Performance test
(1) The muscle soreness treatment effect: 40 patients with internal heat and muscular soreness are selected, the ages are selected from 20-65 years, every ten people is one group, the patients are divided into four groups, the bezoar detoxification tablets in the example 1 and the comparative examples 1-3 are respectively detected, 3 times a day and 3 tablets at a time are taken for three days, and the number of people with improved muscular soreness symptoms of the patients is obtained.
(2) Dissolution rate: the dissolution rate of flavone in the bezoar detoxification tablet is measured by detecting the bezoar detoxification tablet in each embodiment, and the higher the dissolution rate is, the better the curative effect of the bezoar detoxification tablet is.
(3) Moisture resistance: the detoxicating tablet of calculus bovis in each example was placed in an open clean container, and left in a constant temperature and humidity environment, and the surface of the detoxicating tablet was observed after two weeks.
TABLE 3 detection results of detoxicating tablet of bezoar
By combining the embodiment 1 with the comparative examples 1-3, the dissolution rate of the flavone in the bezoar detoxification tablet in the embodiment 1 is the highest, and the bezoar detoxification tablet has a certain treatment effect on muscle soreness, and the addition of the dandelion and the houttuynia cordata extracts simultaneously in the preparation of the bezoar detoxification tablet can not only improve the drug effect of the bezoar detoxification tablet, but also ensure that the bezoar detoxification tablet has the treatment effect on muscle soreness.
In combination with examples 1 to 3, the dissolution rate of flavone in the detoxicating tablet of example 2 is highest, and it can be seen that the extraction condition of herba Houttuyniae in example 2 is best when herba Houttuyniae is extracted.
By combining the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 6, the dissolution rate of the flavone in the bezoar detoxification tablet in the embodiment 1 is higher, and the addition of the polyethoxy lauric acid herbal tea alcohol can improve the extraction effect of the houttuynia cordata when the houttuynia cordata is extracted, so that the dissolution rate of the bezoar detoxification tablet is improved.
In combination of examples 2, 4 and 5, the dissolution rate of flavone in the detoxicating tablet of example 4 is highest, and it can be seen that increasing the consumption of polyethoxy lauric acid and cooling tea alcohol when herba Houttuyniae is extracted, the extraction effect of herba Houttuyniae tends to increase and decrease.
In combination with examples 4 and examples 7 to 10, the bezoar detoxification tablet in examples 7 to 9 has better anti-wetting performance, and the preferable proportion of magnesium stearate, titanium pigment, hypromellose, acrylic resin and ethanol is 1: (8-10): (10-20): (8-10): (80-120), the coating liquid has good coating effect, so that the anti-wetting performance of the bezoar detoxicated tablet is improved.
By combining the embodiment 8, the embodiment 11 and the embodiment 12, the dissolution rate of the flavone in the bezoar detoxification tablet in the embodiment 11 is highest, and the trend that the curative effect of the bezoar detoxification tablet is improved and then reduced after the use amount of raw materials is increased when the bezoar detoxification tablet is prepared is seen.
The present embodiment is merely illustrative of the present application and is not intended to be limiting, and those skilled in the art, after having read the present specification, may make modifications to the present embodiment without creative contribution as required, but is protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
