本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板。所述瓦楞纸板设置三层波浪状瓦楞纸层叠加的结构,并采用自制防水粘合剂粘结,其中粘合剂的配方包括以下重量份原料:纯水1200~1250份、淀粉500~520份、荷叶炭粉末10~20份、环氧大豆油10~20份、丙三醇5~8份。本发明制备得到一种高强度防水防潮瓦楞纸板,适用于远洋运输中高湿度环境下产品的纸箱包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板因无污染、可再生、具有良好的缓冲性能等优点,在包装中得到广泛应用。至今,瓦楞纸板已成为现代包装中使用最广泛的包装材料之一,目前随着包装行业的兴起,人们对于瓦楞纸的环保、耐水以及强度性能要求更高。普通瓦楞纸板最然具有一定的抗压强度,但遇上较重货物时,其抗压强度明显不足,在运输过程中经常出现瓦楞纸芯的变形和塌陷,使得普通瓦楞纸板很难重复利用,造成资源的浪费。
除了瓦楞纸的材质要具有较好的安全性外,瓦楞纸所使用的粘结剂也需要具有耐水环保的特点,淀粉粘合剂是瓦楞包装制品生产中用量最大的一种粘合剂。淀粉粘合剂除了价格相对低廉外,最重要的就是具有环保的功能。但是淀粉粘合剂的防水性能不如树脂类粘合剂,故防潮、防水效果不能满足使用要求,而且粘结强度普遍不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
所述高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板,其为两个外层与一个中间层构成的三层结构,所述中间层包括两芯纸层、设置在两芯纸层中间的横截面呈波浪纹状的内瓦楞层,所述外层包括一面纸层、设置在面纸层和芯纸层之间的呈波浪纹状的外瓦楞层,其中上下层的波浪纹起伏形状保持一致。
所述面纸层与瓦楞层接触的内表面涂有粘合剂,芯纸层与瓦楞层接触的内外表面均涂有粘合剂。
所述高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制胶:粘合剂的配方包括以下重量份原料:纯水1200~1250份、淀粉500~520份、荷叶炭粉末10~20份、环氧大豆油10~20份、丙三醇5~8份;制备方法为:将各个原料按比例混合,加热至35~45℃,搅拌混合20~30min,备用;
(2)备料:在相对湿度60%±1%的条件下存放两个月以上,压楞之前要将面纸、芯纸、瓦楞原纸进行预热烘干,具体为:上料,蒸汽保温加热,烘缸温度180-190℃,加热时间为100~120分钟;
(3)压楞:将瓦楞原纸经预处理调节水分和熨平后送入单面机,经单面机的瓦楞辊压楞,得到波浪形状的瓦楞纸;
(4 )喷涂:用高压雾化喷头将步骤(1)获得的粘合剂雾化的喷涂在面纸的内表面、芯纸的双面、瓦楞纸的双面上,每平方米面积喷涂用量为0.01~0.015kg;
(5 )覆层:对粘附有粘合剂的面纸层、芯纸层、瓦楞纸快速烘干,热板温度180-190℃,再将烘干好的内瓦楞纸粘附在两芯纸层内,将外瓦楞纸分别粘附在芯纸层外表面上,然后粘附上面纸层;
(6 )烘干定型:最后对复合得到三层复合结构的纸板进行蒸汽保温加热,热板温度180-190℃,加热时间为100~120分钟;
(7 )冷却:采用风扇式冷却方式进行冷却;
(8 )压线:按照需要规格进行分纸压线;
(9 )纵切和横切、堆码入库。
本发明采用的防水粘合剂中通过添加荷叶炭来替代传统淀粉粘合剂中固体碱的使用,这是由于经过炭化后的荷叶中仍含有大量的荷叶碱,并且其具有疏水性能的大比表面积,将其作为淀粉粘合剂添加剂,具有疏水的性能的同时作为碱液调节淀粉的粘结性能;另外,其中所采用的环氧大豆油ESO和丙三醇在与纤维素共混后与纸板表面接触,由于活性环氧基与纸板这些纤维素材料表面的羟基反应,能够提高纤维素材料表面的疏水性能;并且本发明采用的三层波浪状叠加的纸板结构,透气性强,该氧气含量的增加有利于环氧大豆油ESO和丙三醇附着在纸板上的反应,因此更有利于粘合剂的疏水性能提高,同时提高粘合剂的使用寿命。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明采用三层波浪状的瓦楞纸板复合以及防水粘合剂的使用,制备得到一种高强度防水防潮瓦楞纸板,适用于远洋运输中高湿度环境下的产品包装。

具体实施方式

实施例1
所述高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制胶:粘合剂的配方包括以下重量份原料:纯水1200份、淀粉500份、荷叶炭粉末10份、环氧大豆油10份、丙三醇5份;制备方法为:将各个原料按比例混合,加热至35℃,搅拌混合20min,备用;
(2)备料:在相对湿度60%±1%的条件下存放两个月以上,压楞之前要将面纸、芯纸、瓦楞原纸进行预热烘干,具体为:上料,蒸汽保温加热,烘缸温度180-190℃,加热时间为100分钟;
(3)压楞:将瓦楞原纸经预处理调节水分和熨平后送入单面机,经单面机的瓦楞辊压楞,得到波浪形状的瓦楞纸;
(4 )喷涂:用高压雾化喷头将步骤(1)获得的粘合剂雾化的喷涂在面纸的内表面、芯纸的双面、瓦楞纸的双面上,每平方米面积喷涂用量为0.01kg;

(2)备料:在相对湿度60%±1%的条件下存放两个月以上,压楞之前要将面纸、芯纸、瓦楞原纸进行预热烘干,具体为:上料,蒸汽保温加热,烘缸温度180-190℃,加热时间为110分钟;
(3)压楞:将瓦楞原纸经预处理调节水分和熨平后送入单面机,经单面机的瓦楞辊压楞,得到波浪形状的瓦楞纸;

(2)备料:在相对湿度60%±1%的条件下存放两个月以上,压楞之前要将面纸、芯纸、瓦楞原纸进行预热烘干,具体为:上料,蒸汽保温加热,烘缸温度190℃,加热时间为120分钟;
(3)压楞:将瓦楞原纸经预处理调节水分和熨平后送入单面机,经单面机的瓦楞辊压楞,得到波浪形状的瓦楞纸;
(4 )喷涂:用高压雾化喷头将步骤(1)获得的粘合剂雾化的喷涂在面纸的内表面、芯纸的双面、瓦楞纸的双面上,每平方米面积喷涂用量为0.015kg;
(5 )覆层:对粘附有粘合剂的面纸层、芯纸层、瓦楞纸快速烘干,热板温度180-190℃,再将烘干好的内瓦楞纸粘附在两芯纸层内,将外瓦楞纸分别粘附在芯纸层外表面上,然后粘附上面纸层;
(6 )烘干定型:最后对复合得到三层复合结构的纸板进行蒸汽保温加热,热板温度180-190℃,加热时间为120分钟;
(7 )冷却:采用风扇式冷却方式进行冷却;
(8 )压线:按照需要规格进行分纸压线;
(9 )纵切和横切、堆码入库。
本发明制备的实施例1~3的纸板的防水浸泡时间在48小时以上;并且在空气湿度大于90%的情况下,纸箱可以存放120天以上不脱胶;在常温常压通气的环境下储存3年不脱胶。

1.一种高强度防水多层复合瓦楞纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纸板为两个外层与一个中间层构成的三层结构,所述中间层包括两芯纸层、设置在两芯纸层中间的横截面呈波浪纹状的内瓦楞层,所述外层包括一面纸层、设置在面纸层和芯纸层之间的呈波浪纹状的外瓦楞层,其中上下层的波浪纹起伏形状保持一致;所述面纸层与瓦楞层接触的内表面涂有粘合剂,芯纸层与瓦楞层接触的内外表面均涂有粘合剂;具体制备包括以下步骤:
(1)制胶:粘合剂的配方包括以下重量份原料:纯水1200~1250份、淀粉500~520份、荷叶炭粉末10~20份、环氧大豆油10~20份、丙三醇5~8份;制备方法为:将各个原料按比例混合,加热至35~45℃,搅拌混合20~30min,备用;
