背景技术
复合蜂窝板一般由板材和蜂窝芯复合而成,具有非常高的强度和刚度,对于现代家具行业是一种很好的材料选,不管做装饰墙还是底板都是最优选择,而其中蜂窝铝板一般作为建筑外墙的装饰面使用。蜂窝铝单板中的蜂窝芯的粘合在一起的铝箔存在粘合力不足的问题,在外力作用下容易分离。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蜂窝铝单板及其成型工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种蜂窝铝单板,包括上下方的铝板和中部的蜂窝铝芯,所述蜂窝铝芯通过防水强粘性胶膜固定粘接在上下方的铝板之间。
一种蜂窝铝单板成型工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、用超声波清洗机将用于制造蜂窝铝芯的条形铝箔以及两组铝板清洗干净;
S2、将S1中的条形铝箔进行裁剪,裁剪出若干相同尺寸的铝箔条;
S3、将S2中若干相同尺寸的铝箔条利用涂布机在其一面涂设粘接剂,形成多个相互间隔且相互平行的条形的粘合区域;
S4、将相邻的铜箔条交替叠合在一起,并使每一条铝箔段涂胶的一面均贴合在相邻铝箔段没有涂胶的一面上,得到铜箔叠体;
S5、将叠合后的铝箔块经过热压机热压,使得粘接剂固化;
S6、将热压固化后的铝箔叠体沿着铝箔层叠方向拉伸,并且拉伸时间控制在40-50h,得到蜂窝结构的蜂窝铝芯;
S7、将S6中得到蜂窝结构的蜂窝铝芯进行预热,预热时间为15min,预热温度为50-70℃,之后将蜂窝铝芯置于喷粉器中,喷粉器对蜂窝铝芯进行喷粉,通过激光熔覆对对预热后的蜂窝铝芯进行内外表面的镍层熔覆;
S8、通过防水强粘性胶膜将蜂窝铝芯固定粘接在上下方的铝板之间,并通过平板热压机进行热压贴合作业,经过冷却成型后得到蜂窝铝单板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S5中的热压时间0.5-1h,热压温度150-170℃,热压加压压力为0.7-0.9Mpa。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S7中镍层激光熔覆参数为:激光功率2500-3000W、扫描速度7-9mm/s、送粉率10-12g/min、光斑直径4-6mm、搭接率10-15%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤S8中的热压贴合时间为30-45min,热压温度为120-135℃,热压贴合压力为0.8-1Mpa。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述粘接剂是由以下质量份数的原料制成:羧基丁腈橡胶90-100份、三元乙丙橡胶80-90份、环氧丙烷苯基醚10-30份、氯硫化聚乙烯9-16份、双氢胺9-13份、环己酮20-30份、硫磺5-9份以及石墨粉4-7份。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种蜂窝铝单板成型工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S8中的热压贴合时间为30-45min,热压温度为120-135℃,热压贴合压力为0.8-1Mpa。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种蜂窝铝单板成型工艺,其特征在于:所述粘接剂是由以下质量份数的原料制成:羧基丁腈橡胶90-100份、三元乙丙橡胶80-90份、环氧丙烷苯基醚10-30份、氯硫化聚乙烯9-16份、双氢胺9-13份、环己酮20-30份、硫磺5-9份以及石墨粉4-7份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种蜂窝铝单板成型工艺,其特征在于:所述防水强粘性胶膜由以下质量份数的原料制成:羟基丙烯酸改性树脂60-70份、聚酯树脂14-18份、苯类溶剂9-16份、硅烷偶联剂6-9份、异氰酸酯封闭型固化剂7-9份、增粘树脂5-11份、附着力促进剂6-12份、消泡剂0.8-1.5份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种蜂窝铝单板成型工艺,其特征在于:所述羟基丙稀酸改性树脂为E-10改性羟基丙烯酸树脂ACR6624材料。
