤液浓缩至100 ml,备用;
S3.将S2中得到的浓缩液体按每200g膏状物加入5ml浓缩液体的比例加入至S1中得到的膏状物中,加入赤藓糖醇5g,搅拌均匀,装瓶、灭菌后,即得所述中药膏剂。
为了更好地说明本发明的技术效果,进行以下实验。
(1)动物模型:取刚断乳的大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组5只,模型组35只,分别饲以普通饲料和高糖高脂饲料,连续给予6周,以营养饲料大鼠体重超过普通饲料大鼠体重的20%作为筛选肥胖大鼠标准。从模型组中筛选出25只造模成功的肥胖大鼠,随机分为模型组、西布曲明组(阳性对照)以及组合物低、中、高剂量组共5组,每组5只,另设正常对照组5只。
(2)组合物样品制备:取实施例5中制备得到的中药膏剂,以1、2、4 g/kg给药剂量为组合物低、中、高剂量。组合物低、中、高剂量组的老鼠称重后,计算各自需要的中药膏剂组合物用量,再按0.5ml/100g的给药体积,用无菌水将中药膏剂配制成液体,即为组合物样品溶液。
(3)西布曲明组(阳性对照)样品制备:西布曲明组给药剂量为8 mg/kg,每只老鼠称重后,计算各自需要的西布曲明用量,再按0.5ml/100g的给药体积,用无菌水将西布曲明配制成西布曲明溶液。
(4)实验方法:取上述模型组、西布曲明组、组合物低剂量组、组合物中剂量组、组合物高剂量组、正常对照组的大鼠,每日上午灌胃给药1次,连续给药4周。其中,模型组和正常对照组灌胃给予0.5ml/100g的无菌水,组合物低、中、高剂量组给予上述配制的组合物低、中、高剂量的组合物样品溶液,西布曲明组给予上述配制的西布曲明溶液。
实验例1:组合物对肥胖大鼠模型体重、脂肪指数及Lee's指数的影响
上述模型组、西布曲明组、组合物低剂量组、组合物中剂量组、组合物高剂量组、正常对照组的大鼠,每周称体重 1 次,末次给药并禁食 24 h 后,水合氯醛 ip 麻醉,测定体长及尾长,计算Lee's指数;腹主动脉取血,静置30 min,3000 rpm 离心10 min,分离血清,置-70℃冰箱保存备用;取腹腔生殖器和肾周围脂肪组织,称其湿重,计算脂肪指数,脂肪指数=(脂肪重量/体重)*100。结果见表1。

可以看出,与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠体重、脂肪指数、Lee's指数明显增高;而组合物中、高剂量与模型组相比,肥胖大鼠的体重、脂肪指数、Lee's指数均下降,具有显著性差异,且组合物高剂量组的Lee's指数与西布曲明组相差无几。
实验例2:组合物对肥胖大鼠模型血清生化指标的影响
取实验例1中-70℃冰箱保存的血清样品,采用全自动生化检测血生化指标:总胆固醇、血糖及甘油三酯。结果见表2。

根据表2可以看出,与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量明显增高;而组合物中、高剂量与模型组相比,肥胖大鼠血清中的血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量均明显下降,且组合物高剂量组与西布曲明组持平,甚至降低肥胖大鼠血清生化指标的效果更好。
实验例3:组合物对肥胖大鼠模型血清瘦素含量的影响
取上述实验例1中-70℃冰箱保存的血清样品,用 ELISA 法测定瘦素含量,按试剂盒说明书进行操作。结果见表3。

可以看出,与正常对照组相比,模型组大鼠血清瘦素含量明显增高;与模型组相比,组合物中、高剂量组能明显降低肥胖大鼠血清瘦素水平。
综上,根据实验例1-3的实验结果,可以得到,本发明组合物中、高剂量可以降低肥胖大鼠的体重、脂肪指数、Lee's指数,并且对肥胖大鼠血清中血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、瘦素含量也具有明显的降低作用,说明本发明的中药组合物和中药膏剂具有显著的减肥作用,是一种安全、制备简单、效果优异的减肥中药组方。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物、中药膏剂及其制备方法和应用,但本发明并不局限于上述实施例,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述实施例才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品各原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
Claims (8)
1.一种具有减肥作用的中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:黄芩10-30份、番泻叶10-30份、芦荟10-30份、桑叶10-30份、茯苓5-20份、金荞麦5-20份、玉米须5-20份、干姜5-20份、苦参5-20份、冰片1-10份、珍珠粉1-10份、茶叶1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:黄芩15-25份、番泻叶15-25份、芦荟15-25份、桑叶15-25份、茯苓10-15份、金荞麦10-15份、玉米须10-15份、干姜10-15份、苦参10-15份、冰片3-7份、珍珠粉3-7份、茶叶3-7份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中药组合物,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:黄芩20份、番泻叶20份、芦荟18份、桑叶18份、茯苓12份、金荞麦12份、玉米须10份、干姜10份、苦参10份、冰片5份、珍珠粉5份、茶叶5份。
4.一种具有减肥作用的中药膏剂,其特征在于,由权利要求1-3任一项所述的中药组合物与药学上可接受的载体一起按照制剂学的常规技术制成膏剂;
所述的中药膏剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量份称取洗净烘干后黄芩、茯苓、金荞麦、干姜、苦参、番泻叶、芦荟、玉米须、桑叶、茶叶,加入2-8倍水煎煮0.5-3h,过滤后药渣加入2-6倍水继续煎煮1-2h,过滤,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩30-70 min,浓缩至膏状,备用;
S2.按重量份称取冰片、珍珠粉,加入1-5倍70%乙醇溶液,浸泡2-6h,每隔0.5h搅拌一次,过滤,滤液浓缩至50-500 ml,备用;
S3.将S2中得到的浓缩液体按比例加入至S1中得到的膏状物中,加入赤藓糖醇1-10g,搅拌均匀,装瓶、灭菌后,即得所述中药膏剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的中药膏剂,其特征在于,步骤S1中第一次加水量为6倍,煎煮时间为3h,第二次加水量为4倍,煎煮时间为2h,减压浓缩60 min;步骤S2中乙醇用量为3倍,浸泡4h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的中药膏剂,其特征在于,步骤S3中浓缩液体与膏状物的比例为每200g膏状物加入5ml浓缩液体。
7.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的中药组合物在制备减肥药物中的应用。
8.一种如权利要求4所述的中药膏剂在制备减肥药物中的应用。
