Abstract

本发明涉及专门适用于动物的喂养饲料领域,尤其涉及一种茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法。
背景技术
鸡蛋营养非常丰富,物美价廉,自古以来鸡蛋就在我们日常生活中占有重要地位。鸡蛋中富含胆固醇、优质蛋白、脂肪、微量元素和维生素等营养成分。其中,胆固醇是细胞膜的重要组成成分,它在维持与营养细胞膜方面起着重要的作用,是人类维持正常生理活动所必需的。蛋白质可以提高机体免疫力和抗病能力,为细胞生长、发育提供支持。脂肪可为机体提供所需的能量,并促进脂溶性维生素的吸收。微量元素如钙、磷等,为人体内酶的构成提供丰富的原料,且可以预防缺铁性贫血。维生素如维生素A、维生素E等,对于调节体内代谢、促进细胞活化及延缓衰老等方面具有重要的作用。
虽然鸡蛋营养丰富,食用后有诸多好处,但是对于中老年人和高胆固醇患者往往望而生畏。鸡蛋是动物性食品中胆固醇含量较高的一种,具有升高血浆总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的潜在作用。来源于鸡蛋中的胆固醇更容易导致人体血清胆固醇水平的提高。为减少高血脂症和冠心病等疾病的危害,人们通常希望降低胆固醇的摄入,而鸡蛋中的其他营养物质又是人体所必需的。
申请公布号为CN111248336A的发明专利申请,公开了一种降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的辣木叶饲料及其制备方法。主要以辣木叶与小麦胚芽粉、芦荟叶粉、山楂皮粉配合,通过水蒸气蒸制后再加入韭菜浆浸渍处理,得到能降低鸡蛋中胆固醇含量的饲料。申请公布号为CN108271948A的发明专利申请,公开了一种降低鸡蛋胆固醇的饲料添加剂。主要成分包括藤茶、丹参、山楂、黄连、黄芩、栀子、金银花、党参、白术、当归、郁金、艾叶、陈皮、青皮、麦芽、神曲和松针粉。申请公布号为CN115152905A的发明专利申请,公开了一种茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的技术方法,主要是将茶多酚加入鸡饲料或饮水中饲喂蛋鸡,获得具有低胆固醇的鸡蛋。而仅添加茶多酚到鸡饲料中,获得低胆固醇鸡蛋具有时间依赖性,无法在短期内获得品质更好的低胆固醇鸡蛋。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
鉴于现有技术的上述缺点、不足,本发明提供一种茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其解决了鸡蛋中胆固醇含量高的技术问题。本发明的方法可以在短时间内获得低胆固醇鸡蛋,同时能降低农家土鸡血清中胆固醇的含量,提高鸡蛋品质。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的主要技术方案包括:
本发明实施例提供一种茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备营养水:将茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C按照质量比为8-12:10-12:0.05-0.07:0.05-0.07:1-1.2在搅拌下依次溶于水中,溶解温度为室温,搅拌速度为400-500r/min;搅拌30-40min后,向溶液中加入黄花菜提取物,继续搅拌20-25min;
所述褐藻素与黄花菜提取物的质量比为1:1-1.2;所述营养水中,茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的混合物的浓度为0.29wt%-0.4wt%;
S2、制备固体饲料:将熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉按质量比为1-3:5-7:1-2:1-4混入基础饲料中,得到固体饲料;所述熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉的总质量占基础饲料总质量的10-15%;
S3、用固体饲料和营养水饲喂蛋鸡,收获鸡蛋。
可选地,所述基础饲料为如下质量比的组分:玉米:小麦麸:大豆粕:磷酸氢钙:石粉:食盐:益生菌:氨基酸:微量元素为50-70:10-15:15-20:1-1.2:1-1.2:0.1-0.15:0.1-0.15:0.05-0.07:0.05-0.07。
可选地,所述益生菌为嗜酸乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、粪链球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌中的至少一种;所述氨基酸为蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸中的至少一种;所述微量元素为硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾中的至少一种。
可选地,所述益生菌为质量比1:1-1.2:1-1.2的嗜酸乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和粪链球菌。
可选地,所述氨基酸为质量比1:2-2.5的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸。
可选地,所述微量元素为质量比1:1-1.5:1-1.5:1-1.5的硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠和碘化钾。
可选地,所述黄花菜提取物的制备方法包括:将黄花菜磨碎后,在常温水中浸提,所得溶液冷冻干燥去除溶剂,得到黄花菜提取物。
可选地,饲喂周期为4周以上。
可选地,所述营养水中,茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的混合物的浓度为0.33-0.38wt%。

(三)有益效果
本发明的一种茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,首先将茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C溶入水中,可以防止茶多酚被氧化而影响降低鸡蛋胆固醇的效果。然后添加黄花菜提取物,配制成营养水。将熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉混入饲养产蛋土鸡的基础饲料中,配制成固体饲料。将获得的固体饲料和营养水饲喂蛋鸡,获得了具有低胆固醇的鸡蛋。通过本发明的研究发现,饲喂基础饲料,仅在饮用水中添加茶多酚,有一定的降低土鸡蛋胆固醇的效果,但茶多酚易被氧化且胆固醇的降低效果具有时间依赖性。当饲养4周末时,所产土鸡蛋中胆固醇含量仍远高于普通鸡蛋。随着饲喂时间的延长,呈现降低趋势。而饲喂添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉的基础饲料,配合饮用水;或者饲喂基础饲料,配合添加了茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的营养水,均不能很好地降低土鸡蛋中胆固醇含量,且对于产蛋土鸡血清中胆固醇含量的降低效果也不显著。
在本发明的方法中,同时在基础饲料中添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉,并在饮用水中添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物配制成营养水,基础饲料中的添加成分与饮用水中的添加成分起到协同作用,解决了胆固醇降低的时间依赖性问题。通过调整营养水中各个成分的添加顺序和具体的配制工艺,解决了茶多酚易被氧化的问题。在饲养第4周末时,就实现了所产土鸡蛋胆固醇含量明显降低的技术效果,并有效降低了产蛋土鸡体内胆固醇含量。同时,所获得的鸡蛋具有更高的品质,不会出现随着产蛋时间的延长,蛋品质下降的问题。
茶多酚具有降低胆固醇的功效,但容易被氧化而使功效减弱。本发明首先在饮用水中添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C,在室温和400-500r/min的搅拌速度下,搅拌30-40min,使各个成分充分溶解在水中。其中的褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C都可以有效防止茶多酚氧化。
褐藻素还具有抗凝血、抗肿瘤、抗血栓、抗病毒和增强机体免疫机能,帮助胆固醇排出体外的功效。虾青素还可以去除沉积在血管壁上的胆固醇,提高蛋鸡的生产性能,降低了料蛋比,同时改善蛋黄颜色和哈氏单位。胡萝卜素可以促进鸡的新陈代谢,增强鸡的体质。对于产蛋母鸡来讲,不仅可以提高鸡的产蛋量,而且还可以增强鸡的体质和抗病能力。维生素C还可以提高免疫力,促进胆固醇代谢。黄花菜提取物中的秋水仙碱、蒽醌及多糖类化合物可以发挥抗肿瘤作用,清热凉血、消肿利尿、抗炎消菌,提高动物体免疫力和生理机能,具有神经保护等功效,能显着降低血清胆固醇的含量和胆固醇在脏器中的积累。
本发明在基础饲料中添加了熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉。其中,酒糟是谷物经过酵母的发酵后,提取酒精剩下的残渣。它富含氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素等成分。熟酒糟为经过灭菌的酒糟,去除有害微生物,保留粗蛋白、氨基酸、粗纤维和维生素等,能够刺激消化液的分泌,促进鸡群食欲及肠道消化,增强鸡体抵抗力。熟酒糟不但蛋白质含量很高,而且有机酸含量十分丰富,可以减少鸡肉和鸡蛋腥味,降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量。柑橘皮粉喂鸡能清热,降低胆固醇,促进鸡的生长发育,提高产蛋量,使蛋黄颜色加深,添加到基础饲料中,对增加食欲、减少疾、促进生长具有显著效果。番薯干粉可提高鸡群免疫力及生产性能,并可以有效降低胆固醇。番薯干粉中富含糖分、淀粉类、蛋白质、各种氨基酸,对鸡群的生长发育有很大的好处,对提高鸡群免疫力,提高生产力起很大的作用。番薯干粉含有大量膳食纤维,可以促进鸡肠胃蠕动,利于营养物质的消化吸收。玉米须粉中含有皂甙类化合物,可以有效降低血清胆固醇和血糖的含量。
本发明在基础饲料中添加的成分有助于鸡对食物的消化和吸收,提高机体代谢,促进脂质的排出,降低胆固醇在体内的积累。同时配合饮用水中添加的本发明所述的成分,一方面能够进一步促进胆固醇代谢,减少胆固醇的积累,另一方面可以防止茶多酚氧化导致的功效减弱,提高了降低胆固醇的效果。
本发明的基础饲料中添加了益生菌、氨基酸和微量元素。可以增强产蛋鸡胃肠功能,提高机体免疫力,抑制或减少大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等繁殖,具有抗菌作用。同时为机体提供营养,提高饲料转化率,保持产蛋率的稳定,更具有商业价值。

为了更好的理解上述技术方案,下面将参照附图更详细地描述本发明的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本发明的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本发明而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更清楚、透彻地理解本发明,并且能够将本发明的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
实施例1
选用体质量基本一致的12周龄农家土鸡,随机分成6组,每组90只,每组设3个重复。经方差分析各组间达到个体质量差异不显著。
采用放养+笼养的方式,每天早上打开鸡笼,将土鸡赶出圈舍,使其在养殖场地自由活动,捕食其中的昆虫和草籽等,养殖地放置纯净水水槽,让土鸡自由饮水。中午和晚上,将土鸡赶回鸡笼,投喂饲料和水。笼养时采用3层阶梯式,密闭式鸡舍,自控式湿帘降温通风系统,各处理均匀分布于鸡舍不同空间,自由饮食、饮水,每天白天自然光照,晚上辅以灯光照。早中晚总计光照16h。鸡舍温度为15-20℃,相对湿度50%-60%。每天饲喂固体饲料2次(11:00和17:00),半小时后喂水,15:00准时收集鸡蛋。每天观察鸡群健康状况,记录死淘鸡数,常规免疫、消毒和饲养管理。
实验鸡产蛋率达5%时开始按如下分组中的方案饲喂,早上均按上文方式放养自由捕食,中午和晚上的笼养饲喂方案如下:
第1组:基础饲料,饮用水(纯净水)。
第2组:基础饲料,在饮用水(纯净水)中添加800mg/kg茶多酚。
第3组:在基础饲料中添加10g/kg熟酒糟+50g/kg柑橘皮粉+20g/kg番薯干粉+40g/kg玉米须粉,饮用水(纯净水)。
第4组:基础饲料,在饮用水(纯净水)中添加800mg/kg茶多酚+1200mg/kg褐藻素+7mg/kg虾青素+7mg/kg胡萝卜素+100mg/kg维生素C+1200mg/kg黄花菜提取物。
第5组:在基础饲料中添加30g/kg熟酒糟+70g/kg柑橘皮粉+20g/kg番薯干粉+30g/kg玉米须粉,在饮用水(纯净水)中添加800mg/kg茶多酚+1200mg/kg褐藻素+7mg/kg虾青素+7mg/kg胡萝卜素+100mg/kg维生素C+1200mg/kg黄花菜提取物。
第6组:在基础饲料中添加30g/kg熟酒糟+70g/kg柑橘皮粉+20g/kg番薯干粉+30g/kg玉米须粉,在饮用水(纯净水)中添加1000mg/kg茶多酚+1200mg/kg褐藻素+7mg/kg虾青素+7mg/kg胡萝卜素+100mg/kg维生素C+1200mg/kg黄花菜提取物。
第7组:在基础饲料中添加30g/kg熟酒糟+70g/kg柑橘皮粉+20g/kg番薯干粉+30g/kg玉米须粉,在饮用水(纯净水)中添加1200mg/kg茶多酚+1200mg/kg褐藻素+7mg/kg虾青素+7mg/kg胡萝卜素+100mg/kg维生素C+1200mg/kg黄花菜提取物。
基础饲料为如下质量比的组分:玉米:小麦麸:大豆粕:磷酸氢钙:石粉:食盐:益生菌:氨基酸:微量元素为60:10:15:1:1:0.12:0.12:0.06:0.06。
其中,添加剂为益生菌、氨基酸和微量元素的混合物,益生菌为质量比1:1:1的嗜酸乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和粪链球菌,氨基酸为质量比1:2的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸,微量元素为质量比1:1:1:1的硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠和碘化钾。
本实施例中,营养水的制备方法为:将茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C按照上述各个分组的比例,在搅拌下依次溶于饮用水中。溶解温度为室温,搅拌速度为450r/min,搅拌35min后,向溶液中加入黄花菜提取物,继续搅拌20min,得到营养水。
在制备营养水时,先将茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C溶于饮用水中。由于在配制茶多酚水溶液时,茶多酚易被氧化,从而降低茶多酚的功效。因此,本实施例在配制茶多酚水溶液时,同时加入了褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C,这些成分可以防止茶多酚发生氧化,使各个组分维持了其最佳功效。经过搅拌后,茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C已经充分溶解在水中,茶多酚也几乎不会被氧化,溶液呈现稳定状态。再加入黄花菜提取物,经进一步搅拌溶解后,得到营养水。
另外,本实施例的溶解温度为室温,避免了溶解温度过高导致的成分失效。
本实施例所用虾青素浓度低,可以溶于水中。
本实施例所用胡萝卜素为水溶性胡萝卜素,其制备方法可以参照CN104705649A公开的方法,或者采用其他现有技术均可以使胡萝卜素具有水溶性。
在试验期的第4周末、8周末、12周末,每组重复随机取3枚鸡蛋,用于蛋黄胆固醇含量检测。
蛋黄胆固醇的测定方法为:鸡蛋煮熟后分离蛋黄,称取蛋黄1g,用甲醇-氯仿溶液(体积比2:1)研磨至无明显颗粒,混合8min,过滤至10mL容量瓶,并补充甲醇-氯仿溶液定容。分别取0.02mL蛋黄过滤液、胆固醇标准液、甲醇-氯仿溶液加入样品管、标准管和空白管。在上述3支试管中加入邻苯二甲醛试剂3mL,浓硫酸2mL,混匀,冷却。用721紫外可见分光光度计以空白管调零,在560nm处比色,计算蛋黄胆固醇含量。
结果如图1所示。由于土鸡在自由放养时,自由捕食昆虫和草籽,会导致土鸡蛋中胆固醇含量过高。经实验,第4周末获得的土鸡蛋的胆固醇含量高达1338mg/100g,随着饲喂周期的增加,鸡体内胆固醇进一步积累,且不易排出,导致鸡蛋胆固醇含量继续增加。
第2组的数据证明,在饮用水中添加茶多酚可以降低土鸡蛋中胆固醇含量,但胆固醇的降低具有时间依赖性,饲喂4周末时,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量仍然远高于普通鸡蛋(普通鸡蛋胆固醇约为585mg/100g)。随着饲喂周期的延长,在第12周末时,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量呈降低趋势,但仍未达到普通鸡蛋胆固醇水平。虽然茶多酚具有降低胆固醇的效果,但是仅添加茶多酚时,茶多酚易被氧化,导致效果不理想。
第3组中仅在基础饲料中添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉,和第4组中仅在饮用水中添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物,对于鸡蛋胆固醇含量的降低效果不显著,相较于第3组和第4组,第5-7组采用了本发明的技术方案,同时饲喂添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉的基础饲料以及添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的营养水后,基础饲料中的添加成分与营养水中的添加成分起到了协同作用,并且饮用水中的褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C起到了防止茶多酚氧化的效果。在饲喂第4周末时,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量即可显著降低。在添加1000mg/kg茶多酚时,饲喂第4周末,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量远低于普通鸡蛋中胆固醇含量。随着饲喂时间的延长,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量呈下降趋势。
本发明不仅解决了茶多酚对降低鸡蛋胆固醇效果的时间依赖性,而且对于鸡蛋中胆固醇含量的降低更具显著性。在第5-7组中,相较于茶多酚添加量为800mg/kg,当茶多酚添加量为1000mg/kg时,鸡蛋胆固醇含量进一步降低。但当茶多酚添加量为1200mg/kg时,鸡蛋中胆固醇含量降幅未出现进一步明显降低,两组基本持平,说明并非茶多酚添加量越多越可以促进鸡蛋胆固醇含量降低,当茶多酚添加量为1000mg/kg时鸡蛋胆固醇含量降幅最大,效果最好。
实施例2
对土鸡血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量进行测定,测定方法为:实施例1中每组重复随机选取3只体况良好的蛋鸡,采血针翅下静脉采血5mL于肝素钠抗凝管中,轻轻颠倒2次后立即3000rpm/min离心15min分离血清,吸取上清液即得待测血清,通过自动生化分析仪及试剂盒分析血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白量及高密度脂蛋白含量。总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白量及高密度脂蛋白检测试剂盒购自南京建成生物工程研究所,具体操作程序遵循制造商产品说明书的说明。
结果如图2-图5所示。第1组土鸡自由放养时,自由捕食昆虫和草籽,导致土鸡血清胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白含量过高,高密度脂蛋白含量偏低,土鸡自身具有高胆固醇、高脂血的特征。与第1组相比,在饮用水中添加茶多酚可以降低土鸡血清中TC、TG和LDL,并增高HDL的含量,但同样具有明显的时间依赖性。在饲喂4周末时,土鸡血清中TC、TG、LDL和HDL的含量变化不明显,在第12周末时,土鸡血清中TC、TG、LDL呈下降趋势,HDL含量呈上升趋势,但变化仍不明显,且血清中TC、TG、LDL和HDL的含量相较于健康水平均未达标。
第3组中仅在基础饲料中添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉,和第4组中仅在饮用水中添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物,对于土鸡血清中TC、TG、LDL的下降以及HDL的上升效果不显著,相较于第3组和第4组,第5-7组采用了本发明的技术方案,同时饲喂添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉的基础饲料以及添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的饮用水后,基础饲料中的添加成分与饮用水中的添加成分起到了协同作用,并且饮用水中的褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C起到了防止茶多酚氧化的效果。在饲喂第4周末时,土鸡血清中TC、TG、LDL即可显著下降,并伴随HDL的显著升高。随着饲喂时间的延长,继续维持该趋势。
本发明解决了茶多酚对降低土鸡血清中TC、TG和LDL的含量并使血清中HDL的含量上升的效果不具有时间依赖性,在降低了土鸡蛋胆固醇的同时,降低了土鸡血清中胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白的含量并提高了高密度脂蛋白的含量。在第5-7组中,相较于茶多酚添加量为800mg/kg,当茶多酚添加量为1000mg/kg时,土鸡血清中TC、TG、LDL含量进一步降低,HDL的含量进一步升高。但当茶多酚添加量为1200mg/kg时,土鸡血清中TC、TG、LDL和HDL的含量变化幅度未发生明显改变,两组基本持平,说明并非茶多酚添加量越多越可以促进土鸡血清中TC、TG和LDL的含量降低,当茶多酚添加量为1000mg/kg时土鸡血清中TC、TG和LDL的含量降幅最大,伴随HDL上升效果最好。
实施例3
对土鸡蛋蛋品质进行检测。取实施例1试验期的第4周末和第12周末鸡蛋,每组重复随机取3枚鸡蛋用于蛋品质检测。
蛋品质检测方法为:称取蛋重、蛋壳重和蛋黄重,蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度、蛋黄颜色分别用蛋壳厚度仪、蛋壳强度仪、蛋白高度仪和蛋黄比色扇测定。蛋壳比重、蛋黄比重、哈氏单位分别用以下公式计算:
蛋壳比重=蛋壳重/蛋重;
蛋黄比重=蛋黄重/蛋重;
哈氏单位=100×log(蛋白高度-1.7×蛋重0.37+7.57)。

实验结果如表1所示,在第5-7组中,随着饲喂周龄的增加,蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度无明显影响,蛋黄重量呈增加趋势,哈氏单位和蛋白高度略有升高,说明同时在基础饲料中添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉、玉米须粉,在饮用水中添加茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C、黄花菜提取物可以维持蛋品质,解决了随着饲喂周龄的增加,所产鸡蛋品质下降的问题。长期添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉、玉米须粉、茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物对土鸡和所产土鸡蛋无不良影响。
本发明在蛋鸡饲料中添加熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉,并在饮用水中添加了茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物,可以显著降低鸡蛋和鸡血清中胆固醇含量。由于饲料中添加的成分与饮用水中添加的成分之间的协同作用,解决了茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇效果的时间依赖性,在短时间饲喂即可达到显著降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的效果。并且所获得的鸡蛋品质无下降,具有更高的商业价值。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、制备营养水:将茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素和维生素C按照质量比为8-12:10-12:0.05-0.07:0.05-0.07:1-1.2在搅拌下依次溶于水中,溶解温度为室温,搅拌速度为400-500r/min;搅拌30-40min后,向溶液中加入黄花菜提取物,继续搅拌20-25min;
所述褐藻素与黄花菜提取物的质量比为1:1-1.2;所述营养水中,茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的混合物的浓度为0.29wt%-0.4wt%,茶多酚的添加量为1000mg/kg;
所述黄花菜提取物的制备方法包括:将黄花菜磨碎后,在常温水中浸提,所得溶液冷冻干燥去除溶剂,得到黄花菜提取物;
S2、制备固体饲料:将熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉按质量比为1-3:5-7:1-2:1-4混入基础饲料中,得到固体饲料;所述熟酒糟、柑橘皮粉、番薯干粉和玉米须粉的总质量占基础饲料总质量的10-15%;
S3、用固体饲料和营养水饲喂蛋鸡,饲喂周期为4周以上,收获鸡蛋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述基础饲料为如下质量比的组分:玉米:小麦麸:大豆粕:磷酸氢钙:石粉:食盐:益生菌:氨基酸:微量元素为50-70:10-15:15-20:1-1.2:1-1.2:0.1-0.15:0.1-0.15:0.05-0.07:0.05-0.07。
3.根据权利要求2所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述益生菌为嗜酸乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、粪链球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌中的至少一种;所述氨基酸为蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸中的至少一种;所述微量元素为硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘化钾中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述益生菌为质量比1:1-1.2:1-1.2的嗜酸乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和粪链球菌。
5.根据权利要求3所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述氨基酸为质量比1:2-2.5的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸。
6.根据权利要求3所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述微量元素为质量比1:1-1.5:1-1.5:1-1.5的硫酸亚铁、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠和碘化钾。
7.根据权利要求1所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述营养水中,茶多酚、褐藻素、虾青素、胡萝卜素、维生素C和黄花菜提取物的混合物的浓度为0.33-0.38wt%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的茶多酚降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量的方法,其特征在于,所述蛋鸡为农家产蛋土鸡。
