本发明涉及一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,包括两个面纸层以及置于面纸层之间的芯纸层;所述芯纸层与面纸层通过高分子树脂粘合剂层粘合在一起,所述芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板和内层,所述中纸板的表面设有粘胶层,所述外层和所述内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,所述的面纸层包括依次贴合设置的防水层和缓冲层,所述防水层为牛皮纸,所述缓冲层为海绵层;所述外层由间隔排列的圆型纸板构成;所述内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层,所述波浪形芯纸夹层之间设置有用于支撑所述中纸板和所述面纸层的支撑柱。通过本发明设计的瓦楞纸板具有节能环保、防潮、隔热保温、抗撞击强度较高的优点,适合推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及瓦楞纸板的制造领域,特别涉及一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产,同时随着这些产品的生产,其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。
而现有的瓦楞纸板中外纸板在撞击时极易变形,造成瓦楞纸板的抗撞击强度较低,由于现有的瓦楞纸板抗撞击强度较低,因此在运输过程中,通常需要在纸箱内填充一些泡沫塑料或其他泡沫塑料或其他泡沫轻质材料,以防止箱内物品因挤压造成损伤;且该外纸板上容易受潮,外纸板容易损坏,不节能环保。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,包括两个面纸层以及置于面纸层之间的芯纸层;所述芯纸层与面纸层通过高分子树脂粘合剂层粘合在一起,所述芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板和内层,所述中纸板的表面设有粘胶层,所述外层和所述内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,所述的面纸层包括依次贴合设置的防水层和缓冲层,所述防水层为牛皮纸,所述缓冲层为海绵层;所述外层由间隔排列的圆型纸板构成;所述内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层,所述波浪形芯纸夹层之间设置有用于支撑所述中纸板和所述面纸层的支撑柱。
进一步的,所述面纸层和芯纸层之间设置有有机硅聚醚胺增韧改性环氧树脂涂层。
进一步的,所述中纸板内部设置有防潮层。
进一步的,所述缓冲层表面设有隔热层。
进一步的,所述隔热层由氯化聚乙烯树脂制成。
进一步的,所述隔热层上覆盖有防虫涂层。
本发明的有益效果为:芯纸层具有较多的空腔,进一步加强了纸板的隔热保温效果,并且质地较软,具有减震的功能;硬质纸层保证了内纸板的形状的维持,以及保证了内纸板的强度,提高了瓦楞纸的强度,因此通过本发明设计的瓦楞纸板具有节能环保、防潮、隔热保温、抗撞击强度较高的优点,适合推广。

参照图1对本实用高强度环保型瓦楞纸板实施例做进一步说明。
实施例1
一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,包括两个面纸层以及置于面纸层之间的芯纸层;芯纸层与面纸层通过高分子树脂粘合剂层3粘合在一起,面纸层和芯纸层之间设置有有机硅聚醚胺增韧改性环氧树脂涂层;芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板5和内层,中纸板5的表面设有粘胶层,外层和内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,中纸板5内部设置有防潮层,面纸层包括依次贴合设置的防水层2和缓冲层1,缓冲层1表面设有隔热层,隔热层由氯化聚乙烯树脂制成,隔热层上覆盖有防虫涂层,防水层2为牛皮纸,缓冲层1为海绵层;外层由间隔排列的圆型纸板5构成;内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层6,波浪形芯纸夹层6之间设置有用于支撑中纸板5和面纸层的支撑柱7。
实施例2
一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,包括两个面纸层以及置于面纸层之间的芯纸层;芯纸层与面纸层通过高分子树脂粘合剂层3粘合在一起;芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板5和内层,中纸板5的表面设有粘胶层,外层和内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,中纸板5内部设置有防潮层,面纸层包括依次贴合设置的防水层2和缓冲层1,防水层2为牛皮纸,缓冲层1为海绵层;外层由间隔排列的圆型纸板5构成;内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层6,波浪形芯纸夹层6之间设置有用于支撑中纸板5和面纸层的支撑柱7。
实施例3
一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,包括两个面纸层以及置于面纸层之间的芯纸层;芯纸层与面纸层通过高分子树脂粘合剂层3粘合在一起;芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板5和内层,中纸板5的表面设有粘胶层,外层和内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,面纸层包括依次贴合设置的防水层2和缓冲层1,缓冲层1表面设有隔热层,隔热层由氯化聚乙烯树脂制成,隔热层上覆盖有防虫涂层,防水层2为牛皮纸,缓冲层1为海绵层;外层由间隔排列的圆型纸板5构成;内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层6,波浪形芯纸夹层6之间设置有用于支撑中纸板5和面纸层的支撑柱7。

1.一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,包括两个面纸层以及置于面纸层之间的芯纸层;所述芯纸层与面纸层通过高分子树脂粘合剂层粘合在一起,所述芯纸层主要包括外层,中纸板和内层,所述中纸板的表面设有粘胶层,所述外层和所述内层通过所述粘胶层粘结在所述中纸板上,所述的面纸层包括依次贴合设置的防水层和缓冲层,所述防水层为牛皮纸,所述缓冲层为海绵层;所述外层由间隔排列的圆型纸板构成;所述内层为呈波浪形设置的波浪形芯纸夹层,所述波浪形芯纸夹层之间设置有用于支撑所述中纸板和所述面纸层的支撑柱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述面纸层和芯纸层之间设置有有机硅聚醚胺增韧改性环氧树脂涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述中纸板内部设置有防潮层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述缓冲层表面设有隔热层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述隔热层由氯化聚乙烯树脂制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种节能环保型瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述隔热层上覆盖有防虫涂层。
