技术领域
涉及一种脂环式醇、其制造方法、含有该脂环式醇的脂环式醇组合物以及香料组合物。
背景技术
已知脂环式醇中有一些可作为调合香料原料使用。例如,非专利文献1记载了具有花香的对异丙基环己基甲醇(铃兰醇)、具有带薄荷味的丁香、玫瑰、天竺葵的花香的对异丙基环己醇、具有令人想起风信子、铃兰的清新植物花香的2,4-二甲基-3-环己烯-1-甲醇等可作为调合香料原料使用,作为用途,记载了护肤产品等。
另外,专利文献1公开了一种具有带来清爽清新感的优异花植类香气的脂环式醇化合物。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
作为香料使用的脂环式醇如上所述,以包括护肤产品在内的化妆品为主,在香水类产品、洗涤剂、杂货、药品、食品等各种领域中使用。为了提高产品的价值,新香味的研发还在进行,谋求具有新香味的香料。
为此,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种脂环式醇,该脂环式醇具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带柔和的木香的复合香味,且残香性优异,进而可在调合香料中为花香和木香赋予扩散性,可作为香料使用,也可作为调合香料的原料使用。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等合成、混配了各种脂环式醇和包含多种脂环式醇的组合物,对其香气进行了评价,发现特定的脂环式醇和包含该脂环式醇的组合物具有优异的香调,进而作为调合香料的原料也优异,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明如下。

[3]一种脂环式醇组合物,其含有下述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如下述式(2)所示的脂环式醇。

发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种脂环式醇,其具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带柔和的木香的复合香味,且残香性优异,因此可作为香料使用,进而由于可在调合香料中为花香和木香赋予扩散性,因此还可作为调合香料的原料使用。
具体实施方式
[如式(1)所示的脂环式醇]
本发明的如下述式(1)所示的脂环式醇为(4-异丙基-2-甲基环己基)甲醇。
如式(1)所示的脂环式醇具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带柔和的木香的复合香味,且残香性优异,因此可作为香料使用。进而,由于可在调合香料中为花香和木香赋予扩散性,因此还可作为调合香料的原料使用。
如式(1)所示的脂环式醇优选通过后述的制造方法得到。
[脂环式醇组合物]
本发明的脂环式醇组合物含有如下述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如下述式(2)所示的脂环式醇。如下述式(1)所示的脂环式醇为前述的(4-异丙基-2-甲基环己基)甲醇。
<如式(2)所示的脂环式醇>
本发明的脂环式醇组合物中所含的如式(2)所示的脂环式醇为(2-异丙基-4-甲基环己基)甲醇。如式(2)所示的脂环式醇也可作为香料使用。
<脂环式醇组合物的组成等>
本发明的脂环式醇组合物中的如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇的总含量优选为95质量%以上,更优选为96质量%以上,更优选为97质量%以上。上限值并无限制,为100质量%以下即可。
本发明的脂环式醇组合物中的如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇的含量优选为85质量%以上,更优选为87质量%以上,更优选为90质量%以上,另外,优选为98质量%以下,更优选为97质量%以下,更优选为95质量%以下。
本发明的脂环式醇组合物中的如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇的含量优选为2质量%以上,更优选为5质量%以上,另外,优选为15质量%以下,更优选为13质量%以下,更优选为10质量%以下。
本发明的脂环式醇组合物中的如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇的质量比[(1)/(2)]优选为85/15~98/2,更优选为87/13~97/3,进一步优选为87/13~95/5,更进一步优选为90/10~95/5。
本发明的脂环式醇组合物还可以含有如下述式(3)所示的脂环式醇。
本发明的脂环式醇组合物中包含如所述式(3)所示的脂环式醇的情况下,组合物中的如所述式(3)所示的脂环式醇的含量优选为0.1质量%以上,更优选为1质量%以上,另外,优选为3质量%以下,更优选为2质量%以下。
具有以上组成的本发明的脂环式醇组合物具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带木香的香味,可作为香料使用。另外,也可作为调合香料(香料组合物)的原料使用,可以作为各种产品的香气成分使用。
[香料组合物]
本发明的香料组合物含有所述脂环式醇或所述脂环式醇组合物。
即,本发明的第一实施方式的香料组合物含有如下述式(1)所示的脂环式醇。
本发明的香料组合物中的所述脂环式醇的含量根据香料组合物的种类、目标香气的种类和香气强度等适当调整即可,优选为0.01~90质量%,更优选为0.1~50质量%。
另外,本发明的第二实施方式的香料组合物含有脂环式醇组合物,所述脂环式醇组合物含有如下述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如下述式(2)所示的脂环式醇。
本发明的第二实施方式的香料组合物中的如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇的质量比[(1)/(2)]优选为85/15~98/2,更优选为87/13~97/3,进一步优选为87/13~95/5,更进一步优选为90/10~95/5。
进而,本发明的第二实施方式的香料组合物还可以含有如下述式(3)所示的脂环式醇。
本发明的香料组合物中的所述脂环式醇组合物的含量根据香料组合物的种类、目标香气的种类和香气强度等适当调整即可,优选为0.01~90质量%,更优选为0.1~50质量%。

为了赋予香气和改良配混对象物的香气,本发明的香料组合物可以作为香水化妆品、健康卫生材料、杂货、饮料、食品、类药品、药品等各种产品的香气成分使用。
本发明的香料组合物可作为例如香水、古龙水类等赋香产品;洗发水、护发素类、养发剂、发膏类、美发慕丝、发胶、润发油、发用喷雾等毛发用化妆品;化妆水、美容液、乳霜、乳液、面膜、粉底、卸妆水、口红、上妆类化妆品等皮肤用化妆品;洗碗剂、洗衣剂、家用清洗剂、玻璃清洁剂、柔顺剂、漂白剂、芳香剂、杀虫剂等卫生用产品;牙膏、漱口水、泡浴剂、止汗剂、烫发剂等类药品;纸制品等杂货;药品;食品等的香气成分使用。
上述产品中的本发明的香料组合物的含量根据各产品所需的香气强度等适当调整即可,优选为0.001~50质量%,更优选为0.01~20质量%。
另外,本发明的第三实施方式的香料组合物含有如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇。如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇也可以作为调合香料(香料组合物)的原料使用,香料组合物中如式(2)所示的脂环式醇的含量优选为0.01~90质量%,更优选为0.1~50质量%,作为可以与各脂环式醇组合使用的香料成分的例子,可列举出如上所述的物质。
另外,这些产品中的该香料组合物的含量分别优选为0.001~50质量%,更优选为0.01~20质量%。
[脂环式醇的制造方法和脂环式醇组合物的制造方法]
构成本发明的脂环式醇组合物的脂环式醇可以通过任何制造方法得到,但优选通过对如下述通式(4)所示的芳香族醛进行氢化而得到如下述通式(5)所示的脂环式醇的制造方法来得到。
在此,如通式(4)所示的芳香族醛包括如下述式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛、如下述式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛和如下述式(4-3)所示的芳香族醛等。
根据本制造方法,可以由如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛得到如式(1)所示的脂环式醇,可以由如式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛得到如式(2)所示的脂环式醇,可以由如式(4-3)所示的芳香族醛得到如式(3)所示的脂环式醇。
本发明的脂环式醇组合物含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如式(2)所示的脂环式醇,作为原料,可以对如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛和如式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛的混合物进行氢化而直接得到组合物,也可以在得到各个脂环式醇之后,进行混合而得到组合物。
如所述通式(5)所示的脂环式醇包括如式(1)所示的脂环式醇、如式(2)所示的脂环式醇和如式(3)所示的脂环式醇。
作为氢化反应原料的如通式(4)所示的芳香族醛可以通过任何方法得到,但优选为如下式所示,由伞花烃(异丙基甲苯)使用超强酸使其甲酰化而合成。
获得用于本发明制造方法的如式(4)所示的芳香族醛时的甲酰化优选为在超强酸的存在下使伞花烃与一氧化碳反应的方法,具体而言,优选为在HF/BF3等布朗斯特酸和路易斯酸的存在下使伞花烃与一氧化碳反应的方法。
作为布朗斯特酸和路易斯酸使用HF/BF3时,HF的用量相对于作为原料的伞花烃优选为5~25摩尔倍,BF3的用量相对于作为原料的伞花烃优选为0.2~2.5摩尔倍。
反应温度优选为-30~10℃。
反应优选在加压下进行,反应压力优选为1.0~3.0MPaG。
反应时间优选为0.2~5小时。
对于作为原料使用的伞花烃,虽然使用间伞花烃时,可高收率地得到如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛,但如果是基于上述反应条件的甲酰化,由对伞花烃也可以高收率地得到如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛。
使用对伞花烃进行甲酰化的情况下,作为副产物,可得到如所述式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛。由此,通过使用对伞花烃作为原料,能够得到包含作为本发明的脂环式醇组合物原料的如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛和如式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛的芳香族醛混合物。
与间伞花烃相比,对伞花烃可以廉价地获取,因此优选使对伞花烃、或对伞花烃与间伞花烃的混合物甲酰化,得到主产物为如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛的芳香族醛混合物,对其进行蒸馏而高纯度地得到如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛,其为如式(1)所示的脂环式醇的原料。
另外,优选通过使对伞花烃、或对伞花烃与间伞花烃的混合物甲酰化而得到包含如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛和如式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛的芳香族醛混合物,从而直接作为含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如式(2)所示的脂环式醇的脂环式醇组合物的原料使用。
作为调整芳香族醛混合物的比率的方法,调整作为原料的间伞花烃与对伞花烃的比率,或调整使用对伞花烃的甲酰化反应的条件即可。也可以通过对得到的芳香族醛混合物进行蒸馏来调整比率。这样,能够得到以任意比例含有如式(4-1)所示的芳香族醛和如式(4-2)所示的芳香族醛的芳香族醛混合物。另外,作为副产物包含如式(4-3)所示的芳香族醛。
如此得到的芳香族醛或芳香族醛混合物可以直接用于氢化反应,也可以通过进一步纯化,提升目标芳香族醛的纯度,调整至目标比率。
本发明的制造方法中的氢化反应的反应条件并无特别限制,优选将所述的芳香族醛或芳香族醛混合物、氢化催化剂、根据需要添加的溶剂等放入压力容器内,导入氢。
本反应中使用的氢化催化剂为常规用于氢化的金属催化剂即可,具体而言,可列举出钌催化剂、钯催化剂、铂催化剂、钴催化剂、镍催化剂,从可使芳香环和醛基同时氢化的角度出发,优选为选自由钌催化剂、钯催化剂、铂催化剂组成的组中的至少1个,更优选为钌催化剂。
作为金属催化剂的载体,可列举出活性炭、氧化铝、硅藻土等,优选为活性炭。
本反应中,可以使用溶剂,优选使用脂环烃化合物、饱和脂肪族烃化合物这种对氢化反应没有影响的溶剂。需要说明的是,优选实质上不使用溶剂,因为可以省略溶剂去除工序。
本反应中使用的氢无需使用特别纯化的产品,工业用级别即可。反应时的氢压优选为2.0~20.0MPa,更优选为3.0~15.0MPa,进一步优选为5.0~10.0MPa。
反应温度优选为80~150℃,更优选为110~140℃。在该范围时,可以抑制羟基的氢化分解,高收率地得到目标物,因此优选。
氢化反应优选使芳香环和醛基同时氢化,一步得到目标脂环式醇或脂环式醇组合物,但也可以分别进行芳香环和醛基的氢化,将反应分两步进行。
如此得到的脂环式醇或脂环式醇组合物优选通过蒸馏来纯化。蒸馏条件根据蒸馏时的压力和温度来适当调整即可。
这样,能够得到含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇、或含有如式(2)所示的脂环式醇、或含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如式(2)所示的脂环式醇这两者的脂环式醇组合物。这些可以分别作为香料使用,也可以按任意比率混合使用。其中,优选制成按上述比率含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如式(2)所示的脂环式醇的脂环式醇组合物。
得到的如式(1)所示的脂环式醇具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带柔和的木香的复合香味,可作为香料使用,进而,由于可以为调合香料赋予残香性和扩散性,因此也可以作为调合香料(香料组合物)的原料使用。另外,如式(2)所示的脂环式醇也可作为香料使用。另外,含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如式(2)所示的脂环式醇这两者的脂环式醇组合物具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带木香的香味,可作为香料使用。
实施例
基于以下所示的实施例对本发明进行具体说明,但本发明不限于这些实施例。
<气相色谱分析法(组成比)>
制造例和实施例中得到的产物的组成比通过基于以下条件的气相色谱法来求出。

使用纳克驱动式搅拌机和上部具备3个入口喷嘴、底部具备1个出口喷嘴、可通过套管控制内部温度的500mL高压釜作为甲酰化反应器。套管中流动有制冷剂,在冷却至-25℃的高压釜中投入氟化氢126.5g(6.32摩尔)。然后,一边搅拌,一边调整温度不超过-25℃,加入三氟化硼42.6g(0.63摩尔)。加入三氟化硼后,将高压釜内的温度保持在-25℃的状态下,用一氧化碳升压至2MPaG,加入间对混合伞花烃(异丙基甲苯,间:对(摩尔比)=68.3:31.7)56.7g(0.42摩尔)。
一边保持温度-25℃、压力2MPaG一边搅拌45分钟后,将高压釜内的反应混合液抽出到冰水中。将抽出的液体充分摇晃混合后,分液出油层。水洗所得到的油层部分,得到粗芳香族醛混合物。
将得到的粗芳香族醛混合物用理论级数20级的蒸馏塔进行低沸点成分的去除。蒸馏塔压力设为15torr,馏去低沸点成分直至馏出温度达到126℃,从馏出温度到达126℃的时间点开始进行馏分的回收,得到以质量比91:7:2的比例含有4-异丙基-2-甲基苯甲醛(式(4-1))、2-异丙基-4-甲基苯甲醛(式(4-2))、5-异丙基-2-甲基苯甲醛(式(4-3))的芳香族醛混合物。
实施例1(脂环式醇组合物的制造)
用制造例1中得到的芳香族醛混合物进行氢化反应。
将芳香族醛混合物150.0g和含水率54.7%的5质量%Ru/C催化剂16.5g(干重量7.5g)投入500mL的高压釜内,用氮和氢对反应器内进行置换后,导入氢使得氢压为8.0MPa,在反应温度140℃下一边实施搅拌一边进行6小时反应,得到脂环式醇组合物。反应的终点为氢消耗结束。
得到的脂环式醇组合物为以质量比91:7:2的比例含有(4-异丙基-2-甲基环己基)甲醇(式(1))、(2-异丙基-4-甲基环己基)甲醇(式(2))、(5-异丙基-2-甲基环己基)甲醇(式(3))的脂环式醇组合物。
得到的脂环式醇组合物具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带木香的香味。
实施例2(脂环式醇的制造)
首先,与实施例1同样地得到脂环式醇组合物。
将得到的脂环式醇组合物用理论级数200级的精馏塔进行精馏(馏出温度121℃,真空度10torr),以98.5质量%的纯度得到脂环式醇(4-异丙基-2-甲基环己基)甲醇(式(1))。
得到的脂环式醇具有含铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带有檀木般的柔和的木香的复合香味。
以下示出脂环式醇(4-异丙基-2-甲基环己基)甲醇(式(1))的分析结果。
(NMR分析结果)
1H NMR(600MHz,CDCl3)δ2H 3.72(dd,J=4.8及10.8Hz),3.59(dd,J=9.9Hz),3.42~3.52(m);1H 2.05~2.15(m),1.97(dq,J=3.2及13.5Hz),1.86(dq,J=3.4及12.6);3H0.94(d,J=7.2Hz);6H 0.85(dd,J=1.2及6.6Hz);9H 0.90~1.80(m)
(GC-MS分析结果)
GC-MS m/z=152(3),137(5),124(5),109(100),95(19),83(52),67(61),55(53)
实施例3和比较例1~2(瑞香型的香料组合物)
向如表1所示的调合香料基料(瑞香型)中添加实施例2中得到的脂环式醇10质量份,进行香气评价。需要说明的是,将代替所述脂环式醇添加了10质量份二丙二醇的调合香料作为比较例1,将代替所述脂环式醇添加了10质量份羟基香茅醛(3,7-二甲基-7-羟基辛醛,具有铃兰的花香)的调合香料作为比较例2,与实施例3的调合香料同样地进行香气评价,与实施例3的调合香料进行比较。

实施例3的香料组合物与比较例1的香料组合物相比,茉莉般的花香增强的同时,带有柔和的木香。
另外,实施例3的香料组合物与比较例2的香料组合物相比,整体的香味框架浓厚。另外,实施例3的香料组合物与比较例2的香料组合物相比,被赋予了柔和的木香。需要说明的是,比较例2的香料组合物与比较例1的香料组合物相比,铃兰的花香增强。
实施例4和比较例3~4(柑橘木的香料组合物)
向如表2所示的调合香料基料(柑橘木)中添加实施例2中得到的脂环式醇12质量份,进行香气评价。需要说明的是,将代替所述脂环式醇添加了12质量份二丙二醇的调合香料作为比较例3,将代替所述脂环式醇添加了12质量份雪松醇(八氢-3,6,8,8-四甲基-1H,具有雪松的木香)的调合香料作为比较例4。

实施例4的香料组合物与比较例3的香料组合物相比,柑橘木的果汁感增加,檀木般的柔和的木香增强,且香味的扩散性和残香性更高。
另外,比较例4的香料组合物与比较例3的香料组合物相比,木香增强,而实施例4的香料组合物与比较例4的香料组合物相比更进一步增强了檀木般的柔和的木香,柑橘木的果汁感增加,且香味的扩散性和残香性更高。
如实施例2所示,可知本发明的如式(1)所示的脂环式醇具有花香和残香带柔和的木香的复合香味,且残香性优异,因此可作为香料使用。
实施例3和4的香料组合物与比较例的香料组合物相比可知,花香和木香增强,残香性和扩散性优异。由此可知,本发明的如式(1)所示的脂环式醇与其它的具有花香、木香的物质相比,可为调合香料赋予高扩散性,更可赋予残香性,因此还可作为调合香料的原料使用。另外可知,含有扩散性优异的如式(1)所示的脂环式醇的香料组合物还可作为各种产品的赋香成分使用。
进而,如实施例1所示,可知含有如式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如式(2)所示的脂环式醇的本发明的脂环式醇组合物也具有铃兰、茉莉、玫瑰的花香和残香带木香的香味,可作为香料使用。
Claims (11)
2.一种香料组合物,其含有权利要求1所述的脂环式醇。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的脂环式醇组合物,其中,如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇的总含量为95质量%以上。
6.根据权利要求3~5中任一项所述的脂环式醇组合物,其中,如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇的含量为85质量%以上且98质量%以下。
7.根据权利要求3~6中任一项所述的脂环式醇组合物,其中,所述脂环式醇组合物中的如所述式(1)所示的脂环式醇和如所述式(2)所示的脂环式醇的质量比[(1)/(2)]为85/15~98/2。
8.一种香料组合物,其含有权利要求3~7中任一项所述的脂环式醇组合物。
10.一种香料组合物,其含有权利要求9所述的脂环式醇。
