Under the driving of the first driving device 300, the extruding device 200 moves along the first chamber 110 toward the first discharge port 131, during the moving process of the extruding device 200, the extruding device 200 extrudes the household garbage in the first chamber 110, and extrudes the water contained in the household garbage, so that the water content of the household garbage is reduced, the sewage is discharged from the first discharge port 131, passes through the first filter plate 411 and enters the water outlet 712 of the crushing device 700, and finally enters the sewage tank 900. After the extrusion is completed, the first driving device 300 may drive the extrusion device 200 to return to the original position, the second driving device 500 may drive the sliding plate 400 to move along the second chamber 120 towards one side of the second driving device 500, when the second discharge port 412 coincides with the first discharge port 131, the compressed household garbage may enter the second chamber 120 through the first discharge port 131 and the second discharge port 412, the compressed household garbage may pass through the crushing device 700 under the pushing of the baffle 413, the crushed household garbage may enter the garbage incineration box 600 under the driving of the third driving device 800, and the crushed household garbage may fall on the grid plate 655 of the ash box 650, the combustion device 620 may burn the crushed household garbage, and due to the water content, the household garbage may be fully combusted, the ash generated after combustion may be left in the ash box 650, and the exhaust gas may be exhausted through the exhaust pipe 610 and the exhaust gas purifying device may be connected to the flue gas purifying apparatus, and the flue gas purifying apparatus may be connected to the flue gas purifying apparatus. The first driving device 300 and the second driving device 500 may alternatively use devices having a telescopic or reciprocating function, such as a screw, a telescopic rod, an oil cylinder, etc. The crushing device 700 is a device having a crushing function, such as a crushing blade or the like. The combustion device 620 is a device having an incineration function, such as a gas burner, a fuel oil burner, or the like.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an example of the garbage incineration treatment apparatus according to the present invention, the feeding hole 111 is disposed at a side of the top of the first chamber 110 facing the first driving device 300, a hopper 112 is disposed at the feeding hole 111, and the bottom of the hopper 112 is fixedly connected to the edge of the feeding hole 111.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an extrusion device in an embodiment of a household garbage incineration treatment device according to the present invention. In an example of the household garbage incineration disposal apparatus of the present invention, the extrusion apparatus 200 includes an extrusion plate 210 and a screw rod 220, the extrusion plate 210 is slidably mounted in the first chamber 110, an edge of the extrusion plate 210 is attached to an inner wall of the first chamber 110, a screw rod mounting hole is formed on a side wall of the first chamber 110, the screw rod 220 is slidably mounted in the screw rod mounting hole, and one end of the screw rod 220 is fixedly connected with the extrusion plate 210. The first driving device 300 includes a first driving motor 310, a first gear 320 and a second gear 330, the first driving motor 310 is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the side wall of the first chamber 110, the first gear 320 is fixedly connected with the output end of the first driving motor 310, the second gear 330 is rotatably connected with the side wall of the first chamber 110, a wire hole is formed in the middle of the second gear 330, the screw rod 220 is in threaded connection with the wire hole, and the first gear 320 is meshed with the second gear 330. The side wall of the first chamber 110 facing to one side of the first driving device 300 is provided with a cylindrical protrusion, the middle of the cylindrical protrusion is provided with a screw rod mounting hole, the side surface of the second gear 330 is provided with a coaxially arranged sleeve 340, the sleeve 340 is sleeved on the outer side of the screw rod 220, and the sleeve 340 and one end of the cylindrical protrusion, which is far away from the first chamber 110, are rotationally connected through a bearing 350. A first guide key 221 is arranged in the screw rod mounting hole, a first guide groove 222 is arranged in the length direction of the screw rod 220, and the first guide key 221 is slidably mounted in the first guide groove 222.
The output end of the first driving motor 310 drives the first gear 320 to rotate, the first gear 320 drives the second gear 330 to rotate, the second gear 330 drives the screw rod 220 to slide in the screw rod mounting hole, and the screw rod 220 drives the extrusion plate 210 to slide in the first chamber 110, so that extrusion drainage of household garbage is completed.
Referring to fig. 2, in an example of the household garbage incineration treatment device according to the present invention, an auxiliary extrusion component 230 matched with the extrusion device 200 is disposed on a side of the first chamber 110 away from the extrusion device 200, the auxiliary extrusion component 230 includes an auxiliary baffle 231, an auxiliary bracket 232, a first sliding rod 233 and a first spring 234, an edge of the auxiliary baffle 231 is attached to and slidingly connected with an inner wall of the first chamber 110, the auxiliary baffle 231 is located at an edge of the first discharge port 131 away from the extrusion device 200, the auxiliary bracket 232 is mounted on an outer wall of the first chamber 110 away from the extrusion device 200, the first sliding rod 233 is slidingly mounted in a hole on a side wall of the auxiliary bracket 232 and the first chamber 110, one end of the first sliding rod 233 is fixedly connected with the auxiliary baffle 231, an end plate is disposed on the other end of the first sliding rod 233, the end plate abuts against an outer wall of the auxiliary bracket 232, the first spring 234 is sleeved on an outer side of the first sliding rod 233, and two ends of the first spring 234 abut against the first sliding rod 233 and the first sliding rod 233 respectively.
In the process of squeezing the household garbage by the squeezing plate 210 of the squeezing device 200, the auxiliary baffle 231 slides to a side far away from the squeezing device 200 until the auxiliary baffle abuts against the inner wall of the first chamber 110, the first slide bar 233 moves outwards under the driving of the auxiliary baffle 231, and the first spring 234 is in a compressed state. After the extrusion process is completed, the extrusion plate 210 is reversely moved under the driving of the first driving device 300, and the first sliding rod 233 drives the auxiliary baffle 231 to move toward the extrusion device 200 under the driving of the first spring 234 until the auxiliary baffle 231 returns to the original position, and the auxiliary baffle 231 pushes the compressed household garbage to the first discharge port 131.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a sliding plate in an embodiment of a garbage incineration device according to the present invention, fig. 5 is a top view of a sliding plate in an embodiment of a garbage incineration device according to the present invention, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a movable block in an embodiment of a garbage incineration device according to the present invention. In an example of the household garbage incineration treatment device of the present invention, the sliding plate 400 includes a sliding plate body 410 and a second sliding rod 420, a sliding sleeve 430 is disposed on a side wall of the second chamber 120 facing the second driving device 500, the second sliding rod 420 is slidably mounted in the sliding sleeve 430, one end of the second sliding rod 420 is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding plate body 410, the other end of the second sliding rod 420 is drivingly connected with the second driving device 500, two sides of the sliding plate body 410 are slidably connected with an inner wall of the second chamber 120, the first filter plate 411 is disposed on a side of the sliding plate body 410 facing the second sliding rod 420, the second discharge port 412 is disposed on the other side of the sliding plate body 410, and the baffle 413 is disposed on a lower surface of the sliding plate body 410 away from one end of the second sliding rod 420. The movable block 414 is slidably mounted on the baffle 413, a T-shaped sliding block is arranged on the side surface of the movable block 414, a T-shaped sliding groove is arranged on the side surface of the baffle 413, the T-shaped sliding block is slidably mounted in the T-shaped sliding groove, a plurality of auxiliary needles 415 are arranged on one side, away from the baffle 413, of the movable block 414, a sliding groove 440 is arranged on the inner wall of the second chamber 120 on two sides of the movable block 414, the sliding groove 440 extends along the sliding direction of the sliding plate 400, one end, away from the second driving device 500, of the sliding groove 440 is located on the upper side of one end, facing the second driving device 500, of the sliding groove 440 is obliquely downwards, cylindrical sliding blocks are arranged at two ends of the movable block 414, and the movable block 414 is slidably connected with the sliding groove 440 through the cylindrical sliding blocks.
When the sliding plate 400 moves to the second driving device 500 under the driving of the second driving device 500, the baffle 413 pushes the compressed household garbage to move, the auxiliary needle 415 on the movable block 414 is inserted into the compressed household garbage, and the movable block 414 drives the compressed household garbage to move downwards when moving along the chute 440, so that the crushing device 700 is beneficial to crushing the compressed household garbage.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a sleeve in an embodiment of a device for incinerating household garbage, and fig. 8 is a schematic clamping view of a clamping block assembly and a clamping pin assembly in an embodiment of a device for incinerating household garbage. In an example of the household garbage incineration disposal apparatus of the present invention, the second driving device 500 includes a clamping block assembly 510 and a clamping pin assembly 520, the clamping block assembly 510 includes a connecting plate 511, a sleeve 512, a connecting rod 513, a slider 514 and a clamping block 515, the connecting plate 511 is fixedly connected with an end portion of the second sliding rod 420, a second spring 516 is disposed between the connecting plate 511 and the garbage disposal box 100, one end of the sleeve 512 is fixedly connected with a side surface of the connecting plate 511 away from the garbage disposal box 100, two ends of the connecting rod 513 are respectively fixedly connected with the slider 514 and the clamping block 515, the slider 514 is located in the sleeve 512 and faces towards one end of the connecting plate 511, the clamping block 515 is located outside the sleeve 512, a third spring 517 is disposed between the sleeve 512 and the slider 514, a second guide groove 5121 is disposed on the sleeve 512, a second guide key 5141 is slidably mounted in the second guide groove 5121, the clamping block 515 is disposed on the clamping block 515, and the second guide key 5141 is perpendicular to the guide groove 5151. The bayonet lock subassembly 520 includes mounting column 521 and bayonet lock 522, the mounting column 521 with the lead screw 220 keeps away from the lower surface fixed connection of the one end of stripper plate 210, be equipped with on the mounting column 521 with fixture block 515 matched with through-hole 5211, be equipped with bayonet lock mounting groove 5212 on the inner wall of through-hole 5211, bayonet lock 522 slidable mounting is in the bayonet lock mounting groove 5212, bayonet lock 522 with be equipped with fourth spring 523 between the bayonet lock mounting groove 5212, bayonet lock 522 with the plane at draw-in groove 5151 place is perpendicular.
When the first driving device 300 drives the extruding device 200 to extrude, the bayonet component 520 moves along with the screw rod 220, and when the bayonet component 520 moves to the position of the clamp block 515, the clamp block 515 is inserted into the through hole 5211, and the clamp pin 522 is clamped with the clamp block 515. After the extrusion process is completed, the screw rod 220 moves in the opposite direction under the driving of the first driving device 300, the screw rod 220 drives the bayonet lock assembly 520 to move, the bayonet lock assembly 520 drives the bayonet lock assembly 510 to move, the bayonet lock assembly 510 drives the second sliding rod 420 to move, the second sliding rod 420 drives the sliding plate body 410 to move, when the bayonet lock assembly 520 returns to the initial position, the bayonet lock 522 drives the connecting rod 513 connected with the bayonet lock 515 and the sliding block 514 to slide in the sleeve 512, so that the second guide key 5141 slides along the second guide groove 5121 and drives the bayonet lock 515 to rotate by 90 degrees, thereby enabling the bayonet lock groove 5151 to be matched with the bayonet lock 522, the bayonet lock 522 is released from the bayonet lock 515 under the resilience action of the second spring 516, and the sliding plate 400 returns to the original position.
Referring to fig. 2, 10 and 11, fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of a crushing device in an embodiment of a garbage incineration device according to the present invention, and fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of a substrate in an embodiment of a garbage incineration device according to the present invention. In an example of the household garbage incineration treatment device of the present invention, the crushing device 700 includes a base plate 710 and a plurality of crushing rollers 720, the base plate 710 is provided with a mounting opening 711, the mounting opening 711 is respectively communicated with the second chamber 120 and the inside of the garbage incineration box 600, the plurality of crushing rollers 720 are rotatably mounted in the mounting opening 711, the extending direction of the plurality of crushing rollers 720 is the same as the sliding direction of the sliding plate 400, each crushing roller 720 is provided with a plurality of crushing teeth, the crushing teeth on two adjacent crushing rollers 720 are matched, the rotating shafts of the plurality of crushing rollers 720 are respectively provided with a third gear 730, the third gears 730 on two adjacent crushing rollers 720 are meshed, one end of the base plate 710 away from the third driving device 800 is provided with a water outlet 712, and the top of the water outlet is provided with a second filter plate 713. The third driving device 800 includes a third driving motor 810, a fourth gear 820 and a fifth gear 830, a motor mounting seat 840 is disposed on an outer wall of the garbage burning box 600, the third driving motor 810 is fixedly connected with the motor mounting seat 840, an output end of the third driving motor 810 is fixedly connected with the fourth gear 820, a rotating shaft of one crushing roller 720 penetrates through a side wall of the garbage burning box 600 and is fixedly connected with the fifth gear 830, and the fourth gear 820 is meshed with the fifth gear 830.
The output end of the third driving motor 810 drives the fourth gear 820 to rotate, the fourth gear 820 drives the fifth gear 830 to rotate, the fifth gear 830 drives the crushing roller 720 connected with the fourth gear 830 to rotate, and the crushing roller 720 drives the crushing roller 720 adjacent to the third gear 730 to rotate through the third gear 730, so that the crushing device 700 operates. When the compressed household garbage passes through the upper part of the crushing device 700 under the driving of the baffle 413, the crushing teeth on the crushing roller 720 continuously crush the compressed household garbage, and meanwhile, the crushed household garbage is fed into the garbage incineration bin 600, so that the household garbage is crushed.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic diagram illustrating a garbage incineration tank in an embodiment of a garbage incineration treatment apparatus according to the present invention. In an example of the garbage incineration device according to the present invention, an exhaust hole is provided on a side wall of the garbage incineration box 600, and the exhaust device 610 is fixedly connected with the exhaust hole. The combustion device 620 comprises a plurality of fuel pipes 621, wherein a plurality of fuel pipes 621 are fixedly installed in the garbage incineration box 600, and a plurality of fire nozzles 622 are arranged on the lower surface of each fuel pipe 621. An ignition port 630 is provided on the side wall of the garbage incineration box 600 at the lower side of the combustion device 620. The fuel and the oxygen can be mixed by the existing equipment and then input into a plurality of fuel pipelines 621, and the combustible gas sprayed out of the flame spraying ports 622 is ignited at the ignition ports 630 by the igniter, so that a plurality of high-temperature flames are sprayed out of the flame spraying ports 622, and the incineration of the household garbage is completed. The flue gas that produces after burning can pass through the exhaust hole with exhaust apparatus 610 discharges, exhaust apparatus 610 can be connected with flue gas treatment facility through the pipeline, accomplishes the aftertreatment to the flue gas, flue gas treatment facility includes dust remover, absorption tower etc. can select according to actual conditions and environmental protection demand.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an ash bin in an embodiment of a garbage incineration disposal apparatus according to the present invention. In an example of the household garbage incineration treatment device of the present invention, the ash box 650 includes an ash box body 651, an ash box cover plate 652 and an ash box transverse plate 653, an ash port 640 is disposed at the bottom of a side wall of the garbage incineration box 600 facing the third driving device 800, the ash box body 651 is slidably mounted in the ash port 640, two ends of the ash box transverse plate 653 are fixedly connected with the ash box cover plate 652 and the ash box body 651, the ash box cover plate 652 covers the outside of the ash port 640, an ash trough 654 is disposed on the ash box body 651, an opening of the ash trough 654 faces the combustion device 620, and the grid plate 655 is disposed in the ash trough 654. Fine ash generated after the incineration of the household garbage can fall into the ash trough 654 through the gaps on the grating plates 655, and the ash with larger volume can be left on the upper side of the grating plates 655, so that the ash in the ash box 650 can be cleaned regularly, and the smooth incineration is ensured.

the garbage disposal box comprises a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein the first chamber is positioned at the upper side of the second chamber, a partition plate is arranged between the first chamber and the second chamber, a feeding hole is arranged at the top of the first chamber, a first discharging hole is arranged at one end of the partition plate, which is far away from the feeding hole, an extrusion device and a first driving device are arranged at one end of the first chamber, which is far away from the first discharging hole, the first driving device is in driving connection with the extrusion device, the first driving device is used for driving the extrusion device to move along the extending direction of the first chamber, a sliding plate is arranged at the lower side of the partition plate, the sliding plate is slidably arranged at the top of the second chamber, the second chamber is provided with a second driving device towards one end of the first driving device, the second driving device is in driving connection with the sliding plate, the second driving device is used for driving the sliding plate to move along the extending direction of the second chamber, the sliding plate is provided with a first filter plate and a second discharge hole, one end, far away from the second driving device, of the sliding plate is provided with a baffle plate, the second discharge hole is positioned between the first filter plate and the baffle plate, in an initial state, the first filter plate is positioned on the lower side of the first discharge hole, and when the second discharge hole moves to the lower side of the first discharge hole, the first discharge hole is matched with the second discharge hole;
The garbage incineration bin is fixedly connected with the bottom of the garbage treatment bin, a top opening of the garbage incineration bin is provided with a crushing device at the opening, a third driving device is arranged on the outer wall of the garbage incineration bin facing one side of the first driving device and is in driving connection with the crushing device, the third driving device is used for driving the crushing device to crush household garbage, one end of the crushing device far away from the third driving device is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is positioned right below the first discharge hole and is matched with the first filter plate, an exhaust device is arranged on the garbage incineration bin at the lower side of the third driving device, a combustion device is arranged in the garbage incineration bin at the lower side of the exhaust device, an ash box is slidably arranged in the garbage incineration bin at the lower side of the combustion device, the opening of the ash box faces the combustion device, and a grid plate is arranged in the ash box;
the sewage tank is detachably arranged on one side, far away from the third driving device, of the garbage incineration tank, and an inlet of the sewage tank is matched with the water outlet.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the extrusion device comprises an extrusion plate and a screw rod, the extrusion plate is slidably mounted in the first chamber, the edge of the extrusion plate is attached to the inner wall of the first chamber, screw rod mounting holes are formed in the side wall of the first chamber, the screw rod is slidably mounted in the screw rod mounting holes, the first driving device is in driving connection with the screw rod, and one end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the extrusion plate.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the first driving device comprises a first driving motor, a first gear and a second gear, the first driving motor is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the side wall of the first chamber, the first gear is fixedly connected with the output end of the first driving motor, the second gear is rotatably connected with the side wall of the first chamber, a screw hole is formed in the middle of the second gear, the screw rod is in threaded connection with the screw hole, and the first gear is meshed with the second gear.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 2, wherein an auxiliary extrusion assembly matched with the extrusion device is arranged on one side, away from the extrusion device, of the first chamber, the auxiliary extrusion assembly comprises an auxiliary baffle, an auxiliary support, a first sliding rod and a first spring, the edge of the auxiliary baffle is attached to the inner wall of the first chamber and is in sliding connection with the inner wall of the first chamber, the auxiliary baffle is located at the edge, away from one side of the extrusion device, of the first discharge port, the auxiliary support is arranged on the outer wall, away from one side of the extrusion device, of the first chamber, the first sliding rod is slidably arranged in the auxiliary support and a pore canal on the side wall of the first chamber, one end of the first sliding rod is fixedly connected with the auxiliary baffle, the other end of the first sliding rod is provided with an end plate, the first spring is sleeved on the outer side of the first sliding rod, and two ends of the first spring are respectively abutted to the auxiliary support and a limiting plate on the first sliding rod.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 2, wherein the sliding plate comprises a sliding plate body and a second sliding rod, a sliding sleeve is arranged on the side wall of the second chamber facing one side of the second driving device, the second sliding rod is slidably arranged in the sliding sleeve, one end of the second sliding rod is fixedly connected with one end of the sliding plate body, the other end of the second sliding rod is in driving connection with the second driving device, two sides of the sliding plate body are slidably connected with the inner wall of the second chamber, a first filter plate is arranged on one side of the sliding plate body facing the second sliding rod, a second discharge hole is arranged on the other side of the sliding plate body, and the baffle is arranged on the lower surface of the sliding plate body far away from one end of the second sliding rod.

The clamping pin assembly comprises a mounting column and a clamping pin, the mounting column is fixedly connected with the lower surface of one end, far away from the extrusion plate, of the screw rod, a through hole matched with the clamping block is formed in the mounting column, a clamping pin mounting groove is formed in the inner wall of the through hole, the clamping pin is slidably mounted in the clamping pin mounting groove, a fourth spring is arranged between the clamping pin and the clamping pin mounting groove, and the clamping pin is perpendicular to the plane where the clamping groove is located;
when the clamping pin assembly moves to the clamping block along with the screw rod, the clamping pin is clamped with the clamping block, when the screw rod moves in the opposite direction, the clamping pin assembly drives the clamping block assembly to move, when the clamping pin assembly returns to the initial position, the second guide key slides along the second guide groove and drives the clamping block to rotate, so that the clamping groove is matched with the clamping pin, and the clamping pin is separated from the clamping block.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 1, wherein the crushing device comprises a base plate and a plurality of crushing rollers, wherein the base plate is provided with a mounting opening, the mounting opening is respectively communicated with the second cavity and the inside of the garbage incineration box, the plurality of crushing rollers are rotatably mounted in the mounting opening, the extending directions of the plurality of crushing rollers are the same as the sliding directions of the sliding plates, each crushing roller is provided with a plurality of crushing teeth, the crushing teeth on two adjacent crushing rollers are matched, the rotating shafts of the plurality of crushing rollers are respectively provided with a third gear, the rotating shafts of the two adjacent crushing rollers are meshed with the third gears, one rotating shaft of one crushing roller penetrates through the side wall of the garbage incineration box and is in driving connection with the third driving device, one end of the base plate, which is far away from the third driving device, is provided with a water outlet, and the top of the water outlet is provided with a second filter plate.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 7, wherein the third driving device comprises a third driving motor, a fourth gear and a fifth gear, a motor mounting seat is arranged on the outer wall of the garbage incineration box, the third driving motor is fixedly connected with the motor mounting seat, the output end of the third driving motor is fixedly connected with the fourth gear, one rotating shaft of the crushing roller penetrates through the side wall of the garbage incineration box and is fixedly connected with the fifth gear, and the fourth gear is meshed with the fifth gear.

The household garbage incineration treatment device according to claim 1, wherein exhaust holes are formed in the side wall of the garbage incineration box, the exhaust device is fixedly connected with the exhaust holes, the combustion device comprises a plurality of fuel pipelines, the fuel pipelines are fixedly installed in the garbage incineration box, a plurality of fire spraying ports are formed in the lower surface of each fuel pipeline, and ignition ports are formed in the side wall of the garbage incineration box at the lower side of the combustion device.
