Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明通常是关于衬边式鞋或靴子,以及其制造方法,特别是关于这类鞋或靴子以及能够实现其舒适和弹性程度的制造方法,其舒适和弹性程度在由以往的古德伊尔(Goodyear)衬边设计而制造的鞋中是未能达到的。
背景技术
古德伊尔制造衬边式鞋靴的设计在工业界和已有工艺中是非常有名的。按古德伊尔的衬边设计而制成的鞋靴实践证明是不易损坏的,而且不透水、灰和其他的用户显然想挡在鞋或靴子外的物质。
将古德伊尔衬边缝合到鞋或靴子上的工艺对内基板产生很大的压力。因此,由古德伊尔衬边设计而制造的鞋靴要求采用刚性的内基板。为了提高这种鞋靴的舒适度,采用古德伊尔衬边设计的鞋靴制造商在内基板之上软蒙垫之下放置全长的缓冲垫。然而,由于鞋或靴子内的空间限制,可能用到的缓冲垫的厚度有限,因此它只为用户的脚提供了最少的舒适性。尤其是,由于这种垫子通常具有相同的厚度,所以在靠近脚后跟处和鞋靴前部的关键冲击区,它并没有提供附加的缓冲。
为了改善这种鞋靴的舒适度,采用古德伊尔衬边设计而制造的鞋靴的用户经常在软蒙垫的上面再放上一块全长的缓冲垫。这种设计除了会遇到上述同样的由于空间有限的困难之外,这种设计遇到的另一个难题是使用时垫子会移动而使鞋或靴子不舒服。此外,在蒙垫上再放上一块全长的缓冲垫无助于增加刚性基板的弹性。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个重要目的是在保留按古德伊尔衬边设计而制造的鞋或靴的所有优点的同时,保证按古德伊尔衬边设计而制造的鞋或靴子能使用户穿起来舒适,在采用古德伊尔衬边时不会永久变形,以及在关键冲击区提供附加的缓冲,同时又保留由古德伊尔衬边设计而制造的鞋和靴子的所有优点。
本发明的另一个目的是能够使按古德伊尔衬边设计而制造的鞋或靴子达到一定的弹性程度,而该程度是按古德伊尔衬边设计制造的鞋靴以前没有达到过的。
总之,这里的发明包括按古德伊尔衬边设计制造的鞋或靴子,以及其制造方法。这种鞋或靴子包括一块刚性内基板,它含有在关键冲击区位置的两块可拆卸的部分,一块在脚后跟处,而另一块在内基板的前部;一块肋片,它连接到内基板的里侧且垂直凸出,一直沿内基板里侧的边延伸;两块不同厚度的缓冲垫块;一块回过火的钢片;一块可压缩的肋片填垫;一块放在内基板上部的全长缓冲垫;以及一块软护垫。这样当鞋或靴子采用古德伊尔衬边设计时,内基板不会变形且维持其结构的刚性,用户穿起这样的鞋或靴子有弹性且舒适。

具体实施方式
现在翻到图2,3和4,它们描述了本发明的一个优选的实施例。
内基板(10)可以由任何适合的刚性材料制成,这种材料在由古德伊尔衬边式设计而制造的鞋或靴子中是普遍使用的(Meldisco Q.C.Staff,《制鞋》[1990],第23-25页;以及美国制鞋工业公司,《制鞋艺术及科学》〔费城:1983〕,第24-25页)。翻到图3,在关键冲击区,内基板(10)经模刻产生两个可拆卸的部分(11a,11b),一个在脚后跟处(11b),而另一个在内基板(10)的前部(11a),在制造过程中直到缝上古德伊尔衬边的缝线(17)后不久它们一直保持与内基板(10)相连且可拆卸。每个可拆卸部分通过四个未切割过的连接区(12)与内基板保持相连。在优选的实施例中,每个连接区3mm长且位于可拆卸部分(11a,11b)的每条边的中部。在缝合上古德伊尔衬边时,连接区(12)为内基板提供了足够的强度和结构刚度。
如图3所示,在优选的实施例中,肋片粘接机用肋片条(14)将肋片(13)粘接到内基板(10)的里侧。在另一实施例中,肋片(13)可能会直接连接到内基板(10)的里侧,或者在内基板(10)的里侧周边开狭长切口从内基板(10)上直接形成且成为内基板的一部分。在所有的实施例中,肋片(13)垂直且绕内基板(10)里侧的整个周边延伸。
现在翻到图2,一个全长的缓冲垫(15)放在内基板(10)的上面。在优选的实施例中,全长的缓冲垫由高密度乙烯基醋酸纤维(ethylene vinyl acetate“EVA”)。正如在图2和图4中有很好的说明,在优选的实施例中软蒙垫(16)放在“EVA”块(15)的上面,包着内基板(10),且粘接到肋片条(14)的外侧边上。在其他的优选实施例中,软蒙垫(16)可能会连接到肋片条(14)的内侧边或者直接连接到内基板(10)的里侧。
如图4所示,所用的衬边缝合线(17)穿过肋片(13)、上部衬料(27)、鞋帮(18)以及PVC衬边材料,这是按古德伊尔衬边设计制造所有鞋子或靴子的一般程序。
将8个未切割的连接区(12)分离,现在在内基板(10)上将预先切割过的可拆掉的部分(11a,11b)拆掉。在图2中可以清楚地看到,新的开孔(11a’,11b’)露出了放在内基板(10)上面的高密度的“EVA”块(15)。在优选的实施例中,由聚氨酯制成的两个缓冲块(20a,20b)通过新的开孔(11a’,11b’)粘接到高密度的EVA块(15)上,在另一实施例中,缓冲垫块(20a,20b)可能会由其它适于缓冲的弹性材料制成而且可能会直接连接到内基板(10)的新开孔(11a’,11b’)的边上,或者如下面更充分描述的其它的固定方法。缓冲垫块(20a,20b)具有不同的厚度以适应在鞋后跟处的大的冲击。例如工作靴,全长的EVA块(15)的厚度可能会有4mm,附在内基板后跟处的聚氨酯缓冲垫可能有9.5mm厚,附在内基板前部处的聚氨酯缓冲垫可能有6.4mm厚。在另一实施例中,全长的垫块(15)根据开孔(11a’,11b’)的位置可能有更厚的截面,因此不需要其他垫块(20a,20b)就能提供附加的缓冲。
如图2和4所示,具有相同厚度的填垫(21)经模刻装入肋片(13)的里面且粘接到内基板(10)上。在另外的实施例中,根据新开孔(11a’,11b’)的位置肋片填垫块(21)可能有更厚的截面,因此提供了附加的缓冲而不需要附加的垫块(20a,20b)。在另一个实施例中,缓冲垫块(20a,20b)可能会连接到肋片填垫(21)的上表面,其位置与内基板(10)中的新开孔(11a’,11b’)相符且对齐。在其他的实施例中,缓冲垫块(20a,20b)可能定位于新开孔(11a’,11b’)中但不与之相连,且一旦肋片填垫(21)粘接到内基板(10)的里面它即就位。
如图2和4中所示,钢片(23)放在其正常位置,这样它位于两个缓冲垫块(20a,20b)之间。在优选的实施例中,肋片填垫(21)由EVA制成且钢片(23)由回过火的钢制成。在工作靴中,EVA肋片填垫(21)可能有4mm厚。如图2所示,两个刻口(22)刻入EVA肋片填垫(21)以指示前部可拆卸块(11a)的后端,因而保证钢片(23)不放在缓冲区(12)中。
翻到图4,加上一块中间衬板(24)且将其缝合到衬边材料(19)上,将缓冲垫块(20a,20b),钢片(23)以及EVA肋片填垫(21)固定在其位置上,然后压挤缓冲垫块(20a,20b),这是按古德伊尔衬边设计制造鞋子或靴子的一般程序。
然后,如图4所示,按一般古德伊尔衬边程序将外掌(26)贴合到中间衬板(24)上,一旦最后一道工序完成,在上述制造过程中受到挤压的缓冲垫将向上弹伸进入内基板(10)上的开孔(11a’,11b’)之中,回复到其原来的厚度。
制成的鞋子或靴子为用户提供了按古德伊尔设计制造的鞋或靴子以前从没有达到过的舒适程度,其中在两个关键冲击区,鞋跟和脚趾处,两个缓冲垫块(20a,20b)提供了附加的缓冲。制成的鞋子或靴子为用户提供了按古德伊尔设计制造的鞋或靴子从前从未达到过的弹性程度,其中两个可拆卸块(11a,11b),在缝合古德伊尔衬边时它为内基板(10)提供了必要的结构刚度,一旦拆离,它使得在用户走动时内基板(10)能更自由地回弹。
上面已经示例性地描述了本发明,应当理解的是所用到的术语意在描述而不是限制性的。显然,按照上面告知的那样本发明是可以有许多修改和变更的。因此,应该理解的是在权利要求的范围之内,除了已经特别描述到的例子之外本发明也可以得到实施。
Claims (6)
1.一种按古德伊尔衬边设计制造的鞋子的结构,包括:
一块刚性内基板,它具有两个空间上隔开的贯通的开孔,其中上述开孔分别形成于上述内基板的后跟和前部,以及一个沿着周边的肋片,肋片组合且靠在内基板上,
一个缓冲结构,包括覆盖在内基板上的第一部分和两个分别通过开孔并伸出内基板下方的第二部分,所述的第一部分从内基板的上侧面覆盖住所述的第二部分,以及
一个填垫构件,它位于肋片内且固定到内基板上,具有相同厚度的填垫构件从内基板的下侧表面覆盖住上述缓冲结构的上述第二部分。
2.如权利要求1的鞋子的结构,其中上述填垫构件附着到上述缓冲结构的上述第二部分上。
3.如权利要求1的鞋子的结构,其中上述缓冲结构的内基板后跟处的缓冲垫构件厚于内基板前部的缓冲垫构件。
4.如权利要求1的鞋子的结构,其中上述缓冲结构的第一和第二部分分别是独立的缓冲垫块。
5.一种按古德伊尔衬边设计制造鞋的方法,包括的主要工序有:
设置一块刚性内基板,它具有周边上的肋片,肋片与内基板组合在一起且靠在内基板上,
预切割内基板,在内基板上形成两个可拆卸的预切割的部分;每个可拆卸部分通过四个未切割过的连接区与内基板相连,
按古德伊尔衬边设计将内基板与鞋帮相连,
从内基板上移掉预切割的可拆卸的部分,形成内基板上的两个开孔;
放置全长的缓冲垫构件以盖住上述内基板和盖住上述开孔,以及在上述开孔中分别放置前部缓冲垫构件和后跟缓冲垫构件,在内基板下放置缓冲垫,
固定肋片内的填垫构件,以盖住伸入穿过上述开孔的上述缓冲垫部分。
6.如权利要求5的方法,其中上述前部和后跟的缓冲垫构件分别具有不同的厚度,后跟的缓冲垫构件厚于前部的缓冲垫构件。
