我国钢铁生产总量一直稳居世界前列,钢厂连铸控制装置、冷热轧控制装置等设备使用液压油量大,如果能够延长润滑油使用周期,是减少碳排放的重要措施。另外,液压能效高可节省通过电力或燃料提供的能源,意味着燃料消耗的降低和生产力的提升。润滑油使用周期及液压能效与油品的抗氧化特性、耐高压、黏度指数、抗磨性能及抗剪切密切相关。
因此需要研制一种润滑油,具有较高的黏度指数,压黏系数,耐高压,优异的抗磨性能、抗剪切性和抗氧化性,延长油品使用寿命,保证设备节能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的润滑油的黏度指数低、抗剪切性差、抗氧化性差、不耐高压和使用寿命短的问题,提供一种润滑油及其制备方法,该润滑油具有较高的黏度指数,压黏系数,耐高压,优异的抗磨性能、抗剪切性和抗氧化性和使用寿命长。

具体实施方式

本发明第一方面提供一种润滑油,其中,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂;其中,基于所述基础油的总重量,所述基础油包括:V类油6-9wt%和CTL 91-94wt%;
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,所述添加剂包括:
抗氧剂0.8-1.8wt%、腐蚀抑制剂0.1-0.4wt%、极压抗磨剂0.05-1.5wt%和抗泡剂0.005-0.04wt%。
本发明中,当所述润滑油中各组分的用量满足上述范围时,能够实现整体较好的相互作用,使该润滑油具有较高的黏度指数,压黏系数,耐高压,优异的抗磨性能、抗剪切性和抗氧化性和使用寿命长。
本发明中,压黏系数α(30℃,×10-8m2/N)按照公式
α试=α标(h0试/h0标)1/b,其中,h0为中心油膜厚度,常数b的取值在0.5左右。
根据本发明,所述润滑油的压黏系数α为(1.569-1.575)×10-8m2/N。具有该范围的压黏系数α时,所述润滑油能够具有耐高压的性能。
进一步地,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂;其中,基于所述基础油的总重量,所述基础油包括:V类油7-8wt%和CTL 92-93wt%;
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,所述添加剂包括:
抗氧剂1-1.6wt%、腐蚀抑制剂0.2-0.3wt%、极压抗磨剂0.5-1wt%和抗泡剂0.01-0.03wt%。
根据本发明,所述V类油选自酯类油和/或烷基萘。
本发明中,所述酯类油为邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯。
根据本发明,所述抗氧剂选自有机酚类和/或酚酯化合物。
本发明中,所述有机酚类为2,6-二叔丁基酚和/或α萘酚;所述酚酯化物为2,6-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙酸酯。
根据本发明,所述腐蚀抑制剂选自磷酸壬基胺盐、半酯、脂肪酸、脂肪酸衍生化合物和复合磷酸酯类化合物中的至少一种。
本发明中,所述腐蚀抑制剂可以商购获得,可以为以下牌号的商品,如所述磷酸壬基胺盐为IR 349;所述半酯为T 747;所述脂肪酸为T 746;所述脂肪酸衍生化合物为NA-SUL1101;所述复合磷酸酯类化合物为IR 353。
根据本发明,所述极压抗磨剂选自硫代磷酸酯和/或磷酸酯。
本发明中,所述硫代磷酸酯为二烷基二硫代磷酸酯;所述磷酸酯为三苯基硫代磷酸酯。
根据本发明,所述抗泡剂选自复硅型抗泡剂和/或非硅型抗泡剂。
本发明中,所述复硅型抗泡剂为聚硅氧烷和丙烯酸酯;所述非硅型抗泡剂为丙烯酸酯。
本发明第二方面提供一种润滑油的制备方法,其中,该方法包括以下步骤:
在抽真空的条件下,将CTL和V类油的基础油进行第一次调和后,将抗氧剂和腐蚀抑制剂的添加剂加入基础油中进行第二次调和后,将极压抗磨剂和抗泡剂的添加剂加入基础油中进行第三次调和,冷却,得到所述润滑油。
本发明中,所述CTL、V类油、抗氧剂、腐蚀抑制剂、极压抗磨剂和抗泡剂采取分步调和的方法可以有利于获得本发明的润滑油克服本发明的技术问题。
根据本发明,基于所述基础油的总重量,V类油含量为6-9wt%、CTL含量为91-94wt%,优选V类油含量为7-8wt%和CTL含量为92-93wt%;
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,所述抗氧剂的用量为0.8-1.8wt%、腐蚀抑制剂的用量为0.1-0.4wt%、极压抗磨剂的用量为0.05-1.5wt%、抗泡剂的用量为0.005-0.04wt%,优选抗氧剂的用量为1-1.6wt%、腐蚀抑制剂的用量为0.2-0.3wt%、极压抗磨剂的用量为0.5-1wt%和抗泡剂的用量为0.01-0.03wt%。
根据本发明,所述抽真空的条件包括:抽真空的压力为-0.095MPa至-0.099MPa,优选为-0.096MPa至-0.098MPa。
根据本发明,所述第一次调和的条件包括:第一次调和温度为40-50℃,第一次调和速率为500-800rpm,第一次调和时间为0.5-1h。
进一步地,所述第一次调和的条件包括:第一次调和温度为43-47℃,第一次调和速率为600-700rpm,第一次调和时间为0.6-0.9h。
根据本发明,所述第二次调和的条件包括:所述第二次调和的条件包括:第一次调和温度为55-60℃,第一次调和速率为500-700rpm,第一次调和时间为0.5-1h。
进一步地,第二次调和温度为56-59℃,第二次调和速率为550-650rpm,第二次调和时间为0.6-0.8h。
根据本发明,所述第三次调和的条件包括:所述第三次调和的条件包括:第三次调和温度为60-70℃,第三次调和速率为600-800rpm,第三次调和时间为0.5-1h。
进一步地,第三次调和温度为63-67℃,第三次调和速率为650-750rpm,第三次调和时间为0.6-0.9h。
根据本发明,所述冷却的条件包括:冷却至室温。
本发明中,所述抽真空、调和和冷却可以有利于调整获得本发明的润滑油克服本发明的技术问题。
本发明第三方面提供上述制备方法制得的润滑油。该润滑油具有较高的黏度指数、压黏系数和耐高压,优异的抗磨性能、抗剪切性、抗氧化性和使用寿命长。
根据本发明最优选的实施方式包括:
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,将0.8-1.8wt%,优选1.0-1.6wt%的抗氧剂、0.1-0.4wt%,优选0.2-0.3wt%的腐蚀抑制剂、0.05-1.5wt%,优选0.5-1wt%的极压抗磨剂和0.005-0.04wt%,优选0.01-0.03wt%的抗泡剂的添加剂,基于所述基础油的总重量,依次加入91-94wt%,优选92-93wt%的CTL和6-9wt%,优选7-8wt%的V类油的基础油中,温度为55-70℃,优选60-65℃的加热和压力为-0.4至-0.8MPa,优选-0.5至-0.7MPa的抽真空,速率为500-800rpm,优选600-700rpm,时间为1-2h,优选1.3-1.7h的进行调和,得到所述润滑油。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。以下实施例中,
润滑油的40℃运动粘度按照GB/T 256测得;
润滑油的黏度指数按照GB/T 1995测得;
润滑油的磨斑直径(392N,60min,75℃,1200r/min)按照NB/SH/T 0189测得;
润滑油的旋转氧弹(150℃)按照SH/T 0193测得;
润滑油的氧化腐蚀按照SH/T 0450测得;
实施例以及对比例所用原料均为市售品。
实施例1
在加热和抽真空的条件下,将添加剂与基础油进行调和,得到所述润滑油;
其中,抗氧剂为1.6wt%的2,6-二叔丁基酚,腐蚀抑制剂为0.3wt%的磷酸壬基胺盐,极压抗磨剂为1.0wt%的二烷基二硫代磷酸酯,抗泡剂为0.03wt%的丙烯酸酯,CTL为92wt%和V类油为8wt%的烷基萘,在温度为65℃和抽真空的压力为-0.7MPa,以速率为700rpm调和1.3h,得到润滑油A1。
实施例2-4
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑油,不同的是:润滑油中各原料的种类和用量与实施例1不同,具体如表1所示;加热的温度、抽真空的压力和调和的条件与实施例1不同,具体如表1所示。分别制得润滑油A2-A4。
对比例1-3
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑油,不同的是:润滑油中各原料的种类和用量与实施例1不同,具体如表1所示;加热的温度、抽真空的压力和调和的条件与实施例1不同,具体如表1所示。分别制得润滑油D1-D3。
对实施例以及对比例制得的润滑油的各项性能进行测试,测试结果参见表2所示。

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例制得的润滑油,具有较高的黏度指数(140-145),优异的抗剪切性(剪切安定性(250次循环后,40℃运动粘度变化)为0.09-0.13%)及抗氧化性(氧化腐蚀40℃运动黏度为45.48-48.18mm2/s和氧化腐蚀40℃运动黏度变化为0.57-3.64%),耐高压(磨斑直径为0.32-0.39mm和压黏系数α(30℃)为1.569-1.575×10-8m2/N),抗磨性能(磨斑直径为0.32-0.39mm)和使用寿命长(旋转氧弹(150℃)时长为837-860min)。而对比例中黏度指数(130-136)低于实施例;压黏系数α(1.312-1.501×10-8m2/N)低于实施例,数值表明抗压能力弱;磨斑直径(0.52-0.56mm)高于实施例,数值表明抗磨能力弱;剪切安定性(0.2-7.88%),高于实施例,数值表明抗剪切性弱;旋转氧弹(340-480min)低于实施例,数值表明使用寿命短;氧化腐蚀40℃运动黏度(48.83-49.86mm2/s)和氧化腐蚀40℃运动黏度变化(5.40-6.00%)数值表明抗氧化性弱。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个技术特征以任何其它的合适方式进行组合,这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种润滑油,其特征在于,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂;其中,基于所述基础油的总重量,所述基础油包括:V类油6-9wt%和CTL 91-94wt%;
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,所述添加剂包括:
抗氧剂0.8-1.8wt%、腐蚀抑制剂0.1-0.4wt%、极压抗磨剂0.05-1.5wt%和抗泡剂0.005-0.04wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于,所述润滑油包括基础油和添加剂;其中,基于所述基础油的总重量,所述基础油包括:V类油7-8wt%和CTL 92-93wt%;
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,所述添加剂包括:
抗氧剂1-1.6wt%、腐蚀抑制剂0.2-0.3wt%、极压抗磨剂0.5-1wt%和抗泡剂0.01-0.03wt%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的润滑油,其特征在于,所述V类油选自酯类油和/或烷基萘;
优选地,所述抗氧剂选自有机酚类和/或酚酯化合物;
优选地,所述腐蚀抑制剂选自磷酸壬基胺盐、半酯、脂肪酸、脂肪酸衍生化合物和复合磷酸酯类化合物中的至少一种;
优选地,所述极压抗磨剂选自硫代磷酸酯和/或磷酸酯;
优选地,所述抗泡剂选自复硅型抗泡剂和/或非硅型抗泡剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的润滑油,其特征在于,所述润滑油的压黏系数α为(1.569-1.575)×10-8m2/N。
5.一种润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
在抽真空的条件下,将CTL和V类油的基础油进行第一次调和后,将抗氧剂和腐蚀抑制剂的添加剂加入基础油中进行第二次调和后,将极压抗磨剂和抗泡剂的添加剂加入基础油中进行第三次调和,冷却,得到所述润滑油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,基于所述基础油的总重量,V类油含量为6-9wt%、CTL含量为91-94wt%,优选V类油含量为7-8wt%和CTL含量为92-93wt%;
以所述基础油的总重量为基准,所述抗氧剂的用量为0.8-1.8wt%、腐蚀抑制剂的用量为0.1-0.4wt%、极压抗磨剂的用量为0.05-1.5wt%、抗泡剂的用量为0.005-0.04wt%,优选抗氧剂的用量为1-1.6wt%、腐蚀抑制剂的用量为0.2-0.3wt%、极压抗磨剂的用量为0.5-1wt%和抗泡剂的用量为0.01-0.03wt%。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抽真空的条件包括:抽真空的压力为-0.095MPa至-0.099MPa,优选为-0.096MPa至-0.098MPa。
8.根据权利要求5-7中任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一次调和的条件包括:第一次调和温度为40-50℃,第一次调和速率为500-800rpm,第一次调和时间为0.5-1h;
优选地,所述第二次调和的条件包括:第二次调和温度为55-60℃,第二次调和速率为500-700rpm,第二次调和时间为0.5-1h;
优选地,所述第三次调和的条件包括:第三次调和温度为60-70℃,第三次调和速率为600-800rpm,第三次调和时间为0.5-1h。
9.根据权利要求5-8中任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷却的条件包括:冷却至室温。
10.一种权利要求5-9中任意一项所述的制备方法制得的润滑油。
