本发明公开了一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊及在涤纶织物印花中的应用。本发明所制备的环保型液体分散染料微胶囊具有制备方法简单,绿色环保;微胶囊型液体分散染料的包埋率高,对涤纶织物的上染率高,色牢度高;利用溶解后羧甲基化壳聚糖微胶囊的静电作用稳定存在,使得微胶囊尺寸在100nm左右,粒度均匀、粒径小且分布窄,耐储存、耐输运等特点。

本发明属于液体分散染料技术领域,涉及一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊及在涤纶织物印花中的应用。
背景技术
分散染料是一类水溶性极低、疏水性较强的非离子型染料,其特点为染料以悬浮态在水溶液中进行染色。目前,市场上销售的商品分散染料主要有液体分散染料和粉体分散染料两种。与粉体分散染料相比,液体分散染料可以省略生产过程中干燥的环节,从而大大降低了染料生产能耗;在贮存和使用过程中,不会引起粉尘扬起的浪费,同时,改善了工人的劳动环境,减轻了对环境造成的污染;更重要的是在使用染料时,省去了化料环节,使液状分散染料在连续染色及喷墨印花中应用更加方便快捷。
液体分散染料的制备方法主要是机械法,其缺点是:(1)粒径分布不够均匀,跨度较大,储存稳定性差,不能满足当前分散染料行业对于稳定性的需求;(2)对机械设备要求高,能耗大,生产效率低下,不符合节能要求;(3)制备过程中需要加入多种分散剂、助磨剂等,污染环境,而且其染料利用率低,不符合环保节能的理念。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明目的在于提供一种粒度均匀的环保型液体分散染料微胶囊并将其高效的应用在涤纶织物印花中。
为达上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
(1)取15份羧甲基壳聚糖溶入30份有机溶剂和50份水中,10000-12000r/min均质分散2min,然后边搅拌边滴加5份三乙醇胺乳化剂,用乙酸调节pH为5,并在5000r/min下再次进行均质分散5min,制得分散体系;
(2)取30份分散染料溶于30份有机氢基聚硅氧烷,形成油相;
(3)在搅拌条件下将步骤(2)所得油相缓慢加入步骤(1)所得分散体系中,随后超声分散30min,制得环保型液体分散染料微胶囊。
所述步骤(1)中,有机溶剂可为乙醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯中的任意一种。
所述步骤(2)的分散染料包括C.I.分散紫93、C.I.分散黄23、C.I.分散黄42、C.I.分散黄211、C.I.分散蓝60、C.I.分散蓝79、C.I.分散蓝291、C.I.分散蓝183、C.I.分散蓝56、C.I.分散蓝79、C.I.分散红73、C.I.分散红82、C.I.分散红153、C.I.分散红60、C.I.分散红74、C.I.分散红177、C.I.分散橙3、C.I.分散橙30、C.I.分散橙25、C.I.分散棕1、C.I.分散黑1、C.I.分散黑9等中的一种或多种。
上述任一方法所得的一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊,可应用在涤纶织物的印花中。
本发明的有益效果:(1)采用乳化分散体系替代大量表面活性剂,制备方法简单,绿色环保;(2)经分散体系与油相混合超声分散所得的微胶囊型液体分散染料的包埋率高,对涤纶织物的上染率高,色牢度高;(3)微胶囊利用溶解后羧甲基化壳聚糖的静电作用稳定存在,微胶囊尺寸在100nm左右,粒度均匀、粒径小且分布窄,耐储存、耐输运。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。应当说明的是,下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径可购得。
实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种粒度均匀的环保型液体分散染料微胶囊,实际具体操作的工艺步骤为:
(1)取15份羧甲基壳聚糖溶入30份乙醇和50份水中,10000-12000r/min均质分散2min,然后边搅拌边滴加5份三乙醇胺乳化剂,用乙酸调节pH为5,并在5000r/min下再次进行均质分散5min,制得分散体系;
(2)取30份C.I.分散紫93溶于30份有机氢基聚硅氧烷,形成油相;
(3)在搅拌条件下将步骤(2)所得油相缓慢加入步骤(1)所得分散体系中,随后超声分散30min,制得环保型液体分散紫染料微胶囊。
根据附图1所示,可知利用该方法所制得的环保型液体分散染料微胶囊的粒径分布集中在100nm左右,分布均匀。
对比例1
将C.I.分散紫滤饼粉碎后,加入助磨剂和分散剂,在球磨机中进行机械研磨48h,得到液体分散紫染料。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种涤纶织物印花牢度测试,实际具体操作的工艺步骤为:
将实施例1所得的环保型液体分散紫染料微胶囊和对比例1所得的液体分散紫染料经过调浆与处理后均在织物预烘干温度为70℃,焙烘温度为180℃,焙烘时间3min的相同工艺下分别应用在涤纶织物的印花中,并进行以下牢度测试。
(1)按照GB/T3920纺织品色牢度试验(GB/T3920-1997,eqvIS0105-X12:1993)测试印花后涤纶织物的耐摩擦色牢度;
(2)按照GB/T3922纺织品耐汗渍色牢度试验(GB/T3922-1995,eqvISOl05-E04:1994)测试印花后涤纶织物的耐汗渍色牢度;
(3)按照GB/T5713纺织品耐水色牢度试验(GB/T5713-1997,eqvIS0105-E01:1994)测试印花后涤纶织物的耐水色牢度。
测试结果如表1所示:
可见,经实施例1所制备的环保型液体分散紫染料微胶囊印花织物三种色牢度都较高,而经对比例2的机械法制备的液体分散紫染料印花织物色牢度较差。

Claims (4)
1.一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊,其特征在于,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取15份羧甲基壳聚糖溶入30份有机溶剂和50份水中,10000-12000r/min均质分散2min,然后边搅拌边滴加5份三乙醇胺乳化剂,用乙酸调节pH为5,并在5000r/min下再次进行均质分散5min,制得分散体系;
(2)取30份分散染料溶于30份有机氢基聚硅氧烷,形成油相;
(3)在搅拌条件下将步骤(2)所得油相缓慢加入步骤(1)所得分散体系中,随后超声分散30min,制得环保型液体分散染料微胶囊。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,有机溶剂可为乙醇、正己烷、乙酸乙酯中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)的分散染料包括C.I.分散紫93、C.I.分散黄23、C.I.分散黄42、C.I.分散黄211、C.I.分散蓝60、C.I.分散蓝79、C.I.分散蓝291、C.I.分散蓝183、C.I.分散蓝56、C.I.分散蓝79、C.I.分散红73、C.I.分散红82、C.I.分散红153、C.I.分散红60、C.I.分散红74、C.I.分散红177、C.I.分散橙3、C.I.分散橙30、C.I.分散橙25、C.I.分散棕1、C.I.分散黑1、C.I.分散黑9等中的一种或多种。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一方法所得的一种环保型液体分散染料微胶囊的应用,其特征在于:可应用在涤纶织物的印花中。
