背景技术
内胆是电饭煲等家用电器必备的重要部件,但是传统的内胆热效能低,使用寿命短,不适合现代化电器发展的需求。因此市面就出现了陶瓷内胆,陶瓷内胆具有环保、无污染、保持原有鲜水对人体有益的矿物质功能,从而不会导致水容易被二次污染,同时也不会产生对人体有害的重金属锈水;但是随着生活水平的提高,人们比较注重养生,希望做出的米饭能够降糖,目前市场上有多种材质的所谓降糖电饭煲,因其使用的煮饭内胆所使用的材料中缺少一种能够促进大米中的淀粉在煮饭中快速转化成糖份的元素,其降糖的原理停留在传统的“捞米饭”的物理降糖方法;所以降糖效果不明显,降糖率只能达到10%左右,对解决糖尿病减少吃饭糖份摄入量的效果不明显。
因此,针对上述描述的技术问题亟需一种降糖墨脱石陶瓷内胆及其制备方法。

本降糖墨脱石陶瓷内胆中含有的化学成分为:Al2O318-22%、SiO2、30-60%、MgO9-12%、Fe2O34-6%、CaO0.5-1%、Ti2O 0.4-1.2%、K2O 0.5%、Na2O 0.2%左右;
微量元素含量:CU(铜)9.5-11mg/kg、Zn(锌)96-120mg/kg、CO(钴)20-25mg/kg、Mn(锰)280-310mg/kg Cr 3+(三价铬)700-750mg/kg。
其中铬元素是一种能够促进人体胰岛素新阵代谢,提高胰岛素的功能,使葡萄糖能顺利进入人体的各个组织细胞进行新陈代谢以及产生能量调节人体当中葡萄糖的代谢,最终达到控制糖尿病血糖的目的。

6.根据权利要求5任意一项所述的降糖墨脱石陶瓷内胆的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烧制是在1300℃高温环境中烧制。
