Abstract
本发明涉及一种高强度防水瓦楞纸板及其制作方法,包括两外层和设置在两外层中间的内层,所述内层包括两内纸层、设置在两内纸层中间的横截面呈蜂窝状的内瓦楞层,所述外层包括一面纸层、设置在面纸层和内纸层之间的呈连续W形的外瓦楞层,所述面纸层的外表面涂覆有防水涂层,所述面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞层和外瓦楞层上均敷设有高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂。本纸板强度高,使用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度防水瓦楞纸板及其制作方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板作为一种包装纸箱用材得到了广泛的运用,但在包装一些贵重物品时,需要一种高强度并具有防水功能的瓦楞纸板。制作高强度瓦楞纸板如果只靠选用高质量的纸材的话,必然导致纸板造价高昂,不利于推广。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进,即本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度防水瓦楞纸板及其制作方法,具有高强度和防水功能。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的一种技术方案是:一种高强度防水瓦楞纸板,包括两外层和设置在两外层中间的内层,所述内层包括两内纸层、设置在两内纸层中间的横截面呈蜂窝状的内瓦楞层,所述外层包括一面纸层、设置在面纸层和内纸层之间的呈连续W形的外瓦楞层,所述面纸层的外表面涂覆有防水涂层,所述面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞层和外瓦楞层上均敷设有高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂。
进一步的,所述高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂其组分比为每100kg水中含有1~5kg淀粉、0.5~1kg片碱、0.25~0.5kg硼砂、0.5~1kg白乳胶、0.05~0.15kg稳定剂、1~2kg茶梗粉、0.5~1kg快速渗透剂T。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的另一种技术方案是:一种如上述的高强度防水瓦楞纸板的制作方法,按以下步骤进行:用高压雾化喷头将高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂雾化的喷涂在面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞纸和外瓦楞纸上,对粘附有粘合剂的面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞纸和外瓦楞纸进行快速烘干,再将烘干好的内瓦楞纸制成蜂窝状后粘附在两内纸层内,将外瓦楞纸制成连续W形瓦楞纸层后分别粘附在内纸层外表面上,最后粘附上面纸层。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本纸板为3层瓦楞纸板,连续W形瓦楞和蜂窝状瓦楞的配合,以及高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂的强化作用下,共同得到了一种高强度、高抗压、耐破的新型瓦楞纸板。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1~2所示,一种高强度防水瓦楞纸板,包括两外层和设置在两外层中间的内层,所述内层包括两内纸层2、设置在两内纸层中间的横截面呈蜂窝状的内瓦楞层3,所述外层包括一面纸层1、设置在面纸层和内纸层之间的呈连续W形的外瓦楞层4,所述面纸层的外表面涂覆有防水涂层5,所述面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞层和外瓦楞层上均敷设有高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂。
蜂窝瓦楞层具有突出的狼牙和抗弯曲能力,再加上两层常规瓦楞的缓冲和加固,使得本三层瓦楞具有超高的结构强度和抗压能力。
本实施例中,所述高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂其组分比为每100kg水中含有3kg淀粉、0.5kg片碱、0.5kg硼砂、1kg白乳胶、0.15kg稳定剂、2kg茶梗粉、1kg快速渗透剂T。
茶梗富含木纤维,茶梗嫩枝木纤维木栓化程度比较低,较为柔软,柔软的木性纤维可以形成多孔、富有剩余力场的强吸附性材料。具体体现在:
(1)吸附性强,a、可以吸收室内空气中的有毒、有害气体,而且本身含有多酚类物质,把吸附后的有害气体氧化、分解,我们的实验证明茶梗粉末可以吸附、分解室内60%以上的甲醛气体;b、 吸收噪音,降低室内噪音20-30分贝,减少室内回音;
(2)富含柔性纤维,可以有效增加墙面材料和涂料间的吸附和涂面的牵延性,增加墙装涂面的挂着力度,有效防止涂层的裂纹;
(3)存在茶梗纤维中的多酚类物质和氧气的接触面积小,不容易直接被氧化,可以做到长期的缓释作用,吸附、解毒作用长久。
快速渗透剂T使得胶合剂具有高渗透性,通过雾化的方式将胶合剂喷涂在纸层上,使得胶合剂均匀快速的渗透纸层,并与纸层强力结合在一起,节省材料并有利于粘合剂快速变干。
白乳胶作为用途最广、用量最大、历史最悠久的水溶性胶粘剂之一,是由醋酸乙烯单体在引发剂作用下经聚合反应而制得的一种热塑性粘合剂。可常温固化、固化较快、粘接强度较高,粘接层具有较好的韧性和耐久性且不易老化。具有干燥快、初粘性好、操作性佳;粘接力强、抗压强度高;耐热性强等特点。
淀粉有利于提高胶合剂粘度以及提高纸层强度。
上述的高强度防水瓦楞纸板的制作方法,按以下步骤进行:用高压雾化喷头将高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂雾化的喷涂在面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞纸和外瓦楞纸上,对粘附有粘合剂的面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞纸和外瓦楞纸进行快速烘干,再将烘干好的内瓦楞纸制成蜂窝状后粘附在两内纸层内,将外瓦楞纸制成连续W形瓦楞纸层后分别粘附在内纸层外表面上,最后粘附上面纸层。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种高强度防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括两外层和设置在两外层中间的内层,所述内层包括两内纸层、设置在两内纸层中间的横截面呈蜂窝状的内瓦楞层,所述外层包括一面纸层、设置在面纸层和内纸层之间的呈连续W形的外瓦楞层,所述面纸层的外表面涂覆有防水涂层,所述面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞层和外瓦楞层上均敷设有高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度防水瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂其组分比为每100kg水中含有1~5kg淀粉、0.5~1kg片碱、0.25~0.5kg硼砂、0.5~1kg白乳胶、0.05~0.15kg稳定剂、1~2kg茶梗粉、0.5~1kg快速渗透剂T。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的高强度防水瓦楞纸板的制作方法,其特征在于,按以下步骤进行:用高压雾化喷头将高强度淀粉白乳胶粘合剂雾化的喷涂在面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞纸和外瓦楞纸上,对粘附有粘合剂的面纸层、内纸层、内瓦楞纸和外瓦楞纸进行快速烘干,再将烘干好的内瓦楞纸制成蜂窝状后粘附在两内纸层内,将外瓦楞纸制成连续W形瓦楞纸层后分别粘附在内纸层外表面上,最后粘附上面纸层。
