The difference between this example and example 3 is that 100g of full and dry cordyceps militaris fruiting body is weighed; crushing the dried cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies in crushing equipment to obtain cordyceps militaris coarse particles with the length of 6 mm; adding purified water with the weight 20 times of that of the Cordyceps militaris coarse particles, soaking for 90min, heating to 100deg.C, and reflux-extracting to obtain extractive solution with the extraction time of 3 times and 150min each time; filtering and refining the obtained extracting solution by using ceramic membrane equipment with the aperture of 1000nm to obtain refined filtrate; concentrating the obtained fine filtration filtrate at 55 ℃ and vacuum degree of-0.12 MPa to obtain concentrated solution, wherein the concentration of the solid matters of the concentrated solution is 20%; adding cyclodextrin which is an auxiliary material of dissolution-assisting food and is 3 times of the solid weight into the concentrated solution, uniformly stirring, and performing spray drying to obtain the water-soluble powder of the Cordyceps militaris extract.
The invention has the advantages that the processing temperature and time are accurately controlled through the process steps of hot extraction, fine filtration, concentration and the like, the active ingredients of the cordyceps militaris are greatly reserved, the content of the active ingredients is increased, the water-soluble powder with high ingredient content and small administration dosage is obtained through spray drying, the dissolution rate of powder substances is improved, and the dried raw materials can be prepared into medicines, health-care products, compound preparations or used as food additives, and can be conventionally prepared into tablets, capsules, granules, chewing agents and the like.

s1: raw material selection: selecting full and dry cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies;
s2: coarse crushing: crushing the dried cordyceps militaris fruiting bodies in crushing equipment to obtain coarse cordyceps militaris particles with the length of 2-6 mm;
s3: and (3) heat extraction: adding purified water with the weight of 10-20 times of that of the cordyceps militaris coarse particles, soaking for 60-90 min, heating to 80-100 ℃ and carrying out reflux heat extraction to obtain an extracting solution;
s4: refining: filtering and refining the obtained extracting solution by using ceramic membrane equipment with the aperture of 100-1000 nm to obtain refined filtrate;
s5: concentrating: concentrating the obtained fine filtration filtrate at the temperature of 50-60 ℃ and the vacuum degree of less than or equal to minus 0.1MPa to obtain a concentrated solution, wherein the concentration of the solid matters of the concentrated solution is 10-20%;
s6: spray drying: and adding the dissolution-assisting food auxiliary materials with the weight 1-3 times of the solid matters into the concentrated solution, uniformly stirring, and performing spray drying to obtain the Cordyceps militaris extract water-soluble powder.
2. The method for preparing water-soluble powder of Cordyceps militaris extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step S3, the number of heat extraction is 1-3, and the time for each extraction is 100-150 min.
3. The method for preparing a water-soluble powder of Cordyceps militaris extract as set forth in claim 1, wherein the step S4 comprises: centrifuging the obtained extract for 10-20 min at 2000-3000 r/min, taking out supernatant, and selecting supernatant for refining.
4. The method for preparing a water-soluble powder of Cordyceps militaris extract as claimed in claim 3, wherein the extract obtained by taking out the supernatant is fed back to the heat extraction apparatus of step S3 for the cyclic reflux heat extraction operation.
5. The method for preparing water-soluble powder of Cordyceps militaris extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fine filtrate obtained in the step S4 is concentrated in a vacuum concentrating apparatus.
6. The method for preparing water-soluble powder of Cordyceps militaris extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary materials of the dissolution-promoting food in step S6 comprise cyclodextrin and povidone.
