Description

座椅安全带张紧装置
本发明涉及一种具有活塞/气缸的座椅安全带张紧装置。
迄今,通常用螺钉紧固件将安全带张紧装置固定在车或车座椅上,螺钉伸过焊在形成气缸的缸筒壁上的固定夹板。除此之外,还有这样的安全带张紧装置,其中,固定在上述缸筒上的附加部件,例如绳索导向器,设有凸缘,利用凸缘将安全带张紧装置固定在车或车座椅上,由于有扁平凸缘,安全带张紧装置可靠地位于至少一个平面。然而,为固定安全带张紧装置而设置焊在缸筒上的固定夹板或焊在附加部件上的凸缘,使安全带张紧装置的制造成本更加昂贵。
本发明提供一种结构简单的安全带张紧装置,该张紧装置不需要附加部件,例如焊在缸筒上的固定夹板,使安全带张紧装置可由几个简单的部件构成,降低了制造成本。就上述种类的安全带张紧装置而言,按照本发明通过使构成气缸的缸筒壁在紧固端区域变扁,形成紧固凸缘,紧固端可用紧固装置接合,将安全带张紧装置连接到车或车座上,从而达到上述目的。按照这种配置,避免了连接在缸筒壁上的附加部件,由于气缸区域材料的横截面和缸筒扁平部分一致,因而不会出现任何强度问题。
最好将缸筒壁部分压扁,形成上述扁平部分。
按照一个实施例,将缸筒紧固端区域压扁,形成双层、板状紧固凸缘。通过在紧固端上的至少一个开孔,用穿过上述开孔的紧固装置将安全带张紧装置固定在车或车座椅上。
在另一个有利方面中,缸筒弯曲成至少局部横向于其纵方向。因此,通过将紧固端固定在例如车或车座椅上的难以达到的位置处,并且通过弯曲紧固端或者另外还有缸筒的其余部分,安全带扣端定位在连接于活塞的安全带扣最合适的位置上,使缸筒能较好地适应车内可用空间。

图1是本发明安全带张紧装置第一实施例的纵剖视图,该安全带张紧装置连接有安全带扣。
图2是图1所示安全带张紧装置缸筒紧固端部分的放大详细视图。
图3是本发明第二实施例缸筒紧固端的纵剖视图。
图4是具有纵向间隙的本发明第三实施例紧固端的侧视图。
图5示出大致与图4所示实施例相应的紧固端,其纵向间隙部分向相背的方向侧向弯曲。
图6是以本发明安全带张紧装置为特征的车座椅的前视图,安全带张紧装置的缸筒是弯曲的。
图1示出安全带张紧装置1,包括由活塞3和缸筒5构成的活塞/气缸装置。拉索7固定于活塞3,用以连接活塞3和安全带扣9。在缸筒5内安全带扣端11设有容纳驱动活塞3的烟火发射药的室,上述烟火发射药可由点火器13触发。缸筒5与安全带扣端11相对的一端被称作紧固端15。
将缸筒5紧固端15压扁,形成双层、板状紧固凸缘,这一点可从图2清楚地看出。螺钉19可插入紧固端15的开孔17,借助于此,将包括安全带扣9的安全带张紧装置1可用螺钉固定在车或车座椅上。
图3所示安全带张紧装置1的实施例不同于图1和2所示实施例,缸筒5的壁部分没有被压到一起而形成双层、板状紧固凸缘,而只是将缸筒壁部分压扁,并不使平行壁部分彼此接触。紧固端15可以在其端面封闭或可以如图3所示是一个开口,以便形成一种排出孔口。此外就图3所示实施例而言,紧固端15的特征开孔17,安全带张紧装置1通过此开孔17被用螺钉固定在例如车座椅的构架上。
虽然图1和2所示安全带张紧装置1可用一个螺钉或一个螺栓固定在车或车座椅上以使它能够转动,但是图4和5所示安全带张紧装置1实施例的紧固端15的特征是,它有两个开孔17。就这两个实施例而言,紧固端15有纵向间隙21,该间隙从紧固端15的端面23延伸到孔25中止。纵向间隙21将紧固端分为两个部分27和29,每一部分有一个开孔17,借此,图5所示实施例的两个部分27和29在扁平部分所在平面内弯曲,使两开孔17彼此分开一段距离,分开的距离超过图4所示实施例中的两开孔的距离。
图6所示安全带张紧装置1利用一个伸过紧固端15开孔17的螺钉可转动地连接到车座椅33的构件31上。为实现乘员保护时,安全带的力能够大致线性传向安全带扣,缸筒5在其纵向上弯曲使安全带扣9取最适合的位置,虽然紧固端15被用螺钉固定在车座椅33的难以达到的位置上,即就迄今已知采用直缸筒的安全带张紧装置而言,不适合对其进行固定的位置。根据安全带张紧装置1的配置,可只将缸筒5的一部分在纵向弯曲,例如仅是紧固端15或仅是管状气缸部分,或者可将缸筒5可以如图6所示在其全长度范围内弯曲。
由于上述缸筒即缸筒5的壁整体转变为紧固端15,在乘员保护时,实现了力向紧固工具的最佳导入,因而不需要附加的单独部件,迄今为止上述附加部件在制造安全带张紧装置中是必需的,例如为焊在缸筒壁上的紧固夹板。

Claims (7)

1.一种安全带张紧装置(1),它用于座椅安全带,包括活塞或气缸装置,其特征在于:缸筒(5)壁在紧固端区域(15)是扁的,以形成紧固凸缘;紧固端可用紧固装置接合,将上述安全带张紧装置(1)连接到车或车座椅(33)上。
2.如权利要求1所述安全带张紧装置(1),其特征在于:上述缸筒(5)在上述紧固端(15)的壁部分被压扁。
3.如权利要求2所述安全带张紧装置(1),其特征在于:上述缸筒(5)的上述紧固端(15)被压扁,形成双层、板状紧固凸缘。
4.如上述任一权利要求所述安全带张紧装置(1),其特征在于:上述紧固端(15)包括至少一个开孔(17),在上述安全带张紧装置(1)固定时,上述紧固装置伸过上述开孔。
5.如上述任一权利要求所述安全带张紧装置(1),其特征在于:上述紧固端(15)包括从其端面(23)开始延伸的纵向间隙(21),上述间隙将上述紧固端(15)分为适合固定上述安全带张紧装置(1)的两个部分(27,29)。
6.如权利要求5所述安全带张紧装置(1),其特征在于:两个部分(27,29)在扁平部分所在平面内侧向弯曲分开。
7.如上述任一权利要求所述安全带张紧装置(1),其特征在于:上述缸筒(5)被弯曲成至少在局部横向于其纵向。
