Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a pickering emulsion stabilizing composition, an emulsion type skin care product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sensitive skin is an unhealthy skin type (hereinafter referred to as sensitive muscle), and the barrier protection of the epidermis of the skin is generally very weak, and proper adaptation to external environmental stimuli cannot be made, thereby causing various uncomfortable reactions to the skin. Sensitive muscles are commonly represented by weaker horny layers and unhealthy sebum films, some sensitive skin can directly see obvious vascular filaments, when the horny function of the skin is not healthy, the skin cannot maintain complete moisture, and the skin starts to dry and crack; in addition, the immunity of the skin is also deteriorated, and the skin cannot be perfectly resisted, so long as the skin is contacted with a stimulating substance, for example: dust, solar ultraviolet rays, irritant gases, unclean water, pollen or cosmetics containing irritant ingredients and the like can cause skin allergy, and a series of skin problems occur. Therefore, when selecting skin care products, the sensitive muscle groups need to have good barrier efficacy, and the irritation of the products is low enough to avoid the phenomenon of secondary allergy of the faces.
Pickering emulsions are a new type of emulsion system in which solid particles replace conventional surfactant-stabilized emulsions. The use of solid particles as emulsifiers in cosmetics has a more positive performance than conventional surfactant-stabilized emulsions. The solid particles are used as emulsifying agent in cosmetics, so that the long-term thermodynamic stability of an emulsifying system can be maintained, and the irritation of the product to human skin caused by the self-properties of the surfactant is reduced.
At present, a great deal of research is carried out on formulation rules and physical characterization of Pickering emulsion, but the research is limited to inorganic particles such as silicon dioxide and other silicon, the particle size of the inorganic ions is unfavorable for digestion and metabolism, and meanwhile, synthetic sources limit the attraction of the inorganic ions in the aspects of sustainable development and label cleaning potential, so that the bio-based particles have important significance in future cosmetics.
Some bio-based pickering particles have been developed over the past few years, such as modified starch particles, cellulose fibers, cellulose nanocrystals, fat particles, chitin nanocrystals, flavonoids and other protein-based particles. However, most of the above particles require chemical modification or additional treatments such as heating, hydrophobic grafting or anti-solvent precipitation, which do not meet the trend of "green, sustainable".
Therefore, how to develop a more gentle, better-efficacy, greener pickering skin care product for sensitive muscle groups is a problem to be solved at present.

table 1 results of sample centrifugation test
As can be seen from table 1:
1. comparing example 1 with example 2, it is clear that the centrifugal stability of the product is affected by the proportion of different components of the composition;
2. comparing example 1 with example 3 shows that the change of the process parameters has little effect on the centrifugal stability of the product;
3. comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1 and 2, it can be seen that pickering composition A, symReboot alone TM The stability of the L19 product is slightly poor, and the product has good centrifugal stability when the L19 product and the L19 product are compounded for use, so that the L19 product and the L19 product are deduced to have good synergistic stability.
4. Comparing example 1 with comparative examples 4-10, it can be seen that the compositions of the present invention still achieve better centrifugal stability than conventional emulsifiers and conventional pickering emulsifier products at low levels, indicating that the compositions of the present invention are more emulsifying, more stable, and less costly.
Experimental example 2: three month stability test
The stability test was performed for three months under conditions of 4℃at 45℃and-18℃and cycles (-18℃at 4℃at 45℃and once every 3 days) of example 1, example 2, example 4, comparative example 5, comparative example 8 and comparative example 9 (200 g samples each) as follows:
table 2 sample stability test results
As can be seen from the above table, the data,

2. comparing example 1 with example 3 shows that the change in process parameters has little effect on the conventional stability of the product;
3. comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1 and 2, it can be seen that pickering composition A, symReboot alone TM The conventional stability of the L19 product is slightly poor, and the L19 product has good conventional stability when the L19 product and the L19 product are compounded for use, so that the L19 product and the L19 product have good synergistic stability;
4. comparing example 1 with comparative examples 4, 8-10, it is shown that the compositions of the present invention still achieve better conventional stability than conventional emulsifiers and conventional pickering emulsifier products at low levels, indicating that the compositions of the present invention are more emulsion stable and have lower levels of use.
Experimental example 3: skin moisture loss (TEWL) test
Skin moisture loss test comparative experiments were performed on example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3:
test instrument: a multifunctional skin tester, probe model Tewameter TM300, from CK, germany.
The test principle is as follows: FICK law of diffusion: dm/dt=d.a. dp/dx. The amount of water emitted from the skin is measured directly by two sets of temperature and humidity sensors. The TEWL value is an important sign of whether the skin barrier is good or bad, and the lower the TEWL value of the skin is, the better the barrier function of the skin is, whereas the worse the skin barrier function is, the larger the reduction of the skin water loss is, and the better the effect of skin barrier repair is.
The testing method comprises the following steps: 80 dry skin groups were selected, aged 20-45 years, and randomly divided into 16 groups of 5. Any product (cosmetics, external medicines, and oral health products) cannot be used 15 days before the tested part. Prior to the test, the subjects were asked to rinse the face and enter a climate controlled chamber (22±1 ℃, 50% relative humidity) for more than 20 minutes 2 hours after rinsing and remain relaxed.
In the test, a half face test is carried out according to a random table, the left and right nasolabial folds of the volunteer are selected for water loss TEWL value test, and the average value of 3 values is taken as the data (d 0) of the water content of the left and right nasolabial folds and the data (d 0) of the water loss TEWL value of the nasolabial folds skin. After the test, the volunteers were required to use them (once in the morning and evening after cleansing) for 28 days and the testers were required to return at the test day 28 (d 28).
As shown in fig. 3, the application example 1 has a good effect of reducing the loss of skin moisture compared with the comparison examples 1 to 3, and particularly, the combination of the pickering emulsion stabilizing composition and the white pool seed oil has a certain synergistic effect, which indicates that the application example 1 has a good skin repair effect.
Experimental example 4: visia-CR facial red area analysis
A healthy female subject in China is selected with an age ranging from 30 to 40 years old. The product was continuously used for 4 weeks (D28) before the subjects used application example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 3 (D0), using the following method: after cleansing, the subjects were taken a photograph of their faces with a Visia-CR, each time in the morning and evening. And performing image analysis on the red region picture acquired and derived by the VISIA-CR to obtain a facial red region analysis a. The greater the red area analysis a value, the more severe the redness of the skin. The results are shown in fig. 4, and there was a clear lightening and reduction of the red area of the face of the subject who had been applied after 28 days with the liposomal cream with repair efficacy of application example 1.
As can be seen from fig. 4, application example 1 has a good effect of reducing red areas of the skin and face compared with comparative examples 1 to 3, and in particular, the combination of the pickering emulsion stabilizing composition and the white pool seed oil has a certain synergistic effect, which indicates that example 1 has a good skin repair effect.
