Abstract
本发明涉及一种在印刷机停机和开始印刷期间、控制印刷机中摆动辊的方法,使得摆动辊的循环周期受到控制,使之成为摆动辊与贮墨辊相接触的那一时刻的函数,以在印刷机停机后仍能实现均匀上墨。
Description
本发明涉及一种在印刷机停机和开始印刷期间、印刷机中摆动辊的控制方法。
DE3935215A1公开了一种用于高速轮转印刷机的摆动式上墨装置,所述摆动式上墨装置允许对摆动辊的凸轮轴齿轮的驱动速度和印版滚筒的速度之比进行调节。为此目的,摆动辊的凸轮轴齿轮由一电机驱动,使得可以相对于印刷机的转动调整摆动辊的任一循环周期。另外,该公开文本还提供了一种对贮墨辊进行可调整驱动的方法,从而能够控制调整输送给上墨装置的油墨量。
另外,已知的公开申请EP0645242A1表示了一种印刷机中送纸的控制方法,所述方法考虑了摆动辊的驱动的角度位置。这一角度位置可以用诸如数字式方法或借助于传感器来检测到,以根据一定的周期送进下一张要印刷的纸张。
但是,上述公开文本并未包括任何对下述方面的暗示,即,例如当印刷机需要数次连续停机和起动时,怎样影响上墨装置中的有效油墨量。在这种情况下,会使印版产生过量上墨或上墨不足的危险,这取决于摆动辊的位置以及所选定的摆动辊的循环周期。如果比如仅需少量油墨,且摆动辊的循环周期是12∶1(即印版滚筒旋转12次,摆动辊仅旋转1次),则由摆动辊的不适当位置所送出的第十二张印张上就会有上墨不足的危险。
为了改进上述方面,本发明的目的是控制摆动辊的循环周期,使之成为摆动辊与贮墨辊相接触的那一时刻的函数,以在印刷机停机后仍能实现均匀上墨。
依据本发明,上述目的由包含以下步骤的方法实现:
-“关断印刷”或“紧急停机”命令使得贮墨辊停止,
-确定在这一时刻由摆动辊的驱动而到达的距离/相位,
-摆动辊与随动分配辊啮合,
-停止驱动摆动辊,
-“开始印刷”命令使得贮墨辊被再次驱动,并且与此同时,到达由“关断印刷”或“紧急停机”命令所确定之距离/相位的摆动辊也开始受到驱动。
这种方法保证了在印刷机停机后,仍能继续以前设置的同一摆动辊循环。例如,如果给定循环周期是12∶1,印版滚筒已进行了七次转动,则一旦印版滚筒将要进行下面五次转动时,摆动辊循环将在“开始印刷”命令下使摆动辊向贮墨辊移动。结果是,上墨装置中的有效油墨量保持不变,使得即使在印刷机多次停机的情况下,也不会产生过量上墨或上墨不足的危险。
Claims (1)
1.一种在印刷机停机和开始印刷期间、控制印刷机中摆动辊的方法,其特征在于,
该方法包括以下步骤:
●“关断印刷”或“紧急停机”命令使得贮墨辊停止,
●确定在这一时刻由摆动辊的驱动而到达的距离/相位,
●摆动辊与随动分配辊啮合,
●停止驱动摆动辊,
●“开始印刷”命令使得贮墨辊被再次驱动,并且与此同时,到达由“关断印刷”或“紧急停机”命令所确定之距离/相位的摆动辊也开始受到驱动。
