4.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为水溶性聚醚酯、自乳化酯、聚乙二醇和硼酸酯中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液,其特征在于,所述沉降剂为阳离子共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液,其特征在于,所述抗硬水添加剂为EDTA-2Na、EDTA-4Na和异构醇醚羧酸中的任意一种或多种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为正-丁基-1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
10.权利要求1~9任意一项所述的水溶性玻璃磨削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
按照配方比例称取各原料;
将碱储备添加剂、防锈剂与水混合搅拌溶解,再依次加入润滑剂、抗过敏润湿剂、沉降剂、抗硬水添加剂、消泡剂、防腐剂,每加入一种材料,需搅拌均匀后再加入下一种,直至最后均匀至透明溶液即可。
