Abstract
The invention provides a feed for preventing cow mastitis and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of cow breeding, and is prepared by fermenting the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of corn, 5-15 parts of bran, 20-30 parts of alfalfa, 5-15 parts of soybean meal, 0.2-0.4 part of baking soda, 0.5-1 part of salt, 3-8 parts of candida utilis, 1-3 parts of lactobacillus plantarum, 2-6 parts of lactobacillus acidophilus, 4-7 parts of bifidobacterium and 3-5 parts of corynebacterium glutamicum. Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the milk becomes common food for dining tables of people. Milk is known to become a necessity in human life. The dairy cow breeding industry in China develops rapidly, and the breeding scale is continuously enlarged, however, mastitis of dairy cows is difficult to treat due to high morbidity, so that the dairy cow industry is greatly influenced, and the development of the dairy cow industry is severely restricted. Although the antibiotics have good effect on treating the cow mastitis, the antibiotics can remain in the cow milk, so that drug-resistant strains can be caused, the treatment effect on the cow is influenced, and the excrement can cause water and soil pollution.

The feed provided by the invention comprises 4-7 parts by weight of bifidobacteria, preferably 5-6 parts by weight of bifidobacteria, wherein the viable count of the bifidobacteria is 3 × 1011cfu/g or more. The source of the bifidobacterium is not particularly limited, and the bifidobacterium can be prepared by a commercial product or a conventional preparation method.
The feed provided by the invention comprises 3-5 parts by weight of corynebacterium glutamicum, preferably 4 parts by weight of corynebacterium glutamicum, wherein the viable count of the corynebacterium glutamicum is 1 × 109cfu/g or more. The source of the corynebacterium glutamicum is not particularly limited, and the corynebacterium glutamicum can be prepared by a commercially available product or a conventional preparation method.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the feed, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing the corn, the bran, the alfalfa, the soybean meal, the baking soda and the salt to obtain a mixture, and adjusting the water content of the mixture to be 30-40% to obtain a fermentation substrate;

Example 2

1) mixing 70kg of corn, 15kg of bran, 30kg of alfalfa, 15kg of soybean meal, 0.4kg of baking soda and 1kg of salt to obtain a mixture, and adjusting the water content of the mixture to 40% to obtain a fermented material;

Example 3
A preparation method of a feed for preventing cow mastitis comprises the following steps:
1) mixing 60kg of corn, 8kg of bran, 25kg of alfalfa, 10kg of soybean meal, 0.3kg of baking soda and 0.8kg of salt to obtain a mixture, and adjusting the water content of the mixture to 35% to obtain a fermented material;

Example 4
The test groups are respectively the feeds prepared in the examples 1-3; the control group was a regular daily ration.
120 healthy lactating Holstein cows are selected and paired into 4 groups according to the principle that the number of fetuses, the weight, the number of lactating days and the daily milk yield are similar, and the test group and the control group are selected. The grouping is shown in table 1.
The daily ration structure of the test group and the control group is consistent with the feeding mode, and the feeding is carried out for 40 days. The cows are raised in bulk, fed 3 times, milked 3 times and drunk freely. The number of somatic cells in the milk was measured at the beginning and end of the experiment, respectively, and the results are shown in Table 1.

1) mixing the corn, the bran, the alfalfa, the soybean meal, the baking soda and the salt to obtain a mixture, and adjusting the water content of the mixture to be 30-40% to obtain a fermentation substrate;
2) mixing the fermentation substrate obtained in the step 1) with candida utilis, lactobacillus plantarum, lactobacillus acidophilus, bifidobacterium and corynebacterium glutamicum, and then fermenting to obtain the feed.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the fermentation temperature is 25 to 35 ℃.
9. The method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the fermentation time is 3-5 days.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the mixture has a water content of 35%.
