Abstract
本发明公开了一种三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:改性有机硅5%~30%、蜡乳液5%~15%、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚5%~10%、仲烷基磺酸钠1%~5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.3%、杀菌剂0.1%~0.3%、去离子水39.4%~87.8%。本发明的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂具有耐热性好、润滑性优异、成膜效果好的特点,可用于三元乙丙橡胶等橡胶产品的脱模,脱模效果显著,且能明显改善橡胶产品光洁度和完整性。

技术领域
本发明涉及脱模剂技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
三元乙丙橡胶是乙烯(Ethylene)、丙烯(Propylene)和乙叉降冰片烯(ENB)或双环戊二烯(DCPD)合成的三元共聚物。具有良好的耐臭氧型、耐酸碱、冲击弹性、耐化学腐蚀性等突出的特点,主要应用于胶粘剂、电线电缆护套、防腐衬里、胶带、防水建材、家用电器配件、高档汽车密封条等领域,也可以做塑料改性用等市场方向。
脱模剂在橡胶、塑胶、EVA成型过程中使用,能迅速达到离模清洁的脱模作用。关于三元乙丙橡胶压铸脱模剂,国内市场常选用矿物油和动物油作为基础油,存在高温不稳定和润滑性能差等特点;二甲基硅油作为第二代脱模剂材料是以其强大的低表面张力、耐热性好、溶解度参数低为基础,但是具有极性较小,难乳化、稳定性差的缺陷。经过改性的有机硅可以降低乳化难度,使其乳液具有优良的高温成膜性、冷却润滑性,所得橡胶表面光洁,使用方便,保护作业环境,但目前尚无系统研究。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题进行,目的在于提供一种耐热性好、润滑性优异、成膜效果好的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂。本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种耐热性好、润滑性优异、成膜效果好的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:
余量为去离子水,优选39.4%~87.8%。
优选的,改性有机硅为长链烷基改性有机硅乳液、聚醚改性有机硅、羟基改性有机硅中的至少一种。本发明实施例中选用的长链烷基改性有机硅乳液的牌号为Shinchem SF9700,聚醚改性有机硅的牌号为Shinchem SF 310。
优选的,所述蜡乳液为聚乙烯蜡乳液,棕榈蜡乳液,蜜蜡乳液中的的至少一种为乳液。本发明实施例中选用聚乙烯蜡乳液和棕榈蜡乳液的牌号为Shinchem WAX 2240、Shinchem WAX 116。
优选的,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种,优选AEO-7、AEO-9等中的至少一种。
优选的,所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷、有机硅酮中的至少一种。本发明实施例中选用的牌号为Shinchem AF 30、ShinchemAF3722。
优选的,杀菌剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中的至少一种。本发明实施例中选用的牌号为ACTICID MV,是5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮与2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物。
进一步,本发明还提供了一种三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按照所述配比将改性有机硅、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、消泡剂、杀菌剂搅拌均匀,然后分批缓慢加入去离子水搅拌,最后加入蜡乳液,获得三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点和有益效果:
本发明的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂具有耐热性好、润滑性优异、成膜效果好的特点,可用于三元乙丙橡胶等橡胶产品的脱模,脱模效果显著,且能明显改善铸件产品光洁度和完整性。

本发明实施例所用长链烷基改性有机硅乳液Shinchem SF 9700、聚醚改性有机硅Shinchem SF 309购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司。
本发明实施例所用聚乙烯蜡乳液和棕榈蜡乳液Shinchem WAX 2240、ShinchemWAX 116购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司。
本发明实施例所用异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚均购自江苏省海安石油化工厂。
本发明实施例所用仲烷基磺酸钠Emulgator E30购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司。
本发明实施例所用消泡剂ShinchemAF 30、Shinchem AF 3722购自上海氟聚化学产品股份有限公司。
本发明实施例所用杀菌剂ACTICID MV购自广州杜韦贸易有限公司。
实施例一
本实施例提供的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:5%长链烷基改性有机硅乳液Shinchem SF 9700、5%聚乙烯蜡乳液Shinchem WAX 2240、1%异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、1%仲烷基磺酸钠、0.1%消泡剂Shinchem AF 30、0.1%杀菌剂ACTICIDMV,是5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮与2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮的混合物,余量为87.8%去离子水。
制备时,按照配比将长链烷基改性有机硅乳液Shinchem SF 9700、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、消泡剂、杀菌剂搅拌均匀,然后分批缓慢加入去离子水搅拌,最后加入聚乙烯蜡乳液,获得三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂。
实施例二
本实施例提供的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:18%聚醚改性有机硅Shinchem SF 309、10%棕榈蜡乳液Shinchem WAX 116、5%异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、3%仲烷基磺酸钠、0.3%消泡剂Shinchem AF 3722、0.3%杀菌剂ACTICID MV,余量为63.4%去离子水。
制备时,按照配比将聚醚改性有机硅Shinchem SF 309、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、消泡剂、杀菌剂搅拌均匀,然后分批缓慢加入去离子水搅拌,最后加入棕榈蜡乳液,获得三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂。
实施例三
本实施例提供的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:30%聚醚改性有机硅Shinchem SF 309、15%棕榈蜡乳液Shinchem WAX 116、10%异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、5%仲烷基磺酸钠、0.3%消泡剂Shinchem AF 3722、0.3%杀菌剂ACTICID MV,余量为39.4%去离子水。
制备时,按照配比将聚醚改性有机硅Shinchem SF 309、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、消泡剂、杀菌剂搅拌均匀,然后分批缓慢加入去离子水搅拌,最后加入棕榈蜡乳液,获得三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂。
效果验证
将根据上述三个实施例制备的脱模剂进行稳定性(25~30℃放置一个月)及稀释性(自来水稀释100倍)测试。结果显示,三个实施例制备的脱模剂在放置一个月后均无沉降现象出现,稀释100倍后,三个实施例制备的脱模剂均无漂油现象发生。
将其用于三元乙丙橡胶脱模,能够协助三元乙丙橡胶轻松从模具中脱出,橡胶损失量小于0.5%,模具内粘附量低,易清洁。
此外,本发明脱模剂不腐蚀模腔表面,且由于属于水溶性产品,易从模具表面清除。

4.根据权利要求1所述的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,其特征在于:所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十一醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚二甲基硅氧烷、有机硅酮中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中的至少一种。
7.权利要求1至6任一项所述的三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
按照配比将改性有机硅、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、仲烷基磺酸钠、消泡剂、杀菌剂搅拌均匀,然后分批缓慢加入去离子水搅拌,最后加入蜡乳液,获得所述三元乙丙橡胶脱模剂。
