Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving intestinal health, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for improving intestinal health, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The most important factor influencing the intestinal health of the piglets is weaning stress, and the important characteristic of the stress after weaning is that after a period of fasting period, the nutrition and physiology of the piglets are characterized in that various organs and physiological functions are not well developed, especially the digestive system is not well developed, the activity of most digestive enzymes is low, and the digestion capability of vegetable protein and starch is insufficient.
The piglet mainly depends on the nutrition of breast milk to meet the growth requirement during the lactation period, after weaning, the food of the piglet is changed into relatively indigestible feed from the breast milk with complete nutrition, the two nutrition sources are completely different, and the high-energy high-protein feed is fed after weaning, the immunization mechanism and the intestinal tract shape of the piglet can be changed to a certain extent, and the change can cause nutrition stress to cause diarrhea and even lead the piglet to die.
Therefore, the stage is the stage with the weakest resistance of the piglets and is also an important stage in the pig raising production process. The stress phenomena of feed intake reduction, digestive dysfunction, diarrhea, growth retardation and the like are often shown in the piglets at the early stage of weaning, so that how to reduce the stress caused to the piglets by weaning, improve the intestinal health of the piglets at the early stage of weaning, and improve the daily feed intake and daily weight gain of the piglets at the early stage of weaning and during reloading becomes a core element for breaking through the existing production efficiency.
In order to solve the problem of feed intake reduction caused by incomplete development of a digestive system, the prior art is to add low protein and amino acid with equal proportion into daily ration to perform compensatory regulation of feed intake, which can improve the feed intake, but the daily ration with low nutrient concentration is easily limited by the volume and emptying condition of the gastrointestinal tract.
The invention discloses a piglet feed disclosed in the patent of 'super-early weaning piglet feed' (with the publication number of CN 100531592C), which contains components such as corn, soybean meal, compound multi-vitamin, compound multi-mineral and the like, has a smell close to that of breast milk, good palatability and can avoid weaning stress, but zinc oxide in the compound multi-mineral is derived from chemical by-products, a plurality of harmful substances are remained, the product quality is difficult to control, the absorption of other trace elements can be influenced, the absorption of copper and iron is unbalanced, the deficiency of the trace elements can be caused, and in addition, excessive zinc can pollute underground water after being excreted by livestock bodies, and the sustainable development of the animal husbandry is hindered.
The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite phagostimulant for improving the feed intake of weaned pigs (No. CN 103829032B), which comprises milk-flavor crispy biscuit powder, beer yeast culture, bile acid salt type emulsifier, glucose oxidase, a composite enzyme preparation, a composite synergist and a carrier, wherein the product technology is not easy to be simulated to cause a large amount of homogeneous products, but the technology is very complicated, different components are added in sequence for dissolving and filtering while stirring, and the temperature and the time are continuously controlled in the preparation process, so that time and manpower and material resources are wasted during production, and the required cost is high.
In view of this, the invention is particularly proposed.
