本发明公开了一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,该聚醚消泡剂包括以下组分且各组分的占比为:二甲基硅油9‑16%、聚乙二醇3‑15%、聚醚10‑60%、高级脂肪醇1.1-2.6%,增稠剂0.3-0.5%、催化剂0.01-0.15%、疏水气相白炭黑0.5-1.8%、分散剂0.15-0.55%、稳定剂0.2-0.5%、乳化剂2‑8%,余量为去离子水。本发明可以有效加强消泡力度,提高了消泡速度,消除了其低毒性,反应过程中主链反应速度快,反应完全,支链反应数量少,副反应少,最终反应产物分子量高于现有产品,影响消泡效果的小分子量产物少,整个消泡剂消泡效率高,节能又环保。

本发明涉及消泡剂相关技术领域,具体为一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法。
背景技术
在造纸工业中,有机硅类消泡剂主要用于制浆和废水处理工段;矿物油类的消泡剂主要用于制浆和涂料制备工段。在造纸工序中,在大量传动设备和各种添加剂的作用下,泡沫产生量大,浆内气泡和表面气泡含量均很高,对消泡剂的需求也最大。脂肪醇类消泡剂主要用于去除浆内气泡,对表面泡沫也有一定的消除作用;而聚醚类消泡剂主要去除表面泡沫,在对表面泡沫要求较高的轻型纸和特种纸,以及高温高速纸机体生产箱板纸过程中大量使用。
虽然聚醚型消泡剂的应用较为广泛,但消泡剂消泡成分单一,主要使用聚醚类物质,消泡效果较差,并且采用聚醚类物质含量过高,具有低毒性,不够环保,而且在发酵生产中,有阻碍菌体生长以及杀死少量菌体细胞的现象发生,影响发酵效率。

本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,以解决背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现目的,本发明提供如下技术方案,一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,优选的,该聚醚消泡剂包括以下组分且各组分的占比为:二甲基硅油9-16%、聚乙二醇3-15%、聚醚10-60%、高级脂肪醇1.1-2.6%,增稠剂0.3-0.5%、催化剂0.01-0.15%、疏水气相白炭黑0.5-1.8%、分散剂0.15-0.55%、稳定剂0.2-0.5%、乳化剂2-8%,余量为去离子水;
所述聚醚消泡剂的制备方法包括:
(1)将二甲基硅油、聚乙二醇、聚醚高分子混合物、高级脂肪醇、疏水气相白炭黑混合搅拌得到粘稠状硅膏;
(2)将分散剂溶解在去离子水中,并依次加入催化剂和级乳化剂,搅拌混合均匀得混合溶液;
(3)将所述粘稠状硅膏和增稠剂、稳定剂依次加入到所述混合溶液中,乳化搅拌后进行高剪切均质。
优选的,所述的高级脂肪醇包括合成类脂肪醇Nafol 20+、Nafol 1822、Nafol2022或Nafol 22+;或天然类脂肪醇二十醇、二十二醇、二十四醇、二十六醇、二十八醇和三十醇中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
优选的,所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醚,所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠,所述稳定剂为环氧甘油三酸酯。
优选的,所述催化剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或者复合碱中的一种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为脂肪酸皂、烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐或者磷酸盐中的一种。

1.本发明可以有效加强消泡力度,提高了消泡速度,消除了其低毒性,反应过程中主链反应速度快,反应完全,支链反应数量少,副反应少,最终反应产物分子量高于现有产品,即影响消泡效果的小分子量产物少,因此,整个消泡剂消泡效率高,节能又环保。
2.通过本发明制备的聚醚酯消泡剂,比传统聚醚酯消泡剂具有更低的表面张力、更好的消泡能力,同时通过使用高级脂肪醇为起始剂,具有更好的脱气和抑泡效果。

实施例3
一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:该聚醚消泡剂包括以下组分且各组分的占比为:二甲基硅油14%、聚乙二醇7%、聚醚15%、高级脂肪醇1.6%,增稠剂0.5%、催化剂0.06%、疏水气相白炭黑1%、分散剂0.2%、稳定剂0.4%、乳化剂7%,余量为去离子水;
聚醚消泡剂的制备方法包括:
(1)将二甲基硅油、聚乙二醇、聚醚高分子混合物、高级脂肪醇、疏水气相白炭黑混合搅拌得到粘稠状硅膏;
(2)将分散剂溶解在去离子水中,并依次加入催化剂和级乳化剂,搅拌混合均匀得混合溶液;
(3)将粘稠状硅膏和增稠剂、稳定剂依次加入到混合溶液中,乳化搅拌后进行高剪切均质。
本发明通过以上三个实施例所制备的聚醚消泡剂,可以有效加强消泡力度,提高了消泡速度,消除了其低毒性,反应过程中主链反应速度快,反应完全,支链反应数量少,副反应少,最终反应产物分子量高于现有产品,影响消泡效果的小分子量产物少,整个消泡剂消泡效率高节能效果好。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:该聚醚消泡剂包括以下组分且各组分的占比为:二甲基硅油9-16%、聚乙二醇3-15%、聚醚10-60%、高级脂肪醇1.1-2.6%,增稠剂0.3-0.5%、催化剂0.01-0.15%、疏水气相白炭黑0.5-1.8%、分散剂0.15-0.55%、稳定剂0.2-0.5%、乳化剂2-8%,余量为去离子水;
所述聚醚消泡剂的制备方法包括:
(1)将二甲基硅油、聚乙二醇、聚醚高分子混合物、高级脂肪醇、疏水气相白炭黑混合搅拌得到粘稠状硅膏;
(2)将分散剂溶解在去离子水中,并依次加入催化剂和级乳化剂,搅拌混合均匀得混合溶液;
(3)将所述粘稠状硅膏和增稠剂、稳定剂依次加入到所述混合溶液中,乳化搅拌后进行高剪切均质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:所述的高级脂肪醇包括合成类脂肪醇Nafol 20+、Nafol 1822、Nafol2022或Nafol 22+;或天然类脂肪醇二十醇、二十二醇、二十四醇、二十六醇、二十八醇和三十醇中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醚,所述分散剂为亚甲基双荼磺酸钠,所述稳定剂为环氧甘油三酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:所述催化剂为氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或者复合碱中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为脂肪酸皂、烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐或者磷酸盐中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抄纸聚醚消泡剂的加工方法,其特征在于:按配方量取各物质,将粘稠状硅膏、增稠剂、稳定剂依次加入到步骤2的混合溶液中搅拌3-6h。
