The invention utilizes the basic functions of relieving, resisting inflammation and removing free radicals of the first extract mixture to cooperate with tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate with better acne removing function, so that the first extract mixture has obvious acne removing function. Meanwhile, the invention also provides an acne-removing and repairing mask.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of new daily chemical materials, in particular to an acne-removing composition and a mask based on extracts of pseudo-ginseng roots, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flowers and eucommia bark.
Background
CN113679641a discloses a mask added with peony extract and a preparation method thereof. The mask raw material comprises the following components: peony extract, nicotinamide, inositol, oil-soluble vitamin E, an emulsifier, golden chamomile, honeysuckle, pseudo-ginseng root, eucommia bark, glycerin, low-molecular hyaluronic acid, an antibacterial agent and deionized water. The skin whitening and tendering mask is formed by mixing the peony fresh flower stock solution, peony seed oil, golden chamomile, inositol, low-molecular hyaluronic acid, honeysuckle, pseudo-ginseng root and other substances to form a compound, so that the skin whitening and tendering mask suitable for modern women can effectively improve the antioxidation capability of skin, and sufficient moisture is injected into the skin to prevent the moisture in the skin cuticle from evaporating, so that the loaded plant essence is easy to absorb, the facial moistening is maintained, the whitening and restoration effects are good, free radicals in the skin can be effectively removed, the accelerated aging of the facial skin is avoided, the facial wrinkles are reduced, and the skin aging resisting and delaying effects are ideal.
The description is as follows: when the mask liquid containing the peony seed oil and the sweet almond oil is matched with mask paper for use, the mask paper tightly wraps the skin, so that the skin is isolated from the outside air, moisture slowly permeates into the stratum corneum of the epidermis, the absorption of the mask liquid by the skin is promoted, the blood microcirculation of the deep layer of the skin is accelerated, the vitality of cells of each layer of the epidermis is increased, the moisture in the film is prevented from being lost quickly, the skin elasticity is increased, and the effects of tightening, lifting, wrinkle resistance, aging resistance, inflammation diminishing and toxin expelling are achieved.
The extracts of pseudo-ginseng root, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flower and eucommia bark are clearly described in the scheme.
CN112494408A discloses a whitening and anti-inflammatory mask liquid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the mask liquid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-25 parts of snakegourd fruit pulp extract, 3-6 parts of snakegourd fruit seed essential oil, 1-3 parts of grape seed oil, 5-10 parts of black garlic extract, 1-2 parts of tetrahydrocurcumin, 1-4 parts of glycerol, 30-40 parts of deionized water, 15-20 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1-3 parts of antibacterial agent, 0.05-0.1 part of poly (acryl-dimethyl-ammonium taurate), 0.5-1 part of EDTA disodium, 1-2 parts of emulsifying agent and 1-2 parts of thickening agent. Compared with the prior art, the mask liquid has no toxic or side effect and has better functions of diminishing inflammation, resisting acne, resisting oxidation, whitening and the like.
The description is as follows: tetrahydrocurcumin is a natural functional whitening raw material, has strong activity of inhibiting tyrosinase, and has better whitening effect than arbutin; can effectively inhibit the generation of free radicals and remove the generated free radicals, and has obvious antioxidation effect. In addition, the snakegourd fruit extract, the black garlic extract and the tetrahydrocurcumin have excellent inhibition effects on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, streptococcus viridis and the like, and particularly have obvious inhibition effects on propionibacterium acnes.
It is known from the prior art that the anti-acne function of tetrahydrocurcumin is demonstrated.
The technical problem to be solved by the scheme is as follows: how to improve the acne-removing effect of the composition.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an acne-removing composition based on extracts of pseudo-ginseng roots, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flowers and eucommia bark, and the first extract mixture has the basic functions of relieving, resisting inflammation and removing free radicals, and can have obvious acne-removing function by cooperating with the tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate with better acne-removing function.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides an acne-removing and repairing mask.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
an acne-removing composition based on extracts of pseudo-ginseng root, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flower and eucommia bark is characterized by comprising a first extract mixture, tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate;
the first extract mixture contains pseudo-ginseng root extract, golden chamomile extract, honeysuckle flower extract and eucommia bark extract;
the weight ratio of the first extract mixture to the tetrahydrocurcumin to the snail secretion filtrate is 5000:5-20:5-20.
In the acne-removing composition, the first extract mixture contains 5-20wt% of pseudo-ginseng root extract, 5-20wt% of chamomile extract, 5-20wt% of honeysuckle extract, 5-20wt% of eucommia bark extract and the balance of water and polyalcohol.
The acne-removing composition further comprises a salicylic acid preparation; the salicylic acid preparation is a product with a commodity name of AcneClear SACD 40 provided by Hangzhou Wang Biotechnology Co., ltd; the weight ratio of salicylic acid preparation to the first extract mixture is 0.5-1.5:1.
The acne-removing composition further comprises a hyaluronic acid preparation, wherein the hyaluronic acid preparation is one or more of sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate hydrolysis and sodium hyaluronate; the weight ratio of the first extract mixture to the hyaluronic acid preparation is 5000:5-20.
The acne-removing composition further comprises a yeast essence extract, wherein the yeast essence extract is a product with a trade name of yeast essence extract E100 provided by Angel Yeast Co., ltd; the weight ratio of the yeast essence extract to the first extract mixture is 0.5-1.5:1.
The acne removing composition further comprises one or more of L-arginine, purslane extract, white willow bark extract, cordate houttuynia extract, fructus forsythiae extract, sodium hyaluronate crosslinked polymer, tremella extract, kaempferia galangal root extract, peppermint extract, bighead atractylodes rhizome extract, EDTA disodium, hydroxyethyl cellulose, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, polysorbate-60, 1, 2-pentanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol, octanoyl hydroxamic acid and phenoxyethanol.
Meanwhile, the invention also discloses an acne-removing and repairing mask, which comprises the acne-removing composition, wherein the first extract mixture in the acne-removing and repairing mask accounts for 0.2-1wt%.
The acne-removing and repairing mask further comprises:
0.3-0.5wt% of xanthan gum;
glycerol 1-3wt%;
allantoin 0.1-0.3wt%;
0.5-1.5wt% of panthenol;
3-5wt% of dipropylene glycol;
AcneClear SACD 40 0.01-0.08wt%;
0.2-0.4wt% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
0.2-0.4wt% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
0.2-0.4wt% of butanediol;
PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer 0.5-1.5wt%;
the balance of water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the first extract mixture has the basic functions of relieving, resisting inflammation and removing free radicals, has a certain effect on acne removal, but the acne removal performance is not obvious by singly using the first extract mixture, and can achieve very excellent acne removal effect after being compounded with a small amount of tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate;
the acne removing effect after the compounding can be comparable to the effect of the combination of the first extract mixture and the desmethylsuccinate and Pi Aoning.

The mask formula is used on a non-woven fabric mask and is processed according to a conventional processing method in the field;

The above mask was prepared using the acne-removing compositions of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6;
examples 1 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were prepared to obtain sample 1, comparative sample 2, comparative sample 3, comparative sample 4, comparative sample 5 and comparative sample 6, respectively.
Performance testing
1. Propionibacterium acnes inhibition test
The products of example 1, example 4, example 5 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were diluted with water at a concentration of 0.5%, respectively, to obtain solutions;
propionibacterium acnes at 1X 10 6 Inoculating the culture medium with the same volume as the blank control into a 96-well plate, adding the solution, and culturing for 48 hours in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃ under anaerobic condition. And measuring the absorbance at 600nm by using an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and dividing the absorbance by the blank group according to the difference value of the absorbance between the blank group and the experimental group to obtain the inhibition rate.

The in vitro bacteriostasis experiment can obtain that:
the inhibition rate of tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate to propionibacterium acnes is important, and compared with examples 1 and 2 and 6, the tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate have independent antibacterial effects, and the inhibition effect to propionibacterium acnes is obvious under the condition of constant total control amount;
the pseudo-ginseng root, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flower and eucommia bark extract may have a more excellent antibacterial effect than the combination of other extracts;
it can be seen from a comparison of example 4 and comparative example 4 that if the amount of tetrahydrocurcumin, snail secretion filtrate is further increased in the formulation of the present invention, the antibacterial effect may be comparable to that of melezine, pi Aoning.
The antibacterial effect of comparative examples 3-5 was superior to examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1 and 2, at least demonstrating that the antibacterial properties of desipramine, pi Aoning were superior to tetrahydrocurcumin, poxosulfine.
2. Evaluation of radical scavenging Effect
Test method
(1) Treatment of control and test samples
Sample: diluting with pure water to a sample concentration of 0.5%;
positive control (vitamin E, purity > 96%): diluting with 95% ethanol to a positive control concentration of 0.5%;
negative control: pure water.
(2) Test procedure
Setting up a sample tube, a sample background tube, a DPPH tube and a solvent background tube, setting up 3 parallel tubes in each group, adding different reagent solutions into the four groups respectively, slightly and uniformly shaking, and standing for 5 minutes at room temperature. Each set of reaction solutions was transferred to a 1cm cuvette and absorbance was measured at 517 nm.
(3) Calculation formula

Wherein: t is the absorbance of the sample tube, namely the absorbance of the solution after the reaction of the sample and DPPH;

(4) Data analysis
The statistical analysis software is SPSS, and the comparison among the test sample, the positive control substance and the negative control substance DPPH free radical clearance rate adopts independent sample detection.

3. Volunteer acne removal effect evaluation
The test refers to an evaluation method of T/TDCA 004-2021 'cosmetic acne-removing efficacy test method', and a human efficacy evaluation test is carried out on the anti-wrinkle efficacy of a sample, wherein 70 subjects participate in the test, wherein 0 person is withdrawn, and 70 effective subjects exist.

4. Test results
Before the test, the average value of the a values of the skin of the 8 groups of subjects is in the range of 12.7+/-0.3, which indicates that the skin conditions of the 8 groups of subjects are uniformly distributed, and the results of the 8 groups of subjects have referenceability;

1. the propionibacterium acnes inhibition test shows that the tetrahydrocurcumin, the snail secretion filtrate and the first extract have synergistic antibacterial effect; the tetrahydrocurcumin and the first extract have synergistic antibacterial effect; the snail secretion filtrate and the first extract have synergistic antibacterial effect; the synergistic antibacterial effect among tetrahydrocurcumin, snail secretion filtrate and the first extract can be matched with that of desipramine and Pi Aoning.

the extract of chamomile can play roles in soothing the skin, repairing the sensitive skin, reducing red blood streaks, adjusting uneven skin color and the like; in addition, the chamomile skin care product is suitable for sensitive, dry and greasy skin with water deficiency, and can play a role in well soothing and repairing sensitive skin;

Claims (8)
1. An acne-removing composition based on extracts of pseudo-ginseng root, golden chamomile, honeysuckle flower and eucommia bark is characterized by comprising a first extract mixture, tetrahydrocurcumin and snail secretion filtrate;
the first extract mixture contains pseudo-ginseng root extract, golden chamomile extract, honeysuckle flower extract and eucommia bark extract;
the weight ratio of the first extract mixture to the tetrahydrocurcumin to the snail secretion filtrate is 5000:5-20:5-20.
2. The acne-removing composition according to claim 1, wherein the first extract mixture contains 5-20wt% of notoginseng root extract, 5-20wt% of golden chamomile extract, 5-20wt% of honeysuckle extract, 5-20wt% of eucommia bark extract, and the balance water and polyhydric alcohol.
3. The acne-removing composition of claim 1, further comprising a salicylic acid formulation; the salicylic acid preparation is a product with a commodity name of AcneClear SACD 40 provided by Hangzhou Wang Biotechnology Co., ltd; the weight ratio of salicylic acid preparation to the first extract mixture is 0.5-1.5:1.

The acne-removing composition of claim 1, further comprising a hyaluronic acid preparation, wherein the hyaluronic acid preparation is one or more of sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate hydrolysate, sodium hyaluronate; the weight ratio of the first extract mixture to the hyaluronic acid preparation is 5000:5-20.
5. The acne-removing composition of claim 1, further comprising a yeast extract, said yeast extract being a product offered by Angel yeast Co., ltd under the trade name of yeast extract E100; the weight ratio of the yeast essence extract to the first extract mixture is 0.5-1.5:1.

The acne-removing composition of claim 1, further comprising one or more of L-arginine, purslane extract, white willow bark extract, houttuynia cordata extract, forsythia fruit extract, sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, tremella extract, kaempferia galangal root extract, peppermint extract, atractylodes macrocephala rhizome extract, disodium EDTA, hydroxyethylcellulose, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, polysorbate-60, 1, 2-pentanediol, ethylhexyl glycerol, octanoyl hydroxamic acid, phenoxyethanol.
7. An acne-removing and repairing mask, which is characterized by comprising the acne-removing composition according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the proportion of the first extract mixture in the acne-removing and repairing mask is 0.2-1wt%.
8. The acne-removing and repairing mask of claim 7, further comprising:
0.3-0.5wt% of xanthan gum;
glycerol 1-3wt%;
allantoin 0.1-0.3wt%;
0.5-1.5wt% of panthenol;
3-5wt% of dipropylene glycol;
AcneClear SACD 40.01-0.08 wt%; 0.2-0.4wt% of p-hydroxyacetophenone;
0.2-0.4wt% of 1, 2-hexanediol;
0.2-0.4wt% of butanediol;
PEG/PPG-17/6 copolymer 0.5-1.5wt%; the balance of water.
