Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,包括两个外纸板以及置于外纸板之间的芯纸层;所述外纸板的内表面和所述芯纸层通过玉米淀粉胶黏剂层粘结,所述外纸板内设有防辐射金属纤维,所述外纸板上覆盖有抗油涂层;所述芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板和内层,所述中纸板的表面设有粘胶层,所述外层和所述内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,所述外层为V型芯纸夹层,所述内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层,所述波浪形芯纸夹层之间设置有用于支撑所述中纸板和所述外纸板的支撑柱。通过本发明设计的瓦楞纸板具有抗辐射、抗油、防水、隔热保温和抗撞击强度较高的优点,适合推广。

一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸板的制造领域,特别涉及一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产,同时随着这些产品的生产,其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。
瓦楞纸板在不同的使用场合当中具有不同的需求,一般的瓦楞纸板都是普通材质,在瓦楞纸板内装载食品等货物时,外部辐射导致内部食品容易变质,普通瓦楞纸板抗辐射能力较差,甚至完全没有抗辐射能力,因此存在较大缺陷;另外在普通瓦楞纸板材料抗震能力较差,容易挤压变形。因此在运输过程中,通常需要在纸箱内填充一些泡沫塑料或其他泡沫塑料或其他泡沫轻质材料,以防止箱内物品因挤压造成损伤;且该外纸板上容易受潮,外纸板容易损坏,不环保。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,包括两个外纸板以及置于外纸板之间的芯纸层;所述外纸板的内表面和所述芯纸层通过玉米淀粉胶黏剂层粘结,所述外纸板内设有防辐射金属纤维,所述外纸板上覆盖有抗油涂层;所述芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板和内层,所述中纸板的表面设有粘胶层,所述外层和所述内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,所述外层为V型芯纸夹层,所述内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层,所述波浪形芯纸夹层之间设置有用于支撑所述中纸板和所述外纸板的支撑柱。
进一步的,所述防辐射金属纤维为蜂窝结构。
进一步的,所述V型芯纸夹层的V型楞与所述波浪形芯纸夹层的U型楞交错排列。
进一步的,所述抗油涂层上覆盖有防虫涂层。
本发明的有益效果为:增加了抗油涂层,实现了抗油的效果,避免了瓦楞纸板箱内的运载货物受又的影响;另一方面,芯纸层具有较多的空腔,进一步加强了纸板的隔热保温效果;因此通过本发明设计的瓦楞纸板具有抗油、防水、隔热保温和抗撞击强度较高的优点,适合推广。

实施例1
一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,包括两个外纸板1以及置于外纸板之间的芯纸层;外纸板1的内表面和芯纸层通过玉米淀粉胶黏剂层粘结,外纸板1内设有防辐射金属纤维2,防辐射金属纤维2为蜂窝结构;外纸板1上覆盖有抗油涂层3,抗油涂层上覆盖有防虫涂层;芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板5和内层,中纸板5的表面设有粘胶层,外层和所述内层通过粘胶层粘结在中纸板5上,外层为V型芯纸夹层4,内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层6,V型芯纸夹层4的V型楞与波浪形芯纸6夹层的U型楞交错排列,波浪形芯纸夹层6之间设置有用于支撑中纸板5和外纸板1的支撑柱7。
实施例2
一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,包括两个外纸板1以及置于外纸板之间的芯纸层;外纸板1的内表面和芯纸层通过玉米淀粉胶黏剂层粘结,外纸板1内设有防辐射金属纤维2;外纸板1上覆盖有抗油涂层3;芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板5和内层,中纸板5的表面设有粘胶层,外层和所述内层通过粘胶层粘结在中纸板5上,外层为V型芯纸夹层4,内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层6,V型芯纸夹层4的V型楞与波浪形芯纸6夹层的U型楞交错排列,波浪形芯纸夹层6之间设置有用于支撑中纸板5和外纸板1的支撑柱7。
实施例3
一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,包括两个外纸板1以及置于外纸板之间的芯纸层;外纸板1的内表面和芯纸层通过玉米淀粉胶黏剂层粘结,外纸板1内设有防辐射金属纤维2,防辐射金属纤维2为蜂窝结构;外纸板1上覆盖有抗油涂层3,抗油涂层上覆盖有防虫涂层;芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板5和内层,中纸板5的表面设有粘胶层,外层和所述内层通过粘胶层粘结在中纸板5上,外层为V型芯纸夹层4,内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层6,波浪形芯纸夹层6之间设置有用于支撑中纸板5和外纸板1的支撑柱7。

1.一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括两个外纸板以及置于外纸板之间的芯纸层;所述外纸板的内表面和所述芯纸层通过玉米淀粉胶黏剂层粘结,所述外纸板内设有防辐射金属纤维,所述外纸板上覆盖有抗油涂层;所述芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板和内层,所述中纸板的表面设有粘胶层,所述外层和所述内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,所述外层为V型芯纸夹层,所述内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层,所述波浪形芯纸夹层之间设置有用于支撑所述中纸板和所述外纸板的支撑柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述防辐射金属纤维为蜂窝结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述V型芯纸夹层的V型楞与所述波浪形芯纸夹层的U型楞交错排列。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗油瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述抗油涂层上覆盖有防虫涂层。
