Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lactation promotion of poultry, and particularly relates to a fermented nutritional composition for improving lactation capacity of sows, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
After the sow is delivered, the digestion function is reduced, the feed intake of the sow is low, and the circulation speed of chyme is low, so that the rear section of the intestinal tract of the sow has strong fermentation capacity, the quantity of fiber decomposing bacteria in the adult pig body is about 6-7 times of that of the growing pig, and the proper increase of the crude fiber level in daily ration is beneficial to the reproductive performance and health of the sow; the feeding potential of the sow is great and is far greater than the amount required by pregnancy; the nutritional needs of lactating sows are generally high, the metabolism of substances of the lactating sows is very vigorous, and the needed nutritional substances are much higher than those needed when the lactating sows are not pregnant. The energy demand is also increased according to the increase of the number of the piglets, the influence of proteins, minerals and vitamins on the lactating sows is also great, if the lactating sows are supplied for a long time, the lactation of the sows is reduced, the piglets are lean and susceptible to diseases, the sows are emaciated, and the secondary oestrus and mating are affected. Therefore, improving the feed intake and lactation performance of sows during lactation is one of the important problems in pig production in farms.
In the actual production and cultivation process, farmers usually adopt a mode of adding feed additives into daily ration of sows to solve the problem of nutrition regulation of sows, but because the traditional antibiotic feed additives have the defects of easy drug resistance, harm to food safety due to drug residues and the like, the traditional antibiotic feed additives are forbidden to be used for a long time, so that development of a composition for improving the lactation capacity of sows and avoiding the use of antibiotics is needed.

The fermented nutritional compositions for improving the lactation of sows prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 15 were tested as follows:
the test is carried out in a pig farm, 63 long and large binary multiparous sows (2-5 fetuses) are selected in total, and the sows are respectively fed into 3 houses with consistent environmental conditions, and 21 sows are fed into each sow. The fermented nutritional compositions for improving lactation of sows prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 15 were fed to 3 animals, respectively, and the obtained results were averaged. The test period is 7 days from the time the sow enters the delivery room to the time of lactation. The whole lactation period is not carried out any cross-foster, and the piglets are fed by the farrowing sows. All test animals are fed in the same pig house environment and the same daily ration in the test period, and the pig house is manually controlled in a ring manner, is subjected to floor leakage, negative pressure ventilation and water curtain cooling, so that the normal living environment of pigs is maintained.
Test example 1 sow growth performance index detection
The weight change of each tested sow is measured and recorded every day, and the average feed intake of each sow is calculated, and the obtained results are shown in table 1.
Average daily feed intake (kg) =total feed intake/test days×total number of pigs tested
Test example 2 piglet growth performance index detection
The birth conditions of each group of piglets, including the number of piglets born in the litter, the number of live piglets born in the litter, the primary weight and the like, are recorded during the delivery period of the sow. The weight of the piglets was measured and recorded daily after delivery, and the average weight gain of the piglets was calculated according to the following formula, and the obtained results are shown in table 1.
Average daily gain (kg) = (weight measured in knots-weight measured initially)/number of days tested
TABLE 1
As can be obtained from table 1, the fermented nutritional composition for improving the lactation capacity of the sow provided by the invention obviously enhances the feeding capacity of the sow, has better absorption effect, and obviously improves the average daily gain of piglets; the fermented nutritional compositions provided in comparative examples 1 to 15 were reduced in various degrees in average daily feed intake of sow, initial weight of piglet, weaning weight of piglet and average daily weight gain of piglet.
